This is the second time I have reviewed Paul Henderson Plumbing. Recently they replaced a garbage disposal. After looking at the bill and researching I found that they charged me twice what the disposal cost at all the local hardware stores. I complained but they said it was because the local stores get a better deal than they do. Why wouldnt they go to lowes? BI asked to have the owner call me to discuss this and I haven't heard  a word. I am very concerned that they are overcharging customers. And disappointed in Paul Henderson Plumbing.

Like always I searched yelp before highering a contractor.      We started having a wierd issue where u flush one toilet the water is drawn from other each time.  I had 2 plumbers out for estimates decided on Hunter.   They came back right when they said they would an hour later problem fixed by very professional guys.
 I will refer to neighbors when asked.

Outstanding Plumber! We are new to Brownsburg and a coworker recommended Cornwell's. Their pricing is very fair, scheduling was easy, and the work was top notch!

We needed an expansion tank installed on our hot water heater and the first plumber we called, quoted us an absurd amount. We called Cornwell's; the price was good and what we expected. The technician that came out was helpful and knowledgeable. He told us some things we should consider doing in the future but did not try to oversell us on anything.

I wish I found Cornwell's the first day we moved to Brownsburg. They will be the only plumber we call from now on.

Always very helpful and responsive. They've helped us many times over the past seven years, and the service has always been great.

Thank you to Indy Water Heater and Softener LLC!!! They were responsive, thorough, and incredibly easy to work with. I thought I would be without hot water for much of the week and in four hours the slab leak we had was found, repaired, and covered back up. Thank you for the great work!

Just got my heat pump serviced and the guy was very helpful, explained everything to me. He arrived early and was only here for about 40 minutes. Love a company that arrives early!

Very Professional!  Great Work!  Use them often...if your looking for a good reliable Plumber or HVAC (they do this too!)...I highly recommend and they won't make you take out a 2nd Mortgage to get your work completed!

We had these guys replace our water heater. They left a gas leak! When I called to see if they could come out to fix it I had to leave a message and didn't hear back from anyone until 8:30 at night (4 hours later). I talked to the man who installed it and he made a gas leak seem like no big deal stating, Unless the smell is so bad you can barely breathe, it isn't really harmful. What?! He said the could come out the next day to check it since I had a one year warranty on the labor. We called FOUR times and no one retuned out calls. We were forced to have another plumber come out to fix the leak. We are now having our credit card company dispute the charges. What a mess! Do not use these guys!!!!

Had a water heater leak on the weekend - Attaboy was the first company to answer the phone on Saturday morning and Laura was incredible from the start.  They are professional and really want to help the consumer.  Prices were competitive (actually better) than the 4 other plumbing companies in the area that I called. I consider this a company with integrity - they were honest and up front with everything that needed to be done and never tried to sell us services or parts we didn't need.  They went above and beyond the call of duty.  Hope not to need a plumber again any time soon, but if we do, we will call Attaboy first!

Had a backed up sewer line. Called Roto Rooter and they were out to my house in less than an hour. Unclogged the pipe right away. Did an excellent job...the guys were awesome. Was a little pricey but doable. Would recommend them.

We needed to have our (very old) sewer line replaced. We'd received a quote from another company but wanted to bid out such a large project. Carlisle was less expensive and did a very good job. They gave us multiple options and quotes as well as their recommendations on how to proceed. The sewer was a tight squeeze between houses, trees, and our gas line. They dug it up and replaced it, as well as some additional plumbing inside to reroute a pipe without any incidents. They were very good at explaining to me what they were doing and were courteous and professional when asking me to run water to test the line. I would recommend them for future plumbing projects.

Quick response time. Technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and had clean appearance. Found our problem quickly and completed repair with new parts. Pricing was fair.

I made an appointment online through email and did not have to call anyone. I needed a water pipe replaced behind the water heater. Travis showed up and was straight forward with the very high price. I paid it because I had previously dealt with wildcatters who were not licensed and I wanted a professional who would stand behind their work. I had a $50 off coupon which he gladly honored. They are careful not to quote a price until they show up.  Travis was highly skilled and completed the pipe replacement in under 10 minutes with no fuss. It was $262.00 for installing a new 1/2 inch ball valve behind the water heater on the cold intake pipe. I paid way too much. There is expensive and then there is HOLY COW EXPENSIVE!  I would give them a higher rating but their prices are very steep. He was on time and professional but this company just charges way too much.

If you want top quality work and you can afford the high prices, then give them a call by all means. They stand behind their work but have your checkbook ready!

These guys are wonderful.  I do my homework before hiring any contractors, and Indy Renovation came highly recommended at the place where I bought my tile.  They tiled a master bath, guest bath, built a master shower, and did tile backsplash in the kitchen and bar area.  I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work.  Junior and his helpers were meticulous with the details -- used a laser for straight lines, maintained consistent grout width, no cracked or broken tiles, etc.

Very unprofessional. Refused to come to my neighborhood at 5pm in the afternoon because they said it was unsafe. My gas has been cut off for 3 days and I've just had major surgery. I can't cook, shower, or heat my home. They originally said they would be at my place in 20mins then called back and said 9am the next morning because my neighborhood was unsafe at 5pm in the afternoon???? When I called to make a complaint the dispatcher said I was irate ( which is a lie) and said they would not come at all. They basically didn't want to come to my neighborhood (aka black neighborhood after dark) at all anyway...I suggest not using this company at all. Racists and unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I have had their number for years but I had a retired HVAC guy to go to back then, but now he's really retired so I gave this company a call as our AC died.

Bud Calbert came out the next day after a call and he was very detailed with his work and actually loves to educate customers on the what's and how's on your AC. He's very experienced in this field so can't go wrong in addressing HVAC problems. Got some really good pointers on maintenance to minimize problems and prolong your AC life.

I definitely will call this company again for HVAC concerns.

Larry Plumbing did some work in my house about a year ago, He was found by the contractor I hired back then and never had to deal with him personaly. Recently, I had a situation where my basement flooded due to a clogged outside drainage, although it took us some time to find, my first person to reach was Larry... here's where it gets fun, he picks up the phone and tells me that he has no interest to help out due to a bad past experience with the contractor I had when I was remodeling the house .. he then tells me to find someone else to fix my problems! This level of unprofessional customer dealing leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth and thought I would share so no one has to deal with this kind of issues in the future. I don't have anything negative to say about his job which has held fine, but definitely on his customer treatment and more on emergencies such as the one I just went through.

He was the only plumber who come come within 4 hours for a leak in my garage.  I should have waited.   He did find the leak in an outside faucet and repair it.  He then takes me into cutting a vent in my furnace stack to heat my garage, then drive to a hardware store 5 minutes away to buy a vent.  He was gone almost 2 hours.  When he came back he looked at another leaking outdoor faucet and told me it was not urgent, and that he wasn't available again for 3 weeks.  He charged me almost $800, most of that labor for time he wasn't even at my home.  I called someone else a few weeks later.  The second leak caused a mold problem that had to be remediated, and the furnace vent is not to code and has to be removed.  By the way, the faucet he did repair no longer works.  What a crook!
