Steve was great on the phone with providing a quick quote and one that was the best value quote we could find. With ours being an urgent issue he booked us in for the following day and his son came to fit the water heater. He wore a mask at all times however he didn't introduce himself so he caught my wife off guard slightly, but he was pleasant, continuously washed his hands and they did a fantastic job, hauled away the old heater, and we have a great 1 year warranty covered by Steve of any issues arise. We will definitely use Steve again.

We have had lots of plumbing issues in our older house. Steve and crew have been great at fixing our problems and we will not use anyone else.

Just moved to Indy and apparently Indy have one of the most hardest water in the states. Called in and brought in bunch of salesmen. Out of all of them, we liked cooper's water the best. Scott, the owner, came out and sold us on the water softener and the drinking water system. We thought the price was fair. He did offer discounts for paying cash. The installer was quick and kind. We had no problem with him. The drinking water system we've got was bit bigger than I thought. It takes up half of my bottom of the sink area. So far, our water system is working nicely. I will see if something breaks, how their customer service will be. They do have 7 years warranty on all of their water softener I believe. So far, I do recommend this company.

My review emcompasses 2 completely different experiences with this company. I hired the company to do some interior plumbing tweaks that I thought was overpriced a bit but they were friendly and the guy did a good job.
Had a sewer line issue. The guys that worked on it did great and were very helpful and friendly even though they got their 40 foot snake stuck in my line. We knew then we needed to get a camera in the next day to understand our options and what our plan forward will be. The guys said the expert coming tomorrow will be able to answer all my questions, find out what the issue is, and give me options. That was great.
Next day the expert comes out. I put expert in quotes because really it was some millennial sales kid that obviously came to see how much money he could squeeze out of me to up his (i assume) commission. Here we go:
First, he got the camera stuck and immediately quit and said we need to redo the entire line and tear up my driveway and it would costs somewhere between 5k and 20k...and actually seemed to expect me just to say do it. I had to talk him into trying the camera again since the day before they were convinced the problem was 40 feet out and this guy got the camera stuck at 10 feet and quit. So in fact he was able to get the camera the full 40 feet by trying again.
Second, the expert immediately started selling a complete sewer line replacement....without even telling me exactly what was going on or presenting me with other options. I had to talk him thru a problem solving exercise and a different line of thinking to get any options out of him other than using my emergency sewer issue to his advantage.
Now we agree to do a dig and replace from the problem spot to the street. Basically it was going to be X amount to do the job. I agreed, and asked several times repeating myself to make sure we are clear on the x amount which was significant amount of money. After about 10 minutes that amount changed. Instead of it being the price X which we talked about several times to a repetitive amount, now that was the price for just for first day of work. The REAL price is double that. So either I am just clueless or..when you hire someone to fix a sewer line that is out...why would I only want to know what it costs for 1 day versus the total cost to me to get it working? It was again his lame attempt at increasing his commission.
At this point, I felt I had no other options and agreed. He said they have no interest financing they use for 12 months with a third party company. Not true. As we agreed on the work and cost and filled out the financing on his ipad, it was time to click ACCEPT the terms of the third party financing. First, the amount I entered which matched the cost mysteriously now is 1k more. Second, the terms were 24 months at 24.99% interest??? I have great credit and told him no way to I agree to this and refused to accept. We call the third party lender and the lender and this guy try to convince me that those aren't the terms of the loan just the terms if I don't pay on time. But on the screen it says, Loan Terms.
In the end, I got the entire run repaired by another company for less than the amount he quoted for 1 day of partial work. They did the entire deal in 1 day, didn't need to tear up driveway, and even removed the snake line that Hope left at my house with no plans to ever get it and remove it. Maybe they thought at that point they used that as leverage to try and get the big job. Fortunately I was able to spot their BS and find another option that I am super happy with and was up and running in no time.
This company has some knowledgeable plumbers that did a good job, but I feel they overcharge and have a horrible sales/expert that will prevent me from trusting them in the future.

We paid $89 for a plumbing and drain company to basically say they didn't know. They offered to run their snake for $279, but said probably wouldn't help. Silly me to assume they would try and solve the problem. If the pipe was busted shouldn't he give an estimate to fix it?
All that being said, the owner called to check with me about my experience. He refunded the service charge without me even asking. That is business practice that is rarely seen these days. I appreciate him reaching out.

