Rob was great! Friendly, efficient, and stuck to his original price estimate. He was in and out so quickly, fixing a hole/leak in our kitchen sink drain and leaving it looking and working great! We'll definitely be contacting Rob again for all our future plumbing needs.

Shower stopped working over the weekend, which is not acceptable when we are all stuck at home because of COVID-19. Dov answered us quickly, gave us a fair quote, and fixed it that day. He was very professional, and it was nice to be able to pay with venmo. We will definitely use him again if we have any other problem.

I was moving out in 2 days time and needed a quick job on my toilet done. He responded within a very good timeframe and came that evening and completed the job. He was honest, reliable and direct about the work required. I had to send him pictures by phone and email. When he came, saw the work to be done, he quoted me a very reasonable price and only once I agreed did he start the work. I would definitely recommend this plumber and use him again in the future. He's based in Astoria which suited me (I'm in Long Island City) and works all over NYC. I found him on Yelp and he was exactly what I needed.

I had a leak in my bathtub that was leaking on the floor below. He opened up the ceiling and not only fixed that leak but there was another leak. He even went above and beyond and exchanged Some piping so that I would not have a problem down the road. You cannot go wrong with this guy. All of this at a very reasonable price. Consider yourself lucky if Kirill is your plumber

Our retail location needed immediate help for a sink that was hanging off the wall in our basement. I called a few plumbers and either got answering machines or the run around. Joshua answered right away, and was at our spot for an assessment and quote within a couple of hours. Quick assessment and very reasonable quote, another plumber had quoted us 6x more. He had the job done the next day in only a few hours and addressed all of our needs. Highly recommend - fast, hassle-free, reliable!

This is one of my favorite plumbing service in new york! They are super careful and they actually care about what they are doing. Very professional and quick. I called them at 11pm and they came right away and got the job done. Would recommend to anyone! And they are super clean. Helped me cleaned up the bathroom after. Very nice people as well

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.

I'm almost afraid to give a five star review because I really love Hassan and his crew and don't want the secret to get out. Over the past year, they have helped with clogged drains, installing taps, diagnosing water drainage/leaks both in an interior room and roof gutters, as well as troubleshooting steam radiators. Not always available immediately but they come always when they say, and have always offered an accurate and logical range of what it might cost- even when that range might be big. Very responsive by txt/sms. Would recommend.

I had a cracked supply pipe in upper floor ceiling. They delayed several hours before showing up, I had to make them cover floors & sweep chunks of plaster before turning on main to see where pipe was cracked.  They did do a reasonable job with the repair but left a soggy mess in most of the room.  Owner John came few days later after I sent very insistent email but he was so argumentative, telling me I should also replace more pipes (which my regular guy who was unavailable that day said was NOT necessary). I paid the full invoice which said they replaced 3 feet (it was barely 1.5), my mistake!!  Find another plumber, this guy is a little s***. I'd attach more pix but it only makes me more aggravated
