Best Plumbing Services in New York, NY
Due to the hurricane Ida my basement flooded and my water heater and gas furnace stopped working. I couldn't find any available plumber to help me until I found Wanda. She made sure I got a water heater immediately. The water heater came and her guy came right after. He took care of everything. He was professional and great. He replaced the water heater and fixed the gas furnace. I'm so thankful everything is working again. Wanda to the rescue! Will use this company again. Highly recommend!

I contacted Mario through yelp to replace tankless water heater. He is a great plumber. Good at his job and price is reasonable. I'm glad I hired him for this job and will definitely use his services in future.

My dad had pipe problems at his home in the Bronx. John and his team came and fixed the problem in ONE DAY. It included a massive dig, repiping, major fixes.
We could not be happier with John and his team.

George & his crew are great plumbers & great guys!! I had my bathroom & kitchen gut renovated, and they did such quality work & were done in a flash!! Plus, they're the long-time, family business in the neighborhood, so that's even more of a reason to call them. How they manage to keep smiling, after staring down toilets all-day, every-day is amazing!! :)

Don't let the fact that all 3 reviewers (so far) are from California.... Franklin Lowe & Son is an awesome plumber for the area around Glen Ridge and Bloomfield NJ. My family has been using them for *generations* -- literally. Since the early 1960's. Scott is great. Best. Plumber. Ever. I haven't found anything like Franklin Lowe & Son in California, alas.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. From the moment I spoke to Loriann.who by the way is part owner. I knew I had the right company. She had me sold just talking with her. I love to support our local businesses and to find out they are family run was a huge plus. It makes all the difference and it shows how professional they are. And how they make you feel like family.I felt like I have known them my whole life.Tom who is the owner as well along with his brother in law Lorenzo. came and replaced my old toilet and pedestal sink. They were quick clean and flawless. The experience definitely showed.I am super happy with them. and will always use them from now on. They gained a customer for life and I highly recommend them to everyone. They literally went above and beyond and helped me out more than they should. And I appreciate that so much. As a customer that is invaluable.thats why they earned my respect and loyalty.

Water started pouring out from under our kitchen sink, and I needed a plumber immediately! I have a great plumber that I'd hired years ago for a big renovation, but that person was not available on an emergency basis.
I chose Mike based on the Yelp reviews, thanks Yelpers! Mike answered the phone on the first ring and was fantastic with communication. He gave me his cell phone number so I could text him pictures of the plumbing set up at my home.
Mike's employee, Julian, showed up right at the scheduled time of 8 am and was wearing a mask, which I appreciate. Julian was friendly, polite, organized, and efficient. I felt comfortable having him work at my house.
The price was reasonable and they gave us a 10% discount for paying in cash. I like it when businesses do that.
Julian did a nice job. Have a look at my photos of before and after! We decided to upgrade our bathroom faucet, as well. We are thinking of having a couple more plumbing projects done and we would certainly use these plumbers!

We had a clogged toilet in our hallway bathroom in Nutley, NJ, and figured it was caused by the contractors who had been there for a few weeks renovating before we moved in, but didn't know exactly why it wouldn't flush properly. After putting up with it for a month, we called Roto Rooter. Our plumber, Harun, arrived within the 2-hour window I was given when I called the same morning. He was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable, and before he began working, he explained pricing for all the different services we might need, depending upon how far back into the system the clog was. After the snake/auger didn't work, he removed the toilet from the wall and dug around inside the back, and eventually pulled out a paint roller. So now we know it was the painter who clogged our toilet. Harun cleaned up the bathroom when he was done, had a bucket with him to catch any drips as he carried equipment up and down the stairs, and wore shoe covers while in our home. He did a very professional job and we are thrilled to be able to use our hallway bathroom again.

They rescued my Manhattan kitchen reno (Columbus Cir/Hell's Kitch)!
Everything was getting ready to roll, including stone countertops - with the new sink, faucets, under-counter filtration system, etc., in my livingroom - when the original plumber (recommended by a friend, in residential construction) bailed.
With a major mess on my hands, & just 2 weeks, before the stone installers were due, I learned about HMyers. They were professional, calm and easy to work with, even about a project in Manhattan.
Within days, my building had the necessary insurance documents, & a plumber arrived, to check the existing setup, and new hardware (to confirm the equipment/adapters/etc., they'd need).
The 2-person team arrived, as promised (I wish the stone installers were as reliable - on THEIR first project of the day), and not only sorted out the under-sink spaghetti, but fit in a 2-cartridge water filtration system, in the process, while also leaving me usable storage space.
Their pricing was consistent - the rough estimate, from my first call, carefully describing the work, is what I paid (plus parts, of course) - and reasonable (for quick turnaround, & in Manhattan).
I'm happy with their work, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Henry Myers Plumbing.

Beware of Watsons Plumber Richard Robinson. January 2022 he diagnosed a bathroom ceiling leak in my unit with 100% certainty without even opening the ceiling. In my opinion Mr. Robinson failed to conduct a fair accurate assessment. Mr. Robinson also made false statements on the plumber report. I complained to Watsons Plumbing about this issue & was completely ignored. They do not care about customer satisfaction. Please do not utilize Watsons Plumbing.

The customer service is horrible. Incredibly overpriced ($275 to snake a toilet bowl) for a service that did not fix the problem. The plumber claimed to have snaked 10 feet and later admitted it was at least 2 feet less than that. Toilet broke again 2 days later. Plumber was supposed to come back on a Friday, but had a family emergency. Didn't bother calling to let me know that he would not be showing up. Showed up the next morning 45 minutes late. Blamed me for flushing things down the toilet despite the fact that I purchased the toilet paper he recommended and have flushed minimal amounts. Wanted to charge another $175 to rebuild the toilet ($20 for parts). Incredibly unprofessional and refused to spend more than 30 seconds looking at the toilet and diagnosing the actual problem. Will NEVER call this place again.
