My husband and I recently bought a studio apartment in Manhattan. Having lived in Long Island all my life I had no idea how contracting jobs worked in Manhattan. I chanced upon Vuksani's website while browsing for a plumbing service. I feel so lucky that I found them. Edison was polite, responsive and very accommodating from the get go. He worked with me on submitting rather extensive documentation to my building and quite promptly too. His team  showed up on time , they were very polite and respectful. They went out of their way to ensure that the vanity and toilets were installed to my satisfaction. He was so kind to offer to snake my bathtub even without me mentioning it and did not charge me for it. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing job and i know that they have got  a customer for life in me!

Sam is great. He's helped me twice now with plumbing issues. He is super responsive and helpful, explains everything and is reasonable when it comes to pricing. Very professional and friendly, even helped a neighbor get out of a tight parking spot on his way out! Accepts Zelle. Definitely recommend!

I was very happy that I found Mike. He fixed the problem with my steam boiler and much more. Unlike some other plumbers who charge a lot but deliver a little, Mike truly knows what he is doing and is concerned about his customers. Mike's genuine concern to help is what guided him to my home and to interest himself with fixing the heating and plumbing problems.

Needed someone to fix my tenants leaky drain in the sink. I got in touch with these guys and originally was skeptical do to their phone number but Artsem was legit. He was very nice and more importantly fixed the issue.

He was supposed to arrive between 3-5 but came later. He was great in that he at least gave me a call to let me know he would come later and then upon arrival was apologetic for his lateness and provided a small discount which I appreciated. Finally the nicest part is we had to go into my tenants place because that's where the issue was. They are Asian and Artsem was kind enough to take off his shoes before entering the residence which of course he didn't have to. Overall the guy seemed very nice and of good character!

Rob was courteous and professional, his price was fair and did an excellent job fixing the toilet leak (no more leak). It wasn't an emergency repair but he made himself available right away anyway. Can't recommend him enough.

I asked Dov to come by to provide a second opinion on a previous plumber's recommendation that I spend upwards of $4,000 to replace my water heater. DOV made some necessary repairs to the water heater, but didn't recommend replacing it saving me thousands of dollars. He also fixed a problem with my toilet. Great service and he is an honest guy.

Desperately needed a plumber on a Sunday and my super was no where to be found. Olsi immediately called me back and was at my apartment within an hour. He unclogged my toilet within 2 minutes. Extremely fast, reliable, and affordable. Highly recommend!!

Christopher showed up in a mask and was wonderful to deal with.  He is a man of his word and promptly ordered the part I needed.  It was difficult to get the part as the toilet model was discontinued.  He managed to get it anyway, promptly delivered and installed it.

This is the 2nd time Kirill has been a lifesaver, he left such a great impression the first time that I had to ask for a business card. Well today their Was an odd smell coming from our bathroom, a bunch of nasty stuff was coming up from our shower. I was panicking since I tried calling the land lord a Few times but no answer. I explained the situation to him and he gave me a time frame in which he'd show up. Normally past plumbers would arrive late than the time they give but kirill. He showed up saw what was wrong and went to work, the best part is he would clean around the areas he'd be working in. I told him to give me a invoice(receipt) to show the land lord to get our money Back And with no hesitation he gave me one and his business card. Highly recommend!

I live in a single family, 101 year old house.  We moved into the house in June 2014.  

We have 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms.  1 half bathroom, and 1 full bathroom are in the basement.  We never use the basement bathrooms.  

Today, while using the laundry machines in the basement, my wife noticed something really nasty coming out of the half bathroom.

We had a main line sewer clog, and every time any toilet was flushed in the entire house, it was getting backed up into the basement bathrooms.  We have two kids under 6.  We use the bathrooms a lot.  The smell in the basement had gotten so bad that it was like walking into a wall of crap.  It was nasty.  

I called these guys, and even though it was 8:00pm on a Saturday night, and they were in Manhattan, they came to Queens.  They were here in 45 mins.  They checked out the situation, which had gotten worse since the water had slowly seeped away and only the solid crud remained, and figure they could do the job that night.  

90 mins later they guys were done. The toilets all work.  All the bathrooms in the house are working.  They even cleaned up.  And not just like a surface clean, but they really got into it and cleaned.  

Two minutes after they left i checked one of the upstairs bathrooms - i should have checked before they left, but i totally forgot.  The toilet wasn't working.  it was still slow.  I called them, and they came back within five mins.  They checked the upstairs bathroom, found that it was an unrelated issue and fixed it.  No extra charge.  They just fixed it and went on their way.  Amazing.  

If you have any kind of plumbing issue, these guys will fix it.  They will fix it professionally, quickly, and cleanly.

As far as price is concerned, i thought they were perfectly priced.  No issues at all on that front.

Our basement flooded  in the middle of the night, while we were out. Imagine coming home to a flooded basement. That's what happened. We cleaned the basement and we're trying to find someone to help use with a burst pipe. I've tried calling 5-6 other people, but they were unresponsive. JP was available first thing Sunday morning. Stop by the house and fix our pipes before noon. Reliable quick and reasonable priced, highly recommend!

I contacted Sergey through Yelp and he responded within 10 minutes. He provided a quote for the replacing a kitchen faucet. While a bit higher than the others, I thought it was fair and booked him given his solid Yelp reviews. He showed up on time and finished the job quickly. The installation looks good and the faucet is functioning well. All in all, a great process and results. I would definitely call on him again.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I had a hot water tank that needed repairing at 2am! Rob came and saved the night. He was very reasonable and understanding. Amazing customer service would definitely recommend to all my friends and family

Robert and his colleague did an excellent job installing our micro/hood combination. The installation was slightly tricky due to the location of our backsplash, but Robert navigated that situation with ease. In addition to his good work, I appreciate his professionalism: he was on time for the job, wore a mask, left the place clean and communicated clearly. His price was slightly above that of his competitors (~$80) but he was the only one who actually showed up when he said he would to do the work.

Hassan and his partner showed up and placed 2 valves under the sink. They were in and out in 30 minutes. Just hire this guy!

An unreliable company that doesn't honor their warranties! Stay away!

I hired Peral to install a new vanity in my bathroom and fix my leaky kitchen faucet. They stood me up twice, for both appointments I had to call and ask where they were and they'd forgotten the appointment. The vanity was poorly installed with a very sloppy silicone job (photo attached) and it literally came off the wall after they left, also they reversed the hot/cold taps; they installed a new kitchen faucet and the one they put in had poor water pressure.

On their second visit to fix these things they said I had to buy another new faucet and they refused to honor their warranty because they said it wasn't their fault the first faucet was defective (even though they were the ones who sold it to me).

In addition to buying a second new faucet they wouldn't honor their 30 day warranty and tried to charge me $375 for their time over what I'd already paid for the initial installation (I complained and they dropped it to $300). John told me it was my fault they had to come back because you seemed happy with the vanity when we installed it, you didn't say anything was wrong until later that day I'm like yeah, because later that day is when it CAME OFF THE WALL.

Save your time and money and hire someone else.
