I called this company after having assurance plumbing out and they didn't know what they were doing. Ryan and Gage responded quickly and reassured me that they would come out and give a price and get the work done immediately to get hot water back in my house. They came gave a good price l, when and picked up the tankless hot water heater and installed the next day. They were not pushy on what to do and made recommendations to get a water softener but again not pushy. They will be coming out to install my water softener here in the next week.

My bathtub stopper has been not fully keeping water in the bathtub for quite some time. Mac's plumbing responded within 12 hours and had the issue fixed within 48 hours. Incredibly responsive and very fair with pricing.

Called Blake after I noticed my slide room got wet during a rainstorm. Was in a panic because we are full time, and my husband was out of town working. Blake got Brittany out right away the same day. She was very courteous and pleasant. Blake followed up to make sure I was happy with the repairs. Very honest people, highly recommend.

Quentin did a hot water replacement in a rental I own, and replaced a couple toilets. The floor under one was rotten from leaks and he did a good job of repair, re-floor (vinyl sheet flooring) and replacing toilets. All done quickly and coordinated from out of state. Highly recommend.

King's employees were professional and addressed my concerns and questions. I've used them before for a bathroom issue and water heater installation. These guys are fair and know what they are doing. Quite satisfied with the work they have done for me.

Called for Mark Plecker, at the advice of a friend, at 9:30 am on Monday morning to address an emergency (self induced) bathroom shower leak (Folks, be careful trying to change your leaking shower cartridges if you have calcium build up - you may just damage your copper pipes, as we did). Monday AM our water had been off for 12 hours, and I was desperate. I had called a 24/7 plumbing company late Sunday night, which gave me an estimate of $1700! Mr. Plecker rearranged his schedule Monday and was at our home promptly for our 1pm appt. He had estimated between 1.5 to 3 hours of labor and was done, woohoo!, in 1.5 hours (which included his drive time). At the end of the job he took time to discuss next steps and gave great advice on other plumbing concerns we have. I could not recommend him more, especially give the unscrupulous competition he has and his amazingly fair price, which was about 90% less than $1700. I guess when you are honest, your name is over the door, and you do a GREAT job, you don't have to advertise everywhere like the other plumbing companies... Thanks Mark!

I have had a bunch of contractors and repairmen come perform repairs and would not recommend any of them to even my worse enemy. I called Indiana Residential who my realtor refered to come quote final repairs needed on my house before putting back on the market. Brian Alexander from Indiana Residential came to my house to quote repairs on my house that I needed completed before I can sell my house. Brian showed up on time and was very knowledgable about the repair process I needed done. Brian sent me a quote for repairs and I signed the quote. Repairs were scheduled and every single person who performed repairs on my house was very knowledgable and performed fantastic repairs! I would like to single out a few people who really went above and beyond just performing their job. Brian, Julio, Clint, Austin, and your electrician whom I forgot his name, sorry I am old. Everybody from Indiana Residential were kind and really nice folks who I would recommend to anyone needing any kind of home repairs! I give them an A+, 100% happy!

Danny and Sam have bailed us out twice now. We bought a refurb house that needed a lot of work, and two pretty significant instances they have had to come by.
The first time, I came by the house to find water dripping out of our basement ceiling. Carpet was being installed the next day, and I needed someone there ASAP. Sam was able to get there within a couple of hours. He tracked the leak down to an improperly threaded hot water washing machine line courtesy if our contractor.
The second instance, when we went to install a new toilet in the basement bathroom, we found that the original cast iron pipe and mount had corroded away, and there was nothing left to mount the toilet to. Danny and Sam were able to break up the slab and replace the line in just a few hours.
They have done all of this work while being affable, patient, and professional, and have been extremely fair in their pricing.
I seriously can't recommend P&K enough.

I had a clog in my drain and gave this company a try. The whole process was a breeze and super cheap. Nichole showed up right on time, was super friendly, and very informative of the issue I had. She was absolutely amazing! Will recommending peterman bros to anyone!

