Jimmie Self with Who's Our Plumber is one of the most honest, fair, diligent, and knowledgeable plumbing contractors I have ever worked with.  I have hired Jimmie to work on my own house multiple times, and including 2 slab leaks that required the excavation of a portion of my garage, porch, sidewalk, and the installation of a brand new service line.   The company was not only diligent in completing the work, but also great at communicating with the my insurance company directly.   I recommend Who's your plumber to all of my real estate clients, friends, and family, and everyone has had an excellent experience related to timely service, pricing, and having their plumbing problem solved.

Literally owe them big time! We had no water on Christmas- until A-Team came and saved the day! Literally felt like they should have had superhero capes on! It was Christmas! I felt horrible that they were missing time from their family. They came and fixed our busted pipe so that we could have water! Not being able to flush toilets and wash hands on Christmas was brutal- so we are very thankful to everyone who was involved. From our family to yours, Thanks a ton!!!!

He explained all of what was going on to me in a way in which I understood. He answered all questions that I had and made me feel a lot better about my situation. These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

Have used them several times, found them after using some other plumbers whose work they corrected.  They text you to know when coming, perform great work, and they had the best price.  Really a great company in every aspect, couldn't be happier with their work.

He was incredibly on point when it came to what our issue was and his plan of action got us up and running the same day! I appreciate how responsive they were to my initial inquiries, kept me updated on their arrival, and were quick and professional during the work I needed (replacing my garbage disposal, and tightening wiring on my in-floor heating). Definitely would recommend if you need help with some odds and ends (like I did).

Don't expect the company to show up on time for an estimate.  I was kept waiting a hour with no phone call.  Not a way to run a business.  There are many other business that know how to be courteous to their new customers.  Way to lose a $7000 sale.

Reav and ARS were great.  Came for an emergency, was friendly, knowledgeable, clean, and communicative.  Reassuring after a flood in our basement.  Highly recommend.

L. D. Smith installed a tanKless water system. Their quote was the best, timely and they spent the time thoroughly evaluating our needs.  T.J. did a wonderful job walking us through the pros and cons of the system.  Further, he found two different installation and cost options.  Would use them again!

Called B&W because of a drain clogged in the basement. Friendly person on the phone, inform me about what it would cost for the Tech to come and do a diagnostic ($118). if service is more they would take off the $118. Plumber Dave called me 15 mn before coming to let me know he was on is way. I explain to him the issue. He took his tools and rags to protect the floor. He was very knowledgeable, 30 years experience. Plumber Dave was very friendly and did a great job. the cost was $221, it could sounds expensive compare with what other say when you call but when they arrive on site they add more fees because of non conventional structure. once again, you pay for what you want. I will call them again next time I will have another issue.

Worst customer service ever. The extremely rude tech that told me good luck finding anyone cheaper after I said I wouldn't use them again. After I said I would ensure (which I did) they would lose contracts with other large commercial apartment communities he replied, I don't care. The office was apologetic but it wasn't resolved. Even if I have to pay more, it's totally worth it.

I had a leaking pipe from my sink behind wall. They did a fine job but charged me over $500 for less than 2 hours worth of work.
