These guys came in lower than other plumbers to install a pedestal sink. They came quickly, were super nice, did a good job with the sink, and I paid them with Venmo.

Messaged the owner late one evening to get a quote on fixing my leaky shower. Didn't expect to get a response that night but happily got one in less than an hour! Quote was very reasonable, especially compared to others I messaged, so we scheduled a good time for him to come and fix it. He came on Monday morning, was on time, worked quickly, pleasant interaction and quote was on point to what I was charged.
Would definitely recommend.

Tim was very responsive and accommodating. I had to reschedule because my building turned off the water and he was unphased and able to reschedule promptly. I had Tim come and unclog a toilet, fix a water faucet so the pressure was corrected and thus the water heats much faster. He also discovered a leak from a lose pipe and tightened it. I highly recommend this straightforward and honest small business owner!

Dov was very responsive and responded my quest for help on yelp quickly on Sunday. And he was willing to work on Sunday!! He came on time, discussed multiple remediation options with clear pricing and cost/benefit analysis. Equipped with all relevant tools and material, he executed quickly and cleaned up after his work. He price point seems fair for a job on Sunday. No complains whatsoever. He seems like a nice guy too.

He installed my Paulina faucet in no time and fixed my radiator too (despite the process of getting the building to cooperate being a hassle, he was calm and understanding the whole time). As a commercial business owner, i had a sink and faucet that needed immediate fixing. Joshua was able to show up in 45min at a very decent price (we reached out to over 25 different plumbers and all were either unavailable or (very) overpriced. The problem was resolved on the fly and everything was operational within the hour. From the experience, if you need a reliable, quick, and friendly plumber: call joshua.

The plumber came on time and unclogged the drain. Cleaned up. The gentleman was polite and efficient. Very happy with the result.

Called and was told he would be here in 15 and he did!!!  Had to have my old kitchen faucet replaced,  it seemed like science to me and he finished it within 30min.  Reasonably priced!!! Totally recommend!!!!!

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I messaged them and I got a call right away but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number & I get a lot of spam calls. So I got a text message from them stating they were the plumber I messaged. I asked which one since I messaged so many plumbers in the same day. After they sent a link with a message saying Leave a review.. which honestly turned me off at first because they haven't done anything yet. Anyway I started messaging them (which is always a good option to take, that way you get things in writing & they can't go back on their word or quote, hence the first message). I asked a couple of questions, but they didn't even respond back to either of my questions in the text, very Unprofessional, so we definitely passed on this company!

Riverside is everything I expect in a service provider - responsive, on time, and perform quality work.  Would definitely hire them again.

Incredible response time and customer service! I requested a quote on replacing my hot water heater, and Hassan responded immediately over email. Then, he called me and gave me a very detailed estimate with different prices for different size hot water heaters. I had other estimates in the same price range from other businesses, but I decided to go with Hassan because of his fast response time and personal touch with the phone call. I'm so glad I did! He was at my apartment the very next morning, replaced my hot water heater, removed the old one, AND send detailed photos of the job (since I was at work). I will never use another plumber again! Fabulous service!

Another contractor in the area bailed on me one hour before my scheduled appointment.  I called Peral and they were out to my property within the hour, fixed the clogged drain, and for a very reasonable price.  They are absolutely my go to company moving forward.  Thanks so much!
