Jimmie Self with Who's Our Plumber is one of the most honest, fair, diligent, and knowledgeable plumbing contractors I have ever worked with.  I have hired Jimmie to work on my own house multiple times, and including 2 slab leaks that required the excavation of a portion of my garage, porch, sidewalk, and the installation of a brand new service line.   The company was not only diligent in completing the work, but also great at communicating with the my insurance company directly.   I recommend Who's your plumber to all of my real estate clients, friends, and family, and everyone has had an excellent experience related to timely service, pricing, and having their plumbing problem solved.

We were in need of emergency service to fix our washer and dryer.  I called at 12:30 to check on availability and they were at my house by 3.  They fixed the issue quickly while also explaining to me why the issue was occurring and how to notice in the future of a potential problem.  I was impressed by the professionalism of each person I spoke with today and their rate was extremely reasonable.  A Team will be my first call the next time we need a plumber.

David was courteous, funny, helpful, and knowledgeable about our plumbing issues. He recommended solutions, worked with me to discover what worked for me and my house, and did a great job in implementing those solutions. Highly recommend.

We hired Precision Leak detection to locate the leak- He was wonderful, came out the day we called him, pinpointed the leak with thermal imaging, ultrasound and pressurized the lines with air to double check with ultrasound. Very informative and accurate. We Highly Recommend!

I have used Hamm & Son's for the last 7 years for my 1965 home in northern Indianapolis.  I have had good customer service, prompt on-time service, fair pricing, and lasting results.  I highly recommend them.  My services calls over this time have included update of sink shut off valves, replacement of toilet during upgrade, and most recently clogged main drain.

Ciriello has now came to my rescue twice. First at my residence, second at a home I bought to flip. I regret forgetting to leave the first review, so I hope I get the point across that they are Amazing! Devon was our tech, and while we never wish to have plumbing issues, he is delightful to be around, found the exact problem and explained it to us immediately. Giving us our options, and explaining how it happened. They are very reliable and I highly recommend them!

I needed a new toilet installed and a friend recommended Sordahl plumbing. The man who came out was knowledgeable and was able to get everything switched out quickly. It's working great! I'm having them come back next week to install some cut-off valves under the sinks. I'd recommend for efficient and good service.

Super quick and professional response. They were able to come the next day for a quote and were able to complete the work in the same day. Had a pipe start leaking below the slab. They were able to chip through the slab to repair and patch the slab before leaving. 10/10.  Will call again.

We had a plumbing leak in our basement. We called Service Plus - two different guys fiddled around the entire day and then they let us know that they were going to need help from a more senior guy who could come out later in the evening. Until then, no using water, period. They called later explaining that it would be even later than expected, possibly 10 or 11pm, which turned into later, which turned into the next morning. They sent a more senior guy who came out and said that we needed a new grinder pump which, with installation, they estimated at $7782.

These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

Today we had our water heater replaced by Rik. Excellent service! He called ahead of his arrival within the timeframe we were given and worked hard until the job was done right.

We thought it would be a basic repair of bad heating fuses, but he had to replace the entire heater and trim pipes to get it to fit. A pretty big job for a Saturday morning/afternoon that none of us expected.

We will certainly call them again for future repairs. Professional and friendly right from the start with the receptionist booking the repair.  VERY SATISFIED and thrilled to have hot water again as the weather gets colder.

Acme did a great job running a gas line connection for my grill. Detailed quote and Dave really explained the scope of the job and helped me understand how the connection would mesh with the natural gas grill. I would strongly recommend this company!

Kit is honest, reliable, knowledgeable, hard working and very investor friendly. He has helped us in different situations from getting a house rent-ready to trimming trees and changing lockboxes. We trust him and can highly recombed him for anyone!

Everything that this company said they would do, they didn't. Needed to fix a water heater install and in one hour charged $400.00. They are a scam. Standard pricing means over paying to you. No estimate before performing the work then stuck me with $400.00 bill and would not call me back for 5 days to let the credit card process. Scam company beware.

I called mid-morning for a drain issue and was immediately given a time slot within two hours.   The CS agent was very polite and informative.  He was knowledgeable of their services and explained their service process thoroughly.
 Richard C. called soon after and gave us an eta that he met within 5 mins.  Due to the length of our connection to the sewer system, extra effort was needed to find the root of the issue.  He stayed on task until a solution was found and the issue was resolved.  Although the job was more labor intensive than presumed, he charged what was quoted and provided preventive maintenance tips for the future.
 I felt the CS and Tech were very professional and I received what I was promised.  I was directed to them via referral and will now refer them in the future.  Very good customer experience.

Every one I dealt with was very professional and courteous! My issue was resolved quickly and they were easy to get in touch with.

Came on Tuesday, determined I was out of Frion as I suspected.  Needed me to turn the AC off to thaw it out for recharging at a later date.

Called me the next day. Theyre only unavailable apptmt was Friday at 12.  Then they called me on Thursday to change it to 4 oclock on Friday.  Then called me at 3:30 on Friday to tell me they'd be here Tuesday. WHAT IS GOING ON ITS LIKE SAUDI ARABIA IN MY HOUSE!

They told me this is what my landlord told them, but I called my landlord and they just flat out lied about that.

He called them and now they are telling me they will be here sometime on Saturday... or is it Tuesday or Thursday or next September.  There are 10,000 other AC repair people to call.  Screw this.

Worst drain cleaning company in the city. Secretary who answers phones has an awful attitude. Extremely unprofessional company....DO NOT USE.

Don't use summers. Charged me for services they were unable to provide. No refund. Asked several other companies in the area what they charged for the same work and every single was a fraction of the cost. They were unable to fix my ac and technician was unprofessional, tried to leave before even checking if the system worked after service. It did not. The quote they gave me for replacement was almost double every other quote I got. They also billed me again the day before credit card payment was due, causing me to pay additional interest and a late fee because of a billing error on their part. Additional Fees were also not refunded.
Use 5 star, McAfee, detmers, or anyone else.
