From the first call to payment and thank you's this was a wonderful experience. Having toilet issues is already stressful, but when I found VukSani plumbing life become so much better. In the matter of an hour, the COI and all insurance documents were emailed to my building for approval and in an hour after that a plumber was at my front door! The plumber diagnosed and fixed my problem in a mere matter of minutes. The price charged was a flat rate, not an hourly one, so you know exactly and upfront if you can afford it and it was very reasonable. The owner on the phone was amazing and kept communicating with me from start to finish every step of the way. They allow credit card payments over the phone so it's simple and easy. I will be sharing my experience with all my neighbors in the building and it was truly a pleasure to receive help in a matter of hours (Less than a day!) simply the best!

I messaged Sam when my old hot water heater died and was leaking rusty water into my downstairs neighbor's kitchen. He responded right away and after asking lots of questions and sending pictures back and forth he gave me a quote and scheduled a time to come replace it. He sourced the new water heater, arrived with an assistant who helped him get it up the stairs into my fourth floor walkup, then emptied the old one and took that down the many stairs, all of which seemed pretty harrowing. They then did some welding in our extremely small water heater closet and probably saved my life by pointing out how bad the ventilation was in there. I hadn't died of carbon monoxide poisoning in 5 years of living in the apartment, but WHO KNOWS how things might have turned out if not for Sam. And my shower is so hot now it's the best. Don't you want hot showers???

I use them to do my annual sewer cleanings at both my houses because i like how they handled my first couple of clogs. My sister hired them for her house. Efficient. Easy to book. Wonderful informative and intuitive when they educate you on your sewer drain.

Very surprised by all the high reviews. Michael does give good advice, but he is pricey and is booking too many jobs per day. Because of this, he showed up several hours late and seemed in a rush. We weren't totally satisfied with his work or his attitude.

We have hired Tim Golden Hands 2 or 3 times and Artsem has always done wonderful work!!

Robert is quick to reply and efficient in unclogging our bathtub. Also provided helpful advice. I will definitely go to him for any plumbing issues.

I can't say enough good things about Kirills. After a Task Rabbit with supposed plumbing skills created some plumbing disasters in my condo, and another plumber simply no-showed and ghosted me, I fortunately found Kirill online and thanks to the reviews decided to hire him. Best decision! He was so professional and responsive, guiding me through the way and fixed my shower despite it having many touch and go moments as it's a discontinued model so he had to mix and match my old and new parts to get it working but thankfully he made it work without me needing to get a whole new shower body installed with the added headache of breaking down marble walls. He also worked within my budget and didn't try to extort me, and really helped me out price wise, being very straightforward about the price in advance so that there were no surprises. He is a nice and helpful person and while I hope to not need his services again soon, he will be my go-to guy next time I have a plumbing need (learned my task rabbit lesson). I highly recommend him to others who want the work done without paying an arm and a leg. Thank you Kirills!

I have been using Josh and Bullseye for my condo in Manhattan for many years.  He is always communicative, professional and repairs whatever the problem is for what I believe is a very fair price.  I most recently had a shower issue and when he arrived he was able to fix it in just a few minutes.  He said he was not even going to charge me for his time (no parts needed) as it was such a simple thing.  He would not accept payment and I appreciate his honest and fair business.  I have recommended him to others in my building and trust him and his work.

Was in a bind with my sewer main, John came out promptly diagnosed the situation and took the time to explain my options and didn't try to rob me like some of these other companies.

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.

We've used Riverside twice and had really great experiences with them-- first to replace a broken faucet in the kitchen, then for what we thought was a broken electrical outlet that turned out to be a giant job because whoever had worked on the house last had made a huge mistake. I'm really grateful to have found them - showed up on the same day, got the job done same day, reasonable pricing, professional and clean work. Really appreciated the mask use and taking shoes off when coming inside given the situation with the pandemic as well. I'm sure we'll be calling on them in the future!

Our heat stopped working and we are expecting a snow storm this upcoming weekend. Being last minute, Charlie and his partner were able to make it over within an hour that same day. They informed us what the problem was and gave us an honest quote (which was VERY reasonable for a last minute call)

Within 45 minutes or so, the job was done and they cleaned up after themselves. This is our first time using this company and we were highly satisfied! Hopefully we dont  have to call them back, but if we do- we know we're in good hands! Thank you guys! We greatly appreciate the job!