I reached out to Grateful Plumber through Yelp and was pleasantly surprised to get a message back within minutes. He said I could call to discuss what I needed. I remember being surprised because it was after 5/6, what I would have considered outside normal business hours. I was able to schedule service for my garbage disposal within 4 days. I immediately received a text confirming my appointment and then a text when he was on his way. Thankfully it was nothing major, a tiny spoon had somehow gotten stuck in there. Adam was quick and professional. I wish I had not waited so long to get this taken care of. If I have any more plumbing needs I will definitely contact them again.

Woke up to find out that both of our AC units were not working. They sent someone out quickly and had them fixed right away. Very happy with our experience.

First time we used Big Frog Plumbing based on a recommendation and we were not disappointed. Scott arrived on time and was very pleasant. He came up with a solution that eliminated the need to cut into our drywall. Impressive! We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I had Mike out to do some work on a hot tub in a new house. He was helpful and beyond the work told me where to get parts so I could work on things myself. That's the mark of a
Contractor that's got enough work they don't care about you doing some of the work to cut costs.

I have used Carters for about 10 years. Everytime, the work is done successfully. I trust their diagnosis of the problem and they offer two solutions: 1. economical and 2. higher quality. I have chosen both depending on the failure and the type of inconvenience the failure presents. They also offer a qualitative rating of the economic vs. the higher quality solution.

Harry from Howald Plumbing came out last Wednesday to repair a dripping bath tub faucet. He did a great job. A week later and not a single leak or drip. He was very professional and even cleaned up when he was done. I had several other quotes for the repair and Howald not only had the best price but I found them to be the most professional. Talked to their Service Manager, Steve, who was great. I explained the situation and he was able to trouble shoot it over the phone and quote me the repair price. I am very pleased and impressed with Howald Plumbing and will definitely use them again.

Plumbing Paramedics performed an inspection on our plumbing after the rebuild of our new Old Town Design Group house which flooded due to an installation error by their contractor, BRS Mechanical (BR Schroeder and Sons).
Plumbing Paramedics were extremely professional and thorough and they explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They also noticed that a flush valve had never been installed on our tankless water heater. Plumbing paramedics returned later and installed a flush valve and flushed our system for a great deal. I am grateful for their honest and quality work.

My wife noticed our sump pumps weren't working. Based on reviews, we called Maxwell and Sons. Mike came over darned near immediately. Replaced two pumps quickly and very reasonably. Great experience. We'll use him again.

These guys did a fantastic job with our water heater and water softener installation. Very knowledgeable and gave sound advice.

My service experience was quite bad, and a long series of errors were made. Originally i posted a very detailed and negative review. Since then I have been contacted by Jason Godby, and was treated very well. I was assured that my experience was the exception, not the norm, and I believed him. I have decided to replace my previous extremely negative review, not because I was asked to, but because after my conversation with Jason I felt that they no longer deserved it. I will use them again and hope that my previous experience was a fluke.

Had their tech out for just a service call tune up on their promotion. He said that we needed a contactor and a capacitor. Quoted 203.00 per part. Got offended when I said I wanted to look up parts price before purchasing. I asked if I found the parts if they would install he said no. I found both parts online and cost me about 60 for both including shipping. He tried to convince me that I needed to buy his parts because if I needed a new unit he would credit me back the cost of the parts. I asked who I would talk to about cost of a new unit - of course it was him. So a tech who is also your sales rep means they want the sale more than they want to give you good service. I was mislead by all the positive reviews.

I needed help with furnace issues ASAP & after hours during extremely frigid weather. The after hours call representative was polite & professional. I had a prompt return call from a tech. He had one more run before he could visit me, & he was right on time. The tech was very polite & professional. I was fortunate to have a minor problem. The tech showed me how to deal with it & how to read the error codes on my furnace should I have any further problems. He priced some other services I was interested in & explained the yearly plan (which I declined). No hard sell, & no attempt to take advantage of my emergency repair situation. I'm impressed and will consider Summers for my future HVAC & plumbing needs. Thank you!!

Without even looking at the plumbing, he insisted on having everything completely replaced. There were 2 outdoor faucets, one of which did not have any problems with it. The other just needed a new nozzle. He insisted that both faucets needed to be complete taken out and replaced and gave a price more than twice the original estimate. We felt he was just there to get the $85 fee for showing up. Seriously, he didn't even look at them!!! Awful service.
