If Marvel had a plumber super hero, Michael would be that one!  The vent pipe on my 2 story roof was missing a cap and rain water would drip inside the pipe.  Without hesitation, Michael was able to climb the roof and install a cap on the vent pipe.  Great to have a local plumber you can depend on, thanks Mike!

Had a terrible clogged bathroom drain. Called American Sewer and Drain on Saturday and was able to make an appointment for Wednesday when I planned to be home. Richard showed up on time and spent more than two hours getting through the clog, which was deep in the wall and spread through a large portion of the pipe. He was courteous, kept me updated on the status of the job and committed to getting it done right. Price was very reasonable considering the amount of time he took. I recommend American Sewer and Drain and will definitely call again if I ever have any drain or sewer issues.

Ciro was super responsive to my initial inquiry to replace a wired doorbell and chime box and scheduled a mutually convenient time right away. He brought both a wired and wireless option so he could get the job done regardless of wiring conditions. He was efficient, organized, pleasant to speak with, and fairly priced. I'll definitely call him again for other home maintenance projects.

These guys showed up within the two hour window they had given. They texted a picture of their technician ahead of time so that I would know who was coming by. He (David M.) did an assessment and recommended a sewer line clean up. We had a foul smell for some time. I was told the price before they started work. They laid down fresh tarps. I had just painted my basement and was worried about a mess. They left everything neat and tidy. Great employees!

After reading other reviews I called Drain Solutions Plus for a clog in my shower.  I was called back promptly and Dennis and Angel came that same afternoon.  I could not have been more pleased with their work. They were neat, courteous and the price was fair.  I would not hesitate to call them again and highly recommend them.

This company is the best.  I needed a sump pump installed and Steve Morris and his crew came in and evaluated the situation, installed and tested the sump pump and it works like a charm.   Punctual, experienced, excellent workmanship and ethically fair.  They are not robber barrens like some of these plumbing companies.  Steve Morris, the boss has a quiet demeanor, very pleasant attitude, knowledgeable and understanding of all types of plumbing situations.

I needed help with a main line inspection last minute. Mike was quick to respond and came through without a fuss. Very dependable and fair.

2nd time using them - again He arrived exactly on time, had everything he needed in the truck and had the job complete and me able to go to work in under an hour.  Jerry was so polite it and did a thorough job explaining what he was going to do, cleaning up after and explaining the bill.  Could not be happier with he service.

Excellent company , very fast response & emergencies as well. If you don't have a account with them they cost a little high per hour. I had a technician named Mark come to my house in the lower village & he was super fast - clean & did his best to finish before the hour was up, I would only recommend the tech named Mark & his nephew. They also made sure everything was super clean & took away all the garbage, such a sweetheart !!

CN was very professional. They were punctual, fixed the sink, did their job and left. They also made the quote incredibly easy and were priced fairly. Super easy to work with and I'll hire them again. Thank you!

So my radiator was spewing water heavily. Due to the good experience with Jay previously, I decided to hire him to remediate the problem. He told me to send him photos after I described the situation to him, which I did the same day. The next day he texted me to ask if the leak happens while the heat is off which I answered back in 5 mins, then no response. I called him the next day see if he wants to set up an appointment, he told me he had to call me back in 20 min, which I was informed that the calls and text didn't go thru the next day (which was possible). So I asked him to set up an appointment for the upcoming Thursday, he said he had to get back to me. I heard nothing from him, so I texted him Thursday morning see if he could come, he replied in the afternoon that he had an family emergency so he wouldn't be able to till later, so I asked him how late. He told me around 7-9pm, which would be pretty late not knowing how long the job takes. I asked to reschedule and I haven't heard back from him since... I was nice enough to help him hold the bags and the tools during the first visit so I don't think that's the issue. If the job was too small, he should've informed me from the get go so I could look for helps somewhere else instead of stringing me along. I guess he gets a lot of jobs from the good reviews on here that's why he doesn't care about losing one or two customers. You know what, it's what it's. I will not be using his again, nor will I recommend him to anyone I know! Thanks and no thanks!

I needed a plumber who could replace corroded pipes under the sink so a new dishwasher could be installed. Also decided to replace a leaky faucet, soap dispenser, and possibly the sink. I initially contacted a plumbing service I had used once in the past and scheduled appointment. No one ever showed up and no one ever called back to reschedule despite being assured twice that they would call. I'm so glad this happened because I found on YELP the BEST plumbing service on Long Island, Plumbwell. This will be a company I will use forever and recommend to friends and family.

Where do I begin. Bob the owner is highly professional, trustworthy, honest, caring and takes great pride in his company and service. He explained everything and offered alternatives with pros and cons for replacing the faucet. He also researched and tried to find an unusual shaped sink that is no longer available.He is extremely patient as the job was tough due to corroded and frozen pipes. While it took more time, he made sure the job was done right. He also made sure he cleaned up and took all the corroded parts away. He guaranteed his work for 2 years and should there be a problem, he emphasized I should not hesitate to call back.

I also need to compliment Sabrina who works in the office and does the scheduling. She accommodated my schedule needs and called as promised to confirm everything. She truly reflects Plumbwells commitment to high quality service.
