Steve's son came out and did a great job. He worked very hard to get my cartridge out of my shower faucet. The whole process was difficult when it should have been fairly easy. But that's plumbing. He was dedicated to doing everything right. I will be a future customer for other job's that come up. Highly recommended!

WORST. PLUMBING. COMPANY. EVER.  I hired them to clean a sink drain on 4 different properties and they couldn't unclog the drain on a single one of them.  They told me on each of them that the lines were in too bad of shape to clean them out.  So, I called four of their competitors and ALL four of them were able to clean out the clog with no problem at all.  On the last one, I sat across the street and watched him...he was in and out in less than 5 minutes, and that included taking his equipment out of the van and putting it back in.  When I complained to Hope, they acted like everything was my fault.  They said I needed to replace the drain line and wanted to quote me to have them all repaired.  They couldn't explain why all of the other plumbers could make the repair, but they couldn't.  They also couldn't explain why one of the lines they said needed repair was already brand new and in perfect shape.  Later, I had them quote unclogging a main drain at a small commercial property...again their response was that the line was in bad shape and they quoted me $7500 to make the repair.  I called another one of their competitors...it cost me $500 for the repair and it words great.  They have no idea what they are doing and if you complain, you get nothing but excuses...and EVERYTHING is always the customers fault, no matter what the issue is.

OF COURSE my sump pump went out on a Sunday and flooded my crawl space.  I called Seriously 24/7 and Brittney(?) sent out Antonio and his assistant Jacob right away.  They were polite, extremely professional, educated, and explained everything in layman's terms. They installed a new pump and the water drained quickly.  A few weeks later, the pump stopped working and I called Seriously 24/7 and Brittney sent the two back out immediately.  The switch was faulty and was quickly replaced - no charge of course. (probably an unusual manufacturer's defect?)

Installed a new water heater. They gave an accurate estimate before coming out. Fair price, excellent service and arrived early. These guys will be my new go to plumber. Highly recommended.

Had Chapman plumbing fix a toilet they had installed that developed a small leak at the base.  Amy took my call last week and offered to have someone come out immediately that day!!!!  Since a small leak, as scheduled for today.  Gage came out and was extremely nice, wanted to fully understand the issue and fixed it at no cost!!!  They honored their work and product.   From the office staff to the technicians, they are always so nice and helpful.

I have used Big Frog Plumbing for two jobs. They where fantastic! Quick and clean. Very affordable. They even told me I didn't need some things to save me money! I highly recommend using them for you next plumbing job!!

Pictures indicated complicated door installation but my simple door installation was unacceptable! Asked if he could recommend someone......not able to recommend any one else. Gets one star because he at least got back with us.

Watch out for the additional charges. He added $40 worth of parts that he never told me about until he was done. His prices I feel are inflated. I paid $335 to have a $75 sink faucet replaced.

He waited 81 days to deposit my check.  In that time I had to get a new checking account. I didn't close out my account until more than 30 days since the last interaction was posted, but I didn't validated all checks had been paid out. To be honest I right maybe 3 checks a year so I didn't think about it.  I would think a entrepreneur would want to get paid and wouldn't sit on a check for 81 days.

When my check was returned I immediately paid him, but he was adamant that it was all my fault and I had to pay his returned check fee. My mistake was an honest one and I paid my debt. He wouldn't budge on his returned check fee.

Update...for the record I paid the return check fee and PayPal fee. It was you that offered to return those fees after a long morning of debating

We we referred to Jody and Carters My Plumber from another plumber who wasn't able to work on my home water lines. The office has been pleasant and understanding since my calls started in December. We formatted a plan for the leak, he added a military discount and we were so happy with the work. The employees were great and kept in close contact all day. They stayed and helped me do the application for the credit card through syncrony  which is a wonderful card. The interest rates are better than I've ever seen for a home credit line. We got a 9% apr until paid off but they have no interest for 18 month option and others around  3%  and 5%. The plumber stayed and texted and emailed all the photos without me even having to ask.

They work was done in less than a day which was wonderful and we are so happy happy we shopped around for quotes for an entire week. They were weren't the lowest (which was a small small shop) but they were runner up and we are so happy with our decision.

We received a thank you letter (hand written ) for our business with a Valentines Day gift card  to Starbucks.  it's the small thing and this company knows it!

I called this company after reading the reviews online after waking up to no heat at all on one of the coldest days of the year. My inside temp was 50 degrees. I put in an emergency call at 6:38 am Tuesday 1/16/2018. I was advised a technician would call me when they were on their way to my home...I'm still waiting on that technician to call me. Absolutely unprofessional, especially in an emergency situation. Did not and will not ever use their services. Had to select at least one star in order to leave this comment however, I would choose zero if I could!

Very happy with the service. We called them, They quickly came to take a look, diagnosed the problem and were out the door. While the price seemed a perhaps higher than I expected (my job was a big one) it was done quickly, and right. I would recommend Maxwell and sons for any of your plumbing needs, hands down. If you want solid service and it done right, it's worth it to give them a call.

Mark was GREAT to work with. I called after hours, he picked up right away and after explaining the problem with my water heater he was able to get to the problem right away. He even sent me a picture of what the issue was and explained what had to be done to get it fixed.  One of the nicest and most pleasant experiences I have had. He is honest and upfront! I HIGHLY recommend him.

From start to finish the Godby team was extremely helpful, courteous and were able to get us an appointment quickly. I have already recommended them to other friends.

Used them for years and were very happy with their sevice until the last two years.   They would service the units but seemed more concerned with what else they could sell on top of the service.   I am discontinuing their use.

Our technician, Jeremy, was very punctual.  When he came in he immediately put his orange booties on and went to work.  He was very professional in his inspection and confirmed what we already knew in one bathroom.   With the exception of the one bathroom we passed the inspection.  Jeremy gave us helpful advice in the settings on our water heater.  Once done with the inspection I asked him if he could repair the problem in the guest bathroom and he said he could, and he did.  Even with the help of one of our five cats.   We have dealt with this company several times now and am very pleased with their services.

Had to have a couple of drains cleaned out including Kitchen drain. Used a snake on kitchen drain did not work. Proposed using jet sprayer ($500) and if that did not work replace all the PVC pipe for ($1200). Has Sommers plumbing come out for second opinion and cleaned out for $100.  Snake Peterman utilized snake not suited to clean out a pipe that had such a long run. Peterman did not sugesset this option.
