Jimmie Self with Who's Our Plumber is one of the most honest, fair, diligent, and knowledgeable plumbing contractors I have ever worked with.  I have hired Jimmie to work on my own house multiple times, and including 2 slab leaks that required the excavation of a portion of my garage, porch, sidewalk, and the installation of a brand new service line.   The company was not only diligent in completing the work, but also great at communicating with the my insurance company directly.   I recommend Who's your plumber to all of my real estate clients, friends, and family, and everyone has had an excellent experience related to timely service, pricing, and having their plumbing problem solved.

I needed my garbage disposal changed. Showed up on time on a Saturday wearing a mask, friendly, professional, completed the job fast and cleaned everything behind. My experience was just perfect I guess.

Aqueduct saved my mom $2750 over a quote from a large local firm! David came out, rapidly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it on the spot within a couple hours. No more leaks! The 'big company' guy wandered around the house dropping quotes for new toilets, drilling holes, and replacing all the lines that had nothing wrong with them. SO... if you want somebody who straight-up and no BS, David is the guy! (OTOH if you want outrageous quotes and massive up-selling, then go with Acme...)

So I finally had it with the tapping noise in one of our bathrooms. Fearing the worst (a leak) even though I had let this go on for some time, I decided today was the day to get a leak detection done.

To my surprise, Chris and Zack actually were able to work me into their schedule on the same day. The whole process took about almost 2 hours, but they were very thorough. Fortunately, the issue wasn't a leak and was just contracting/expanding older pipes.

I really appreciated the thorough explanation and answers to my questions. Chris and Zack were friendly, and it felt like I was talking to neighbors that were helping me out rather than someone I hadn't met. Chris is the business owner, and he offered to help out in the future should the need arise (and we both hoped it won't)! It's always reassuring to know that there are reliable service providers out there who take care of their clients whether it's first time service or return business!

When our water heater died, I called Hamm & Sons around 8AM. By mid afternoon they had installed a new water heater. That's service you can't beat. Ryan and Doug were friendly and efficient. They did great work.

The owner called me back in a Sunday to explain that I was not having a plumbing issue as much as I was having a ground water issue in my septic tank. He was super helpful and I really appreciated it

I needed a new toilet installed and a friend recommended Sordahl plumbing. The man who came out was knowledgeable and was able to get everything switched out quickly. It's working great! I'm having them come back next week to install some cut-off valves under the sinks. I'd recommend for efficient and good service.

Super quick and professional response. They were able to come the next day for a quote and were able to complete the work in the same day. Had a pipe start leaking below the slab. They were able to chip through the slab to repair and patch the slab before leaving. 10/10.  Will call again.

I am SO thrilled with my service from Jesse Jones from Covalen in Indianapolis.  He was professional, respectful, and very accommodating. He explained all of what was going on to me in a way in which I understood. He answered all questions that I had and made me feel a lot better about my situation. He is knowledgeable in this field and knows what he's doing. Jesse is an A+ employee. If I ever need to call this device again, I will ABSOLUTELY be requesting him.

These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

So I originally left a review two months ago in regards to a specific tech Shaun and have very rude, disrespected and racist he treated me and handled himself.  I even mentioned how the other tech that was with him was very professional, respectful and handled himself wonderful.  I even called in to speak with someone about the matter before leaving a review on here, Google and the company.  Everything that I expressed was exactly what happened.  I was not upset at the company but the tech Shaun.  I even thought that leaving the reviews the company would contact me to resolve the issues.  Well that is not what happened at all.  They actually told my boss that I left all these reviews and that reviews like that hurt their business.  Well if something hurts your business and that is not how your company handles themselves then you would resolve the issue and even issue an apology.  Not what happened at all.  This company actually made it as if how I was treated by a tech that works for their company was nothing and I should not have left a review.  Not okay at all!!  I was treated how I was by your tech and no one in two months reached out to resolve the issue.  Not even when I asked the woman who I spoke with on the phone personally for some to contact.  I am not a child but a grown African American woman how demands respect and to be handled in a professional manner.  So at this point this company has now dug another hole for themselves instead of handling the issue at hand the appropriate way.  Do not ever go to someone else to tell on me as if your have that right.  Your tech was inappropriate, out of line, rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and racist to me.  Not my problem but his. If you chose to not deal with it then you are part of the problem also.

No longer, after 10 + years, doing business with Acme Plumbing in Indianapolis.  A $269 service call to snake a line.  Their guys are on straight commission so each time the pricing has increased by 15-20%.  Called Lawrence Plumbing who is $169.  I am all about small biz owners making a profit, but enough is enough.  #fedup.

