Our heat stopped working during a snow storm. We called 9 other places and got no return calls. We saw other reviews about Buss Mechanical so we gave them a shot. The answering service was extremely pleasant and within 10 minutes we got a call back from Matt. He showed up at our door promptly and fixed the problem in thirty minutes!! He was very pleasant and his prices were reasonable. Highly recommend!

Mark had helped me out with replacing a water heater installed incorrectly by another person 8 years ago (difficult job). Because he was so great with that job, I had called him again 5 years back to help with my dishwasher, and called him again today to help with a leak from the a/c unit piping. Today, he called me back right away and helped me figure out the best way to resolve the problem over the phone. He is very professional and friendly. I am a very happy repeat customer and would highly recommend him.

I hired Paul and Gary to help make my two-family more livable. They came on short notice and even rescheduled jobs to help me finish before my tenant arrived. They put in two smallish IKEA kitchens, Gary tiled one of the kitchens, re-grouted a bathroom, and straightened up various odds and ends around the house. I was very happy with both of them.

Mike came to our house a couple weeks ago in an emergency situation (pipe burst and flooded a room). He dropped everything to come fix our pipe at 9 pm and was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He really saved us from major damage and made it so that we could turn our water back on immediately. Highly recommended. Thank you, Mike!!!!

Eric was great! He was responsive, timely and polite. We had a water heater emergency and he was able to come the same day, looked at the situation abs explained to me in laments terms what what happening what we would need to do to correct. Wow, after a miscommunication in the beginning, 128 PHC made it right. One of the owners returned to my house and explained in great detail what his company would be accomplishing. I am replacing a 12 yr old Bryant 2 ton a/c and furnace that wasn't installed with the level of precision and attention to detail that 128 PHC is known for.

This a family owned/operated business that was recommended to me by a renowned HVAC engineer in the Back Bay of Boston. The guy installed retrofitted and installer  Tom Brady's heating and cooling in a 12 million dollar brownstone in Boston. This guy is the best of the best.  Needless to say, he did not have time to bother with my small job.
He referred me to 128 PHC without hesitation. He said if he needed work done to his own house, he would call 128. He didn't even ask me to tell 128 that he had referred them.

I will be using 128 for the foreseeable future and several of my neighbors who are in need of an hvac replacement will also be using 128.
These guys are some of the best in the business.
Remember this: THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF AN HVAC REPLACEMENT IS THE INSTALL! I can't stress this enough. You hire a fly by night guy, you will pay dearly as I have learned in the past. You can have the most expensive equipment, if its installed incorrectly it will fail and damage and void the warranty of said expensive equipment.

The level of customer service from 128 PHC is incomparable to anything I've ever witnessed.
Also, they use American Standard/ TRANE(they will install any brand) but Trane/American Standard is the best of the best. They are built in the same factory. Carrier doesn't compare. Thank you Kevin!

Had a big problem with a leaking valve.  Had no hot water.  Forsythe guys came and replaced the valve and one other. They were very courteous, quick and very fairly priced.  Overall a terrific job and I would recommend them highly!

Mark is a great plumber - he is the guy I call when I cannot do it myself. He is also a frugal guy and will only do what you really need done. I trust him with my 100+ year old house -- the old stuff and all of the updates.

I&C Mechanical are the best ! We had to fix our kitchen sink as it was getting backed up, as well as the waste disposal . These guys fixed everything in no time! Reasonable prices and very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work guys!

Blown out water heater on a snowy Saturday.  Romano sent two plumbers out quickly and replaced the water heater and did a great job. The problem I have with them is the cost. I was quoted one price over the phone and another ($200 higher) at the time of job completion. They used every bullshit sales justification under the sun, not cool Kurt.

Dishonest, price gouging business. Would not recommend to anyone, ever. Save your money and your sanity, call any other plumber.

We have been very happy with Papalia's support of the Heating and AC systems at our home and a nearby rental property for the last couple of years.  The work is always well done, they are careful to leave the space as clean as they found it, and they keep us appraised of potential problems and possible solutions.

When our tenant's gas furnace recently died and needed to be entirely replaced, they worked hard to ensure the tenant's heat was restored within just a few days, despite the shortages of parts and equipment that was being experienced industry-wise at the time.

Despite their response here, when I phoned the office and tried to email I got no reply. No money back, no apology, nothing. Choose a different company!
