It was a good experience calling them in my need hours..I got some water leakage issue in my house bathroom so they did their job in a best wayy to fix  my issue on time..

Late review, but I really appreciate their services. We had  a toilet malfunction a few months ago and the superintendent of our building was not responding to the urgency of the situation. I messaged the plumber via text and they arrived in a matter of a few hours. He fixed the current problem as the bigger issue would have to be handled by our apartment building. I don't think I can stress enough how bad the situation was and we are very thankful for the quick service. The price to me seemed reasonable and we paid via Venmo.

I called Pipe Monkeys after reading all the positive reviews here. I was greeted by a very friendly person and was told they would be able to stop by later in the day.

A few hours later, I got a call from Kirk letting me know he was on his way. He inspected the issue, told me what he thought was the problem and gave me a price and how long it would take.

Not 15 minutes later, he had cleared out the drain backup. He also gave me advice on the things I can do to keep it unclogged.

Kirk was a very nice person and overall, this was a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to call him again should I require additional service!

Mike installed a water heater for me, after giving me a very competitive price.  No fuss,no muss.  I am old enough to remember what a real good plumber is suppose to be and Mike is that guy.  He does excellent work.  He cleaned up after finishing and couldn't have been more professional.  I highly recommend him and would use him again if the need arose. Tim did a great job on my multiple interior doors repair project in Brooklyn and went the extra mile to repair some things not part of the original scope. Very professional and response service. Will use their services again.

Ended up not getting service done, but this review is for their professionalism and knowledge. I recently needed assistance with my shower valve/cartridge and no plumbing/hardware stores were helpful. When I reached out to adov, they did not immediately sell me on services but tried to guide me to my own solution. Ultimately, they identified the problem efficiently and my shower is looking and working great. Thank you so much for your help!

Olsi came out to install 2 faucets for me in my new condo. He took away the old plumbing and made sure everything was working.

Christopher responded promptly and went the extra mile to obtain a part for an old toilet so that the job could be completed as quickly as possible.

We wanted to replace our kitchen faucet and sink but didn't know where to begin to measure what kinds of sinks/faucets would fit. Kirill worked with us to understand what we were looking for and find options for replacements when other companies I contacted would only help us install. The install ended up taking longer than anticipated for various reasons but he was calm and professional throughout and took the time to explain what he was doing as he was doing it.

This company is truly a dying breed, in a world where no one has good customer service anymore! I was helped over the phone to save an emergency visit. He Was extremely knowledgeable in addition to being very nice and helpful. I will definitely use them again for any future work.

I contacted Zabiway through Yelp to install new plumbing under the new kitchen sink.  Sergey gave me the estimate after seeing pictures that I sent him.  He did flawless job.  He is a good communicator, very reliable, professional and fast.  He is highly skilled and takes pride in his work.  Highly recommended to anyone who needs help.

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.

Expert oil-fired boiler installation, on-time, neat, clean work, friendly, courteous, a great team led by a boiler specialist, who answered every question. Highly recommended.

I cannot thank John and his crew enough!  The three of them came from Staten Island to Brooklyn early on a rainy Sunday morning to check our boiler.  It turns out that everything was fine and that I had worried unnecessarily, but they were kind and understanding and did everything they could to make sure the boiler would continue to work well.  I called them late in the evening the night before and they were immediately responsive and consistently clear in the communication with me.  Not only all of that, but they insisted on doing all of this as with their compliments!  JPeral is exceptional and I highly recommend their services.
