After getting ripped off by a few high priced big name companies, I found Paul Henderson. Since that time, Paul has always done my plumbing repairs. He has done them right the first time and his prices are very reasonable. He's a personable guy who's easy to talk to. I highly recommend him!

Brian and his crew have been my plumber for years. They do great work and always fairly priced. They've done all kinds of work for me from emergencies to renovations. I recommend them anytime I get the chance!

Tech was fast and knowledgeable.. Definitely recommend Cornwell. They did the job for only $125 where another plumber (Hope) wanted $750.

We have used Mishler's a couple times and they have been great both times. Employees are very professional and clean and the rates are very reasonable. Great to be able to use a company you can trust.

Very happy with the quick response to replace our leaking water heater. They arrived during the expected time frame, and completed the work in a reasonable time. Price was very reasonable. Would recommend them to others.

They went to the wrong address and then texted us saying the technician left since we didn't answer the door and would have to reschedule. Well that would make sense that I didn't answer a door at a house I do not live. They did not answer when I called and texted them to say we were home, so they must be at the wrong address. The rep later called to say it is not their policy to call when the tech arrives as they give a 30 minute notice when the tech is on their way, of which I did receive and replied to. Common sense would say, it is odd when the homeowner doesn't answer their door after they just confirmed via text. We will not use this company. And based upon the company's response to another negative review, they do not hold themselves accountable at all.

....Richard the owner contacted me and I attempted to explain the situation and he started yelling at me stating I was the one that called them, they did not call me. I said that nothing they did helped in resolving the problem and he started yelling at me again. I finally just hung up. Do not make the same mistake I made.....DON'T CALL THEM.

If this update was based on the technicians alone, it would be five stars. Every one we had out was very cordial, professional and empathetic to our situation. But since the review is for the company and includes the dispatch/whatever else communications, it would be two stars.
Since the first events, we had someone run a camera through the line to determine we needed to have it jetted out. He agreed to a discount on the $650 service due to the initial failed cabling. The heated water jetting, which was the only way because of the cold, was out of commission for the moment though and they didn't know when it would be available. So in the meantime, he offered to have someone come out and cable it again for some temporary relief the following day (Thursday).
Someone was supposed to be out between 5 and 5:30. I waited until 6:10 to call about someone coming, and the dispatch could not find any notes about someone coming to cable our house before the jetting time on next Monday. Needless to say this was frustrating as I had been informed otherwise. Thankfully, they stated someone would come out asap, which turned out to be around 7pm. This technician, Dwayne Bruce, was amazing! He went above and beyond for us and with a smile the whole time. Seriously, 5-star employee!
So temporary solution was great, and we waited until our Monday appt between 12 and 2pm. I called in the morning to see if I needed to come back home during lunch or something and was told they would see if the temperature was enough (was told it needed to be 27 or 28 degrees). The high that day was supposed to be in the high 30s, so I figured we'd be fine. Well after it didn't happen on schedule, I called and was told it wouldn't happen today because it wasn't warm enough (it was 36 degrees at this time). I called my wife to let her know it wouldn't happen today and then got a call back a little while later (less than 30 minutes) stating they'd be at our house in 30 minutes.
Thankfully my wife's schedule was okay to be at the house at that time, but such weird and convoluted communications. The service was done by 6pm. The last part of running a camera through the line was done again today.
Things are finished with Roto-Rooter for now, but now we're told Citizens is responsible for a part of our line that is broken. Onto another adventure! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

We needed to have our (very old) sewer line replaced. We'd received a quote from another company but wanted to bid out such a large project. Carlisle was less expensive and did a very good job. They gave us multiple options and quotes as well as their recommendations on how to proceed. The sewer was a tight squeeze between houses, trees, and our gas line. They dug it up and replaced it, as well as some additional plumbing inside to reroute a pipe without any incidents. They were very good at explaining to me what they were doing and were courteous and professional when asking me to run water to test the line. I would recommend them for future plumbing projects.

Installers threw on umarked breakers that were not feeding the furnace and nearly caused electrical injury. Installers didn't know an electrical circuit and I had to troubleshoot circuit for them. Installers did not seal furnace - was losing alot of air and heat into garage. Installers wired the A/C with the furnace so everytime furnace kicked on (in below zero weather) the A/C kicked on. Installers agreed before performing work that company would bill us and then we could pay. Owner (Chad Christian) then threatened to rip out new furnace if didn't pay on the spot. Owner then also rudely dismissed every complaint that furnace was not heating house (when it was wired wrong). Took 36 hours and alot of dealing with attitude from owner to get that fixed. Lastly, because it has taken 7 days (which includes weekend and holiday) to pay the invoice, owner calls and rudely berates me for not paying yet while at the same time berating me for responding with all this same feedback to a feedback request email they sent me.

Completely disappointed and let down by Gordon Plumbing. After Gordon performed a $7,000 fix exactly 1 year ago on our lift station, the entire system failed. We figured we'd had an alright experience with them and that they would know what might be wrong with the system so we called them.
The plumber sent not only disregarded any direction (rutting up the entire yard when we'd told him not to drive in that area), but also demanded $4000 to even diagnose the problem THAT THEY HAD FIXED A YEAR AGO! We called the office and the lady who answered the phone was even ruder!
I chalked it up to a fluke and got in touch with the manager Paul, who promised to try and figure out the situation, but after multiple phone calls seems to have just dropped the entire thing. We're not rude customers, and I believe in always giving management a chance to fix things, but this has been one of the most disappointing experiences imaginable.
The worst part is, we really had a positive opinion of the company going in, and they had to drop the ball in every way imaginable to ruin that.
The company doesn't stand by their work in any shape or form (won't even check a pump that they put in and purchased less than a year ago).

Indy had its first 2022 heat wave this week, and our A/C stopped working. We've been using McNeely Owned for HVAC service the past few years, so we called them and spoke with Kim. She was able to work us into their busy schedule. Technician Jeremy arrived, did a great job trouble-shooting the issue, and soon got us up and running again! We love doing business with McNeely Owned! Their people are professional, knowledgeable, responsive and honest. Thank you!

Larry Plumbing did some work in my house about a year ago, He was found by the contractor I hired back then and never had to deal with him personaly. Recently, I had a situation where my basement flooded due to a clogged outside drainage, although it took us some time to find, my first person to reach was Larry... here's where it gets fun, he picks up the phone and tells me that he has no interest to help out due to a bad past experience with the contractor I had when I was remodeling the house .. he then tells me to find someone else to fix my problems! This level of unprofessional customer dealing leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth and thought I would share so no one has to deal with this kind of issues in the future. I don't have anything negative to say about his job which has held fine, but definitely on his customer treatment and more on emergencies such as the one I just went through.

He was the only plumber who come come within 4 hours for a leak in my garage. I should have waited. He did find the leak in an outside faucet and repair it. He then takes me into cutting a vent in my furnace stack to heat my garage, then drive to a hardware store 5 minutes away to buy a vent. He was gone almost 2 hours. When he came back he looked at another leaking outdoor faucet and told me it was not urgent, and that he wasn't available again for 3 weeks. He charged me almost $800, most of that labor for time he wasn't even at my home. I called someone else a few weeks later. The second leak caused a mold problem that had to be remediated, and the furnace vent is not to code and has to be removed. By the way, the faucet he did repair no longer works. What a crook!
