Best Plumbing Services in Indiana

We had to have our water lines replaced.  The guys did a great job.  Our estimate from Absolute Comfort was a fraction of a competitor's estimate.  They also moved the lines for our washer, cleaned out our crawl space, and installed a water softener.  We have more work that needs to be done, and we will be using Absolute Comfort again!

I found out while doing a bathroom remodel that I had a sewer leak in my crawl space. First impressions mean a lot and I got a call from Pristine literally within 2 minutes of sending them an email requesting an estimate. Evert came out to take a look and recommended a total repiping of the house due to its 66 year old age. Derrick and Nathan came out the following week and earned their pay that day, as it was quite the mess down there. The estimate I received was very good, based on a family member who's a local journeyman plumber with Local 440. Could not have asked for better service from Pristine. Will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

I called Friday about a leak in a bathroom sink. He told me they were very busy, but could get to me on Monday. He called Monday and asked if he could come out and I agreed. Within a few moments they were at my house. Both gentlemen wore face coverings, which I appreciated. They checked on the sink but did not find a leak. However, they did find the sink was not up to code, lacking a shut off valve. They put one under both bathroom sinks. They cleaned up after themselves, were very polite and very professional. They are in the neighborhood, so I will use them again!

This is the cleanest plumbing company I have ever used. They came the same day to repair my toilet and water jetted out a clogged sink drain. Great price great customer service and all around great company to work with. I will never call anyone else.

We purchased a heat pump furnace and asked to have ducts cleaned. This was 12/2015. We paid in excess of 11,000.00 because we wanted good return for our $$ and wanted to have cleaner air and lower our heating cost. It has taken over 20 service calls in over a year, still has not lowered our cost, the air is more dusty and dirty than ever, we have even had the owner out here who promised me it would be fixed - only to have to call out another technician after the work he did because there was a hole in the brass coil - it runs super loud, and cannot tell you how disappointed I am with the owner who promised to call me back, gave me his personal cell number and never returns my calls. He did give me an additional 2 yrs on my service agreement (how big of you). Had I not paid for the thing in advance - I would be asking for my money back, new furnace or taking him to small claims court.

I'm super impressed with a few technicians - Eric, Jose are awesome.

Service Plus came out and replaced my furnace.  Chris Cunningham did a complete 180.  3years later and my furnace has saved me a bunch of money.  Service Plus paid for another company to clean my vents.  Chris Cunningham and I have become great friends and I've even purchased additional furnaces for other properties I manage.   Very happy with the service!  Terry the receptionist is awesome as well.

Great experience! Good, honest, fair service. I can't say enough good things about this plumbing company. They came on time and did an excellent job cleaning the drain.

I had a drain backing up in the basement on a day when a snow storm and the city shut down. I called someone I'd used before but he couldn't get anyone here for several days. He recommended Curt & Jerry. They were here in about 2 hours and quickly figured out that the problem was the kitchen sink even though the sink was running normally. The charge was reasonable. I couldn't be happier.

They fixed my toilet shutoff but I thought $351 was an extremely high cost for it, and supposedly they did not charge for the trip charge. It took him 30min to replace the valve

Quick response time.  They helped fix a slab leak.

I had Heffner Plumbing come out to install two no charge warranty parts on my water heater. They were at my house for 1 1/2 hours and I was charged $425 dollars. I was charged $170 dollars for him to fill out a form for the warranty parts.  I think this was excessive.

Do not call this plumber!  I was forced to call him through my warranty service, but now realize that I would prefer not to even have the warranty plan if they ask me to use companies like Ameri-Plumb.

The owner of this company is Jon and he should strongly consider a career change immediately.
