I had a cascade in my basement, had to turn off the main. This occurred late Friday night. I called at 11:30 p.m., spoke to the boss (he answered!), and he said that someone would come by the following day. Jake was here this morning at 10 o'clock, quickly identified the problem - a new brass nipple (a cap) had to be affixed to the end of a pipe - and took care of it it in a few minutes. I thought the fee for this work, $380, was excessive and had a brief text discussion about it with Mr. V.  who indicated that this was reasonable for an emergency call on a weekend (by a licensed plumber).   (This is why I always look for an experienced tradesperson WITHOUT a license.)  I guess I now agree with him now, which is why I'm giving this outfit five stars. Jake was great. Finally, I must acknowledge that Mr. V's responsiveness and availability was outstanding.

I reached out about a minor leak. Sam's was prompt, communicative, and fairly priced. This is now my go-to plumber!

I contacted this company and they responded immediately with a reasonable quote and we're able to come on the next business day. Within under an hour, they got past the blockage and my shower is working perfectly. Fantastic experience, pleasure doing business with them!

Tim at Golden Hands was a pleasure to have in our home - really friendly, good natured and kind to our dog.  I wasn't sure what to expect hiring a handyman for several wide-ranging projects (picture hanging, bathroom fixture installation and water pressure resolution) but relied on the reviews and am glad that I did.  Tim showed up on time, masked and with a backpack full of the right tools for the job.  He was able to hang heavy wall art and smaller pictures alike - we felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing on our newly plastered walls. He diagnosed the issue behind our water pressure and agreed to come back at another time once he was able to get a specific part to test. On the bathroom fixtures he was done quickly and they look great. We will definitely not hesitate to have him do other odd jobs around our house as they will no doubt arise.

We needed to replace our kitchen faucet and found Rob via Yelp based off of all of these 5-star reviews. He was extremely easy to communicate with, quoted us a fair price, and came to install it within the week. The new faucet looks and works great! Would recommend him without question in the future -- a great find!

Excellent service.  Payment is check or cash/zelle,no credit cards. Was referred by a friend and a Yelp backed up her opinion.  Leak from behind kitchen wall and could not be seen.  Came quickly assessed,  and fixed the next day as scheduled.  This was a big job as there cutting open the wall behind the sink and appliance, cutting out the old pipe and replacing with new pipe curving downward.  Very clear with diagnosis, clean and explains throughly.  The price was not for the faint of heart but an estimate was provided in advance before proceeding, and the reassurance of a job well done was worth every penny.

Olsi came out to install 2 faucets for me in my new condo. He took away the old plumbing and made sure everything was working.

I reached out to Marcel to help with a clogged tub and sink.. Christopher gave a quote upfront, responded quickly to all emails, and showed up on time.. He communicated what he was doing and gave me some tips moving forward to prevent future clogs..

All in all a good experience.

Kirill did amazing work on a hookup for my portable dishwasher to the hot water line under my kitchen sink. It required multiple attachments and a complete redo of the dishwasher's hose system. Kirill was so great to work with and I couldn't be happier with the result. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

No walk-ins. The company not physically located at the address listed. I attempted to visit the company as they were the closest plumber in my area only to find out that the company is a home-based business located outside Manhattan.

My sewer backed up in the middle of the night on a Monday, and was worried about extra water damage being it looked as though there was a huge flood. I did a quick search on yelp and found J P sewer and drain cleaning. I reached out on yelp and received an immediate response with a quote, they came out to my location and took care of the problem in a timely manner. My problem was solved immediately they had great workman skills and they were professional. I would highly recommend them and use their services again.

The extension hose for our kitchen sink became damaged over time so it needed to be repaired or the entire faucet replaced. After checking Yelp reviews I chose Zabivey Handyman. During our initial call Eugene suggested that I purchase a replacement faucet and have it ready for him when he arrived. We scheduled an appointment the next day and I was quoted a fair price. Eugene showed up on time, worked quickly (even with an extra complication), left no mess for me to clean up, and did the job expertly.

My only suggestion is for him to answer his calls more profesionally. Hello, this is Eugene at Zabivey Handyman. How may I help you? or something to that effect because Hi! or Yes? is very off-putting - I should know who has picked up the phone so that I'm sure I didn't dial a wrong number.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I had a hot water tank that needed repairing at 2am! Rob came and saved the night. He was very reasonable and understanding. Amazing customer service would definitely recommend to all my friends and family

I used Riverside for some final jobs on my condo . They were very communicative , timely and did the job very well ( I liked the fact they were mindful of not making a mess). A bit on the expensive side but these days , good work is hard to come by - highly recommend

John & Alan we're extremely efficient and knowledgeable. They responded to my request for a clogged toilet within an hour and came to my house within two hours which is extremely impressive considering I called them at 8pm. I 100% would recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.
