WARNING! Do not trust this company. They will charge you AFTER they do the work and then threaten to put a lien on your property!
I called them for an estimate for a repair on my sewer line. I provided video, photos and report of a scope done the week before.
When they showed up, I was told they needed to scope the line in order to provide an estimate without telling me there would be a charge.  AFTER a scope was done, I was told there was a $350 charge!
I was then told if I hired them within 24 hours of paying, they would deduct the cost of the scope from the work but I only had 24 hours to make a decision.
I called to discuss the issue of not being informed about the charges before they performed the scope. The owner became irate and insisted he told me on the phone there was a charge, he did not, if he had, I would not have had them do an estimate.
He proceeded to threaten me with a lien on my property.
There are plenty of good plumbers in the area that have great ethics and integrity and are nice - do yourself a favor and call someone else!

BTW - Two other companies came, did scopes, and provided estimates with NO CHARGE.

Our refrigerator went out, and before store would deliver, we needed a shut-off valve for the ice maker. Called the Schmitz Bros. He arrived that day, installed the shut-off valve and promised to come back to attach line to the new refrig. He was prompt, courteous and extremely competent. Price was fair. Highly recommend this plummer! I will continue to use him whenever I need a good plummer.

We had them out twice for our bathroom.  The first time was when my wife broke the shower handle off while the water was running and we could not get it turned off.  They came out on an emergency call and fixed the problem.  We then had them back out when the bathroom project proceeded.  I have no complaints and would not hesitate to have them back out.  They are true professionals.

Joe is great!!! Very reliable and does an excellent job. He has fixed toilets, drains, a garbage disposal and installed a new toilet for us. I will never use anyone else and have recommended him to family and friends.

Derek was such a pleasure to work with. I had called about our shower not draining and he came out within a couple of hours of the call. When he was here I asked him about our sink & disposal too--both of which he fixed on the spot. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to many other places.

Recently my husband stepped out of our downstairs shower at 5:45 am into a pool of water. We do not typically have water in our basement, in fact the River Forest flooding that frequently occurs because of the nearby Des Plaines River has never reached our house in the 14 years we have owned our home. Later that same day of our problem we attempted to clear the water from our basement (even though it was still not at all clear as to its origin) but by evening the water instead of receding, appeared to be rising! We called Terry because we found his website after a Google search and he claimed to be a 24 hour plumber in our area. Right from the start, Terry put us at ease because of his professional approach to diagnosing the possible problem and within an hour (at 11:00 pm) Terry and he associates came to our home to assess the situation. We are very impressed that Terry and his staff are not only extremely professional, competent and punctual but have reasonable prices as well. They stated that they would call us by 10:00 am the next morning and they called exactly at 10:00 and by 10:40 they had installed our brand new sump pump! Lincoln Sewers has earned my trust after taking care of two major sewer line problems in my two flat. Every time they have done solid work that was not cheap but always a good value. Their guys are upfront with pricing and not afraid of hard work.

When I had water backing up in the basement they came and assessed the problem, and cleaned the catch basin while they were here. The main sewer line to the street was the problem. They would need to run a camera to find the exact problem, then dig it up and make the fix.  Estimate $125 to camera, then they could say what and how much. At least a few thousand depending on how much digging and pipe. I had them do it. They had to replace only one section of pipe and the rest looked good all the way to the street. For a few thousand they did that, installed a clean out, replaced the concrete and replaced the floor drain in the laundry room because it had no trap. I was very satisfied.

Nothing not to like. Great response. Great value. Great work so far. Much better value than many others.

After having dealt with a number of plumbers from both large and small companies, having used those from warranty companies also, I am happy to have found Jireh plumbing. Brandon was honest, thorough, respectful and punctual. Although he was called out to rod my sewer line, he addressed ALL of my plumbing problems and fixed a couple of minor issues without charging me. I won't call anyone else for my plumbing needs. Oh how I wish, more contractors were like him.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to say something about the exceptional service we received yesterday from H20. We had a clogged clean out drain issue which was causing some mild flooding in our garage. We called H20 in the morning and they arrived promptly with several workers. They identified the issue within literally minutes, and fixed the problem within a few hours. We are so grateful for H20 and that they were there when we needed them!

I live in a 100+ year old building and have had plumbing issues with my master bath toilet for years.  Finally I have found a plumber who is honest, capable, reliable, fair-priced and very professional.  I had called several of the Best Plumbers Near Me and none would give me a quote over the phone, except for the guy who answered at Magic Men Service.  I was told that a  Master Plumber would be out the next day between 10-11.  Mike and his assistant showed up at 10:00 and showed me exactly what was going on.  I had agreed to pay extra for them to use a camera feed.  So glad because the pipes were full of crud.  They showed me every step they took; they cleaned up all their mess and made sure the toilet was functioning properly before they even charged me.  They aren't the cheapest or the most expensive.  I think their price was very fair and highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues.

They responded so quickly when I had an issue with my toilet. Their availability was very open and he even arrived 30 minutes beforehand. Highly recommend if you're having a same day issue!

Noticed water in my basement last night.  I called 3 different plumbers and while 2 of them were way over priced and looking to charge for more work than required to fix my issue (needed only a switch for my sump pump, as the pump was fine), Joe from Allison Plumbing was completely transparent about my issue.  Told me the pump was fine and simply needed a new switch/float.  He was very responsive, personable, and knowledgeable.  Replaced my switch for me in less than 25 minutes and charged me only a 1/3 of what the others were asking.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Had them out for a simple valve replacement. They were quick and got the work done the same day, that's the reason for 3 stars. Otherwise, I was quoted $400 for a job that should cost half that. Literally replacing a single valve that took less than 2 hours counting from walking through the door to leaving. The technician quoting the work said he couldn't do anything about the price. When I called the head office they said the same thing so I accepted it because I was already out $50 and had wasted time just to have him come out. If they had fixed pricing like this, I should have been quoted it over the phone before they came. After weeks of trying to speak to a manager, I finally spoke to someone and was told the price was non-negotiable and since I had agreed at the time, that was that. They even have a special offer on their webpage with no restrictions, but he refused to honor that comparing plumbing services to buying a cheeseburger.  So here's your warning, expect to pay a lot for a little and make sure you mention the special offer up front.
