I called this company after having assurance plumbing out and they didn't know what they were doing. Ryan and Gage responded quickly and reassured me that they would come out and give a price and get the work done immediately to get hot water back in my house. They came gave a good price l, when and picked up the tankless hot water heater and installed the next day. They were not pushy on what to do and made recommendations to get a water softener but again not pushy. They will be coming out to install my water softener here in the next week.

My bathtub stopper has been not fully keeping water in the bathtub for quite some time. Mac's plumbing responded within 12 hours and had the issue fixed within 48 hours. Incredibly responsive and very fair with pricing.

Called Blake after I noticed my slide room got wet during a rainstorm. Was in a panic because we are full time, and my husband was out of town working. Blake got Brittany out right away the same day. She was very courteous and pleasant. Blake followed up to make sure I was happy with the repairs. Very honest people, highly recommend.

Quentin did a hot water replacement in a rental I own, and replaced a couple toilets. The floor under one was rotten from leaks and he did a good job of repair, re-floor (vinyl sheet flooring) and replacing toilets. All done quickly and coordinated from out of state. Highly recommend.

King's employees were professional and addressed my concerns and questions. I've used them before for a bathroom issue and water heater installation. These guys are fair and know what they are doing. Quite satisfied with the work they have done for me.

Called for Mark Plecker, at the advice of a friend, at 9:30 am on Monday morning to address an emergency (self induced) bathroom shower leak (Folks, be careful trying to change your leaking shower cartridges if you have calcium build up - you may just damage your copper pipes, as we did). Monday AM our water had been off for 12 hours, and I was desperate. I had called a 24/7 plumbing company late Sunday night, which gave me an estimate of $1700! Mr. Plecker rearranged his schedule Monday and was at our home promptly for our 1pm appt. He had estimated between 1.5 to 3 hours of labor and was done, woohoo!, in 1.5 hours (which included his drive time). At the end of the job he took time to discuss next steps and gave great advice on other plumbing concerns we have. I could not recommend him more, especially give the unscrupulous competition he has and his amazingly fair price, which was about 90% less than $1700. I guess when you are honest, your name is over the door, and you do a GREAT job, you don't have to advertise everywhere like the other plumbing companies... Thanks Mark!

We hired Indiana Residential when we bought our new home as there were a multitude of different repairs that we needed done (plumbing, electrical, drywall work, gutters, misc repairs). They were easy to interact with, most of our communication was via email. The estimate they provided was the final bill (no surprise costs or fees). Additionally, the employees that perform their services are friendly, respectful, and followed all COVID guidelines. We are actually having IR return to our home to complete more work on our fireplace mantle. We would recommend Indiana Residential to anyone looking for a variety of home services/repair at an affordable rate.

Danny and Sam have bailed us out twice now. We bought a refurb house that needed a lot of work, and two pretty significant instances they have had to come by.
The first time, I came by the house to find water dripping out of our basement ceiling. Carpet was being installed the next day, and I needed someone there ASAP. Sam was able to get there within a couple of hours. He tracked the leak down to an improperly threaded hot water washing machine line courtesy if our contractor.
The second instance, when we went to install a new toilet in the basement bathroom, we found that the original cast iron pipe and mount had corroded away, and there was nothing left to mount the toilet to. Danny and Sam were able to break up the slab and replace the line in just a few hours.
They have done all of this work while being affable, patient, and professional, and have been extremely fair in their pricing.
I seriously can't recommend P&K enough.

We needed our ducts cleaned in our house, and we chose Peterman to do the job after seeing an ad with a coupon in a flyer we received in the mail. $650 to clean all the ducts, no limit. 2 people came to do the work. They said you will never even know we were here, meaning that they will clean up and leave the house with everything swept up and cleaned up. Not so much. Not only did they not cover anything to keep stuff from falling on the furniture, floor, etc., they didn't do much cleaning up at all. We spent at least 2 hours cleaning up after they left. And one of them left their sweatshirt in the house. We called Customer Service to complain about the service we received. We expected to receive a partial refund since they obviously did not do the job as advertised. They offered a $25 Visa gift card.....not exactly what we expected. We won't be using them again.

