These guys showed up and assessed the situation quickly.   We had such a hard time finding a plumber that would even look at our small job.  And the few that did come out wanted to do way more work than we were looking for and charge us thousands.  These guys got the work done on schedule, within budget and did it right!

Been using Jim Richard plumbing for over a year now.  He and his nephew have been here a few times for both plumbing on pipes and to work on my furnaces.   Never had a problem with anything they've done and the price is right.  Would recommend  them for sure !

They responded to our urgent request on a weekend when no one else would. We had a ruptured pipe and they fixed it up right away. We ended up having them put in 3 new hose faucets as well. They were courteous and explained everything they were doing. Definitely our go to plumber from now on!

These plumbers are nice, fair, and, do good work. They were really polite to us, even though I left a mess in the walkway outside with gardening stuff (nobody should have to step in my pile of dead slugs on the way to the basement) and my youngest kid wanted to watch some of the installation of our new water heater. They came on a Saturday and explained how some of the stuff in our basement works, as in where the big drain is for letting out water if the basement ever floods.

terry has helped me numerous times, most recently when i dropped my toilet bowl tank cover and shattered the tank....

he is a true gentleman and old school master craftsman....cannot find better, will be calling him to quote an oil to gas conversion, he is best of the best hands down...

Steven installed a sink for us and set up a water line to our fridge. He was responsive, reliable, and did a fantastic job! Highly recommend for any plumbing projects you need and would definitely use again!

LB is a very pleasant and knowledgeable professional who services our business offices.  He's replaced toilets for us, fixed leaks, installed new plumbing and replaced a faucet that stopped working in our home.   Shows up with a mask and shoe covers!  Is quick, responsive, thorough and reasonably priced.  Definitely my go to plumber!

We had an issue where our bath faucet just wasn't releasing water. I messaged and they had two men out to help the very same day! They were so nice and quickly identified the problem (the guy who flipped our house cut corners and used some type of foam to seal the faucet, which caused it to get clogged overtime). They quickly replaced it and charged much less than I expected. I'll be using them for plumbing issues from now on!

I own a small multi family property and unfortunately, one of my tenants was struggling with a stopped up shower drain.   I called P Flores at about 6:30 on a Wednesday night.  He was able to make it over shortly after, was professional, and quickly got to work.  Unfortunately multiple tries were not working so he tried a different strategy working in the basement.  After some troubleshooting, he got rid of the clog, closed things up, and was done.  He charged a very fair price for the work and I would highly recommend him.  To any landlords out there, he was also landlord friendly, asking for the tenants phone number to arrange the work directly with them.

Lamattina's plumbing has come through time and time again.  The do everything right and only have to do it once.  They've recently done my heating system, hot water heater, a pipe repair, toilet swaps and have been nothing but excellent.  When they're done - you can't even tell they were there.  I highly recommend.

Van saved our Thanksgiving! The pipe leading to the kitchen sink was clogged and he was able to snake the pipe and clear out the problem quickly. We thought it was a lost cause trying to get someone to come out the evening before Thanksgiving, but we found Alligators Rooter on Google and Van was at our apartment within an hour.

I have been in the process of getting quotes on upgrading a small section of gas line from 1/2 to 3/4 to accommodate a new tankless and contacted Blue Bear to come give an estimate. I mentioned that I would also consider having them hook up the tankless unit if the price was reasonable. They were upfront about the $100 fee just to come out and I agreed considering there was the possibility of completing the work that day. The time frame was 10-1 that I should expect a tech to come. I got a text at 8:30 saying that the technician was on his way. Chad showed up a little before 9 (he was wearing a mask and was very professional which was appreciated). I showed him the tankless unit, which was already mounted, he took a look at the gas line, which needed to be upgraded, and then went to the van for 20 minutes to calculate the price. When he showed me the price my heart sank. $6600+! Over 3K to upgrade the gas line and $3,300 to hook up the unit.  I called that night just to see if there could've been an error, but I just got the our employees are drug tested and background checked response as to why the price was so high. I received a quote from Jeff Dustin which was $3,500 to do the entire thing without already having the unit mounted. Jeff Hubbard, one of the most reputable plumbers in Marshfield who has done work for me in the past, quoted me $1000-1500 to do just the gas line upgrade, however he was booked a month out. In the end, I went with Pilgrim Plumbing who quoted $3950 to do the gas line upgrade and tankless install. Would've loved to have gotten the unit installed by Blue Bear this week, but that price is absurd. They are also the only company that charges $100 just to come out and give an estimate, which now makes more sense why they need to.

Took forever to get an appointment (and only called them because a neighbor referred us to them), then five minutes before they were supposed to be at the house they call out sick with no replacement....waited two more weeks, they promised first appointment at 7:30am...no call no show...I finally called and got the run around..waited til 3:30 for them to tell me they are done for the day....What kind of people do this...If your time is valuable then skip these guys.

The job was done and the men were very nice, but before even looking at anything they told me the price of $445 which I thought was very high.  I also didn't like that one of of the techs was on his cellphone while on the job.  I am not sure I would use rotorooter again especially due to the price for less than 30 minutes of work.

STAY AWAY!!! THESE GUYS PUT IN A DISPOSAL FOR ME AT A RENTAL UNIT. I have had many disposals installed over the years at rental properties in Brighton. ALWAYS A ONE PLUMBER JOB. These guys charged for two plumbers @ $150.00 per hour. When I called him to complain he said two plumbers went to the site and I was paying for one guy to go and get a disposal.

Are you serious.? Had to pay them TWICE what I have paid for other disposal installations.

BEWARE AND STAY CLEAR!!!!!  YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I just had to call them because my furnace was not working. I had no idea what to do. Its freezing out and there are four kids in the house, so I was panicking, but they put me at ease by answering the phone immediately even though it was well past 5:00. They came out to the house within an hour and fixed the problem.  I am so grateful. They are the best.

Very responsive, coming out in a couple days for some non-emergency work.  Brandon and Louie were very professional, communicated the scope of work and cost, got their parts, and gott'er done!

We had someone come over to give us a quote for a gas line extension and fireplace installation. 5 weeks later (and after calling them twice and emailing) we still haven't received a quote for the work. We took an afternoon off of work for nothing. Unprofessional.
