I need to install a new water heater.  Plumr quote me a price that is in the same range as other place that I call.  So, I decided to use them.

On the day of installation, they come on time, finish their job on time.  The final price is only $20 more than what they estimate.

Overall, it is a good service.  Absolutely no hassle.  I will use them again.

I ordered bathroom toilets and faucet kits. They were installed on Friday and completed this morning with the faucet kits. Truly a great job. Very professional service and friendly, respectful plumber Chris. Would highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing work.

Terry came to my house to give me a quote on connecting my gas grill. I was glad to call a local guy, especially since he sponsored a team in my kid's little league. After he left he didn't get back to me for days, then after 3 text messages and a phone call he finally did--only to say he wasn't interested in doing the job. When I asked why, he wouldn't say. He was very dodgy on the phone and just kept repeating it's just not the kind of job I want to do. I immediately wondered whether he's homophobic. I have no idea if that's true but in the absence of any other information that's where the mind goes.

I was recently assigned Dello Russo as a subcontractor for installation on appliances I bought at Sears. [As an aside, that was a total debacle, and I wish I'd gone to Yale like I planned and found Dello Russo on my own to install! But anyway...]

I got a call from the owner about the installation time and he was very nice and very helpful even though Sears botched the order several times and he couldn't actually do it that day. The day of my rescheduled installation I got a call in the morning that the guys at Dello Russo had worked some kind of magic where they were able to get both of my appliances even though Sears had said it would probably be impossible.

The two installers (one is the brother of the owner) were young guys who were incredibly awesome (incidentally, also cute, if that matters to ya). Fast, efficient, cleaned up after themselves/my horrible gross water mess from letting a broken dishwasher sit too long... (I'm sure they've smelled worse but really, they were great). I feel like a jerk that I had no cash for tip, and I hope that they are paid well by Sears. I should mail something in.

I don't know if they usually travel all over the Boston area, but they came to Watertown. HIGHLY recommended.

Long story short, He made the right diagnosis but way overcharged charged for a short 15 minute (at most) visit.  I could understand if it was off hours or a holiday but this was a regular weekday call to a location that was local to him and he didn't have to use any materials.  Just suggested what the problem was and left after charging me $200.

I had a Great experience with golden Plumbing Heating. Jason diagnosed the problem with our furnace immediately. Went out of his way to help us and did an amazing job. It was only by luck that I found Jason. He is now the only plumber we will use. Very Smart guy and a gentleman. Very fair price.

Our water heater blew in the middle of the night. I posted on FB and checked Yelp for highly rated plumbers contacting some via email. Barry Plumbing responded quickly, quoted a reasonable price, and scheduled a same day appt. The young man, Paul was an hour early, worked steadily for about 2 hours, charged what was quoted. He also cleaned up the area. By 3 pm we had hot water again. Very satisfied with this company and highly recommend and would use again.

The best plumber I know!I grew up with the family and you can't find better people.This company is know to be professional,courteous and master plumbers.

Everything you've read in the other reviews is 100% true. Tom is prompt, professional, courteous, reasonable, reliable and knowledgable. I can't believe how lucky were are to have found him. :-)

I have hired Dan twice to fix issues with a broken shower and a leaky basement pipe. Both times he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable,  and worked very hard to make sure everything was done right. He explained things to me so that I understood exactly what was going on every step of the way, which was a nice change. I would definitely recommend him for any work you need done. He showed up when he said he would, his prices were reasonable, and he knows his stuff. I will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing needs that arise.
On a side note, I also had trouble with the answering service. Texting was a much better way to communicate with him. I did have to call the answering service a couple times for the second repair job, which was frustrating. However, I was so happy with the work, I felt it was worth the wait.

I have been dealing with Pipelines Plumbers for around 15 years. As a homeowner in Belmont for 29 years, I had dealt with other plumbers. Pipelines is by far the best and I plan to use them forever. They come when they say they will, do fine work, cleanup when they are done, don't charge an arm and a leg and are courteous and not patronizing. I like it that several of their plumbers are female. It was good for my two sons to see that plumbing is both man's work and woman's work. I feel confident in giving Pipelines people a key to my house so they can work when no one is home. They are among the best people in the building trades that I have used.

Mike replaced a water heater, which was still under warranty.  I wanted a higher capacity heater, and he graciously offered to make some calls regarding the possibility of switching to a 50 gallon from a 40 gallon.  

I was still having issues with hot water and he came back to investigate and switched out the faucets in my bathtub.  This made a huge difference in the amount of water that was actually coming out of the shower head.

I highly recommend Mike.

I am very impressed with Charlie's promptness and quality of work. We had a problem with our shower and Charlie was able to come out on the same day that I called and fix the problem. Charlie is honest, helpful, and prompt. Highly recommend him!

We were cleaning the shower head in our 2nd bathroom and realized that we were unable to turn off the water.  Hector came the next day and explained that the the valve was broken and had to be replaced.  He gave us two options, one to fix the  problem and the second, a permanent fix.

The responsiveness of the company and reliability makes me want to call them again in the future.

They have a really lovely showroom and the staff is very helpful. This can be a tough parking lot, but there is dedicated parking for the showroom.

I am an interior designer and my sales person is Kim Lyons. She consistently goes out of her way to help out and is very responsive. But I have talked with many of the sales people and they are all pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend using them for any plumbing fixtures you need in your home.

i called Jamaica Plumbing because I wanted to give the business to a local person. I needed to have 2 faucets and a garbage disposal replaced.  I waited for 2 weeks for a call back, didn't get one, called again left a message saying I had a few repairs that needed to be done and would they please return my call and tell me if they were willing to take on the job. It's been another 2 weeks and they haven't given me the courtesy of a return phone call. It appears that unless the job invloves big bucks don't bother calling. I would be a much happier camper if they returned one of my calls even if to say sorry, we don't take on these jobs.

I had an emergency situtation, no hot water.    Nick was able to juggle things around and get us back in working order that day.  I asked for a quote.  The price was fair and reasonable.    I was happy with quote.  

He did an excellent jobwith minimal disruption  I will use him again.

I called for HVAC repair at the start of the cold weather and they said someone would be out later that day -- even giving me a time window in which to expect them. They then canceled last-minute during that window, leaving me without heat after I had already turned down other companies due to my exising appointment with them. The best they would offer as a rescheduled appointment was not for another month.

I took a chance on a company without any reviews and this is the result. Call them at your own risk.
