This company came highly recommended and after having a negative experience with a different plumbing company, we were glad to meet Brandon. He was professional, efficient and knowledgable. He arrived wearing a mask, as expected. He installed a new kitchen faucet and also a new toilet in our home today. We will definitely be using this company going forward for future plumbing needs!

Brian and his crew have been my plumber for years.  They do great work and always fairly priced.  They've done all kinds of work for me from emergencies to renovations.  I recommend them anytime I get the chance!

Outstanding Plumber! We are new to Brownsburg and a coworker recommended Cornwell's. Their pricing is very fair, scheduling was easy, and the work was top notch!

We needed an expansion tank installed on our hot water heater and the first plumber we called, quoted us an absurd amount. We called Cornwell's; the price was good and what we expected. The technician that came out was helpful and knowledgeable. He told us some things we should consider doing in the future but did not try to oversell us on anything.

I wish I found Cornwell's the first day we moved to Brownsburg. They will be the only plumber we call from now on.

We have used Mishler's a couple times and they have been great both times. Employees are very professional and clean and the rates are very reasonable. Great to be able to use a company you can trust.

Indy Water Heater Softener has been to  my house to  repair once and to  add a shut off valve  the  second to  add a  outside  water  source. Both times Danny  was  one time and POLITE. He  knew  his  job well and   did  exactly what  he said  he would  do.  I  would recommend  him to  any one and  if  I  need  more  I will call him in a  heartbeat.

This company is the absolute best.  We've gotten both our furnace and hot water systems replaced by them, as well as annual maintenance checks.  

They are upfront about repairs vs. replacement options; we were able to squeeze another year of 'borrowed time' from our furnace before complete replacement for only ~$100.  Scheduling is a breeze on-line, the technicians are ALWAYS reliable, and they are prompt/easy to get in touch with for any estimate questions or concerns.

Very Professional!  Great Work!  Use them often...if your looking for a good reliable Plumber or HVAC (they do this too!)...I highly recommend and they won't make you take out a 2nd Mortgage to get your work completed!

My 1940s So. Bro rental that I'd purchased a few years ago had experienced root growth in the main drain and after years being dormant, it began backing up with use.  I'd already paid Just Drains to clear my main drain (rude, never again), and they went in from the line in the yard.  Now I had yet another issue that needed attention.  On Valentine's Day, a Sunday, in the snow.  

The renters had neglected to keep me informed of the bad situation that had progressed into an emergency, simply shutting the basement door, and we were now in deep sh*t (literally, ankle deep).  I was absolutely mortified and in tears after contacting someone to help me out earlier to no avail.

After calling a few places, I finally spoke to someone at Powerhouse and got a quote for $175 - same day.  The owner arrived to my mess and was very friendly and considerate of the situation.  He went above and beyond, ensuring that he ran the snake out to the street more than the average job to be sure it wouldn't soon happen again.  

As everything began to drain, he then cleaned up the mess and hosed down the basement so I wouldn't have to.  Of course once it dried I had additional sanitizing to do, but I was so happy with the experience that I told everyone about it.  Best worst Valentine's Day ever!

Now that I'm looking through my reviews, I realized that this MUST be added, despite the time that's passed, because I still recommend them to my friends.  

If only I could find an equally good electrician. Anyone?

If you are in immediate need of a plumber, do yourself a favor and steer clear of Goto-Rooter.  We came home late last Friday night to find that our 75 gallon water heater had failed and leaked through 2nd floor down through ceiling and onto first floor.

We called a few plumbers in the Indianapolis area that offer after-hours and weekend service.  We let them each know that we wanted a tankless system put in so that we never had to deal with this situation again and that we needed it done immediately or NLT the next day.

Roto Rooter claimed they could be out first thing Saturday morning.  When pressed about getting the tankless done the next day, they told us that if they didn't have a tankless on hand they would have the tech go buy one and get it done.

Saturday morning and no call no show.  at 9:30 after we called and were placed on long holds we were told how sorry they were for someone telling us tech would be there first thing in the morning but that our appointment to remove the old tank and install the new tankless system was actually between 9 and 1 p.m.  They asked for our patience and assured us the tech would be there prior to 1 p.m. and would call us 30 minutes ahead.  They also committed to stay on top of it and let us know of any delays ahead of time.

Shortly after 1 p.m. and no call from them we called again.  The person said they weren't sure but would call the tech and call us back right away to see where the tech was.  At 2:30 p.m. on Saturday we had received no call so we called back again.  We demanded to speak with a manager, we were then told that unfortunately the person that was scheduled did not install tankless water heaters and the best they could do would be to send someone out first thing Monday morning.

