Best Plumbing Services in Indiana

I've had a few different workers for different projects (garbage disposal and leak) the last week. Both workers were timely, nice, and efficient with their time. Should I ever have a different plumbing issue, I will definitely use Carters My Plumber!

We used Gluff plumbing again for an issue that arose over Christmas. As in previous visits, they were extremely professional and courteous. The technician, Matt, diagnosed a tricky issue with our pipes and promptly corrected the problem.

Our water softener recently went out and we had Cooper's Water come out for a consultation. Very friendly, easy going, and they have a great product and warranty. Price was also the best. We had the water softener installed and we also decided to have a reverse osmosis system installed. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work, the quality of water, and the workmanship. I was very happy with Tomlinson Plumbing.  They were professional, effective, and efficient.  As the previous review so eloquently states, they arrived early and finished before schedule and explained everything in non-esoteric terminology.  I highly recommend them!

I had an appointment to install a battery backup sump pump in my basement.  I previously purchased a new system that needed to have the old pump cut off and the new pump glued on and two switches attached at appropriate levels to activate the pump and indicate high water.  3 technicians showed up and informed me it was going to cost $525 or I had to pay $65 because they came out.  I told them I had the right to refuse an unreasonable quote and I wasn't going to pay $65 for a crappy quote that they could have given me on the phone.  I offered time and materials and they refused as they are only allowed to work according to accepted quotes.  I always thought quotes were developed based on time /labor and materials and not just made up sight unseen.  I am an older guy with a heart condition.  I know what this job entails.  I just can't do it myself.  I don't expect to be taken advantage of but $525 is CRAZY.

After calling several plumbers about getting a battery backup sump pump for my basement I talked to R and R. They did the plumbing in my new house and were fixing a few items so I asked how much there cost was. They were 50% less than two others. I new that the other two seemed high so was relieved to find a reasonable cost. Plumber was great got here right on time also they use a good zoller pump and maintenance free battery. Took them around 1hr to complete. It's one of those items you don't want to use but glad to have it done.

The only appreciation I have for your company is diagnosing the issue with my HVAC.  

I fixed my furnace today on my own. $250 for the part and 15mins of my time.  I am appalled at your company's ethics and intent to overcharge and take advantage of homeowners.  The quote to fix my Furnace was $1600.  Again, $250 and 15mins of my time.

The Company's slogan and tagline of being honest and have integrity is far from the truth.

First time user for Snappy, via a warrenty service I have used for several years.  No wait...Alijah Kenkins and his assistant knew exactly what the problem was and the solution.  Very polite and personable.  Would give them ten stars if I could.    Wayne Creveling
