Absolute Comfort was recommended to my husband and I by a co-worker. In May 2017 we awoke to our AC no longer blowing out cold air. We called Absolute Comfort and within a  day Jaramy inspected our HVAC system and we knew what was wrong and three different ways to fix/replace it at various price points. Ultimately, because our AC was 20+years old we decided to replace it and with their help were able to determine what system would be the best value for our home,upfront pricepoint, and overall lifecycle costs.  They also gave us options we were curious about with pricing for upgrading our thermostat and replacing our equally old heater. They had a great financing program but offered a cash discount, so we ended up doing the later to replace our AC. Once we determined which model we wanted it was installed efficiently within a day; they greatly respected our property and everything was clean and orderly when they left. Several months later our new system is running perfectly and everything their team came in contact with is still running as smoothly  as when they left several months ago. They provided excellent customer service and answered all questions we had pleasantly and knowledgeably. We plan to work with them in the future on any concerns we have with our home.

Great service & price. Had an old water softener replaced & a tankless water heater installed. The owner personally called me & made the quote, visited the job in progress, and visited after to make sure I was completely satisfied with the products and the work. The crew was polite, knowledgeable, & professional. My water system is much improved! Highly recommended.

I called Friday about a leak in a bathroom sink. He told me they were very busy, but could get to me on Monday. He called Monday and asked if he could come out and I agreed. Within a few moments they were at my house. Both gentlemen wore face coverings, which I appreciated. They checked on the sink but did not find a leak. However, they did find the sink was not up to code, lacking a shut off valve. They put one under both bathroom sinks. They cleaned up after themselves, were very polite and very professional. They are in the neighborhood, so I will use them again!

Excellent work.  Had never used them before and found them as a provider for my water heater's warranty.  Quick, accurate, had the parts on the truck so it was a quick repair at a reasonable price.  Been over a week and the water heater is still working great.  Will definitely use them again.

I just moved from Ohio to our new home. I needed to locate the sump pump pipe. Service plus put me right on top of the pipe. After he did that, I asked if he could take a look at a drain upstairs. Without hesitation he took care of a small blockage.  He was dressed professional and act as such. I highly recommend Service Plus for any plumbing, heating/air needs!

Hired to free a drain.  Two guys came out...both nice and professional.  However, they were unable to unclog the drain....after paying nearly $200!  I spoke with the company owner who refused even a partial refund!!!!   I had used them successfully 3x before......Will not use again!!!!

They came out to unclog a main drain, but were unsuccessful.  Said they needed to use their bigger machine but couldn't do it that day.  We rescheduled.  When they didn't show during estimated window of time, I contacted them.  Denise said I was next.  An hour later I called again, Denise said they weren't going to make it but could come out next week.  Instead I found someone who worked on the weekends.  But they only had a 100' ft cable and were also unsuccessful.  So I called Curt & Jerry back and scheduled a new appointment, and told Denise the only time I wasn't available was between 2:15 and 3:15.  That's around the time serviceman contacted me that he was headed over.  When I said I wasn't available, he asked if my tenant was.  I told him I'd check and call him right back.   I reached my tenant immediately and it turns out he was available.  But when I called back, service person was already headed to another job and would not reconsider, but said I'd be next.  I checked in around 3:30 and Denise said I was next.  When I asked if she could check to make sure they were going to make it that day, she said she couldn't bother them.  I called back at 4:30 and Denise had already left for the day and no one ever showed or called.  Lousy customer service.  Too bad because I'd used Curt and Jerry's in the past and they had done good work.  But communication and follow through matter, especially when you're dealing with sewer water backing up in the basement.

I have used them for the past year for both the heating and plumbing. The heating and maintenance package is the way to go as you pay monthly and get a heating and ac inspection/cleaning. They had detected a worn out capacitor and replaced it. The maintenance package will save you on repairs for both heating and cooling. They have always been on time and well luckily I haven't had any emergencies to call them out on. They are currently refilling the ac unit with more Freon and doing a leak test to see where the Freon is leaking out from. As for the plumbing they had done basically a whole days worth of work at my house as I needed a whole new shower fixture, three sinks and three faucets installed. Two of the plumbers worked on the big shower fixture project and got that done and then the one stayed to work on the rest of the projects. Is it expensive yes but you probably will want a licensed plumber / heating - AC company working on your major projects.

Plumber showed up to unclog line at 10:15. Later than they were suppose to be here. Equipment didn't work. I was told he'd be back after rebuild equipment. I called in and  explained I took off work to be available and wanted next available person. So I didn't have to wait for rebuild. Was assured I would get next guy available. No one showed until nearly 4pm. Low and behold it was same guy that had to repair his equipment. Basically they lied to me. I will not be using their service anymore

I had Heffner Plumbing come out to install two no charge warranty parts on my water heater. They were at my house for 1 1/2 hours and I was charged $425 dollars. I was charged $170 dollars for him to fill out a form for the warranty parts.  I think this was excessive.

Do not call this plumber!  I was forced to call him through my warranty service, but now realize that I would prefer not to even have the warranty plan if they ask me to use companies like Ameri-Plumb.

The owner of this company is Jon and he should strongly consider a career change immediately.
