Jesse came out and fixed my toilets that other plumbing companies wouldn't.
Had the guts replaced last year and the other company told me that I had to replace the entire toilet - Jesse took one look and said oh here is the issue.... Fixed.
I had him come out and replace the guts of the third toilet and he was finished in about 30 minutes and it works great.
Super responsive and knowledgeable. I have recommended to my friends and will absolutely use again.

Mr. Winters was very kind and attentive as I explained our troubles with two different toilets. He offered several options for solving our problems with both and was willing to explain it all again to my husband over the phone. He was honest, thorough, and conservative with his solutions, never pressuring us into unnecessary purchases. We will definitely call him with all future plumbing repairs and evaluations.

We can't say enough about our experience! We had a water softener leak and Matt came out immediately, prioritized our job, helped us with the warranty work and was in and out super quick. I own a 100 year old home in Meridian Kessler. I needed help with a couple of minor plumbing maintenance tasks (replace toilet tank guts and a kitchen faucet) and some advice about my water heater and a few other items. Charlie was professional and knowledgable...he finished the job easily and answered all of my questions. I found Hope to be honest, fair and good at dispensing common sense advice. Really nice young man, Andrew Miller that did the work, I would give him 5 stars. I thought the price was a bit high but it was the weekend and considered an emergency call. The scheduler was very polite and helpful. Overall a pretty good experience.

Great communication (texts confirming appointment time and when plumber was on the way), on time (or even early! - called first to confirm availability), professional demeanor, gave options to repair and/or replace, left repair area clean. Chapman has serviced my company and residential homes and never had an issue. It is nice to have a down to earth tech show up that you can trust. So many places take advantage of the fact that people do not know HVAC systems and get raked over the coals. You never get that feeling from them. I had three companies come out and they all told me I needed to add another system to my house. Called Chapman and they said you just need to divert the heat or AC to where it is beneficial. Then he came back with some dampers and fixed our problem for a fraction of adding another system. I also love how they are so involved with giving back to our community. They are always sponsoring events for local clubs and teams.

Whoever drives truck number 111 Should Not drive anymore for your company. Not only he's dangerous but he text and drive at the same time. Saw him cut off numerous people and then he started tailgating people when they honked at him. He would often hold his phone up like he was videotaping or taking pictures of people that took offense to his driving.

After another plumbing company came out and misdiagnosed where the source of a leak was, I called Howald. Austin responded immediately and came out within an hour. It turned out to be an issue for HVAC and not plumbing. Dan from HVAC was on call for the weekend and came out the same evening. He quickly found the problem and fixed it. So thankful for the intelligent employees at Howald!

Excellent to dealer with. From the office personnel, to the techs on site to the owner. Originally called to get estimate on a humidifier instal. The tech said he could but would be a waste of money. I saw since you're here give me a price on a whole unit, heat and ac. The price was more than fair and the install, a little difficult because of location they made look easy. They cleaned up before leaving. I would easily recommend PHP to anyone seeking and plumbing heating or AC work.

Mike and his assistant were at my house in about an hour, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the faulty water heater at a reasonable pice. I would highly recommend their services for anyone with plumbing services needs.

GREAT, QUICK and CHEAPER! I try to provide credit where credit is due and we called several places on short notice. They quoted substantially less, showed up the same day and did a great job. I don't want to name names as to the others, but PLEASE check them out even if you're in a hurry - they're good, cost effective and saved me a ton. I will be a return customer.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Godby. My experience was so bad that I believe the company is either completely mismanaged or is willfully ripping off customers. Savvy consumers should BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
On August 3rd, 2013 I contacted Godby Heating, Plumbing, Electrical to repair my AC because it was blowing warm air. The technician arrived and quickly told me that I needed to replace the thermostat. That didn't solve the problem, so Godby sent the tech back to our house. The technician arrived and after some time outside claimed to have fixed it. He presented us with the information about the repair and a bill for $500 AFTER he performed the work. He explained that it needed more coolant and so he refilled 3 lbs of coolant. I specifically asked if there was a leak since 3 lbs is a huge amount. He said it was now working fine and we should be good. I was skeptical, but the unit was indeed blowing cold air so I paid the bill. A day later, AC was again blowing warm air. I called and spoke to the manager Kevin. He admitted that there must be a leak and the technician should have performed a full leak check before installing coolant. Godby sent another technician who easily confirmed the coil leak. This repairman stated that the first technician should have performed a full leak test before filling any coolant and apologized for the mistake. The manager, later called to tell me they will install a new coil for an additional $1,852 that will solve the problem. This new cost includes a leak repair and refilling with 3 more lbs of coolant. I complained that Godby should apply the wasted original coolant cost (~$500) to this new total. Godby should have performed a leak test before refilling with coolant and even then should have presented me with options before actually performing the work. As I pressed for a reasonable deal given my previously incurred and wasted coolant expense, Kevin became rude and unreasonable in his interactions with me. I declined further work with Godby and called a competitor that quoted and performed the new work at a regular cost of $1,290. (This, of course, includes the coil leak repair plus the cost to refill coolant again.)
To make matters worse, Godby re-billed me for the unnecessary work performed on August 4th even thought I paid this total in August and have the receipt and bank withdrawal proof.
Every company makes mistakes, but how these mistakes are handled is what defines a company. Godby does not care about their customers. Godby represents POOR QUALITY, POOR SERVICE, HIGH COSTS, and DOUBLE BILLING.

I forgot one of the first rules of supply and demand. The one that says once you pay for something in advance... like a maintenance agreement... you become the LAST priority for service. Over a 6 week wait just to have routine maintenance. It is clear this company is preying on consumers who initiate these kinds of contracts. Keep control of the situation and don't sign these agreements. Make Summers compete for your business. With service agreements... you lose the ability to force them to compete.

We recently had an electrical outlet that caught fire. James, the electrician from Peterman Brothers came out promptly to diagnose the extent of damage. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. He explained in detail and answered questions with thoughtfulness. The estimate was reasonable and I would highly recommend the Peterman Brothers for all of your service needs. This is an excellent company!
