We discovered that our hot water heater was leaking after a fun, but tiring weekend at 6 pm on Sunday night. Jordan was responsive, knowledgeable and professional. After exchanging a few calls and texts to understand the nature of the issue, he came out that night, and we were back in business with a new unit installed by 9 pm. Huge relief to find a good, honest plumber at an affordable price on the weekend. Highly recommend.

Max has done work at our home several times and the quality of his work is beyond exceptional and we have referred him to several friends, and will continue to do so. Recently, we needed to call him to help with an emergency, but I was nervous about having someone in the house during quarantine as I have family members who are high risk for COVID.  Max came in the back door to the basement wearing a mask, completed the work as quickly as he could and he cleaned every surface that he came in contact with before he left - again - though the basement door to prevent any contact with my family.  He not only assisted us during the emergency, he made sure that my family was safe.  He always arrives on time, always completes work within the scheduled timeframe, and always cleans up when he's finished.  If you are looking for an A+ plumber, call this guy.

We had an issue with our sink which then spread to the garbage disposal... and then to the dishwasher and were honestly afraid to call a plumber because of what an ordeal it would be and how much it would cost... we finally got to the breaking point and called Robco. They returned our call within a few hours and came by in the afternoon to fix it.... 30 minutes later, EVERYTHING is fixed for the cost of one service call.

He and his plumbing partner are so friendly and amazing. I am so happy with my experience and will absolutely be calling them again if we have any more issues & recommending to all my friends.

Sorry not a fan of the attitudes. Good work but the attitude and demands threw me off.

I have nothing but good things to say about John and DaVinci plumbing.  He's professional, timely and extremely knowledgeable.  I'm a Realtor in Boston and happened to meet John a few years ago when I was selling a clients property in the North End.  The seller and I were very impressed with DaVinci - they completed the project on time and at the estimated cost to repair. Since then i've  hired John for other projects and continue to refer DaVinci to many of my clients. I would highly recommend John/DaVinci Plumbing.

My main sewer line clogs up every so often with tree roots invading it.   The last time was four years ago on Christmas Eve, and now again a couple days after Christmas.   I called ABC and they took care of it promptly at reasonable cost.  I have used ABC Plumbing for my plumbing needs (e.g. hot water heater, new kitchen sink faucet install, kitchen/laundry drain unclog, advice on drain for a dehumidifier) for more than a decade now and have not been disappointed.  Brian is good about making and keeping appointments.  He works efficiently, he works to code, and he's more about doing the work right than about maximizing the billing.  Brian is in demand, so at times when he's heavily booked he may refer you to another plumber -- that's his overflow valve.

Update: after my bad review, the owner calls me 3 times like a psycho and I don't answer and I block his number.  WHY BECAUSE HE DOESN'T LIKE MY REVIEW?? Didn't think I would need a restraining order after looking for a PLUMBER. (Also he never mentioned anything about a free quote and all that fake stuff he said in his response.) He just got caught trying to take me a sucker but i reviewed him.

Called up this outfit for a very straightforward job.  The person who answered the phone whose number is on this page, told me that it would require someone coming out to take a look at it before quoting the price.

Ran this by my tradesmen friends and they confirmed that this sounded like a con to them. And I would agree that any exceptions to the straightforward nature of this job could be answered with some follow up questions or one photo, if even needed.

Is it because a woman called you for a plumbing job?  I know the trades people are sitting high and mighty these days with the economy and building but that doesn't give you an excuse to try to take advantage of women and people in general.

We had a near emergency when our water heater started to leak and the water temperature was non-existent.  I left a message with Pinzone Plumbing early in the morning and not only did Sal call me back 15 minutes later, he stopped by to assess the issue 10 minutes after that.  Sal was very professional and courteous and his service was fantastic.  He was also very upfront about the costs involved so there were no surprises.

I will definitely be calling Pinzone Plumbing for future issues and will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

I asked for their service, and a plumber came after a week. I made two requests. One of them was replacing a faucet. The plumber spewed out a string of excuses telling me why he cannot event lift a finger. After spending about 5 minutes telling me lies, he just left.

On time, polite, and explain things very clearly. They are really the best one so far that i have used. They recently replace my HWH, they do a great job. Very organize and clean.

Price is fair consider the way they handle the installation and feeling that i got that they want to get the job done properly.

I had also used Lowes contractor before, Not a good choice, too many hacks and short cut.

I say a 4 stars for sure for Wellesley Plumbing and heating. Thank you for great work

I have been calling Steve Hathaway for 15 years with all varieties of plumbing issues in my 100-year old 3-family house.  There is no one more reliable, knowledgeable, and prompt.  I depend on them and they never let me down.

Very responsive, very detailed, and very helpful.  Joe did a great job when we refreshed our kitchen.  He inspected our plumbing and showed us some things that needed to be addressed as well.  Would highly recommend.

They return messages and call back ASAP. They show up when they say they're going to. They're always so friendly, and we always are shocked at the price. We never feel taken advantage of (my grandmother and I know nothing about plumbing). We've had a few urgent issues, and they are always here by the next day to help us.

This company is OUT OF BUSINESS yet still charging my credit card for a service plan!!!!!

Steve may be the best plumber in the world, but I found his utter failure to respond to messages a complete deal-breaker. I purchased a dishwasher from Tri-City in Salem and part of the deal was to have him install it. I was told he was about a week out in his work, and he makes his calls at night. When six days had gone by and I hadn't heard from him, I started trying to reach him. I left 3 messages over several days asking for him to let me know when he was coming. I also contacted the store, and the service representative sent him an email. He didn't return any of these attempts to contact him. I finally got my own plumber, and left a message with Steve canceling the service. A day or so later he called, saying he was ready to install the dishwasher. He claimed he had not gotten my messages.

AWESOME; AWESOME; AWESOME!  Their work is great, very professional. Had an emergency - they responded right awa... cannot recommend them highly enough!

The service is horrible. The lady at the telephone just called me stupid.

I wanted to cancel the appointment, because I remember an earlier incident with the company, where they replaced a small plastic pipe in my kitchen and charged later 350$ for that. They main part of the bill were from the charged hours during the 1.5hour break the workers took during this easy fix.

In total, the picture is very consistent. Unfriendly, yelling at the telephone, late workers and expensive bills later.
