Super Bowl Plumbing is the worst company and does not stand behind ANY of their terrible work. I will start with super bowel did all the plumbing in my rehab starting with roding my sewer , so they say but kind of funny how 2 days after we moved in it backed up into my basement and it happened to be a Sunday so when we called they said they could come on Monday and it was a 100 and some odd dollar charge which I believe I already paid. Since sewer water was coming into my house it had to be taken care of right away , we had to call someone else . Point being they never roded the sewer . Then our master tub was leaking in to the basement from the second story come to find out the tub is not installed right it is not level and the water is running all over the floor and going into the basement. So we called and they said They have been installing tubs for 15 years and were nuts I have had 12 houses in 15 years and never had a tub installed wrong either. Last but not least i had the ice maker repair man out 3 times only to find out that there was no water getting to the ice maker because the water lines in crawl space that super bowl ran were all kinked and twisted and the water was going all over the floor instead of to the fridge. So I would like to thank super bowl for being the worst plumbers in my history of remolding homes.

Don helped me with an issue we were having with our plumbing. Our ejector wasn't working right and it was backing up repeatedly. We've had others come by to work on it, but Don was able to actually fix it. Couldn't be happier - fast and efficient.

I had an issue with my kitchen faucet so I called Petersen home solutions. Within a half an hour I had a text from Jason and an appointment set up for the same day. Jason was very professional and explained everything to me. He is very knowledgeable and fair with his pricing. I would recommend him to anyone. I will absolutely call Jason again with any issues in my home.

Scott is absolutely the guy you should call for any plumbing issues. He was not only prompt and courteous, but very skilled and informative. On top of that, he's extremely friendly and very reasonable with his pricing. I would not hesitate to call him up for any plumbing issues.

Really great process. Very easy to schedule, text you 30 minutes before arrival. Plumber was masked and very polite. Not pushy at all but consultative. Was able to work on fixing our issue the same day and a week later everything is still resolved (I e no more running toilets).
I would definitely use them again. 1 small issue might be I'm just not sure how much plumbing repairs cost so I couldn't judge them on the price. Their service is excellent though.

We had them come out to our non profit food pantry to replace a utility sink. They are honest and do great work.

My sump pump went out in the middle of the night and they came out right away and fixed it

we had our laundry pipes freeze-burst on Christmas Eve. of all the folks we reached out on Yelp , Eugene was the only one willing to come and fix the problem. really appreciate the prompt response. ( meanwhile out regular plumber called so we declined Eugene's help. but he's on our list now)

Our basement sump pump was making a noise do to it's age so we had CCP come out and replace it. We are extremely happy with the work that was done. We can now sleep peacefully at night without the old pumps noise. Also their rates are reasonable. Very nice and respectful plumber. I highly recommend this plumbing company. I'll post some pictures my wife took.

I paid $250.00 and still have a running toilet. Called and was told there's is nothing they can do unless i paid more. No integrity or quality in the work that was done (the first time). Why would I pay more? Management refused to even listen, filtered me out before I even stated the situation. I just wanted the job to be done! Poor communication skills and complete disregard for the customer. Save yourself the hassle and find another plumber who knows what they are doing.

Jim was accurate on how to tackle the job; received our $500 down payment; but then due to his health issues, he delayed starting the work for weeks. When he finally did come, we paid the balance in full for the finished job; only to determine 15 minutes later that it was leaking. There were new excuses why he couldn't return promptly ie ...his truck broke down. Approximately two weeks later, he 'made good' on most of the repair work with the promise to finish the balance following day. Despite our numerous calls, he never returned to the site to complete his work; which left us having to find and expense another plumber to complete his job. Jim knows plumbing well; but in hindsight, I'd skip the 50% down payment; and instead make payment 'in full' upon complete satisfaction of finished work.

I had yet another positive experience with this company working on the residential plumbing of our owner-occupied 2-unit building. I initially called for a repair needed for our tennant's kitchen sink drain. They just happened to have Marty available at mid-day (he had worked at our property before so this was ideal). He fixed the sink drain in short order, then checked out rough-in for a new toilet we wanted for our third floor bathroom. They had the model we wanted and Marty installed it the next day, as well as replacing the lift spout on the shower to reduce noise. It is such a relief to have these improvements done with skill and cordiality.

My garbage disposal was in bad shape and leaking whenever I would run water in the sink. I did not want a replacement, so the plumber just removed it and installed new pipes and a strainer. He stayed focused and got the job done in a little over an hour. The new parts were reasonably priced. I was satisfied with the service CCP provided.

No Call. No Show. No Response. Had a new kitchen sink and faucet installation scheduled for this morning at 8:00. Cristian and I spoke on the phone and via text, I sent photos at his request, and he gave me a price of $500 for the job. I reached out last night to confirm the installation this morning, but I received no response. I tried calling and texting this morning as well but received no answer and no response. It's now after 9:00... At least I didn't give these guys any money.

The plumber was efficient, knowledgable, and nice. The two problems with my sink seemed to be fixed but a couple months later one issue returned (reduced cold water pressure). They came back, discovered the root cause (a coil thing that kinked up over time), replaced another part and did not charge me. I appreciate that they guarantee their work. The guy who came the second time was also very nice and knowledgable and he spent a lot of time investigating the mystery cause of the problem.

This company isn't actually a local plumbing company and is just a shell. They're Beverly plumbing and asked me how to spell Damen Avenue. They told me they'd contact a tech and and get back to me about how fast someone could get out to me. Ten minutes later I called back and asked for an update and they had forgotten and asked me to call back in another two minutes

Terry Cox and his so called partner, Ray prey on the elderly. They were referred by a City of Chicago water inpector to do a big plumbing job for my father, whom is a retired City of Chicago worker. The first estimate was $7,000, the next day my dad was presented with a contract of $22,000 for repairs, which he paid. However, they left the place in shambles everyday with exposed safety hazards. 3 day job took 2 weeks with daily issues that were popping up to add to my father's total expenses. Several complaint calls were made to Terry Cox the owner, he would screen his calls and returnm the calls two to three days later. When Terry Cox went out of town, Ray his nephew requested an additional $2200 in cash from my father and begged my father not to let the owner Terry Cox know of this transaction. Once Terry was notified he came on site, he stated he would replace the concrete porch and the landscaping due to the unprofessional behavior from his nephew. They replaced the porch with no support and the landscaping is less than, to say the least. There are large spaces between the concrete and the dirt. There is even a family of stray cats living in the space. When we threatened litigation, Ray called and used profanity and was threatening towards two family members. We are now pursuing action with the BBB and Lisa Madigan's office and have contacted several news stations' investigative reporters. These thieves that prey on the elderly need to be put out of business!!!!!
