Jimmie Self with Who's Our Plumber is one of the most honest, fair, diligent, and knowledgeable plumbing contractors I have ever worked with.  I have hired Jimmie to work on my own house multiple times, and including 2 slab leaks that required the excavation of a portion of my garage, porch, sidewalk, and the installation of a brand new service line.   The company was not only diligent in completing the work, but also great at communicating with the my insurance company directly.   I recommend Who's your plumber to all of my real estate clients, friends, and family, and everyone has had an excellent experience related to timely service, pricing, and having their plumbing problem solved.

I needed my garbage disposal changed. Showed up on time on a Saturday wearing a mask, friendly, professional, completed the job fast and cleaned everything behind. My experience was just perfect I guess.

We were a part of the jobs that helped him launch his business!  Lately though, we've emailed and sent text messages requesting his service on at least 3 occasions!  We got no response with either type of contact!  We're aware that he's doing a lot more commercial jobs now which we're assuming is the reason for ignoring us!

We hired Precision Leak detection to locate the leak- He was wonderful, came out the day we called him, pinpointed the leak with thermal imaging, ultrasound and pressurized the lines with air to double check with ultrasound. Very informative and accurate. We Highly Recommend!

I have used Hamm & Son's for the last 7 years for my 1965 home in northern Indianapolis.  I have had good customer service, prompt on-time service, fair pricing, and lasting results.  I highly recommend them.  My services calls over this time have included update of sink shut off valves, replacement of toilet during upgrade, and most recently clogged main drain.

I needed a new toilet installed and a friend recommended Sordahl plumbing. The man who came out was knowledgeable and was able to get everything switched out quickly. It's working great! I'm having them come back next week to install some cut-off valves under the sinks. I'd recommend for efficient and good service.

Super quick and professional response. They were able to come the next day for a quote and were able to complete the work in the same day. Had a pipe start leaking below the slab. They were able to chip through the slab to repair and patch the slab before leaving. 10/10.  Will call again.

We had a plumbing leak in our basement. We called Service Plus - two different guys fiddled around the entire day and then they let us know that they were going to need help from a more senior guy who could come out later in the evening. Until then, no using water, period. They called later explaining that it would be even later than expected, possibly 10 or 11pm, which turned into later, which turned into the next morning. They sent a more senior guy who came out and said that we needed a new grinder pump which, with installation, they estimated at $7782.

These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

We're very happy we found Isley Plumbing.  We researched different plumbers and chose Isley, and we agree with others that they are the best around.  Every part of the process was impressive & professional, starting with the call to obtain the appointment, then the text to tell me the plumber was on his way (with a clear photo of his face!), and the professionalism & quality of the plumber himself.  He was well-trained, knew what he was talking about, took the time to offer us options & to educate us, and was careful, efficient, and skilled with his work.

We liked that he came prepared with two types of disposals on his truck, explained them both, and let us choose between the basic on & an upgraded one.  We chose the upgraded one after numerous fails with basic disposals.  Other plumbers in the past just replaced our disposal with another low-end one & thus we kept having problems.
We are happy to have found Isley & will be using them from now on.

Kit is so reliable and affordable. We've been using his services for several years in Anderson and Muncie. He has helped us manage some major repairs such as plumbing issues, electrical, painting,  drywall..you name it he can fix it. He has been a huge blessing and life savor for us being that we are out of state landlords. You really need good honest people like him in this business.

We have had plumbers from Johnson replace shut off valves and do a yearly inspection.  They were very professional job, very concerned with the quality of their work, and very patient with any questions we had.  I would highly recommend them.

Our kitchen sink clogged due to our garbage disposal and using Angi this was the first company available. The service tech was friendly but when he got here he asked, how much did they tell you? My husband told him, $109.00 and he said, It's normally $249.00 plus the $109.09 service charge, but I am not going to charge you that. How much do you think is fair in these conditions? It was during the really cold 'blizzard' conditions. My husband told him we would pay $200.00. He did the repair but it was very strange. He started talking about how he was called to the ministry to fight witchcraft! He also said he could be called at anytime to go anywhere to evangelize! His credit card machine didn't work while he was here so we had to write him a check. Not sure if we got fleeced or not. It was all very strange! We had a clog a couple of months ago and had a different company out and unclogged it for $93!! Unfortunately that company wasn't free for 4 days! Never again! Unsettling and just plain odd!

Shawn at L.D Smith is a consummate professional and a master of his craft.  I request him to do all of my work.  We had a pressure issue once, another plumber wanted to charge thousands of dollars to break into the foundation of our house investigating a possible crack.  Shawn took all of 5 minutes to determine a spicket in the yard was slowly trickling through a hose and messing with the pressure.  Saved money, fixed the problem, and I have relied on L.D. ever since and they have handled every problem quickly, easily and without fail.  This afternoon they are installing a water softener after I had them fix the piping to prep for another company to install one for cheaper.  Welp that company was unreliable.  L.D. may not be the cheapest, but they're worth every penny.

Came on Tuesday, determined I was out of Frion as I suspected.  Needed me to turn the AC off to thaw it out for recharging at a later date.

Called me the next day. Theyre only unavailable apptmt was Friday at 12.  Then they called me on Thursday to change it to 4 oclock on Friday.  Then called me at 3:30 on Friday to tell me they'd be here Tuesday. WHAT IS GOING ON ITS LIKE SAUDI ARABIA IN MY HOUSE!

They told me this is what my landlord told them, but I called my landlord and they just flat out lied about that.

He called them and now they are telling me they will be here sometime on Saturday... or is it Tuesday or Thursday or next September.  There are 10,000 other AC repair people to call.  Screw this.

Called this company to come out and check our drain. They did, then said they would write up a quote for a necessary repair. Three weeks later have never heard back. No we haven't been waiting, we moved on the someone else when we called the following week after the worker was here and found out he was on vacation and nothing could be done until the person's return. It's obvious they don't care about customers, since no follow up call was made to talk to us. Horrible company and service!

I have maintenance agreement! Scheduled for regular tune up in the beginning of spring 2018, they rescheduled 3 times for emergency calls still didn't show up. In July 2018 my AC not working. The service guy came out with no ladders and went home! Next day, different guy told me the coil dirty need to be cleaned. Charged me $500 to clean and Still not working! The third day another guy came and told me low on Freon, he charges the unit for free! Still not working! He told me unit 14 years old! About time to replace! Gave me a Quote for $9000! Should have told me in the first place my ac should be replaced instead of tried to fixed it! And I called someone else gave me a quote for $5500! Then I called Summer Heating and cooling to give me refunds for maintenance because they didn't do tuneup at all! Couple ladies in the office refused to refund money! Thirty minutes later called me back, they changed their mind to give me the $159 back for my maintenance agreement contract!
