Wanda is the best !   JMW saved me from a major DEP violation/fine with plumbing that was not up to code in my building.   They did this work quickly, expertly, and at a VERY fair price.   Others had quoted much more.  Wanda is very easy to communicate with and explained clearly what the problem was and how to handle it.  I will be calling JMW for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Mark and his team are just outstanding. The quality of their work is excellent, they are reliable, honest and have a lot of integrity. They did the plumbing under our kitchen sink, replaced the spigot and put in all new plumbing for the entire house. His team are courteous and professional. Just good business people all around and I highly recommend their services.

I contacted Mario through yelp to replace tankless water heater. He is a great plumber. Good at his job and price is reasonable. I'm glad I hired him for this job and will definitely use his services in future.

These guys are the nicest and most knowledgeable in all of NYC! I've had the work done by them and I have to say these are five star plumbers. I had work done on my home and they did such an excellent job. I don't have any plumbing issues and it's such a relief. I spoke to Salvatore and he was so helpful and patient with me.

My bathtub has been clogged for the past few days. The water would take forever to go down like a few hours. I tried Drano and using the plunger but that didn't help at all. I found this company because two other local companies did not answer the phone. They answered my call and had someone visit within the next hour! It was a very quick process, I'd say less than 10minutes! I highly recommend this place if you need something done right away! He explained what was wrong as well as the tools he was going to use for the procedure. They also take debit/credit card payments too for those who don't have cash  Thank you guys!!

Scott Lowe has done some maintenance on our boiler and replaced our water heater.  He gives good, impartial advice and does good work.

Old fashioned exceptional service. Tom took the time to explain all our furnace issues and suggest the most economical and practical solutions. Went above and beyond to ensure we knew what we should do. Fixed a hot water heater issue that had been rigged as a temporary fix by previous owner. Very pleased with the service.

I received great attentive service throughout the process and the repair was completed in a quick direct way with the team informing us of the status as progress was made. The pricing was fair and competitive if not as straightforward as I expected. The kitchen sink drain was snaked and new sink drain pipes installed.

I had a leaky pipe under the basement sink. Water was everywhere. I called Roto-Rooter and requested Manny (Tech 525). Not only did he fix the leak, he took preventative measures to make sure the sink didn't leak in other places. He was very thorough with his work. Manny was straightforward with the upfront costs, and true to his word, that's what it cost. I would definitely call him again.

I spoke to Greg today, and arranged a service call. They were a little back-logged, that is why I took away one star. Their pricing seems competitive. I will post an update once the job is completed.

I ended up calling another vendor, so my experience was limited.

They used to be better 10 years ago. Last 3 times I've used them, had to have them back 2-3 times and still have issues not resolved. Not using them any longer.

Unfortunately, Watson's Plumbing is a very corrupt business. While the plumbers' services were adequate, the invoice was borderline fraudulent. The plumbers disappeared for roughly 8 hours, supposedly to buy the relevant materials, and then charged us for the full 8 hours at roughly $129 per hour. The location where the plumbers claimed to be buying the materials is about a 1/2 hour away from our apartment.

When we called to dispute being charged for these 8 hours, the staff at Watson's Plumbing was extremely rude and non-responsive. They ultimately agreed to shave off only 2 hours off of the 8 in which the plumbers disappeared.  Beware of doing business with them.

Called up and made an appointment (after a 10 minute wait on phone). Assured of the time I left work to get home on time. 10 minutes after they were meant to show, I get a call saying they are having car trouble and can we reschedule for tomorrow. I realize that things happen, but the guy slipped up and said we're really busy today which to me means that they tried to sneak in an extra call (for $300 to snake a sink) and couldn't make it happen. Bad business sense and a huge waste of my afternoon.

This company is working by my apartment building and as they were loading pipes on to there cart they left it unattended and it dented my vehicle.There supervisor was standing there with them they just walked away and pretended like it didn't happen luckily for me another company was working there and told me what happened and now they don't take my calls and refuse to pay for the damages they did to my vehicle.
