Tim at Golden Hands was a pleasure to have in our home - really friendly, good natured and kind to our dog.  I wasn't sure what to expect hiring a handyman for several wide-ranging projects (picture hanging, bathroom fixture installation and water pressure resolution) but relied on the reviews and am glad that I did.  Tim showed up on time, masked and with a backpack full of the right tools for the job.  He was able to hang heavy wall art and smaller pictures alike - we felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing on our newly plastered walls. He diagnosed the issue behind our water pressure and agreed to come back at another time once he was able to get a specific part to test. On the bathroom fixtures he was done quickly and they look great. We will definitely not hesitate to have him do other odd jobs around our house as they will no doubt arise.

We had a sudden and fairly complicated issue with a kitchen sink, and Dov Plumbing was able to send someone out quickly to take care of it. During both of their visits to our home, they were courteous and professional, and their prices are reasonable. I would definitely call them again, and I highly recommend their services.

Olsi came out to install 2 faucets for me in my new condo. He took away the old plumbing and made sure everything was working.

Christopher showed up in a mask and was wonderful to deal with.  He is a man of his word and promptly ordered the part I needed.  It was difficult to get the part as the toilet model was discontinued.  He managed to get it anyway, promptly delivered and installed it.

We wanted to replace our kitchen faucet and sink but didn't know where to begin to measure what kinds of sinks/faucets would fit. Kirill worked with us to understand what we were looking for and find options for replacements when other companies I contacted would only help us install. The install ended up taking longer than anticipated for various reasons but he was calm and professional throughout and took the time to explain what he was doing as he was doing it.

I have been using Josh and Bullseye for my condo in Manhattan for many years.  He is always communicative, professional and repairs whatever the problem is for what I believe is a very fair price.  I most recently had a shower issue and when he arrived he was able to fix it in just a few minutes.  He said he was not even going to charge me for his time (no parts needed) as it was such a simple thing.  He would not accept payment and I appreciate his honest and fair business.  I have recommended him to others in my building and trust him and his work.

I called them at 11pm and they came right away and got the job done. Would recommend to anyone! And they are super clean. Helped me cleaned up the bathroom after. Very nice people as well

We used Zabivay's services couple times before and always happy with the results. This time Nick came to fix our dripping shower. The whole process took him about 25min. He left no trace after job was done. Price was adequate. Will definitely use them again in the future

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.

John and Jperal were a Godsend. I can't recommend them enough! My family owns a 3 family Brownstone and bought a gas boiler from a big named retailer who was supposed to be an expert at these things. We had it for years but ended up having issues with it every year. Finally this winter the whole system conked out on us and we needed someone to look at it right away. John came over on a Saturday in about an hour. He was very reasonable, thorough in explaining issues with the boiler, gave us options and let us decide what made more sense price wise and investment wise, and he actually cared more about helping us than making a sale. It turns out the big name retailer wasn't the expert they claimed to be since they installed the old boiler all wrong.
I was so relieved to finally get answers and solutions from John. In the end, it made the most sense to get a new boiler which he and his team took an entire day installing a troubleshooting to make sure it was running smooth. And we haven't had one problem since. Which is a relief since it's 23 degrees out and nice and toasty inside!
