I have never been so impressed with a service company- EVER! We called out to Schuler Plumbing to rearrange some plumbing.  Schuler's owner, Gene, took the time over the phone to walk us through what we need to do to determine the actual work needing done (Like behind the drywall or simply underneath the sink?) He spent probably 15 min with us and was so nice and patient over the phone and answered all of our questions. Last week, we had arranged to have one of their plumbers do the work this afternoon. Then first thing today, they called to tell us that one of their plumbers didn't make it in to work today (it happens) and they'd try very hard to get us in. Not only did they get us in, but earlier than expected!! Kenny, came out and he realized it was actually wasn't as difficult as we anticipated. While there, we asked him to do another simple job as well. He said he needed a part for that and he could come out and do both at once and just write this call up as an estimate/ no charge today. He saved us a few hundred $$! I was so thankful! I told him how impressed I've been with the company and that he has a good place to work for. He's been there 23 years and didn't have a single bad thing to say. I love a company that treats not only their customers right, but also their employees! Thy are open and honest and one you can really trust! Now, I can't wait to get my kitchen done!

Had a leak in the second story bathtub. We got an initial estimate that would have required several hours of work including cutting a hole in the ceiling. Fortunately we got a second opinion from The Final Touch and found the solution to be much more simple, saving us tons of time and money!  Thank you!!!!

We awoke to a dead and leaking water heater. I called a few big city plumbers and they couldn't help us today. A neighbor had worked at Atwell so I reached out to them. We communicated through text (my preference) and within a few minutes it was evident that they could help me. Mr. Atwell, himself, was at the house in about 30 minutes for a quick consult. His son arrived about and hour later - with a helper. The water heater is in a very tight space and installation was not easy. I expected there to be some additional charges...but there were not. Communication and service were first rate! Highly recommend!

I have had David Bond do work for me both in the commercial aspect and the residential field and he has never disappointed!!!!  He is so thorough and if he finds anything else wrong he will fix it as well!   He's always on time and does what he says when he says it!!

We have tree root issues in our septic tank.  I spoke to Cecil 3 times and in all the calls I was very clear that we needed help with our slow draining tank.  In every conversation with him I had to remind him of this.  The 2nd time he called, he told me we should postpone the tank visit as he didn't have the time that day to do an eval.  This is the bottom line, they are not a full service septic company.   Don't let them waste your time.  Our situation only got worse because of him. Then he texted over and over again to try and justify his failure with the We are really busy defense.

Contacted them at the very beginning of April, quotes and estimates on April 5th, spigot/softener installation on the 9th. It started off good; they were really responsive and got someone out to estimate the water softener rough-in and spigots, which were installed just days later. They charged me $1300 to install two spigots which were very quickly and easily accessible, which seemed a little steep (I did a little more research and found that amount to be high compared to other competitors in the area).  The water softener rough-in was okay, although the valves were pointing away from the water softener - easily worked-around but takes up more space. The Tech also said I shouldn't have my sink, fridge, or washer on soft water because the water is too salty to drink and that he recommends this to all his customers. I already knew water softeners don't add salt to the water, they add sodium ions so the calcium and magnesium can't attach and make the water hard. I paid $450 for the rough-in; I finished the softener installation myself. They sent a different person to come out and do the bathroom remodel estimate in early April. He was great and detailed and we were on the same page throughout the visit. He said he'd get back to me in a few days.  I texted a week later and got a reply that he'd have it finished up by the end of the week. I was okay with that, as long as I had a timeline, I knew what and when to expect it. Communication was spotty, but I finally received the estimate May 8th.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company has been the worst service company that I have ever dealt with. They were hired (not by my choosing) by Utility Shield, to do a sewer line repair in our backyard. They said they would repair the line from our back deck stairs to the alleyway. They did not. Instead they repaired only the part of the line 40 feet in the very middle of our yard, to the alleyway, leaving a giant clean out pipe in the middle of our yard. To top that, a giant mound of dirt 3 feet higher than the level of the rest of the yard, as well as a mound of dirt in front of the entry to our garage. My wife got her truck stuck trying to access the garage. The icing on the cake, they hit a power line buried to our detached garage and now it has no power. When I called their emergency line and explained that they left our yard and entry to our garage a disaster, a giant clean out pipe in the middle of the yard (which is buried currently under 3 ft of dirt), a mound of dirt in front of the entry way to our garage causing my wife to get her vehicle stuck, and striking a buried power line that caused us to lose power to the garage, his answer to all of that simply put....not their responsibility. What an awful company. The communication, or lack thereof,  with their office is terrible. Their employees don't care how they leave your property, or what they damage, because it's not their responsibility. Stay far away from priority plumbing. I will be filing formal complaints against them with UtilityShield as well as the BBB. DO NOT USE PRIORITY PLUMBING! Trust me.

The Royal Flush plumbers are not just highly-skilled professionals but they are courteous, prompt and thorough. When we lost water one evening during zero degree weather, a pair ofRoyal Flush pros were at our home in 20 minutes. They diagnosed the problem (relay) and had our water back in 1 1/2 hours. Fantastic attitude and a reasonable price.
I've referred many friends to RF and all have agreed the skill, quality of repairs and attitude of the staff is top-notch!

I made an appointment with Lawrence Plumbing on a Wednesday for repair of a leaking outdoor faucet on the following Friday The time came for the appointment and no one showed up.  I called Lawrence Plumbing twice soon after the appointment time to request a status report and each time left a message when no one answered the phone.  I never received a reply and subsequently hired another plumber.

Recently we had this company clean out our grease trap, which they have done many times before.  The gentleman running the truck dumped gallons of grease waste from their truck into our kitchen.  They had no back up plan or equipment to clean it up so it took them 30 minutes to even start cleaning this horrible mess up.  We lost hours for our employees and the smell after they were done with a very surface clean up was horrible.  When I, the owner, arrived at the end of what was 3 hours to clean up the issue (which again is just surface, the stench is still very much there) the man who caused the issue made excuses and never once said he was sorry to me for what happened.  We are now dealing with the smell of grease, which we don't even use in our restaurant.  It's been a nightmare of a situation.  All mats have had to be replaced, they damaged our wall during their clean up and it goes on.  Mistakes do happen but the worst part is they have not given a true apology or even acknowledged why this is a problem.  The owner took over 24 hours to look at the issue.  I asked for a call and instead he showed up in the middle of lunch rush and looked at the kitchen and said he doesn't see the problem.  The smell get's so bad we cannot have our door or large window closed.  His response was it's just grease - the smell eventually goes away and you know grease isn't a hazard right?.   I'm so surprised at the lack of care and concern and even just basic customer service.  Especially for a company we've used for years.  It's already cost us over $1,000 in lost wages and mats alone and I have no idea what the cost will be for our damaged wall and floor.

To be clear, I have not used their services, but I did witness the man in glasses and the gray van yell in a violent and overly aggressive manner at the car in front of him because of the traffic. The work may be good - who knows - but do you really want to support someone that is verbally abusive and aggressive to a stranger when in standstill traffic?  Thankfully, the company name and contact was on the van to clearly identify them.
