On the Sunday between Christmas and New Years our main house drain became plugged.  We unable to use any water in the house because of this.  I called Hoffman Plumbing (based on Yelp reviews) and left a message.  Rich Hoffman returned my call within the hour.  He needed to contact his co-worker to join him on the job.  Rich kept in touch with me via text, several times, to keep me informed of their arrival status.  They came mid-afternoon, assessed the problem and fixed it.  It was a difficult repair but they had it resolved within a few hours.  The price was fair.   I hIghly recommend Hoffman Plumbing as I was impressed with both his quick response and good service.

Great service- great people- family run & local- super professional- honest - hardworking... the list goes on!

Richard and Brian were right on time, thorough in their investigation of our problem, and didn't even try to charge us for their tome when they realized the problem wasn't what we thought. Would highly recommend them.

James is the BEST! I called him on short notice when a shut off valve for my kitchen faucet failed. He was very prompt did a great job changing out 3 under sink valves and was very reasonable. I will be using him again and will tell all my friends and family. Thank you James

Whenever I've had issues- I call and they immediately know who I am and what the layout of my plumbing is. They arrive quickly and prepared to handle all my needs.

After a long haul seven months of plumbing problems with the ailing Porcelain Throne's motor which eventually failed this week (what a way to ring in the 2010 year, right?).  AYIA! It was like the death of all of us...  My family and I endured seven long haul months of endless night sleep listening to the toilet run and leaking to rise hot water to stifling hot while one takes a shower.  The toilet was immensely wasting water!!  In addition, the shower's faucet was also immensely wasting water by dripping like a sick running nose.

After two no-shows from this plumbing company of this week and finally a show today, the plumber replaced the toilet's motor, stoppage drain, chain, and toilet's chrome handle with the addition of two new washers of the shower's faucet, and new hot and cold shower knobs.  This company's fees are by the hour for labor, and parts/ materials which totaled an utter gargantuan sum of $275.00.

Woodhaven Plumbing & Heating is the area's local plumber as my family have utilize their services in the past.

I rate Woodhaven Plumbing & Heating four stars as they have bad attendance of having two no-shows despite of numerous appointments with the added incentive office location within walking distance-- ergo, no excuse!  After removing the existing parts of the toilet and shower knobs, the dude announced: these parts are very bad that I put in all new parts buddy.  Duh, really... no kidding Sherlock!  That's why you're here to fix it dude!

In addition, the work of this plumber is very sloppy as after the dude completed the job he left a gargantuan mess with debris everywhere in our bathroom.  Personally, I believe all plumbers leave a mess with debris everywhere to make clients' lives hell as I spent much of the afternoon cleaning the dude's mess.

I contacted Aversa plumbing for a home emergency we were having with frozen pipes.  He texted us regularly to check in as he had a full day of customers to deal with. We ended up having another plumbing service come out, but very pleased with his attention to our needs and offer to come out at the end of his busy day.  We would certainly contact him again in the future!!!

My father's shower was in bad shape--no hot water, very low pressure water stream. I messaged In-Line via Yelp and Stan called within the hour to follow up. He was over at my dad's the next day to review the job, quoted us a fair price and fixed the shower that same day. My dad was very satisfied w the service; apparently involved removing a cartridge that was quite stuck and difficult to dislodge. These guys are friendly prompt professionals who know what they're doing and charges fair price; would highly recommend them.

Kellem was responsive, reliable, timely and did a great job. He sent me pictures very yep of the way since I was not in town. Would definitely use again and recommend!

Our building recently had a lot of work done by this plumber, which cost us many thousands of dollars. Unfortunately the work that was done caused more problems than it fixed. Yet, the worst part of our interaction with this plumber was their either non-responsive or belligerent customer service... So our building's problems remain unresolved and we are searching for another plumber. I would advise you to do the same!

In response to Mr. Kevin Ryans response to my unfavorable review of his service...kevin was not present.  And if the phone conversation was truly recorded by Erin, then it will be proof that she called me and started screaming at me. She should be trained on how to deal with an unjappy customer (which happens in this business)  rather than to call them and start scteaming and threatening them with legal action.  Bad.  Very bad business practice.  and your technician did NOT tell me what was wrong with the water heater and did NOT give me  quote prior to making a repair.  He just did it and wanted to cjarge me $300.  He gave me an ultimatum, I coul purchase a service agreement for $275 or pay the $300.  I dont want the contract and he was not happy about it.  He brought it down to $160.  Then he said ill be rightback and left eithout saying why.  After more than 20 minutes, I went to the van and gave him the check and told him I dont like the eay you do business.  When I did not have hot water, I called Erin later the same day, and she said she would check with the techs to see when they can get the part that needed replacement.  In the morning at around 10 am I called..No answer..left message.  Called again.. No answer.  Several hours later.. Called again.  Left message that if I did not get called back I would put a stop payment on check.  BINGO!  She called me immediately, screaming at me, that I had threatened her, accusing me of everything in the book.  I was forced to yell over her screaming words.  And yes, I cursed.  No heat for 5 days and this is what I get.  I hung up on her.  She called me back, left a message, threatening to take action through her attorney.    I called back, left message that not to threaten me and that because she has caused me so much aggravation, mt blood pressure went sky high, I had to call my doctor and take an extra bp pill to bring it down, I told her I am putting a stop payment on the check.  And by the way, your technician had an attitude problem, he was nasty, rude, defiant and uncooperative..   I called another company today, they are coming tomorrow to repair  the problem.  The woman on the phone was kind, sympathetic and professionall in her manner of speaking.  I have never dealt with people like Erin snd your tech before.  Never had a problem.  You should correct them, not me.  I will send you a money order for the $49 that I agreed to pay when I made the appointment.  But I will not pay you for anything else because I have to pay someone else to do what you should have done, when I called back to inform your office manager that I still had no hot water.  Have a nice day, Kevin.

They are a bunch of crooks. Made a appointment to have my boiler serviced. Plumber came in flooded the boiler with water and then shut it down saying it was cracked and that I needed a new boiler which was quoted at 7000. Needless to say, I had sense enough to call for a second opinion.  Two parts were changed which cost me 1100.  They are a bunch if thieves, don't use them
