My water heater broke. I called Vuksani and a real person  actually answered the phone. I explained my problem and through FaceTiming my heater he was able to tell me how to turn the water off and told me he would call me back after checking to see if the specific water heater I needed was available. He called about 15 minutes later with two options and prices. They showed up an hour later  and installed the new heater and disposed of the old heater.
They were pleasant, extremely professional and worked quickly. Their price was very reasonable.

Called Sam to replace a leaking pipe under our sink. He responded very promptly and arrived later that same day. He was courteous, professional and efficient. The cost was fair and consistent with his estimate. I also needed to replace an old faucet set and he provided advice on what to order and came back several days later to install it. Highly recommended.

They did a great job cleaning my storm drain pipe. The plumber called to inform us of the time when he'll arrive, showed up on time and was able to fix the problem quickly. I would definitely use their service again.

We chose Michael blindly from Yelp reviews and so glad we did. Professional, friendly and reasonable. He was so kind as to help us with a big job which was sort of last minute and stayed late too. Olsi might just be the most honest plumber I have ever met.  Very good at communication and telling me what he could do and not do.  I really appreciated everything about him, including the fact he drove from Astoria to Union Square in the middle of the day, knowing parking was horrendous.  I was already looking for a new permanent plumber for my office and I am glad I found him.  I would recommend AXR to anyone looking to for either emergency or project based work.  Thank you Olsi!

Earlier this month, my mom's sink started dripping. As the month progressed, it got worse and worse, so I reached out to several sink repair services in the area via Yelp.  Kirill was not only very responsive, but also offered one of the best rates. Absolute rip off. Joshua will leave a job worse off than when he started. You know that gut feeling that you're being ripped off and the work quality is poor? That's what you'll get with Joshua. I agreed to use him because I was in a pinch and needed someone last minute, I should have waited instead of wasting my money, the worst feeling ever. Waste of money!

My sewer backed up in the middle of the night on a Monday, and was worried about extra water damage being it looked as though there was a huge flood. I did a quick search on yelp and found J P sewer and drain cleaning. I reached out on yelp and received an immediate response with a quote, they came out to my location and took care of the problem in a timely manner. My problem was solved immediately they had great workman skills and they were professional. I would highly recommend them and use their services again.

I needed a quick response for a water leak, and Eugene was super responsive! I had him come back a week later for some drywall patching and painting, and again he was excellent. He is a great handyman to have around!
