Greg Hannah was absolutely great to work with! They were able to retrieve a snake rod that a previous plumber had left stuck in my sewer pipe. He not only obtained the building permit but also excavated in front of my house to get the rod out so my basement wouldn't flood again. Little did we know, the rod was stuck on 23 feet of root!! He sent me pictures and cleaned out my sewer pipe from the blockage of roots. As a busy full time nurse who isn't available during the day, Greg still completed the job, was reliable throughout the day, was great at returning phone calls, and was always on time. Greg and his professional plumbers were able to fix my unfortunate plumbing problem as a first time home owner at an affordable price. Everything was fixed very quickly, thank you so much! Quality and HONESTY - wow - Had them replace a sink in my old house and I did much of the prep work myself, they did the plumbing work and went well beyond what we discussed to have the job done properly but kept to their original estimate.

I looked into several different plumbers. Some charge to just come to your house and then they also charge for a 'diagnosis'. Murphy's does not do either. Very knowledgeable and honest. Did two different jobs for me and I am very happy with both. I wanted to find someone in Roselle as that is where I live and I like to support my community. We had just moved into our Del Webb home 3 weeks earlier when we awoke to water pouring from our basement ceiling light fixture. The water supply hose of our master toilet had cracked and had been leaking all night. We were new to this area as well so we had to rely on reviews to find a plumber. Hansen saved the day. The plumber was well qualified, nice and honest. They were at my door 15 minutes after my call. Very pleased. We want to give thanks to others who took the time to review Hansen. Passing it forward

Came by and fixed my nasty clogged toilet super quick, and it was after a 5 on a Friday. Would call back again for sure (hopefully I don't have to but good to know I can get a problem fixed quick)!

I called Terry to schedule just a routine check up on hour home. Hadnt had it done in a few years. He was willing to come out that same day if needed. I was not home and scheduled it for the next day. Service was prompt, professional and reliable. A team came out and they were great. The service call did not take too long. They rodded the pipes, cleared line from catch basin out to the street. Checked our flood system. Unclogged our utility drain and then even cleared shower drains and checked bathrooms. They were reasonable and I will not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service!  Robert and his crew have been outstanding.  I appreciate that Robert takes the time to analyze the problem before coming into any conclusions and giving any recommendations.  He doesn't give the impression that he is in a rush to get out but rather takes the time to take care of the problem, to inform well what is happening , and to inform the options to the solution.  Unfortunately, plumbing prices don't come cheap yet Lincoln Sewarage & Drainage have one of the most reasonable prices.  Thanks again for great work and a great team.

Adalberto was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with, and it was easy to schedule appointments. He and his team did a good job fixing our plumbing issues quite quickly (a leaking toilet seal, a reversed hot/cold shower handle, rodded our sewer, and provided advice on a slow draining sink). Will definitely bring him back for future plumbing work.

I needed my toilet serviced due to constant running water. Amazingly, Brandon was able to make it out same day! He assessed the issue, knew the root of the problem, bought the part that needed replacement and fixed it in no time. I appreciated the prompt response and quick resolution. We recently bought an old house and needed to change an old wheelchair toilet and un-flushable toilet before we move in. We initially had another plumbing guy who is contracted by a big corporation. The guy told us that he cannot install the toilets because he never seen the old wheelchair accessible toilets before...he gave up on getting rid of toilets and installing new ones....(he told me he has been working as a plumber for 30 years....) So we decided to hire someone local. Then my husband found H2O plumbing. H2O plumbing guys come in, get rid of the old toilets, and they install the new toilets with no time! They give us a great advice and consultation. Thanks!

This company charged me $700 for an initial visit that did not fix the problem, broke the angle valve that shuts off the water to the toilet, charged me $440 for the fix they created BEFORE doing the work, and then cancelled 15 minutes before the appointment after I had scheduled a water shutoff for the building.  They refused to refund me the full amount for the work they didn't do yet, AND charged me a cancellation fee when it's their technician that didn't show up.  There are a lot of options out there, don't waste your time or money
