Best Plumbing Services in Indiana

I've had a few different workers for different projects (garbage disposal and leak) the last week. Both workers were timely, nice, and efficient with their time. Should I ever have a different plumbing issue, I will definitely use Carters My Plumber!

We had Gluff Plumbing come to our home to assist with a new/updated connection for our laundry room. Caleb was exactly on time and was extremely professional and courteous. He provided us with an estimate for the work and was able to complete the job very promptly. His customer service was absolutely top-notch and he even identified items to improve at no cost to us.

When he finished the job, he was actually under his cost estimate!

I can say with all certainty, I would not hesitate to call Gluff Plumbing for any plumbing need we have.

I called a number of plumbers during my plumbing issues. I had trouble with people calling me back and locking down quotes. Plumb Doctor always answered their calls, showed up when they said, explained what they were doing, and were upfront on price.

Unprofessional and Unreliable. Luckily, I contacted him to confirm our appointment and he said he couldn't make it. I reminded him that I made special arrangements for the time to work and asked if he could make it work. Nope was the answer and no apology was offered. I wasted a week thinking he was going to take care of my repairs.

Our water softener recently went out and we had Cooper's Water come out for a consultation. Very friendly, easy going, and they have a great product and warranty. Price was also the best. We had the water softener installed and we also decided to have a reverse osmosis system installed. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work, the quality of water, and the workmanship. Nate and his crew were quick to respond... our water heater was leaking on a Saturday and he tried to walk us through shutting it off but the valve was broken...he was quick to set up a time to come out on Monday first thing and showed up when he said he would. His quote was much less than a competitor and the water heater was the same brand. No high pressure sales tactics and the work was clean and guaranteed. We decided to replace our old water softener since we were having issues with it as well. Highly recommend.

I recently had to use this company for a service call for a home warranty. The technician was polite. However it took him two visits to fix a leaking spigot and he not clean up after he was finished. When I went to use the spigot, I noticed that the screws holding it in place were not put in properly and I had to finish the job myself. It was disappointing. I expect a job to be finished right the first time and that a technician of any sort clean up after themselves. I would never hire the company independently.

After calling several plumbers about getting a battery backup sump pump for my basement I talked to R and R. They did the plumbing in my new house and were fixing a few items so I asked how much there cost was. They were 50% less than two others. I new that the other two seemed high so was relieved to find a reasonable cost. Plumber was great got here right on time also they use a good zoller pump and maintenance free battery. Took them around 1hr to complete. It's one of those items you don't want to use but glad to have it done.

Will never call this company again!! We have been dealing with not having air since Saturday and was told that we aren't considered an emergency!!What happened to be available 24/7 like the ad says?? Finally a tech comes out on Tuesday pushes a button and leaves doesn't even look at he ac unit. So we called to get another tech out today. Was called at 4:16 this evening and was told a tech would be to my house within 45 mins. Waited till almost 6 pm to call to see where the tech was. I  was told they aren't sure and that techs are usually done by 6pm so I told them while they try to locate the tech I would have my husband call them back. He calls them and he was told I canceled our appointment and refused to let the tech enter my house. Seriously?? Great way to treat a new customer!!

The plumber, Rudy, improperly diagnosed an issue with a leaking pipe; incorrectly cleaned my water heater (which then caused me to pay $100 to fix his work); said he was too large to fix a leak in a pipe that I had requested; and conversed about his family issues far longer than he did work.  When the problems were brought up to Snappy, they said they would send someone out at a time that works best for us.  When given that time, they replied that they weren't available for several weeks after the time that worked best for us.  I'm understanding the two star review on Yelp now
