I am really pleased with how quickly Edison and his team responded to my issue. I found them on Yelp after having a leak and sewer smell from my toilet, and they quickly jumped to action. A plumber, named Jake, was already in my borough and arrived at the 30 minute window I was given. He showed up with a mask on, was very polite, and got straight to work. He explained what the issue was, cleaned it up (thank God), and was done faster than I could type my term paper. *sigh* After a nightmare with another company, I'm happy that my stinky, leaky toilet is a thing of the past. Thanks, guys!

HIGHLY recommend using Sam's. I had a broken pipe under my kitchen sink that was leaking. I reached out via Yelp and heard back almost immediately, and within a few hours Sam came, fixed the issue, and did a great job explaining what caused it and how to prevent future issues. Was transparent, fairly priced, and friendly. Thanks again!

We had a faucet problem in our kitchen- called Pipe Monkeys- within 2 hours we had a new faucet- great help/diagnosis  over the phone, and Nick showed up and replaced our faucet in no time!! would definitely recommend!!

Mike was very responsive and we quickly set up an appointment after I reached out on Yelp.

He and his colleague were friendly, professional and did a great job.  The price seemed pretty reasonable and Mike was open about quoting other potential work.

I live in a very old house and Mike handled the related issues in the repair well.  I think he probably spent more time than expected because of it, but did not charge more or change his original estimate.  He also helpfully pointed out other problems that would require work.

Really great follow through. Had to come back the next day after trips to multiple hardware stores only to come up short. He came back the next day without prodding, very thorough and patiently explained the issues. And I have never had a punctual plumber. Blew me away. Will def call again. Dovie is a true pro and there would be no hesitation in hiring them again. Not only was the response time fast, but they were also punctual and total respect was shown as they came fully masked and wearing protective shoe covings which I appreciated very much. By just the photo that I sent, a quick and accurate diagnosis was given, and the duration of the job was just as quick. They even changed some of my fittings free of charge. Christopher responded super quickly, came in the same day (beating the rush hour traffic) and helped fix a tough clogging problem in the bathroom with the tools available, and offered a very reasonable rate too. Would  definitely recommend.

Kirill is the man! I've been looking for a plumber to install a faucet and look at some other stuff at our new place. He quoted me a more than reasonable price, showed up on time, spotted some stuff that was corroded and went above and beyond to fix those as a courtesy. He paid attention to detail and he spent extra time making sure he did the job right. Not only am I satisfied, I'm already planning on having him come back to do more.

This company is truly a dying breed, in a world where no one has good customer service anymore! I was helped over the phone to save an emergency visit. He Was extremely knowledgeable in addition to being very nice and helpful. I will definitely use them again for any future work.

Our basement flooded  in the middle of the night, while we were out. Imagine coming home to a flooded basement. That's what happened. We cleaned the basement and we're trying to find someone to help use with a burst pipe. I've tried calling 5-6 other people, but they were unresponsive. JP was available first thing Sunday morning. Stop by the house and fix our pipes before noon. Reliable quick and reasonable priced, highly recommend!

Sergery and his team went above and beyond! They were on time every day, paid attention to detail and cleaned up beautifully before they left. If they saw something that needed fixing, they appeared the next day with the supplies to fix it without even being asked. I will definitely be hiring them again :)

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Had a Friday night sink emergency that turned out to be more than just a clog - there were rotted pipes as well. 24 Hour were responsive,  knowledgeable and didn't wuit until the job was done right. Thry actually left the pipes in a better configuration than they were before. My new go-to plumber, for sure!

Rob and team are the best. They not only did a great job in tilling my bathroom, but also helped me in addressing unexpected event free of additional charge ( closet door stucked from inside and cann't get the door open)

He fixed the faucet, but left a hole in the drywall that will likely cost more to repair than the faucet repair itself.
