I called this company after having assurance plumbing out and they didn't know what they were doing. Ryan and Gage responded quickly and reassured me that they would come out and give a price and get the work done immediately to get hot water back in my house. They came gave a good price l, when and picked up the tankless hot water heater and installed the next day. They were not pushy on what to do and made recommendations to get a water softener but again not pushy. They will be coming out to install my water softener here in the next week.

Quentin did a hot water replacement in a rental I own, and replaced a couple toilets. The floor under one was rotten from leaks and he did a good job of repair, re-floor (vinyl sheet flooring) and replacing toilets. All done quickly and coordinated from out of state. Highly recommend.

Called for Mark Plecker, at the advice of a friend, at 9:30 am on Monday morning to address an emergency (self induced) bathroom shower leak (Folks, be careful trying to change your leaking shower cartridges if you have calcium build up - you may just damage your copper pipes, as we did). Monday AM our water had been off for 12 hours, and I was desperate. I had called a 24/7 plumbing company late Sunday night, which gave me an estimate of $1700! Mr. Plecker rearranged his schedule Monday and was at our home promptly for our 1pm appt. He had estimated between 1.5 to 3 hours of labor and was done, woohoo!, in 1.5 hours (which included his drive time). At the end of the job he took time to discuss next steps and gave great advice on other plumbing concerns we have. I could not recommend him more, especially give the unscrupulous competition he has and his amazingly fair price, which was about 90% less than $1700. I guess when you are honest, your name is over the door, and you do a GREAT job, you don't have to advertise everywhere like the other plumbing companies... Thanks Mark!

Danny and crew were very good with their communication and their work. Mold man was working hard all day and did a fantastic job in the crawl space and the attic. Very satisfied with a job well done. Just bought a house with mold in the attic and crawl space. I thought their price was very reasonable.

We're new homeowners as of 02/2016 and wanted an inspection of our hot water heater and other plumbing.
P & K offered us an appointment for the morning after I bought the offer here on another website--very prompt--for between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. When I asked if they could come after my husband finishes getting ready for work (8:15), they said no problem. :)
Danny called from 45 minutes away and arrived right on time by 9:30. He put on shoe covers, which I didn't expect but was very appreciative, and inspected our hot water heater, a Bradford White with a 6-year warranty that's now 15 years old... going on 16. We'd suspected the previous owners didn't get it routinely serviced, and Danny confirmed our suspicions. He told us the clacking sound we were hearing was the sediment from the hard water and that the whistle was the HWH working harder due to the sediment. Considering its age and condition, he recommended not flushing it (in case sediment was covering any rust) and making replacement a priority, but could be put off until it starts leaking.
Danny inspected the other plumbing and found two more issues, including a rag in the toilet tank as a jury rig! The joys of home ownership!!! He left us quotes for a HWH replacement ($1150 with new HWH included!) and the two other plumbing issues.
Also, after reading some reviews of plumbing companies, I know some people complained that giant stickers were left behind on their HWH. Danny asked my permission if I wanted a sticker, and I happily said yes. Easier to find the number! And it wasn't giant at all. :)
Everything went great, and we'll definitely be calling P&K again!

I live in a double-wide and was having trouble with my water heater. I thought of them 1st and called to see if I could schedule a service call. While speaking with the receptionist, once she found out what type of home I had she said the following: Peterman maintains a 5 star rating, and since we haven't worked on many houses like yours, they wouldn't want to chance their ratings dropping. I hung up and called Summers , they came within 2 hours and helped. Needless to say, Peterman will never get any business from me.

Summers has been great to work with. We have an older home with rusty old pipes and ducts. The gentlemen from Summers were very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They worked hard all day, not even stopping for lunch. All of our water pipes have been replaced, they installed a new sump pump, replaced a few of our HVAC ducts and cleaned out the mold and grime from our existing ducts. I feel their prices were fair, they didn't try to talk us into anything. Thank you, Summers!

Absolutely terrible. They've come out more than one time to fix our A/C and it still isn't fixed. We have been without a/c for a week now. Every time they have claimed to have fixed it, it breaks the next day. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Even Ben Franklin would cast a weary eye - these guys tried to collect a $70 fee from me for coming out and LOOKING at my kitchen and bathroom fixtures. Mind you, no work was done. They just were giving me an estimate (which was incredibly high) to install two new faucet sets. I refused to pay a fee - the plumber seemed surprised that anyone would dare refuse. I don't care if I'm on their bad list or anything - this pay us to tell you how much we'll charge you crap is a load. Benny... we won't call your number. 867-53-Oh God!

Dont expect them to stand behind what they sell!! I called Saturday with a Unit not working as an emergency call. Was told someone would call me. Never got a call. We called someone else to come repair our unit. On Wednesday i called thdm back indicating i never got a call back asking if my unit is still under warranty. The lady told me she would research it and call me back. Ff to today, Friday still no call. I called back she told me she doesn't know and I need to ask the people that repaired my unit if it's under warranty! I said im sorry why would i ask them i bought from you... They know Lesa! And i wont be talked to this way!! WHAT???? You never called me back AT ALL but you're mad at me?? She hung up on me. So Abby and the staff at this place do not stand behind their products and won't return calls to CUSTOMERS!! But she hung up on me because im upset I can't get an answer they are blowing me off and im not supposed to be upset!! My advice... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!! Fyi Abby i just wanted to know if my unit had a warranty! I am a customer! I paid you for my unit it's your job to answer my questions re: said unit!
