Steve's son came out and did a great job. He worked very hard to get my cartridge out of my shower faucet. The whole process was difficult when it should have been fairly easy. But that's plumbing. He was dedicated to doing everything right. I will be a future customer for other job's that come up. Highly recommended!

We have had lots of plumbing issues in our older house. Steve and crew have been great at fixing our problems and we will not use anyone else.

We are so pleased with our new water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water system Cooper's Water Conditioning installed! They came out quickly, tested our water, and gave us a quote which was less expensive than other companies for the same or similar equipment. They scheduled the install to fit our schedule. Paul the installer called to let us know he was coming exactly when he said he would be at our house. Paul was fast, efficient, and installed both the water softener and reverse osmosis water system perfectly. When he was done he cleaned everything very nicely. He walked us through everything we needed to know before he left. The price was exactly as they quoted. We could not be more pleased with the entire system which was installed! Thank you.

Thomas was kind, honest and incredibly intelligent. If the entire company is structured around individuals like him, you cannot go wrong. Cannot recommend Hope highly enough. We would have been without hot water for 7-9 days without the candid feedback and same day service we received. 10/10.

I was glad with quick timing and communication regarding how soon tech would arrive etc. however: I told them over the phone that my home was Red Tagged by Gas company (shut off) ...I said I need someone to figure problem out tonight hopefully -receptionist is polite and says that they can come out and assess the issue and determine where leak is tonight-and fix issue tonight as long as no foundational digging is needed...there is a $139 fee for coming and figuring out your situation. I say ok great and set apt. The tech arrives (but salesman is better description) and he comes in, asks where leak is-we say we have no idea .. he takes pictures with iPad of every gas pipe/fittings and says yeah I mean it's to code but it all needs replaced, if you want to find where your gas leak is its $989 for diagnostics and then cost to fix. Here, I'll email you quotes for cost to repair certain things and cost for total replace
Then asks me for my $139 service fee,
I literally feel like I just paid a salesmen to pitch to me

I would definitely use Grateful Plumber again, they responded quickly to my service request, and I didn't have to wait long to get the work done. Their prices are fair and reasonable and was less than other plumbers I called. And the quality of the work was great and they were respectful of my home.

Chapman has always, always been great to us. Whether I call on the coldest day of the year and need a furnace installed the next day or a simple maintenance service call they go above and beyond every time.

I have used Big Frog Plumbing for two jobs. They where fantastic! Quick and clean. Very affordable. They even told me I didn't need some things to save me money! I highly recommend using them for you next plumbing job!!

Mike's is fantastic! He's done a number of things at our place, from spa repairs to fixing some faucets and locks. He's a great communicator, timely, and charges a fair price. Highest recommendation.

To replace my sump pump, was charged around 800 dollars. It's an effluent pump which I'm to understand is more than a normal pump, but I worry that 800 dollars was asinine to charge for this replacement.

His book, to be fair, quoted it at 740, and he charged the extra 45 for the trip (heh). Maybe effluent pumps do run 600 dollars and then the additional was installation. I just can't imagine that to be the case. I'd be curious to know the cost of the actual pump, I'm sure it's higher quality than you can get at Home Depot or Amazon, but those are my only points of reference.

Regardless, it's working now. That's something.

This plumbing service came out to my home with a 1 day notice of calling them. I had a water meter pit that needed maintenance. After receiving 4 quotes from other plumbing services, they gave me by far the BEST deal! It was so reasonable that it was unbelievable.

The customer service via phone and in person was awesome. This company was not like the other big name companies. They were very personable and wanted to actually help out instead of having an objective of sucking your pockets dry.

I can't believe that I was not referred to them by anyone locally because they were a godsend. I will from now on use them as my plumbing service with no questions asked.

Everyone from Joedy (whom I spoke with over the phone) to Jason (the guy who came out to do the work) was AWESOME!

Howald came highly recommended by people in my neighborhood. Some had used Howald for years and years. My experience with them mirrors my neighbors' for the most part; I like this place because they were fast to come to my home (they fixed my AC unit the same day).

I don't know what other places charge to do things, but I'm a little miffed to have to pay almost $100 for a diagnostic fee. This could just be my ignorance of the HVAC trade, but that is a lotta dough just to have someone look in your unit and go, Yep, the whatsit needs to be replaced. Anywho, I'm not complaining too much because now I'm a lot cooler and less grumpy now that I have air. Thanks, Howald!

I called this company after reading the reviews online after waking up to no heat at all on one of the coldest days of the year. My inside temp was 50 degrees. I put in an emergency call at 6:38 am Tuesday 1/16/2018. I was advised a technician would call me when they were on their way to my home...I'm still waiting on that technician to call me. Absolutely unprofessional, especially in an emergency situation. Did not and will not ever use their services. Had to select at least one star in order to leave this comment however, I would choose zero if I could!

After ARS tried to screw me with a $2000. Quote for unstoppable my kitchen drain...I called Maxwell Plumbing and got the job done quickly for only $475. WOW!

After having a horrible experience with the big local plumber, we called Weilhammer and had a great experience!  We had two toilets running, and they were prompt to respond, on time, and a fraction of the price the other guys wanted to charged!

We have recommended them to several friends after my parents made the same mistake with the other company.

We have been a customer of Godby for probably over 10 years. We are on their Club Godby. I'll say they have very good service however,  I called to have them look at a couple of things. There is a $99 service call which is fine. We needed a frost free outside spigot repaired and Gary the technician (who has been here before and is a nice guy) gave me the estimate to replace one outside faucet (spigot) and I was shocked. I expected it to be over $200.? but it was over $400. Labor is over $200 per hour. I told Gary to forget it and paid the $99 call fee. We will be looking for another HVAC and plumbing company. BTW, the 3 stars were for their service. If I had to give a star rating on pricing, it would be a one.

Steve offered me a replacement for my Mitsubishi mini-split AC/Heat for an upstairs. Set a date and time and Dylan and Jacob the technicians, were prompt, clean and did an excellent job installing.

I am very pleased with the full furnace and A/C installation that I had completed on my home today by Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling out of Brownsburg. The ancient furnace, which came with the home my wife I just purchased, was putting out anemic heat and eventually had a seizing blower motor. Summers quickly responded by sending out an install crew first thing the next morning. Jaritt, Mike, and Jonathan were very courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly. Thank you Summers PHC for all of your help! It is great to finally have good heat in the house.

After receiving my estimate today it is clear to me how they can afford to constantly run television or radio ads. The amount they charge for basic plumbing issues is not within reason and we'll above that of their competitors. Based on my recent experience, I can tell you that the Peterman Brothers are not putting their money into hiring employees with people skills and good customer service. Word of mouth has always been the best form of advertisement, but after seeing many negative reviews similar to mine it is even more clear to me why they are spending so much on commercials. In closing, please do you your own research about hiring this company, but given today's shenanigans I would rather hire the Mario Brothers.
