Sam did an excellent job replacing broken water heater. Our heater did not work, Sam arrived in 1 hour, inspected, try to fix it with replacement parts. Because our heater was more than 10 years old that did not work. He said it was unsafe to use it. He ordered the new heater and in 1 day on Sunday replaced it. He explained every step thoroughly, gave as options, worked efficiently, helped to move out and back in our heavy laundry  washer and dryer, cleaned area after repair.
It was nice to have him working in our place, he was honest and pleasant to work with.
Can recommend Sam's Plumbing Services without hesitation for any sort of plumbing work.

I feel really lucky that Mike was referred to me. I had a waterlogged floor, and no idea where the water was coming from. Mike worked systematically to determine the root of the problem, documenting the whole process while he went. He provided clear explanations for what work needed to happen and why, as well as detailed estimates for each component of the process. This was a big and complicated job, and it was a relief to know that Mike had the broad range of skills and expertise to complete every aspect, including installing a new drain and rebuilding my walls. Mike Donahue is extremely reliable (he always shows up when he says he will if not earlier), an excellent communicator, and very respectful (he always leaves the work space clean, and takes care to protect my belongings). Artem installed a new medicine cabinet for me and did a wonderful job. His manager was extremely responsive and Artem was very professional and diligent. He did a great job on the installation, lining up the cabinet perfectly, and even cleaned up thoroughly after he was done. I would definitely use Tim Golden Hands again!

Rob was courteous and professional, his price was fair and did an excellent job fixing the toilet leak (no more leak). It wasn't an emergency repair but he made himself available right away anyway. Can't recommend him enough.

I had an emergency tonight, my main drain was clogged and my ground floor started flooding. I called Dov Sewer and Drain late at night and Dov came promptly to my home. His first guess was correct, the culprit was baby wipes! He used his industrial snake to clear the drain and even installed 2 new caps as the older ones were ill-fitting. Professionalism, promptness, peace of mind, and fair price, the experience was all I could have asked for. I will be making Dov my first call for all my future plumbing and heating needs.

I had a problem that came up over the weekend, when a lot of plumbers aren't available, and i didn't want to leave it.

This was my first time using Olsi. He knew right away what the problem was, and came that day. He charged me exactly what he quoted me, showed up exactly when he said he was going to show up, and was able to fix the problem quickly. My problem was solved within 3 hours of me seeing his name on yelp for the first time.

Would 100% use his services again and would recommend to anyone in the area who needs a plumber.

Marcel was knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem we had and even offered to stop at a hardware store to purchase the necessary replacent pieces we needed for our plumbing issue prior to coming for the repair.

Previously, we have contacted many plumbers and most of them didn't even bother to answer the phone and those who did answer had no desire to fix our toilet and would suggest to call back in the next couple of days.

He installed my Paulina faucet in no time and fixed my radiator too (despite the process of getting the building to cooperate being a hassle, he was calm and understanding the whole time). I needed immediate help with a clogged toilet.  Joshua answered immediately and was able to come over within a few hours.  He even called back and let me know that he was nearby and was able to come over earlier.
The clog was a bigger fix than originally thought and Joshua walked me through all the steps, let me know of his (very fair) pricing and left the bathroom very clean and organized and the toilet in great working order.

Amazing ! Wasn't sure if we would be able to get someone short notice for our dishwasher removal. John and his team were ready and came within 24 hours of my initial contact. Fast, professional and so nice. Would absolutely recommend them and hire again!

Eugene promptly called me to let me know when he'd arrive.  He is a pleasant person, who is less talkative (which is great)!  He got straight to work and finished up a few things relatively quickly.  He was so fast that my friend came in and gave him another job same day.  He will be my go to for handy work moving forward.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I messaged them and I got a call right away but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number & I get a lot of spam calls. So I got a text message from them stating they were the plumber I messaged. I asked which one since I messaged so many plumbers in the same day. After they sent a link with a message saying Leave a review.. which honestly turned me off at first because they haven't done anything yet. Anyway I started messaging them (which is always a good option to take, that way you get things in writing & they can't go back on their word or quote, hence the first message). I asked a couple of questions, but they didn't even respond back to either of my questions in the text, very Unprofessional, so we definitely passed on this company!

Riverside Handyman is great. I woke up one Sunday morning to a leak in my closet seeping from the ceiling. No clue where it came from but I called Robert at Riverside who sent a guy within the hour. He was extremely helpful in determining the source of the leak and giving us good guidance on what to do (the leak originated from 5 floors up in my apartment building). The handyman was prompt, courteous, patient and delivered great service. Would definitely recommend!

Hassan came on Monday 2/5 and gave me an estimate for some plumbing work I needed done in my coop. We agreed to schedule the work for the following afternoon.  Just as promised the work was done today, 2/6.  Based on my experience, I will use his service again.  I recommend Four Season Piping.  Thank you Hassan.