They asked that we go purchase the water heater ourselves to save time and get things going right away Monday morning.

We got our selves halfway educated on tankless water heaters and purchased on on Sunday to have it here ready for 0800 Monday.

At 9:30 a.m. Monday we called dispatch after yet another no call no show.  Again we were told that it could be up to 1 p.m. but that for sure the tech that was scheduled would be there and could properly install the new unit.

At noon, we called to get an update since we had not heard from anyone.  We were told that the tech would be there no later than 1 p.m. and it didn't matter how long it took, they would get the new until in by end of day Monday or Monday evening.

At 2 p.m. we called and demanded to speak with management again, this time we were put on hold for 30 minutes and had to call back a second time.

Finally once we had the right level of management who was able to look over all the notes on the service call log, they determined that the person scheduled (the only one who does tankless installs) was actually out on vacation and would not return until Friday.  

At that late stage in the game we had no hot water from Friday to Monday afternoon with false promises and reassurances from people who talked a good game but could care less about getting the work done.  

We obviously could not wait and fired them on that call.  We called Pristine Plumbing and they came out at 8:20 a.m the next morning (Tue) and did the work.   They did a great job.

Roto Rooter is so horrible, I wouldn't wish this situation on anyone so I sat down and took time I didn't really have to put this warning out to anyone who may consider calling them.

We needed to have our (very old) sewer line replaced. We'd received a quote from another company but wanted to bid out such a large project. Carlisle was less expensive and did a very good job. They gave us multiple options and quotes as well as their recommendations on how to proceed. The sewer was a tight squeeze between houses, trees, and our gas line. They dug it up and replaced it, as well as some additional plumbing inside to reroute a pipe without any incidents. They were very good at explaining to me what they were doing and were courteous and professional when asking me to run water to test the line. I would recommend them for future plumbing projects.

I've used these guys several times for various home remodel and repair work. They arrive on time and work all day getting your job done. They are sometimes a bit expensive in how they price things, but if you talk to the owner, Chad Christian, he will work with you for the best deal that fair for all and affordable for you. Estimates are normally not fee, trip charge is about $85 and will count towards any repair work you may have done. They have done AC, plumbing, wiring / electrical, rood, gutter, and construction work for me. The crew does good work and tries their best to not make messes and cleans up as much as they can at the end of each day, but messes are expected in any type remodel. So they do a good job. I will use them again as needed. I recommend them for your home repair needs.

What a con game ! Very poor response !! Very high prices.  As bad as hope plumbing. Requesting a camera to look in the drain. Sent someone without a camera charged for that   Someone was to come in the afternoon but never showed up

Horrible Redneck family who doesn't pay for work that has been done. If you sub contract work out you still have to pay!!!! Refused to pay after they couldn't do their own work!!!!

These guys are excellent and Mike was courteous and professional. He came out and checked for leaks after a dramatic increase in the water bill. He found nothing wrong and then provided possibilities as to why my bill skyrocketed, which ended up being the problem. After all that great help, he did not charge us a thing.

Frankly, I think these one star reviews are just angry people that underestimated their own circumstance.

They have provided several services for my rentals. they are on time  professional and try to work you into their schedule if its urgent. I also love that they dont try to sell you replacements when not needed but will help in maintaining function.

Larry Plumbing did some work in my house about a year ago, He was found by the contractor I hired back then and never had to deal with him personaly. Recently, I had a situation where my basement flooded due to a clogged outside drainage, although it took us some time to find, my first person to reach was Larry... here's where it gets fun, he picks up the phone and tells me that he has no interest to help out due to a bad past experience with the contractor I had when I was remodeling the house .. he then tells me to find someone else to fix my problems! This level of unprofessional customer dealing leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth and thought I would share so no one has to deal with this kind of issues in the future. I don't have anything negative to say about his job which has held fine, but definitely on his customer treatment and more on emergencies such as the one I just went through.

He was the only plumber who come come within 4 hours for a leak in my garage.  I should have waited.   He did find the leak in an outside faucet and repair it.  He then takes me into cutting a vent in my furnace stack to heat my garage, then drive to a hardware store 5 minutes away to buy a vent.  He was gone almost 2 hours.  When he came back he looked at another leaking outdoor faucet and told me it was not urgent, and that he wasn't available again for 3 weeks.  He charged me almost $800, most of that labor for time he wasn't even at my home.  I called someone else a few weeks later.  The second leak caused a mold problem that had to be remediated, and the furnace vent is not to code and has to be removed.  By the way, the faucet he did repair no longer works.  What a crook!
