We live in Monticello, Indiana and had our AC unit replaced last week. Jarmy Johnson was a complete professional replacing our AC unit! Absolute Comfort was one of four contractors we received quotes from. Jarmy came out to do our estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest and friendly. During the replacement, Jarmy and Jason were wonderful! Even when they encountered unforeseen issues during the installation, they were able to troubleshoot and quickly solved the problem and still came in at their original quoted price.

I found out while doing a bathroom remodel that I had a sewer leak in my crawl space. First impressions mean a lot and I got a call from Pristine literally within 2 minutes of sending them an email requesting an estimate. Evert came out to take a look and recommended a total repiping of the house due to its 66 year old age. Derrick and Nathan came out the following week and earned their pay that day, as it was quite the mess down there. The estimate I received was very good, based on a family member who's a local journeyman plumber with Local 440. Could not have asked for better service from Pristine. Will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

I called Friday about a leak in a bathroom sink. He told me they were very busy, but could get to me on Monday. He called Monday and asked if he could come out and I agreed. Within a few moments they were at my house. Both gentlemen wore face coverings, which I appreciated. They checked on the sink but did not find a leak. However, they did find the sink was not up to code, lacking a shut off valve. They put one under both bathroom sinks. They cleaned up after themselves, were very polite and very professional. They are in the neighborhood, so I will use them again!

A father daughter team completed work on my house. Replaced the main valve at the street, my main shut off valve inside the house and a hose bip. They also prepped me for future soft water installation. Both were patient. They spent almost an entire day at the house. Total cost was around 2k. They used quality parts and were honest about what was going on.  I know dropping that kind of money on plumbing sucks but I felt like they earned it.

My experiences with Service Plus have all been positive. The customer service is excellent. The servicemen are prompt and professional. I've needed same day service twice and this was easy to accomplish. On one occasion they needed to return to correct a minor issue and this was done quickly. They're a bit pricy, but the job will be done well and to completion.

Hired to free a drain.  Two guys came out...both nice and professional.  However, they were unable to unclog the drain....after paying nearly $200!  I spoke with the company owner who refused even a partial refund!!!!   I had used them successfully 3x before......Will not use again!!!!

We had them come to open up our clogged drains. Boy! Did they open the drains!!! It is now running though our downstairs ceilings. The company will not take credit. Said it was our fault because we have old pipes. They advertise licensed plumbers but both gentlemen where not licensed, they told us that, after they were finished. After contacting the company, the lady was very rude and won't give their license number or bond information.
Dont use them..

I called Summers for a water pressure issue.  I called the Southport number on a Friday afternoon and they were able to book me for the following Monday afternoon.  I told them I needed an afternoon appointment because of work.  The scheduler said it would be put in the notes.  I received a confirmation call that afternoon with a call time of 2-4pm and I said I needed a 30 min head up.  Come Monday, they called me at noon, 1p and finally at 1:45p trying to see if I was available for the technician to come out.  I kept telling them that my call time was 2-4p and I can't leave work yet.

When I finally arrived at home to meet the technician shortly after 2p, he was about 10 minutes behind me.  He was super friendly, put on a face mask and shoe covers and we discussed my problem.  He asked each time before entering a room, opening a door, or laying anything down.  Unfortunately for me, my issue turned out to be a $5 fix and I had to pay their $89 service fee.

I will say that my parents have used Summers (Noblesville center) for SEVERAL different projects and issues throughout the years and they have always been satisfied with their work.  They usually end up doing a little extra/going beyond and not charging for it.  Would I recommend them...probably. Would my parents recommend them...definitely!

After already experienced frustration of having water in my house, several plumbing companies in and out, quotes high enough to make you sick, Mr. Plumber sent out an awesome tech who was knowledgeable and quick.

They have an awesome $93 or free drain deal that comes with all sorts of benefits. Couldn't be happier.

They also identified my bigger issue and even though the price is hefty, they offer financing and will get my business mostly because of how impressed I was the first time around.

I had Heffner Plumbing come out to install two no charge warranty parts on my water heater. They were at my house for 1 1/2 hours and I was charged $425 dollars. I was charged $170 dollars for him to fill out a form for the warranty parts.  I think this was excessive.

Do not call this plumber!  I was forced to call him through my warranty service, but now realize that I would prefer not to even have the warranty plan if they ask me to use companies like Ameri-Plumb.

The owner of this company is Jon and he should strongly consider a career change immediately.