Kit is honest, reliable, knowledgeable, hard working and very investor friendly. He has helped us in different situations from getting a house rent-ready to trimming trees and changing lockboxes. We trust him and can highly recombed him for anyone!

short and curt review. on Wednesday 8/4/21 our A/C went out. My wife called them based on their review? They were quick to respond . The technician told my wife the condensing fan motor was bad. New one would cost $1600. Now the bad news. It will take 4-6 weeks to get the part. But we have new complete units available to install by next week. We don't break down complete units for parts, he said. He also told my wife that a new condensing unit would not match up to the old inside condensing coil so a totall replacement of the entire HVAC was needed. So he could have some qualified people come look at it  for proper sizing.
I ordered the hard to find part and had it delivered on Saturday 8/7/21. I didn't like the hard sell or up sell he offered my wife. So I called someone else to look at it. Fan motor might be bad but after he showed me what was really wrong. The Johnson technician was not honest. New tech showed me the leaks on the coil. Replacing the fan motor was pointless. The unit had cooked itself. Because of the fan motorways  not working. Johnson technician could have made a sale and we would be on our way to a new out door unit by Tuesday. On Saturday the 8/7/21 I called the Johnson heating and cooling office because the technician never forwarded a quote to us. He never submitted to his office that we needed items for repairs or replacement. I want want my $149 diagnostic fee returned. Dishonest, incomplete diagnosis of the problem and incompetence. Failure To complete the task at hand.

I've had some very unpleasant experiences with the company. We have had to schedule with them several times just to get one simple thing done. This past spring we wanted them to come clean out our air conditioner; however, it was too cold to do it then. Yet, they came and just looked at our furnace (which we didn't want anything done with) and they charged us $150. (Make sure you don't let them near anything you don't want or need fixed!) We were still charged for the air conditioner cleaning. So, we planned to have that done today. However, early in the morning they wanted to cancel me because of a thunderstorm. At 9:30, it was sunny and fine outside.  After scheduling a week in advance, I don't have time to reschedule again. As a result, we've had a very frustrating experience with this company.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. We have had two appts with this company over the last couple of weeks and $368 later have nothing other than a 3ft x 1 ft hole that shows two pipes have disconnected. It was $219 to dig the hole and another $149 dollars to run a camera through to see the issue. Come to find out, the camera showed no picture and we got literally nothing from our $149. AFTER THAT, we get an estimate to redo the entire sump pump drainage line which will run us about $2197. No thanks. The only good thing I will say is that the guy who came out, John, was very nice. Not his quotes I'm sure. He was nice, but there is no way we have gotten our moneys worth at this point. I could have dug the pipe up for free and stuck a hose down the 6 ft pipe and call it a day.......Very disappointed and will not be moving forward with any additional service

I've used B&W Plumbing over 20 years.  They are professinal and fix the problem the first time. They also must be one of the highest priced plumbing contractors in the city.

I own several rentals and want a company that will set their own appointments with the tenant, call me before doing any extensive (expensive) work, and above all bill me. I don't want to have to meet the plumber at the property to pay him. B&W satisfied all this.

I realize everything has gone up, but since B&W went to book pricing it seems like more and more, I'm getting the shaft.

Example: I needed a new mixing valve on a shower. I tore the wall open and supplied the valve. Everything was exposed and right in front of the plumber. All he had to do was cut the old valve out and solder the new one in. The book said $595.00! I called the office and screamed like a mashed monkey. Because I am a longtime customer the manager put the guy on hourly rate. Wound up $250 for less than an hours work.

Example: In a pinch I needed some furnace work, it was Sunday and my regular guy had just passed away. Though I'd never used B&W for heating and cooling that is part of their trade so I sent them out, and told the guy to check the thermocouple. (The pilot light wouldn't stay lit.) He told me over the phone since I was a regular customer they wouldn't charge overtime for sunday work. Hooray! Except when the bill came it was $295 for replacing the theromocouple, a ten dollar part!

Again I complained and they took 10% off. But what the hey? I'm beginning to think B&W is just too expensive for my business.

Last Month I called just drains because of a stoppage in the kitchen sink  The man who came, knocked out the drywall under the sink and then told me that he had to go into the basement.   He told me he had to get another guy to come and do the work because he could not  work on the cast iron pipe in my basement and that it would cost me $200 extraA He couldn't do the work because he didn't have the tools.  .Well I got the money toether.  he came the next day and stayed in the basement for about 15 ro 20 minutes then he called me to comedown and said that I should be good to go.  He had this big wrench in his hand and  I realized that he didn't do a thing.! I gave him the money because I honestly thought he would hit me with that wrench if I didn't.  I told my neighbors after the guy left because I was so scared.  I will never call Just Drains again.

Service was on time, professional, courteous, and did a great job. However, $480+ to set two toilets that took the service person 45 minutes to install is price gouging.
