We live in Monticello, Indiana and had our AC unit replaced last week. Jarmy Johnson was a complete professional replacing our AC unit! Absolute Comfort was one of four contractors we received quotes from. Jarmy came out to do our estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest and friendly. During the replacement, Jarmy and Jason were wonderful! Even when they encountered unforeseen issues during the installation, they were able to troubleshoot and quickly solved the problem and still came in at their original quoted price.

Ok its rare to run into a business as customer centric as Pristine. My plumbing sewage line connection outside my house had broke and I am selling the property so I needed to get a repair estimate. I contacted at least 7 or so businesses that do this work and Pristine was first to respond quickly which would be a plus if I had been still living at the house as a house without a sewage conneciton would be a real emergency. Others didnt respond or were literally a week later. Provided a thourough estimate and evaluation of the line and potential solution that was in line with the only other similar quote I received. I would have and probably should have used them for the repair and ran into a huge potential issue with the company I selected. I called Pristine back to see if they could help and got an immediate response ironically going late into the night and running out of time my vendor is going to fix my issue, but based on my interactions and the great service I would definitely recommend Pristine and will definitely be calling them for any future needs I have.

Sam with May Plumbing did a fabulous job installing a new outside faucet for me today.  They were able to give me a very reasonable quote and even do the install the very same day!  Extremely efficient and obviously skilled and experienced. I will absolutely call them again!!

Excellent work.  Had never used them before and found them as a provider for my water heater's warranty.  Quick, accurate, had the parts on the truck so it was a quick repair at a reasonable price.  Been over a week and the water heater is still working great.  Will definitely use them again.

Purchased a Groupon for furnace tune-up/inspection.  Actually, I clicked on the air-conditioner tune-up by mistake, but the customer service operator said it would be no problem to do the furnace tune-up instead.  (first thumbs up)  The tech called ahead to let us know he was on the way, arrived at the estimated time, performed the inspection, and even helped out with advice on installing a programable thermostat. (second thumbs up)  He outlined the service plan, but did not pressure us into buying anything. (third thumbs up)  Great experience!

Great experience! Good, honest, fair service. I can't say enough good things about this plumbing company. They came on time and did an excellent job cleaning the drain.

I had a drain backing up in the basement on a day when a snow storm and the city shut down. I called someone I'd used before but he couldn't get anyone here for several days. He recommended Curt & Jerry. They were here in about 2 hours and quickly figured out that the problem was the kitchen sink even though the sink was running normally. The charge was reasonable. I couldn't be happier.

So I got a service contract with this company earlier in the year. I'm SO glad I did. They have done such a wonderful job that I've signed for another year. Each one of the techs that have come out to the house have been so nice and polite and will actually take the time to show you the issues that they may find. They don't push you into anything extra they leave it up to you to make decisions but they are more than happy to explain the problem, the need and the problems that may develop. I cannot say enough about this company I tell everyone about them now.

Plumber showed up to unclog line at 10:15. Later than they were suppose to be here. Equipment didn't work. I was told he'd be back after rebuild equipment. I called in and  explained I took off work to be available and wanted next available person. So I didn't have to wait for rebuild. Was assured I would get next guy available. No one showed until nearly 4pm. Low and behold it was same guy that had to repair his equipment. Basically they lied to me. I will not be using their service anymore

I had Heffner Plumbing come out to install two no charge warranty parts on my water heater. They were at my house for 1 1/2 hours and I was charged $425 dollars. I was charged $170 dollars for him to fill out a form for the warranty parts.  I think this was excessive.

Do not call this plumber!  I was forced to call him through my warranty service, but now realize that I would prefer not to even have the warranty plan if they ask me to use companies like Ameri-Plumb.

The owner of this company is Jon and he should strongly consider a career change immediately.