We have the annual package which includes the tune-up on the A/C and furnace. I had a difficult time scheduling the tune-up for our A/C BEFORE the weather started getting warm, so unfortunately we had to make a service call. The customer service girls did a great job of getting us in, but unfortunately that was overshadowed by the service we received by the repairman. He came out to look at our A/C and quickly told us we would need a new unit, despite the fact that ours is only 6 years old. He was training someone and the trainee kept trying to get him to look at other culprits, instead of just having to replace the A/C. Eventually they recommended that we replace the compressor (for 3K), and they said that we had too much Freon and removed some. They kept trying to up-sell the full unit, and since our furnace was apparently going to need to be replaced within the next couple of years, they wanted us to do them both to get a discount (only 10K to replace both!) We paid a discounted service charge of $49, but our A/C went out the next day!
We called another company out. They seemed baffled by what Summer's had said about having too much Freon. This was especially odd since Summer's had serviced our A/C last year, and we hadn't added any Freon. The other company was able to fix something in our thermostat and replace 2 other small parts - for under 100 dollars!
Unfortunately this was not the first time Summer's has tried to push a new unit onto us. They caused us quite a bit of unnecessary stress. Even though we are mid-way through our pre-paid annual plan, we will not be utilizing them in the future.

On May 9, 2018, I contacted Comfort Heating and Cooling to diagnose my cooling problem. At the end of that appointment, I was informed that I would need a defrost board and accompanying harness. Was also told that the parts would take 17 days to receive. Since the parts were under warranty, I didn't have a problem waiting. 25 days later I contacted them again to inquire about the parts. At that time I was told that one part was in and they were still waiting on the second part (defrost board). Five days later I contacted them again only to be told someone would call me back and didn't. Around June 9, I contacted them AGAIN and was told again that they were having an problem getting the second part but that it would be in in a few days and someone would contact me. On June 29, I sent an email describing the situation and asked to be advised of the status of my repair and inquired about compensation of the $350 labor charge. To my dismay no one from the company contacted me by phone or responded to my email. On July 10, I contacted the company again and spoke to whom I believe was the owner. He advised me that the part would be in on the 11th and that he would contact me to make arrangements for repair. Finally, on July 11, I was contact by a representative of Comfort Heating and Cooling and the repair was scheduled for July 12, during the AM hours. I took the day off work to have this completed.
On July 12 around 1045am, I contacted the company again to inquire about the whereabouts of the repair technician only to be told my appt was scheduled for anywhere between 1-4pm. I was beyond furious with the lack of professionalism, so I inquired what they were going to do for me relative to their $350 labor charge. The rep told me she would have to call me back...about 15 minutes later to my utter surprise she called me back and told me that the tech would be there between 1-2 now and that I would receive 15% of my total final bill...15% a total of $52.50 for having to wait 64 days for my unit to be repaired. Oh it gets better...at 3:15pm I receive a call from the tech telling me his GPS unit said he would be at my residence in 57 mins. I was furious and advised him that he was scheduled to be at my house between 1-2. He in turn went off and asked me who told me that he would be there then? And they weren't doing that anymore, advising customers of a timeframe window, that the office managers don't know how long a job takes. I stopped him and advised him that I had been waiting 2 months in stifling heat for this repair and to get here as soon as he could to repair my unit.
At this point, I immediately contacted the company and left a message for either the owner or the company President needed to call me back ASAP. The owner contacted me back and after my explanation of my dissatisfaction of the professionalism of his company, he attempted to explain that he had to fire his office manager and that it was his fault and that he understood my anger. At that point he advised that he would leave it up to me as to what the amount of my bill should be in lieu of the 15% he originally approved of. At about 4:30pm, he arrived and attempted to fix my unit. As he is trying to replace the harness, he notices that it wasn't staying secure and that it was exactly how the old harness was. I told him that the defrost board should be replaced as well...as least that is what HE wrote up in my initial invoice. His response, well you're probably right, it was two months ago, so I don't remember. We both walked back to his truck and he pulled up the ticket on his tablet and says, yep there it is a defrost board. At this point I walked away, because I was becoming more angry. When I can back, he was on the phone ordering the defrost board. He proceeded to tell me that the motor for the fan needed replacement and that he would have it all done on Friday, July 13. Finally, Friday, July 13, 2018, some 60+days of no air, my unit was repaired.
This company, unfortunately, will not be getting any future business from me. They were extremely unprofessional and NEVER did I receive a phone call advising of the status of the initial order. Not to mention the fact that the technician didn't know he was to replace TWO parts and in fact the second part had never been ordered. After much thought and consultation, I will also not be paying them any portion of their $350 Labor charge. A letter to the owner describing this fiasco is forthcoming.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Even Ben Franklin would cast a weary eye - these guys tried to collect a $70 fee from me for coming out and LOOKING at my kitchen and bathroom fixtures. Mind you, no work was done. They just were giving me an estimate (which was incredibly high) to install two new faucet sets. I refused to pay a fee - the plumber seemed surprised that anyone would dare refuse. I don't care if I'm on their bad list or anything - this pay us to tell you how much we'll charge you crap is a load. Benny... we won't call your number. 867-53-Oh God!

Flabbergasted. They did not honor the scheduled appointment because it was no longer convenient for the technician. Taking my business elsewhere.