We agreed with Thomas Wright and Comfort Heating to replace both our upstairs and downstairs units in our historic home.
Cliff notes:
1. Poor workmanship/attention to detail caused a clogged drain (previously not an issue)
2. Said clog caused waterfall down inside of our walls
3. Water caused more than $10,000 worth of damage
4. Misleading, at best, about turning over damage claim to insurance - Only turned it over to insurance (2 wks later) after I got estimates
5. After insurance settled, got invoice for full amount
6. Threatened legal action - forcing us to pay for their incompetence
Details:
Comfort's caused a clog in our drain line (which had never been an issue) and caused more than $10,000 worth of damage.
After a visit to the attic and saying we had an existing small leak, the tech actually saw the damage inside of our master bathroom. That led to a 35-minute phone call (outside and out of ear-shot) to his supervisor.
We agreed for them to come fix the issue. The fix was to change the angle of the unit so that the condensation hit the drain pain. The pan was never an issue.
The next day, another waterfall into an adjacent hallway. The fix was a shim of wood and didn't do anything but cause more damage. We installed new drain lines and pan because the clog (which was the actual issue they caused) wasn't likely to be found in the existing line - roughly a week later.
So it took nearly 10 days to actually get the installation correct, with more than $10,000 in damage - which, unbeknownst at the time HAD NOT been turned over to insurance. Thomas told me after the fix that they'd turn it over - that was not true. What happened was that Thomas called Service Master Crossroads Restoration as opposed to starting an insurance claim.
I didn't trust them, so I called a reputable restoration company to provide an independent estimate.
Both restoration companies came the same day. Service Master wanted to start right away (wasn't going to allow that w/o the insurance process) without providing an estimate (still don't have it) - which they couldn't because the tech had no equipment...Thomas told SM we had a small leak (per SM owner). Thomas had photos of the damage.
ONLY AFTER I sent Thomas the estimate from the independent restoration company did he contact his insurance - the liability adjuster told me when he was contacted.
As soon as the insurance check was issued, Thomas sent an invoice for the full amount. I immediately called and expressed that he was expecting us to take on a disproportionate liability - we'd pay for the equipment and the lower level installation, but that we needed to come to a different number for the upper level.
Thomas said he had to chew on it and would call me early the following week, citing the fact he needed to pay his guys - the same guys whose poor workmanship isolated my family to half of our home, damaged our walls, trim, carpet and ceilings - for nearly six weeks at that point.
He did not call or email and only after I reached out did he communicate with me via email.
He replied that he would settle for an amount that was ~ 10 percent less than the full invoice - which covered all of the labor and equipment and took no personal responsibility. I countered with an amount that covered equipment and some labor - which he flatly refused. This was clearly not a two-way discussion.
He followed up with an email saying he was under no obligation to offer me anything, so pay now or get ready for legal action.
These are other examples of unprofessional and unorganized behavior:
1. Didn't turn main gas line back on
2. Left cellar door open with light on after the job was finished
3. Sloppy foam insulation on exterior (it's a big clump)
4. Left gaps bt air handler and box without tape in the attic (at least 2 large gaps)
5. Left cut wire pieces on bedroom floor (17-month-old in house)
6. Left electrical panel door open
7. Left dirt and dirty hand prints on walls (interior & exterior, just had our house repainted a month prior)
8. Workers did not use shoe covers/those who did wore them both inside and out, tracking mud, dirt, etc. around our on our hardwood floors
9. Continuously slammed doors (custom, wooden doors) - and cracked the window doing so
10. Smoked on our front porch
11. Didn't connect duct to 2nd bedroom closet (and lied when asked)
12. Did not clean up

My recommendation is to avoid this business at all costs. We bought a new washer and dryer from Lowe's and had Ben Franklin Plumbing do the install. The water heater needed moved about ten feet to fit the washer and dryer. We wanted the washer and dryer side by side. The swap in locations of the washer and water heater shouldn't have been rocket science. They, in turn, subcontacted their sister company Mr. Sparky to do the electrical.
We paid over two thousand dollars for work that is completely amateurish. We left it as they left it. We took photographs. We contacted the company and asked for an inspector to come and look at the work. My wife got an email back where the so called electrician claimed to have done professional work. No inspector ever came. No further action was ever taken by Ben Franklin or Mr. Sparky. Next summer...when I have the time to do it myself...the whole job has to be redone.
My advice is simple: avoid this company.

I will never go back to this company. They let me and my 11 month son freeze when our heater wasn't working and didn't even have the curtesy to call me. I called at 8:30 and spoke to a woman who asked if it was an emergency and I said yes it's very cold in my house especially with my young son. She took my info and said a worker would call me when he was on his way. He would be there soon because it was an emergency. I waited 2.5 hrs before calling the number back and a different lady said they actually doesn't have any time to come today and she was getting around to calling me to tell me. I waited 2.5 hrs in the freezing cold for her to tell me they changed their mind. Now I have to call someone else and wait longer in my freezing cold house with my son. This is insane. Who leaves a mother and son out in the cold and doesn't even bother to call you back so u can change plans? This is so wrong
