Best Plumbing Services in Indiana
Called Paul Henderson Plumbing after reading positive reviews on Neighborhood app. Eric came out and diagnosed problem. The office helped to get parts from German company (which isn't always easy). Found out the parts were under warranty and they were shipped directly to our house. Rate for services was very fair. Both plumber and office staff were extremely professional and cordial. Would highly recommend!

The very best plumber available anywhere! We have called for help, estimates. and advice for a number of issues and plumbing projects for years and Hunter is the best. They are the only plumber we call.

Outstanding Plumber! We are new to Brownsburg and a coworker recommended Cornwell's. Their pricing is very fair, scheduling was easy, and the work was top notch!
We needed an expansion tank installed on our hot water heater and the first plumber we called, quoted us an absurd amount. We called Cornwell's; the price was good and what we expected. The technician that came out was helpful and knowledgeable. He told us some things we should consider doing in the future but did not try to oversell us on anything.
I wish I found Cornwell's the first day we moved to Brownsburg. They will be the only plumber we call from now on.

The folks at Mishler Plumbing in Brownsburg are as professional and honest as the day is long. I appreciate having local, small businesses like this one that I can rely on. Thanks Mishlers!

We have a clogged sewer vent stack which has already been diagnosed and only needs repaired. The plumber showed up on site and said there's no issue with the vent stack but there is soap scum, You just need to take care of your stuff. He was there for the service call fee and nothing more. He never intended to do any work. I cannot recommend such an unscrupulous business.

Grant, our technician, was knowledgeable and efficient! Our AC has never ran better. We could not have asked for better service.

The technician was very polite and thorough. He arrived in the timeline the company quoted. The work I had done was reasonably priced.

For nearly six days I have had a serious gas leak. Brandon with powerhouse plumbers is a phenomenal guy. He came out and recognized the mistakes and was able to fix them very easily.
This company is fast, efficient, and accurate. They do not mess around and they are very professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get something done correct the first time!!

Kitchen sink was clogged. Tech used industrial snake (plug-in version) so very powerful.
It did concern me that he was going to bust the pipe, but assured me it wouldn't.
Days later, realized a leak in the basement. Knew it was because of the plumber drilling out
the clog. Water damage to ceiling and drywall! Another tech came out and determined the 1st tech pierced a hole in the interior piping.....as I feared. It was at first a hassle to get them to
pay for the clean up, but they used Indiana Restoration and paid for everything. Although,
I did pay upfront for the drain clog like $200.

You know.... I thought I was talking to a reputable and nice company but come to learn it seems like i was just taken advantage of. In a nutshell...
Sunday we all the sudden had what we thought was a clog. Well we called Roto Rooter and they came out to clear it. I explained the situation and thought it was in a main pipe and not the clean out (I have septic). Well the guy came out amd basically refused to even entertain going under the house and he could clear it from the clean out. Fine have at it. Well 20 minutes later he comes back and aays that my pipe from the house to septic has broken. (Tried telling him not to go into it that way but whatever) needless to say it broke. He couldnt fix it and said a field supervisor would come out. Jason Keuhnert came out. Seemed nice. Could tell we were frazzled. Next thing I know he tells us it will be 4 to 5 grand (no explination of breakdown). Frazzled and needing our plumbing we went ahead. Then he tells us its 5500 but oh he is cutting a deal for 4751... This was for 10ft of pipe and a clean out.
Well they come and do it and come to completely because they said our septic needed pump (convienent of Jason to not check that). So we have ACME come out to pump the septic. When they do they ask put of curiosity what we paid for Roto Rooter. Told them and their jaw hit the floor. Come to fins out we were basically taken advantage of because we were in need. They said it would be about $1200 at the very most to do what they did. I called a couple other companies and found the same thing. Truly disheartening to see how we had been taken advantage of. Here I think we are making a good decision and now I have extended credit just to be ripped off.
Trying to get an explination I called Jason Keuhnert back and asked for a break down of the bill. Immediately became standoffish and acted offended. Said he gave me 10% off and they have a price sheet. I asked for the prices and he would never give them. Not sure if they get paid on commission or what but its only reason I can fathom a company trying to charge someone 3x as much as others. It was a pipe 3ft deep and only 10ft long with 2 couplings. I truly feel sick knowing how we were taken advantage of. I called Jason and by the end he says he will have a higher up call me tomorrow. Well today is that day and it's 8pm the next day. So I'm willing to wager that he knows what he did and is hoping to sweep it under the rug.
I truly hate making a post or negative review but this is insane and people need to know. If in an emergency I would not recommend this company at all. No disrespect but I would not trust the field supervisor we dealt with especially. So I'm posting here and everywhere I can to let others know my experience so maybe they can think more about calling this company when in need. Truly hurt and baffled with how much it feels like this was predatory with taking advantage of someone in need. If in need of help please be cautious if calling this place.

