These guys are amazing!  I had an emergency hot water heater leak which was going to flood my boiler room and they came within an hour to fix it and then replaced the water heater the very next day.  The whole time in the process they were very communicative, very helpful and let me know what everything was going to cost up front.  They are the perfect mix of speed and professionalism.  Thanks guys!

They responded quickly to my Yelp request with a fair quote. The plumber came on time yesterday and began disassembling the old vanity and sink. Because the Amazon faucet I ordered was delayed in shipping I ran out to several plumbing supply stores to get a replacement. By the time I returned he had the new vanity in place but hadn't cleaned the area under the old vanity. Too late at that point. He attached the marble top without understanding that the sink was an undermount type. He had to disassemble and remount. I had to go out and get a ball slide for the faucet stopper because the mechanism would not reach the drain. He had to install two extension pipes which added an additional cost of over $100. I did not question any of this because I did not have enough time to watch him work and care for my spouse with Alzheimer's. After he left I noticed there were leaks on both hot and cold water lines at the turn off joint. I called and left a message on his number and have not heard back. This morning I discovered he actually mounted the sink backward accounting for the additional pipes! Bad work!

Follow up review. The owner Kirk called me and immediately set up an appt to come at 11am. He totally fixed the problems and was very apologetic. I appreciated his explanations and courtesy. In fact I am using him to install my new toilet and bidet. Great work!

Michael was great. Highly professional and fixed our clogged drain quickly. I also appreciated how thoughtful he was about good COVID practices - wore a mask, social distanced from me, asked about my health and the building. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him and feel comfortable having in my home again.

Tim is an all-purpose handyman who I contacted for a small plumbing  job replacing rotting pipe parts for a kitchen sink. He responded quickly and came over a couple of hours later and discovered another problem that I hadn't noticed. After a quick trip to Crest Hardware, he completed the job in a matter of minutes. He was very polite and professional, wore a mask and took off his shoes without me asking. Parts and labor extremely reasonable compared to other quotes I received, and payment via Venmo was a plus. He will be successful as a small business with efficient and dependable service that naturally attracts loyal customers!

My kitchen faucet was leaking so I decided to replace it. The first plumbing company I called quoted me a crazy price and said it would take 5 hours to replace. I called Rob and his price was very reasonable and said it would only take a couple of hours. He showed up on-time, was thorough, and explained everything he was doing. Also a very nice, down to earth person. Everything was setup perfectly. Rob would definitely be my top call if I have any plumbing issues again.

Dov was fantastic. We kept having to reschedule our appt but he remained flexible and available at the drop of a hat. I'm glad I have someone I can count on for the next emergency.

Olsi might just be the most honest plumber I have ever met.  Very good at communication and telling me what he could do and not do.  I really appreciated everything about him, including the fact he drove from Astoria to Union Square in the middle of the day, knowing parking was horrendous.  I was already looking for a new permanent plumber for my office and I am glad I found him.  I would recommend AXR to anyone looking to for either emergency or project based work.  Thank you Olsi!

Marcel Plumbing did a phenomenal job for us on the Upper West Side when we needed it. He bought the materials and fixed our leaky pipes under the kitchen sink for a very competitive price. He kept me in the loop about everything he was doing. Couldn't ask for better, and I will 100% be using this company next time I have a problem for any property we have.

He went above and beyond to find me the right faucet - even went to Home Depot to pickup a new one when I bought the incorrect one. Amazing! Joshua is extremely knowledgeable and punctual. I called him at 3am, he answered the phone and set up a meeting for 11am. I took him no more than 20 minutes to have my drain system running like new. If you need a quality, reliable plumber- look no further. The best- highly recommend

Called John early Thursday afternoon to help clear a kitchen drain. He gave me some advice over the phone to help clear it, which unfortunately didn't work.  He got someone to my home a little while later. His assistant was very respectful and did his best, but was unable to clear the drain. He tried until about 9:30 at night. John came next morning, and was successful after a hard go at it. John honored his original quote for the job and we had a nice chat afterwards. It's hard to find a good plumber, and I'll definitely call him for my next job.

This evening Eugene hung two fixtures in my apt. He arrived timely, did work in a professional manner .  In addition he was friendly and honest.
I would recommend Eugene to help with your electrical and plumbing needs.

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.

I needed emergency repair for a faucet in a tenants' apartment. This company caught my eye because it listed 24hour/7 day service. I called John and he was very professional over the phone. He came and repaired the faucet quickly and efficiently. John even came over the next day to repair a leaking kitchen sink pipe at my own house!
