I first contacted Presidential to install a new bathroom vanity and shower fixtures.  During the process,Tim and his crew discovered and repaired a potentially catastrophic issue with water pipes in my basement.  Tim and his every one on his team are the absolute best professionals to ever work with. They are expert at what they do, prices are beyond reasonable, they arrive on time, clean-up perfectly, and are incredibly nice to work with.  Communication between Tim, crew and the customer is amazing.  They consult with you every step of the way in a user friendly way so you understand exactly what needs to be done and the cost to make it happen, and this is reflected both in-person and in the estimate invoice.  
The second time I worked with Presidential, I had a problem with a gas line in my home.  Tim and his team responded immediately (compared to National Grid took 3 days to return my phone call.)  Again, fast service, great pricing, and work done right!  As far as I'm concerned, I will NEVER work with any other company and I give Presidential the highest recommendation possible.

I've been using them only for the last 15 years, and can count on Impressive for complete quality work. They handle commercial/new plumbing remodels as well as residential. Over the years I've had a new bathroom install, new main drain, water heater replacement, shower valves, second heating zone added and a pluthra of misc repairs and updates. When a job is finished - its completed to a T and clean up is like they we're never there.

Matt replaced an old defective water mains gate valve with a ball valve and added a drain valve and hose bib. He was on time, polite, efficient, accommodating and his work was clean. He coordinated with the city water department effectively. I will definitely use his company again.

I'm giving a middle of the road score, which will go up if my phone call us returned and down if it isn't. I got home this morning to find your truck parked in my spot. Your plumber wanted to argue with me that it wasn't actually parked there, he was merely unloading it. In my clearly numbered spot. When the tow truck arrived, he argued with the driver until the driver asked me to call the police. I did and went into my condo, the truck is now moved, I don't know if it was before or after the police arrived. Please note, this has also triggered a call to the building department, if you're working in unit 3 you spotless be fine but if you're in unit 1, you should go pull a permit.

Nate was able to come and complete the project all in the same day. He installed a new vanity, sink in an old stubborn house. He beat his competitor by half the price! Highly recommended and reliable.

Hired Roscia's twice. They replaced my hot water heater, great level of communication and even were able to complete the job with no physical contact. Second job they showed up in masks and did great work. I love supporting a family business.

Had an outdoor faucet replaced. They arrived when promised and quickly did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again.

Our hot water heater broke and we called a bunch of places but ChrIs was super professional and responsive. He was very patient and explained all of the details and options to us. Best part, super clean and did the work fast and for a great price. Highly recommend for all plumbing needs, will definitely use his skill again.

We have had Bill and others from Akian out to fix a few heating related issues for us and they did a great job every time. I really appreciate their quick response when it's cold out!

Best in Marlborough by far.  I choose Belli Plumbing due to the great reviews posted everywhere.  I have now had them come out for two separate issues.  Both were diagnosed quickly, and fixed properly with no further issues.  They were on time to both appointments and the courtesy call 10 minutes before arrival was an added plus.  Last time out, they took the time to go over everything with me and even looked at the all the plumbing I had questions about (I just recently bought the house and the prior owner was a self proclaimed DIY guy).  I would highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future.  They are reasonable priced and readily available.

Dwyane the plumber acted very unprofessionally and sabotaged my plumbing after we had a pricing disagreement. He came to snake a drain and when he left, not only the toilet was not working but he also messed up my hot water heating out of spite! Terrible, unprofessional and I now have to lodge a complaint with the police and the city of Boston! Horrible plumber! Stay away unless you want more issues!

Greg came on short notice to add a connection behind our wall so that our dishwasher could be installed.  It was a small job, and I thought no one would be willing to do it, but Greg did.  He is a nice, efficient plumber; my dishwasher is installed, and all is right with the world!

We had a terrible experience with another plumbing company. We decided to call a local company and hoped for the best. We called PHD Plumbing on Friday and they were at our home by Monday morning. The receptionist and the men that did the work were on top of it. Quick, great customer service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend! They replaced our tankless water heater and it's working great!

I love these guys.  As a single mother with not a lot of house repair talent, trusting vendors is really important to me.  Jack and Francis are trustworthy, kind, friendly and know what they are doing.    And their bills have always been reasonable.  Only problem is that they ares so good, they stay very  busy!

The fan blade in one of my AC units broke in the middle of the night. I called McMahon Plumbing & Heating as I've used them before. They charged $129 just to come out. The tech took the cover off the unit, removed the fan blade, and told me he could not tell whether the fan motor needed to be replaced, or the compressor. He said he could do the fan motor for about $1,200, but if it wasn't that, we'd have to spend even more. So he recommended buying a new unit for about $4,800. He also said that he'd never heard of a Goodman AC before. Then he charged me over $200 for diagnosis - in addition to the $129 fee. But he wasn't able to diagnose the problem! I called another company for a second opinion. They sent someone out the next day at no charge. He took a look at unit, recommended replacing the fan blade, and I got a written estimate that night. Within a day, the part was in, the repair was done while I was not even home, and the whole thing cost less than I paid McMahon. I called to ask them to refund the diagnosis charge because I really felt taken advantage of and they refunded half the charge.

I've used them before and they are generally responsive and easy to deal with but I don't know that I will call them again after this.

Thank god for these guys. We had an emergency leak in our kitchen on a weekend and had to turn the whole house water off. First tried to get service through our home warranty, but after 2 days of getting jerked around (still without water in 90+ degree heat) and being told they wouldn't make it for another day (so 3 days no water), we called Trethewey instead. Chris B came out within an hour, fixed everything within 3 hours, and was a very helpful pleasant person. A bit pricey, but I'll take it for prompt service in an emergency.
