Absolute Comfort was recommended to my husband and I by a co-worker. In May 2017 we awoke to our AC no longer blowing out cold air. We called Absolute Comfort and within a  day Jaramy inspected our HVAC system and we knew what was wrong and three different ways to fix/replace it at various price points. Ultimately, because our AC was 20+years old we decided to replace it and with their help were able to determine what system would be the best value for our home,upfront pricepoint, and overall lifecycle costs.  They also gave us options we were curious about with pricing for upgrading our thermostat and replacing our equally old heater. They had a great financing program but offered a cash discount, so we ended up doing the later to replace our AC. Once we determined which model we wanted it was installed efficiently within a day; they greatly respected our property and everything was clean and orderly when they left. Several months later our new system is running perfectly and everything their team came in contact with is still running as smoothly  as when they left several months ago. They provided excellent customer service and answered all questions we had pleasantly and knowledgeably. We plan to work with them in the future on any concerns we have with our home.

Great service & price. Had an old water softener replaced & a tankless water heater installed. The owner personally called me & made the quote, visited the job in progress, and visited after to make sure I was completely satisfied with the products and the work. The crew was polite, knowledgeable, & professional. My water system is much improved! Highly recommended.

I called Friday about a leak in a bathroom sink. He told me they were very busy, but could get to me on Monday. He called Monday and asked if he could come out and I agreed. Within a few moments they were at my house. Both gentlemen wore face coverings, which I appreciated. They checked on the sink but did not find a leak. However, they did find the sink was not up to code, lacking a shut off valve. They put one under both bathroom sinks. They cleaned up after themselves, were very polite and very professional. They are in the neighborhood, so I will use them again!

Excellent work.  Had never used them before and found them as a provider for my water heater's warranty.  Quick, accurate, had the parts on the truck so it was a quick repair at a reasonable price.  Been over a week and the water heater is still working great.  Will definitely use them again.

If zero stars were an option, that is what I would give.  I had an appointment scheduled for today at 8 am and received a text at 7:30 am stating they need to reschedule my appointment.  30 minutes is not an appropriate time frame to cancel an appointment.  They truly do not care about customers & their time. Representative kept saying I understand, but if you really understood - my appointment wouldn't have been cancelled, especially on short notice.  Supervisor Daniel is extremely rude & couldn't provide a real reason for cancelling my appointment.

Great experience! Good, honest, fair service. I can't say enough good things about this plumbing company. They came on time and did an excellent job cleaning the drain.

I had a drain backing up in the basement on a day when a snow storm and the city shut down. I called someone I'd used before but he couldn't get anyone here for several days. He recommended Curt & Jerry. They were here in about 2 hours and quickly figured out that the problem was the kitchen sink even though the sink was running normally. The charge was reasonable. I couldn't be happier.

I had summer heating and cooling /plumbers put in a new furnace and central air and change the bathtub, they were supposed to move return air duct ,they did not. they were supposed to clean ducts in the floor, they did not. even tho. I paid to have it done. keep reading it get worse. they said they would change the bathtub and shower liner. but we would need to take the window out because the new liner could not be cut around it ..so we took out the window before they started. they also said that because of the  tub and liner was made that they would need to cut out the dry wall around and behind the tub and liner. and that all we would need to do afterwards was replace a narrow strip of dry wall around the edge of the tub and liner. when they were finish the tub is now 2 inches from the wall studs. there is no way to cover up that wide of a gap from the wall. the shower head is not mounted to the wall either .it now moves back and forth in the wall. I notice the fault was so tight against the wall it was all I could do to turn it on. so I went in the closet and looked at how it was put in. when they tore out the old fault they also tore out the 2x4 that it was mounted to. when they put the new fault in they put a 2x4 in side the closet moving where it was mounted out all most 4 inches making the new faults to short to reach correctly into the tub ..to make matters worse went I called to have them fix these problems ,they came out and looked at the mess and said to my face that it was all done correct. I will never use them again and if I could afford it I would sue

Mr. Plumber is better than ARS but still didn't fix my plumbing. Took off more work as I had already took off two days for ARS to come out and throw out a huge estimate for a cleanout and not do anything, not look at anything, and not fix anything. Had another company install a cleanout (Maxwell & Sons Plumbing did it for $490 as opposed to the $2700 that ARS quoted me.) New cleanout so I was ready for my clog to be fixed. Called Mr Plumber , Kyle came out and looked in my cleanout. Said there was no water coming up so it couldn't be a clog. After freaking out a tad Kyle called dispatch and had requested someone else come out. The next morning Jeff came out to inspect. After looking in the crawlspace he told us that our pipes were shit and ALL had to be replaced. A $2800 quote. Only giving them 3 stars because atleast they attempted to help and looked further.

In the end both companies were wrong and it was just a clog. My husband rented a professional grade auger from Home Depot for $50 and with the help of his brother blasted the clog out. Two weeks later, 5 different plumbers out, two companies with bullshit quotes, we fixed it ourselves. Back up and running no sewage in my tub, all drains draining, and toilet working fine. With flu season upon us I was so nervous we would catch something and have barely working plumbing. Shoutout to Maxwell & Sons who quoted us the lowest and got the job done quick af. I wasted a week or more of not working to deal with all of this.

I had Heffner Plumbing come out to install two no charge warranty parts on my water heater. They were at my house for 1 1/2 hours and I was charged $425 dollars. I was charged $170 dollars for him to fill out a form for the warranty parts.  I think this was excessive.

Do not call this plumber!  I was forced to call him through my warranty service, but now realize that I would prefer not to even have the warranty plan if they ask me to use companies like Ameri-Plumb.

The owner of this company is Jon and he should strongly consider a career change immediately.
