Our bathroom sink was clogged and wasn't draining at all. Texted Sunday evening and set an appointment for the next afternoon. Got a call an hour before saying they were on their way. Arrived on time and fixed the clog in 20 minutes. Cleaned up. Quite reasonable rates. Would definitely use again.

Michael is a first-rate professional.   We had a drainage issue in our back garden - by no means a simple plumbing job.  It was 4 full days of work and the quality of his work came through each day. Before the work even started, Michael made multiple site visits, worked/problem solved with our engineer, and presented us with a full work plan before starting.  This is your guy if you want truly high quality plumbing work done by a professional.  I interviewed multiple plumbing services before starting and it was clear from the onset Michael had (be far) the best expertise.  

Oh and in the middle of all of this, our sink drain broke.  That got fixed in about 15 minutes.  So he is your guys for both larger contracting jobs and smaller, more day to day jobs.

Tim was Great. He was prompt with his response, punctual in arrival and extremely professional.
He repaired a leaking sink for us and even bought the part himself. A pleasure and joy to interact with. He was honest in his assessments and frank about his abilities.

I cannot recommend Kirill highly enough! He got back to me right away, actually went to the store and found the perfect faucet for me, and came the same day for a quick, professional install. In between he called to give me periodic updates on his progress so I knew what was going on, when to expect him, etc. Honestly, this is the kind of experience you always hope to have when contacting a new business.  I was so, so pleased and definitely plan to have him come back to do some work in our bathroom later on this Fall. Amazing! Joshua is extremely knowledgeable and punctual. I called him at 3am, he answered the phone and set up a meeting for 11am. I took him no more than 20 minutes to have my drain system running like new. If you need a quality, reliable plumber- look no further. The best- highly recommend

Looking for a plumber at 5p on a Friday? Look no more! I called 5 other plumbers on Yelp before I finally got to John and he was the first one to answer and offer help. Not only did he try to save me money by making sure it wasn't a city drainage issue, but he also communicated his ETA clearly and was helpful when he finally came to fix my backed up water main. He educated me on the watch outs of my particular plumbing situation and promptly left without trying to upsell me. I definitely plan to keep his number for any future issues or plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Eugene is total pro and has my full recommendation.  Had to install multiple TV mounts into thin walls as well as a few larger shelves. He didn't install anything that would potentially damage the walls, which I appreciated.  Sometimes your ideas just don't work.

More impressive was all the custom work he did to install a hanging entertainment center (weighing about 90 pounds) into a sheet rock wall. This required tearing into the wall to build a custom mount bc my building didn't have the right studs. Things can get pricey quick, but you get what you pay for. So pay to have things done right!

With Eugene you're in great hands.  He's punctual, hard working, and doesn't take short cuts. All important things for those home projects.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I messaged them and I got a call right away but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number & I get a lot of spam calls. So I got a text message from them stating they were the plumber I messaged. I asked which one since I messaged so many plumbers in the same day. After they sent a link with a message saying Leave a review.. which honestly turned me off at first because they haven't done anything yet. Anyway I started messaging them (which is always a good option to take, that way you get things in writing & they can't go back on their word or quote, hence the first message). I asked a couple of questions, but they didn't even respond back to either of my questions in the text, very Unprofessional, so we definitely passed on this company!

Loved the way they operate, reached out to them as I had a problem in my rental unit. Robert and team reached out to my tenant and organised the whole repair. The service and price is impeccable. Thank you

I asked for service of my tub and Hassan cancelled on me twice. Totally disrespectful.

When our boiler shut down we were scrambling for a late night heating specialist. We reached out to Peral late at night, and were able to get a specialist to our door quickly THAT NIGHT. They did an excellent job of explaining the issue, and fixing our problem.
