Called Paul Henderson Plumbing after reading positive reviews on Neighborhood app.  Eric came out and diagnosed problem.  The office helped to get parts from German company (which isn't always easy). Found out the parts were under warranty and they were shipped directly to our house.  Rate for services was very fair.  Both plumber and office staff were extremely professional and cordial.  Would highly recommend!

Techs were very good -saw the problem and fixed it in a reasonable amount of time.  Pricing seemed fair.  I would call them for future problems!

One Hour H&AC put in our A/C compressor, but when the expansion valve failed and the coil iced up after only two years, they quoted $1519.00 to fix it, since we hadn't signed up for monthly payments to hold their various warranties / guarantees in place.   So I called Commercial Service, and they replaced the valve for $380.  Charley, the CS tech, was polite and efficient; the work was scheduled for just a few days after my call, and was done on time. Our A/C is running great, at a fourth the cost of the Indy-based Bryant outfit.

Very Professional!  Great Work!  Use them often...if your looking for a good reliable Plumber or HVAC (they do this too!)...I highly recommend and they won't make you take out a 2nd Mortgage to get your work completed!

For nearly six days I have had a serious gas leak. Brandon with powerhouse plumbers is a phenomenal guy. He came out and recognized the mistakes and was able to fix them very easily.

This company is fast, efficient, and accurate. They do not mess around and they are very professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get something done correct the first time!!

My husband and I hired them to unclog our double sinks in our master bathroom. I called them around noon and by 2:00pm a plumber was there. After a bit of negotiating, the price became reasonable. They were responsive and friendly. As long as you make sure to ask for every little price factor, I would recommend them. They did a great job and it didn't take more than half an hour!

Cloged kitchen sink draino nor my own snake would fix.  They used theirs and it was fixed.  Cost $300 but there was nothing else i could do and they did a great job!

We needed to have our (very old) sewer line replaced. We'd received a quote from another company but wanted to bid out such a large project. Carlisle was less expensive and did a very good job. They gave us multiple options and quotes as well as their recommendations on how to proceed. The sewer was a tight squeeze between houses, trees, and our gas line. They dug it up and replaced it, as well as some additional plumbing inside to reroute a pipe without any incidents. They were very good at explaining to me what they were doing and were courteous and professional when asking me to run water to test the line. I would recommend them for future plumbing projects.

Came out quickly but discrepancies in what was invoiced (a week later and only after requested it) and cash that was paid out at multiple times a certain repairman returned.

Beware of false coupon prices and services they claim to perform.  Tech claimed to have inserted a cable in the clean out, said cable got stuck in clean out pipe after 2 feet and was unable to unclog drain.   Problem is,  3 other companies verified there's no clean out pipe for him to have inserted a cable to attempt to unclog the drain.  Also, they have coupons that advertise $90 Drain Cleaning Special with free camera inspection, but will charge an additional $49.00 for diagnostic even though it doesn't list the charge on the coupon.

Contracted theses people to install a walk in tub for my Mother. Due to her decline in her health we had to cancel installation, Indy renovation refunded her money...

Beware - can't even troubleshoot and unplug a toilet - Plumbing 101.  Had 2 plugged toilets, 1st tech came out (late), threw a wad of toilet paper down each toilet, tried to auger one, said they were fine and left.  Both still plugged.  I went to Lowes and bought a small auger and tried unplugging it myself.  I got a bill for $180 - tech was only there 5 min and did not unplug either toilet.  I called Gordon and they lowered my bill to $90 and I said I would only pay if they came out and fixed it properly.   2nd tech showed up (late), flushed the two toilets and said the flapper valve was closing too quickly and left.  Did not event try to auger either toilet and coerced my wife into paying the $90.  Now I am out $90 and still have two plugged toilets.  I am going to Lowes to get a longer auger (was using the 3.5 ft one in between plumber visits) and fix it myself.  My advice, fix it yourself or call someone other than Gordon.

Indy had its first 2022 heat wave this week, and our A/C stopped working.  We've been using McNeely Owned for HVAC service the past few years, so we called them and spoke with Kim.  She was able to work us into their busy schedule.  Technician Jeremy arrived, did a great job trouble-shooting the issue, and soon got us up and running again!  We love doing business with McNeely Owned!  Their people are professional, knowledgeable, responsive and honest.  Thank you!

Larry Plumbing did some work in my house about a year ago, He was found by the contractor I hired back then and never had to deal with him personaly. Recently, I had a situation where my basement flooded due to a clogged outside drainage, although it took us some time to find, my first person to reach was Larry... here's where it gets fun, he picks up the phone and tells me that he has no interest to help out due to a bad past experience with the contractor I had when I was remodeling the house .. he then tells me to find someone else to fix my problems! This level of unprofessional customer dealing leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth and thought I would share so no one has to deal with this kind of issues in the future. I don't have anything negative to say about his job which has held fine, but definitely on his customer treatment and more on emergencies such as the one I just went through.

He was the only plumber who come come within 4 hours for a leak in my garage.  I should have waited.   He did find the leak in an outside faucet and repair it.  He then takes me into cutting a vent in my furnace stack to heat my garage, then drive to a hardware store 5 minutes away to buy a vent.  He was gone almost 2 hours.  When he came back he looked at another leaking outdoor faucet and told me it was not urgent, and that he wasn't available again for 3 weeks.  He charged me almost $800, most of that labor for time he wasn't even at my home.  I called someone else a few weeks later.  The second leak caused a mold problem that had to be remediated, and the furnace vent is not to code and has to be removed.  By the way, the faucet he did repair no longer works.  What a crook!