We needed to have our (very old) sewer line replaced. We'd received a quote from another company but wanted to bid out such a large project. Carlisle was less expensive and did a very good job. They gave us multiple options and quotes as well as their recommendations on how to proceed. The sewer was a tight squeeze between houses, trees, and our gas line. They dug it up and replaced it, as well as some additional plumbing inside to reroute a pipe without any incidents. They were very good at explaining to me what they were doing and were courteous and professional when asking me to run water to test the line. I would recommend them for future plumbing projects.

Quick response but a little less than honest when it comes to how much you actually pay them. They really push their product as a replacement rather than want to try to repair what you already have. Hesitant to even try so not sure if they just want to make more money on full replacement or aren't confident in working on other brands?

I made an appointment online through email and did not have to call anyone. I needed a water pipe replaced behind the water heater. Travis showed up and was straight forward with the very high price. I paid it because I had previously dealt with wildcatters who were not licensed and I wanted a professional who would stand behind their work. I had a $50 off coupon which he gladly honored. They are careful not to quote a price until they show up. Travis was highly skilled and completed the pipe replacement in under 10 minutes with no fuss. It was $262.00 for installing a new 1/2 inch ball valve behind the water heater on the cold intake pipe. I paid way too much. There is expensive and then there is HOLY COW EXPENSIVE! I would give them a higher rating but their prices are very steep. He was on time and professional but this company just charges way too much.
As Bill Murray said...No Job is too big! No fee is too big!
If you want top quality work and you can afford the high prices, then give them a call by all means. They stand behind their work but have your checkbook ready!

Indy Renovation did an amazing job! We love our new master bathroom! It's like a Spa in our own home! The 2 men who did all the work ensured we were happy each and every day! They were so talented and neat/clean!

Completely disappointed and let down by Gordon Plumbing. After Gordon performed a $7,000 fix exactly 1 year ago on our lift station, the entire system failed. We figured we'd had an alright experience with them and that they would know what might be wrong with the system so we called them.
The plumber sent not only disregarded any direction (rutting up the entire yard when we'd told him not to drive in that area), but also demanded $4000 to even diagnose the problem THAT THEY HAD FIXED A YEAR AGO! We called the office and the lady who answered the phone was even ruder!
I chalked it up to a fluke and got in touch with the manager Paul, who promised to try and figure out the situation, but after multiple phone calls seems to have just dropped the entire thing. We're not rude customers, and I believe in always giving management a chance to fix things, but this has been one of the most disappointing experiences imaginable.
The worst part is, we really had a positive opinion of the company going in, and they had to drop the ball in every way imaginable to ruin that.
The company doesn't stand by their work in any shape or form (won't even check a pump that they put in and purchased less than a year ago).

