Martin and John showed up and quickly went to work doing what the last plumber couldn't do and that was to actually fix the toilet. Martin and John were extremely professional and personable and I highly recommend them for any and all your plumbing needs. Vuksani really came to rescue and now I finally have a plumber that I can call and guess what ? Our toilet flooded on a Sunday night (little rugrat toy went down the toilet). We tried to retrieve and snake it ourselves on numerous occasions with no success. I did a fast search on yelp and Tim Golden Hands came up with rave reviews. So of course I chose to go with him (and I'm glad I did). Tim was able to fix our toilet and retrieve the toy in less than 5 mins (meanwhile we been trying for 4 days lol). I will definitely use him for any future issues and projects

Rob is a legendary British chap. He fixed up my bathroom within an hour or so. Don't bother with any other plumbers on Yelp - you have found the best!

Olsi did an absolutely perfect job! The rate he charged was very competitive as well. My bathtub drain was beyond clogged before this maintenance. He was quick and cleaned up before leaving. My drain is as good as new! Would recommend to anyone :)

Christopher showed up in a mask and was wonderful to deal with.  He is a man of his word and promptly ordered the part I needed.  It was difficult to get the part as the toilet model was discontinued.  He managed to get it anyway, promptly delivered and installed it.

Earlier this month, my mom's sink started dripping. As the month progressed, it got worse and worse, so I reached out to several sink repair services in the area via Yelp.  Kirill was not only very responsive, but also offered one of the best rates. Josh really saved my life, twice! The first time Josh came I called him at around 11:30 pm because I woke up and my heat was clearly not working as me and the dog could see our breath. He was here in 45 minutes, happened to have the parts needed in his truck to repair the damper on the chimney and replace small parts in the boiler, viola I had heat in t minus 1 hour! Me and Nina were grateful! The second time my toilet bowl kept running and he came in an hour and replaced the flapper and the fill valve! Josh is the nicest guy, thank you!

I called up JP to get some help on replacing an old pipe that was giving me issues when it rained. Make a long story short this was a Wednesday, he came by the next day and we settled on a day soon after. The work was done 2 days later and it went perfect. The communication is just what you want from a place that you want to trust and rely on. Pricing is fair and the people who do the job are total professionals. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of some plumbing or sewer issues and I k ow I'll give them a call for anything I need in the future.

I messaged them and I got a call right away but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number & I get a lot of spam calls. So I got a text message from them stating they were the plumber I messaged. I asked which one since I messaged so many plumbers in the same day. After they sent a link with a message saying Leave a review.. which honestly turned me off at first because they haven't done anything yet. Anyway I started messaging them (which is always a good option to take, that way you get things in writing & they can't go back on their word or quote, hence the first message). I asked a couple of questions, but they didn't even respond back to either of my questions in the text, very Unprofessional, so we definitely passed on this company!

We had an issue with our switch in the bathroom. It should operate the ceiling light but instead, it shorts the circuit whenever we try to turn it on. So we reached out via Yelp and then text, and scheduling was super easy. They were super responsive and were able to come within the next two days. They gave us a time frame between 9 and 10 and came on time. It took them about an hour from start to finish to figure out and fix the problem (turns out we also need a brand new light).

They followed Covid protocols by wearing a mask (much appreciated!) and they also took off their shoes before entering the apartment (also appreciated!). Pricing was also cheaper than a few other quotes we received. Would definitely reach out again if we ever need their services again.

Hassan was able to accommodate a quick next day appointment for me, and hooked up two stoves.  He arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time, and was very knowledgeable about both type of units he was installing.  He made sure everything worked, and even quickly setup one of the units that need some assembly. He provided a good price and professional service.

My hot water wasn't working like it should. My boiler needed to fire on full blast just to circulate enough hot water to my indirect water heater. When I spoke to the owner on the phone, he was honest with me and told me he's never heard of a set-up like I was describing but that he would send someone who he was confident could fix it. Long story short, Ralph Carone is the man. He fixed my previous plumber's shoddy wiring and now my house can have hot water without boiling everyone in the house. Thanks!
