We are first-time homeowners. When our gutters EPICALLY failed on Day 3, the day after they were professionally cleaned, I panicked. I contacted Val who immediately got back to me, did research on the property from the listing photos, and diagnosed the problem instantly. The next day, I got an estimate much less than another company's, and Val was continuously in contact with me at all times. We scheduled to do the gutter replacement about a week after the first conversation, and his crew arrived on time and got the work done without fuss.

But here's the best part: not only did he look at the roof for me because I told him I was concerned about my inspection report's inadequacy, he surveyed almost everything on the exterior of my house. He identified roof issues, vent issues, pointed out rot, noted where things were installed cheaply, etc. He didn't pressure us into any work, he simply laid out the things my inspector should have caught, sent me pictures, and gave me advice for how and when to address some of the issues.

He was honest in explaining much of this is on our dime. He was also frank in saying the inspector should give us the extent of the money laid out in the contract because he did such a poor job. He also was clear in that so long as I don't have stains on my ceiling, it wasn't an emergency, so I didn't feel pressured, I felt educated.

I'm going to fix this house. I'm going to use Val to get it done. If I were you, I'd use him, too.

I have been using the plumbing services of Lew's Plumbing for several years.  Not only do I use them at my home but for my business clients as well.  They have performed a wide variety of services for me including faucet/shower head/garbage disposal installation, water heater repair and installation, water softener installation and installing a back-up sump pump system known as Water Commander.  In addition, they were able to troubleshoot water leaks within walls and solve the problems quickly.  Lew's is exceptionally professional and very responsive to service requests.  I enjoy working with them, trust them completely and would not consider calling anyone else.  I cannot sing their praises enough.

I was recommended that I call Rex May by two different people! I'm so glad I did. I called on Monday morning and they were able to come by around 11:30. It took them maybe 30 minutes to fix my toilet. They were fast, professional and fair. If I ever need a plumber again, I will know who to call! I was worried that I would have to schedule out a couple days because my issue wasn't an emergency. So thankful they could help!!

Furnace not heating properly call the L Furnace mechanicals and the owner Lamont  within 24 hours provided a quick and courteous diagnosis of the problem. Issue was resolved parts replaced with no surprise cost! Great service!

More than disappointed.  I paid to have a plumbing job completed by a licensed plumbing company of whom I thought was reputable. Instead, I was sent out by more than 1 employee to pick up their parts, the job was obviously done wrong & never completed.  When speaking to management, blame shifted from one employee to the next, then to the restoration company, to who ever originally put this shower in & back again.  In the end I would absolutely NEVER recommend Summers for any Plumbing issues and therefore will no longer trust them for heating & air.  When you call a company to complete a job, you would like to think they would take it from there and rest assured that your home & your investment is their top priority.  Not the case.

I have had a couple bad experiences with Muegge.  They came to fix our furnace and charged us way more than their estimate. It started having issues shortly after they worked on it. They charged us for parts that weren't broken or bad as they just through expensive new arts at it to see what would work.   When they came back they said I'd need a new $8,000 furnace. I called around and found a guy who came and looked at it and sure enough got it fixed and it has been running smoothly for a year now.  I won't be calling Muegge because just like most places they just want to sell you a new expensive unit.

Kyle was very responsive to my inquiry.  I had a leaky old water heater that needed to be replaced.  Kyle scheduled me on same day.  Job was done in roughly 3 hours  and was done professionally.  I would recommend this vendor to friends

Stop here!!! this company is a scam. They came to my house to fix the water and said my plumb  was out it  was going to cost me 4500.$ to fix it . I got a second pinion from a handyman that ( was friends and found out it was just a switch and cost me just 95$ to get it fixed and get my water going. I payed 75$ to the Handyman and the part only cost 20,$ Thanks to the internet and the people that posted there experiences with them (Amber G and Tara E ) I found out they were scamming me.  So tank you all you really saved my ass.