A plumber from McNeely entered my home because Airtron was working there replacing the AC unit and they stupidly thought that that no one needed permission!? I had an errand to run. Airtron had my cell #!!
There was a leak that wasn't an emergency in another condo unit. The fluidmaster in the toilet and the water shut off valve was replaced in my unit WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!! Apparently or allegedly, my toilet was running and I've never heard it. (Neither did the plumber until he removed the toilet tank cover.) I hear it now, it runs after each flush, AFTER the unauthorized visit. Upon arrival home from the errand I had to run, the toilet didn't flush after I used it. As I'm washing my hands, my cell phone rings. It's a plumber with McNeely plumbing who informs me that he'd been in my unit and had replaced the shut off valve to the toilet and the fluidmaster inside the toilet tank as the toilet was running. He had my phone number, but couldn't call before any of this occurred? ***NEWSFLASH, the toilet now runs after each flush and I can hear it, where I couldn't before.*** How interesting. All of this is UNACCEPTABLE!!! He told me that the Airtron techs allowed him entry into my unit. I let him know that he did not have my permission to be in my unit. I would have told him to wait until I arrived home, had he called beforehand. It gets better.. you can't make this up!
On Saturday, I pulled back the shower curtain to turn on the shower. The tub was dirty, where it had been cleaned on Friday morning at 9:30 when I last showered with normal water pressure! I also managed to step on a clear, sharp, plastic piece of the broken, plastic shut-off valve that had broken and had been replaced. This and drew blood from the bottom of my foot and a few choice words. How that landed in the tub is beyond me. I became very angry all over again.
I cleaned the tub AGAIN with about 1/3 of the normal water pressure. It took 8 minutes for my usual 2 minute, lukewarm shower. I called McNeely plumbing AGAIN and talked to the on-call plumber, Christian. I explained that another plumber had gained entrance into my unit the day before WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and had made unauthorized repairs, but that NOW I had an audible sound of running water when I flushed the toilet, a dirty bath tub, water pressure about 1/3 lower than what I had on Friday morning and had a foot injury due to stepping on a sharp piece of plastic that had landed in the tub. He replied he was the on-call plumber and would call me back later when he could find out what was going on.
Christian did call back a few hours later and told me that Evan had been the plumber who had done the unauthorized (and incomplete) repairs. I told him that someone needed to come out immediately and fix the water pressure and the running toilet that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE OR HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF. Christian's response was that it was a holiday weekend, he was only the on-call plumber and if he couldn't find that they'd done something wrong, I'd be charged. My response was B******T, I HAD NORMAL WATER PRESSURE UNTIL YOUR COMPANY ENTERED WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION AND MADE INCOMPLETE AND ANAUTHORIZED REPAIRS! I'M NOT PAYING FOR ANYTHING! Christian ended the call. Admittedly, I was very angry.
I have two different stories of how McNeely plumbing gained access and an incomplete picture on Friday as to what had been done. Now on Saturday, I had a foot injury due to a sharp piece of clear plastic that was left in the tub and NEW, problematic toilet and shower issues.
On the 7th, McNeely visited again by appointment due to my travel schedule. The toilet running was fixed. The shower pressure magically corrected itself the week after all of this occurred.

Larry Plumbing did some work in my house about a year ago, He was found by the contractor I hired back then and never had to deal with him personaly. Recently, I had a situation where my basement flooded due to a clogged outside drainage, although it took us some time to find, my first person to reach was Larry... here's where it gets fun, he picks up the phone and tells me that he has no interest to help out due to a bad past experience with the contractor I had when I was remodeling the house .. he then tells me to find someone else to fix my problems! This level of unprofessional customer dealing leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth and thought I would share so no one has to deal with this kind of issues in the future. I don't have anything negative to say about his job which has held fine, but definitely on his customer treatment and more on emergencies such as the one I just went through.

He was the only plumber who come come within 4 hours for a leak in my garage. I should have waited. He did find the leak in an outside faucet and repair it. He then takes me into cutting a vent in my furnace stack to heat my garage, then drive to a hardware store 5 minutes away to buy a vent. He was gone almost 2 hours. When he came back he looked at another leaking outdoor faucet and told me it was not urgent, and that he wasn't available again for 3 weeks. He charged me almost $800, most of that labor for time he wasn't even at my home. I called someone else a few weeks later. The second leak caused a mold problem that had to be remediated, and the furnace vent is not to code and has to be removed. By the way, the faucet he did repair no longer works. What a crook!
