Best Plumbing Services in Indiana

I've had a few different workers for different projects (garbage disposal and leak) the last week. Both workers were timely, nice, and efficient with their time. Should I ever have a different plumbing issue, I will definitely use Carters My Plumber!

We had Gluff Plumbing come to our home to assist with a new/updated connection for our laundry room. Caleb was exactly on time and was extremely professional and courteous. He provided us with an estimate for the work and was able to complete the job very promptly. His customer service was absolutely top-notch and he even identified items to improve at no cost to us.

When he finished the job, he was actually under his cost estimate!

I can say with all certainty, I would not hesitate to call Gluff Plumbing for any plumbing need we have.

Just based on the first experience, I feel confident going with this company for every plumbing issue I encounter from here on.

My water heater stopped heating and I called a couple of Indy-based companies to try and figure out what was wrong. First company made a quick assessment and said we should replace at least the heating elements and maybe the thermostat too, just to be safe; this would have been $500-800. I reached out to Plumb On to get me a second quote since that first one felt high.

Corey came out and spent 45 minutes or so thoroughly diagnosing the problem. It turns out that none of the hardware components were broken, and Corey identified the true problem: a loose wire and a bad connection, which he fixed within a few minutes. He didn't even charge me for the dispatch out of consideration for my having paid $90 to the first company. Impeccable. This is the kind of person/company you want to give your business to.

We definitely recommend Al Hopkins plumbing. He was able to come the same day (even during massive floods around the Indianapolis area that kept him very busy!) and his prices seemed quite good. R&R plumbed the house I recently purchased, so I decided to see if they could swap out two (taller) toilets for me.  I'd already purchased the toilets I wanted, so I called and left a message with their service line.  A nice woman called me back within an hour and offered me an appointment the next morning! Can't beat that for service.  The plumber Danny showed up within the window of time promised and was quite friendly/knowledgeable. He even had his own wax rings and didn't have to use those I bought. He went to work, and had the two toilets swapped out as well as a bidet installed on one in no time!  He examined them both with me to ensure there were no leaks, and that they functioned properly before he left. He placed the two original commodes very neatly in my garage as I'd requested  on two trash bags.  The price was more than reasonable for this job, also. I was able to pay with a credit card via their Clover service.

Just called to schedule duct cleaning in response to their coupon for $399 for up to 15 grills or vents.  If you have 16 its $729.00 Gotcha!  AND, the person on the phone was almost hateful.  Will not be calling Williams Comfort Air again.
