Super knowledgeable plumber. I've been through so many in New York that haven't been able to help me with various issues over the years and Edison was incredibly helpful. He knew what he was talking about and fixed so many things around our house. I highly recommend!

I had water pouring down from a pipe in my basement, the flooding was intense and I was pretty darn panicked when I looked for a good review for a plumber on Yelp and found Pipe Monkeys. Kirk called me back immediately, came as soon as he could and was here within an hour helping out. After figuring it out that it was a city sewer problem he went ahead and snaked out my pipes and found some other issues he said I could have my regular plumber come and fix, which I will.

Kirk is intelligent, polite, together and gets the job done as well as gives you free advice on other things you can do to help the plumbing long-term. I really liked him and would absolutely call him again.

Finding Michael is honestly one of the best things that's happened to us since moving into our current home. It's hard to find someone who does high quality work, has fair pricing, is easy to communicate with, and is just plain pleasant to be around! Michael checks all the boxes.

We originally contacted him to put in a gas line for a new appliance. While providing the initial estimate, he was extremely detail-oriented and picked up on all sorts of little things, like our old water heater that desperately needed to be replaced. He offered to provide an estimate on that work as well.

We didn't end up putting in the gas line, but he did come replace the water heater. He worked quickly, efficiently, and very neatly. I hardly even noticed he was there! And I only learned after the job was completed that he encountered a hiccup in the process, but addressed it entirely without any complaints and without even needing to involve me. He got the entire job done in under a day including removal of the old water heater and a thorough cleanup.

We've since had him help with a number of other projects around the house. He's even provided some great recommendations for other types of work we needed help with (HVAC, electrician) Absolutely a pleasure to work with him and can't recommend him enough.

We are so grateful to have found him and look forward to working with him on future projects.

Tim did a fantastic job on my drains! Pulled a hefty amount of gunk out and now it is draining seamlessly. He took less than 30 minutes to do the job on two drains, and he even offered to help with one of my faucets that broke.

I called Dov about my clogged kitchen drain the day before Thanksgiving. I provided pictures of the pipes under my kitchen sink and was given an estimate right away. Someone arrived within a few hours to unclog the drain. The technician arrived wearing gloves and a face mask which was really appreciated as COVID safety is critical at this time. He worked quickly to successfully unclog the drain. Payment was very easy via Venmo. I would highly recommend using this company for any plumbing needs.

It was very easy to work with Olsi.  He was quick to return calls and showed up the same day.  The job is to install Aquasana 3-stage under-sink water filter system.  Olsi did a fantastic job.  He was very professional and easy to communicate. I definitely highly recommend Olsi.

The job was not completed properly for my boss. After the bill was paid in full, I reached out to Christopher Marcel and told him the toilet was not flushing. I sent him vidéo my boss had sent to me. I asked if he could return the next day to fix it since he had offered to do follow up for free if needed. He was immediately agitate and told me he broke his foot. I asked if he had someone else he could send and he got pissed and hung up.

The job was not completed properly and now we will have to pay someone else.

Christopher, I'm sorry to write this and I hope your foot heals quickly. But your conduct was not professional. And it has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE COLOR OF YOUR SKIN.

I cannot recommend Kirill highly enough! He got back to me right away, actually went to the store and found the perfect faucet for me, and came the same day for a quick, professional install. In between he called to give me periodic updates on his progress so I knew what was going on, when to expect him, etc. Honestly, this is the kind of experience you always hope to have when contacting a new business.  I was so, so pleased and definitely plan to have him come back to do some work in our bathroom later on this Fall. No walk-ins. The company not physically located at the address listed. I attempted to visit the company as they were the closest plumber in my area only to find out that the company is a home-based business located outside Manhattan.

Amazing ! Wasn't sure if we would be able to get someone short notice for our dishwasher removal. John and his team were ready and came within 24 hours of my initial contact. Fast, professional and so nice. Would absolutely recommend them and hire again!

Eugene did an excellent job on all the tasks I needed done around my apartment. He mounted a large TV in the wall and snaked the cords through the wall so they weren't visable. He hung a large picture on a wall with concrete behind it, hung two curtain rods, and mounted a large entry way shelf. I didn't have a piece that he needed to hang the shelf, so he went to the closest hardware store to get it. Everything looks great! I would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Hassan was quick to respond and provide a quote. Hassan and Mike were nice enough to pick up the toilet I purchased from the supplier and bring it to install. They tested to make sure the toilet had no leaks and flushed properly after the install. They left the bathroom and surrounding area clean after the job was done. The project was well-priced and perfectly executed.

My hot water wasn't working like it should. My boiler needed to fire on full blast just to circulate enough hot water to my indirect water heater. When I spoke to the owner on the phone, he was honest with me and told me he's never heard of a set-up like I was describing but that he would send someone who he was confident could fix it. Long story short, Ralph Carone is the man. He fixed my previous plumber's shoddy wiring and now my house can have hot water without boiling everyone in the house. Thanks!
