I've had a few different workers for different projects (garbage disposal and leak) the last week. Both workers were timely, nice, and efficient with their time. Should I ever have a different plumbing issue, I will definitely use Carters My Plumber!

We scheduled an appointment with Gluff Plumbing to diagnose a hot water issue. Caleb was quick to diagnose a full replacement of our hot water heater with a thorough explanation. Two days later, we have working hot water! Thanks Caleb and Gluff Plumbing.

Just based on the first experience, I feel confident going with this company for every plumbing issue I encounter from here on.

My water heater stopped heating and I called a couple of Indy-based companies to try and figure out what was wrong. First company made a quick assessment and said we should replace at least the heating elements and maybe the thermostat too, just to be safe; this would have been $500-800. I reached out to Plumb On to get me a second quote since that first one felt high.

Corey came out and spent 45 minutes or so thoroughly diagnosing the problem. It turns out that none of the hardware components were broken, and Corey identified the true problem: a loose wire and a bad connection, which he fixed within a few minutes. He didn't even charge me for the dispatch out of consideration for my having paid $90 to the first company. Impeccable. This is the kind of person/company you want to give your business to.

We definitely recommend Al Hopkins plumbing. He was able to come the same day (even during massive floods around the Indianapolis area that kept him very busy!) and his prices seemed quite good. Our water softener recently went out and we had Cooper's Water come out for a consultation. Very friendly, easy going, and they have a great product and warranty. Price was also the best. We had the water softener installed and we also decided to have a reverse osmosis system installed. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work, the quality of water, and the workmanship. Plumbing is not hip or fun.  I write restaurant reviews, motherfuckers.  Who cares that Tomlinson shows up on time or earlier?  Or that they stand by their service to the point of not charging for labor on return visits?  Or that they will take care of multiple jobs on one call?  I wish I didn't have to, but I do.  I'm sure there are cheaper outfits in town, but the guys at Tomlinson are the best.  They don't even mind showing you how to do what they're doing.  I can't say enough good things.  Sorry this isn't edgy or clever.  I just like these plumbers.

These guys were on time and were really nice. I thought my problem was simple, it turned out not to be.But they took care of me.Good service at a good price. Im going to have them back for some major work. Its very cool when the owner of the company comes and does the work himself..I like that

This company was assigned to us by our Home Warranty company.  We needed to replace our water heaters. Dealing with Premier was difficult since communication was extremely poor. The level of professionalism left something to be desired.  I will attribute this to the management. Since the employee was pleasant to work with.
After five days of dealing with them and not knowing when they were coming or whether or not they had our water heaters, we decided to go with a different company.

Do you research before embarking in any home project.

Awful plumbers. They installed a defective water heater in my home which failed after two years and flooded my home. I acknowledge that the defective water heater itself is not their fault, however, they did not install it sitting in a drain pan or elevate it. It was simple sitting on the floor. Then they did not return any of the 4 emergency calls I placed to them. Avoid these plumbers at all costs.

Discovered water leak in crawl space. Plumber came out within 2 days of calling (week after Christmas). He took pictures of pin hole leak in pipe and associated growth before making the repair. Very professional and polite.

First time user for Snappy, via a warrenty service I have used for several years.  No wait...Alijah Kenkins and his assistant knew exactly what the problem was and the solution.  Very polite and personable.  Would give them ten stars if I could.    Wayne Creveling
