Peter responded to my initial email the same night.  By the next day, we had set up a same day appointment and he was here diagnosing the problem.  He was able to explain the issue and fix it efficiently and professionally.  Peter is knowledgeable and very conveniently located in the Brooklyn area.  I would definitely use his company's services again!

Third time using Continental Plumbing and Heating and it doesn't get any better. They replaced a steam boiler and their skilled level is unbelievable. Was having trouble with my sump pump after recent heavy rain. They easily troubleshooted it was just the valve and not the whole unit. Had valve replaced in under an hour. Very professional and courteous staff member. Asked about other future plumbing issues and he answered all my questions. I will definitely be using them in the future. Price was in line and addressed my issue in quick time frame. Very happy about the whole experience. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I requested a window AC installation service and received a prompt response within a few hours. Two professionals arrived at the agreed-upon time and took care of everything without my intervention. They removed my old AC unit, installed the new one, and even cleaned up after themselves. The entire process took approximately 30 minutes, and they also took away the old AC unit, relieving me of the responsibility of disposing of it.

I moved into a condo in Williamsburg, that needed a ton of odd-jobs completed. Michael came quickly to my aid, and completed everything from hanging things on walls, to plumbing and electrical issues. He provided his COI to the building, which was required and couldn't be a nicer guy!  I will be calling again for any task!

Really amazing plumber!  I hired them to install a stackable washer & dryer (gas) into a closet to replace my old one that died.  This is a job that The Home Depot's installers decided they didn't want to do after looking at it.  But Steve and his guy both did a great job.  Steve came by to check it out first and make sure the new machines would fit.  He even came over a second time to unhook my old washer & dryer for me the day before installing the new ones.

These are the people to hire if you need a plumbing job done, and done right.  For installation, they might be a little bit more than The Home Depot or whomever arrives from the big box stores, but they are totally worth every penny.  And frankly, the price is very reasonable for the fantastic work done.

Joseph (owner) helped me select 2 new units - one a 28,000 in-wall unit (big boy!) and a 12,000 unit both to replace my  17 year old models. He told me he could do it that day and gave me a time window and how long the job would take.  He an Jacob showed up exactly when they said they would. They took out the 200 pounder and the smaller one, installed the new ones and even customized the installation in the bedroom in a way that we could open the upper window to wash it. By 3:15 I had 2 new AC's, old ones removed, boxes out of the house - done. They were totally professional and a pleasure to deal with. Do not hesitate to call them.

Needed a local plumber to fix a plumbing issue that I had for weeks and found Patriot Plumbing & Heating information online.  Contacted the company and spoke to Lorri who's extremely helpful and informative had provided a quick turnaround scheduled less than 24hours notices and completed the job within the hour.  I highly would recommend to all as I would definitely be utilizing them on all future projects.

I had a great experience with Mark from Infinite Comfort and highly recommend them.  My AC central air unit had been leaking so I called another company in early May to get it serviced. It took them until July to get out and then they gave me an estimate of $3000+. I called Infinite Comfort to get a second opinion. It was the hottest week of the summer but Mark arrived exactly on time the next morning.  He spent an hour fixing the leak.  My system is working again, not leaking any more.  He charged a tenth of the amount the other company had quoted.  On top of that, Mark was incredibly nice, explained everything he was doing, and answered all my questions.  I would happily use their services again.

Harry and his team were able to fit my small job in while a very busy time for them- I am so grateful. And the bathroom looks great!

I have used Michael twice now.  In both times, he responded immediately to me, so he's reliable.  Also, in both times, he came in and fixed the issues I had quickly. I highly recommend this guy.

My entire family lives in the neighborhood and has been using RJ Wellbrock Plumbing for years.  We trust them completely and know we are being taken care of and will receive the best service. I recently purchased an apartment and the fixtures that were in the bathroom tub from the previous owner were a nightmare - outdated, and constantly leaking to the point where it was damaging the tub. Doug and his team were able to locate the hardware needed to replace everything and fix the leak - it works perfectly and looks brand new!  So happy I reached out to them for this and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Have called Arch Plumbing twice now.  The first time for a major shower repair,; second time a clogged line and leaking pipes in my kitchen.  They spotted the problem(s) quickly, repaired, cleaned up (spotlessly) with extremely reasonable charge.  No recurring problems.

Got the referral from my local plumbing supply store.  Guess that was a good sign.

These people were not courteous on the phone, scheduled an appointment, and then simply did not show up.  Start somewhere else.

After coming back to redo a repair on a simple shower valve stem we were told they needed to tear down a wall. Building super intervened and stopped that nonsense.

Rescheduled and fixed problem ... For a few weeks. Oh, we didn't pay?? ... oh, you do have our credit card. Hmmm, put it through like we told you when we gave it to you. Ah, good. Reschedule. And no show. Reschedule. And no show. 3rd time they called (half hour after the 3 hour appointment time slot) and said ... wait for it ... Have to reschedule.

Do they only work with the unemployed who have nothing to do but hang around waiting for them?  Jeeze I couldn't recommend this place if your pipes burst and they were moored in the hallway with an Ark.

I tried to make an appointment they told me 1230pm I said ok great....its almost 5pm and I have called and left messages and never even received a courtesy call they are running late or not showing up.very unprofessional and wouldn't wish service like this to anyone.
