Super knowledgeable plumber. I've been through so many in New York that haven't been able to help me with various issues over the years and Edison was incredibly helpful. He knew what he was talking about and fixed so many things around our house. I highly recommend!

PLUMBING issue was leaking pipes beneath kitchen sink. Sam requested photos of the affected areas, gave me a quote. Worked around my  time availability also. Repair was quick, quiet and clean. Confirmed appointment with me the day before, arrived on time. Advised me on care of the new system from sink drain down to the main pipe. 3 days later and all is well. Finally a REAL PLUMBER. I'll keep his service card handy and would definitely recommend his services.

I Called Mike Donahue for a boiler water pipe (badly rusted) repair. He responded immediately and hours later he was at my home assessing the problem. He gave me a monetary quote for the repair, which was reasonable and I agreed too. He proceeded to make the repairs in a minimal amount of time. The pictures I attached don't really do justice as far as what task he faced to make the repairs. The pipe was practically wedged between the boiler and a wall (13 inches). Not only did he repair the pipe nicely, he pointed out some other anticipated problems that might arise in the future. He made some additional repairs and fine tuned to my boiler. Moreover, when the job was completed, Mike actually lowered my my final bill! Mike is very personable and professional and highly recommend him for any plumbing job you may have no matter how big or small. Great job Mike!

Tim was fantastic, I had an issue with my toilet running. He was able to identify and fix the issue right away. He was quick and reliable. I highly recommend!

Rob was great! Friendly, efficient, and stuck to his original price estimate. He was in and out so quickly, fixing a hole/leak in our kitchen sink drain and leaving it looking and working great! We'll definitely be contacting Rob again for all our future plumbing needs.

Came the very next day when we reached out to fix our old faucet that was so defective, it was leaking and flooding our kitchen even when the water wasn't on. They took the time to try to figure out the problem over phone first in case it could save us having to pay for their in-person consultation; only when that didn't work, did they come and have the faucet replaced within a few hours of their visit, and even tried to help clean up the mess so the wood of our flooring wouldn't warp. Great, professional, and quick service. I could not recommend more.

Olsi did an excellent job replacing my kitchen faucet. He helped me find a compatible faucet and did a great job installing it. He was communicative, reliable, and punctual. He came prepared with additional piping that was needed given unexpected corrosion. I am glad I didn't try to install the new faucet myself.

Kirill is really nice and though I have not gotten the chance to work with him yet, the price that he came up with for the work we needed was very fair. He was even able to give me advice on other areas of my co-op. I appreciate an honest person and I am looking forward to doing business with him.

Josh came in less than 30minutes and within minutes he fixed my toilet. He's a really pleasant guy to deal with and a true professional. Josh told me what to steer clear of to make sure I try to avoid clogging my toilet again. Amazing ! Wasn't sure if we would be able to get someone short notice for our dishwasher removal. John and his team were ready and came within 24 hours of my initial contact. Fast, professional and so nice. Would absolutely recommend them and hire again!

I needed a quick response for a water leak, and Eugene was super responsive! I had him come back a week later for some drywall patching and painting, and again he was excellent. He is a great handyman to have around!

I have a tenant that needed a toilet repaired.  I posted the job around 830am and Hassan was the first to respond and said he would be at my location sometime after 2pm.  I reached out after 2pm via yelp and never heard anything.  Called the number after 5pm left a message and never heard back.  Waited until  7pm and finally gave up hope that he would come.  

I had all day yesterday that I could have worked on getting another plumber. I took Hassan at his word that he would help me out. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

John does an excellent job!  The most important is that he is honest.  If something is outside of his field of expertise, he would refer you to someone else.  Does not overcharge you either.  Recommend highly!!!
