I bought a condo in an iconic Chicago high rise and I didn't know where to start to get all the little things addressed, but Patrick from Fixer was a dream! The leaky faucet will get repaired, the loose faucet got repaired and my punch list of silly little things has been turned over to someone with skill, creativity and with whom I trust and have the utmost confidence. Patrick was quick and effective; his problem solving skills are exactly what I needed. Well done FIXER! Looking forward to the return visits to continue on the list. Highly recommend Fixer app- easy to use and leaves very little to imagination.

I had purchased a new washer/dryer and was stressed out when I found that my electrical wasn't up to code. I called about 5 different guys, 2 didn't call back, one told me he'd have to make huge cuts in my ceiling to do the job, and one was going to take 3 weeks before they could come back.

Duplex Electric came out quickly, explained the process that they planned to use and scheduled a return appointment in a reasonable time frame. They were so friendly! They have top marks on Angie's List, and are also the electricians for St. John of the Cross Parish.

They did a great job on what I needed. There were two working together, so they worked efficiently, and they explained everything to me in detail so that there was no confusion (much appreciated). I felt confident hiring them, and they made the process stress-free. I also referred them to my parents who also had an excellent experience. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a couple of fans put in and light fixtures for both bathrooms.
When I called for an estimate he got back to me right away. They did a great job and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend them.

This is regarding work done earlier this year (April 2019).  Had an awesome experience with Don and team!  The work included a few projects: fixing interior and exterior outlets, installing exterior garage lights and backyard flood light.  From start to finish, Don made himself readily available through phone/text/email to answer all questions I had related to the work being done.  Team performing the work was prompt and courteous and provided exceptional quality work (including the clean work done to install the conduit in the garage for exterior lights).  We also had an add-on project that was not originally planned (wet bar lighting) but Don was very flexible and able to work with us on the spot to quote/schedule (which was completed the following week).  Highly recommend Donatello Electric!

Jack and his team have done a few projects for us. Always on time and provided professional electrician services. They did all the electric throughout our basement. Gave us ideas on how to better layout the lights. They were so good we had them back out to install 240V some additional fixtures throughout our house. They even pointed out some roof damage that we had no idea we had. 100% 5 star service at an affordable rate

I had an electrician come out and change out some outlets to bring my home up to code and they were excellent, ontime, cleaned up everything when the job was completed and the price was excellent.

We have an old two flat that we bought a few years ago and it needs some work. The lights in the back stairway were not working and Jeff fixed this for us and installed a new fixture too. He also converted 2 outlets for us that the previous owners had used as 220V outlets. Jeff was professional and pleasant to work with and is an experienced electrician.. We would highly recommend him to friends/family and will use him again in the future as we address others parts of the building that need updates. Thank you Jeff!!

I originally hired Safe Electrical Service 3.5 years ago to preform an electrical inspection on  a home I was considering purchasing. Charles Ottsott was extremely professional and knowledge. When we ended up buying another house we had him preform the electrical inspection on that as well and he helped us determine that the home needed new wiring throughout and updated electrical panel. We eventually hired Safe Electrical to rewire our entire house, install all new devices and fixtures, and upgrade to 200 Amp service with new circuit breaker panel. His entire team was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, clean and organized. They properly protected all surfaces and respected our time and property. I work in the home remodeling business so I deal with contractors and service providers all the time and Safe Electric is one of the best companies I have had the pleasure working with. Their work passed all city inspections. I will use  them on all future  electrical projects.

David at Next Level has done two jobs for me at my new house, one was running a new line out to my detached garage and the other was installing outdoor outlets. We're very happy with the work he completed and the process to get there. He is a clear communicator, he is clear on his pricing and the work is completed efficiently. He also worked with us to keep the price manageable for the garage power by suggesting my husband dig the trench himself. Much appreciated (although my husband underestimated the effort, ha!) David will stay our family electrician as long as he is in business.

Matt was super prompt in response to my inquiry for a quote. He immediately let us know his availability timeframe, which was a bit later than we were looking to have the work completed. Still, I was able to provide him a write up of the proposed work to be done and he was able to give us an approximate cost. He also answered several questions we had regarding permit requirements. Although we weren't able to work with him on our current project I would certainly reach back out for future electrical needs. He was responsive, helpful and professional!

Highly recommend! Mike came by within an hour of me connecting with him to install an outlet for my EV. He explained the process and walked me through it step by step just so I'm aware. I was so impressed, I asked him to work on more electrical stuff around our condo and he's coming back to do those jobs.

Had a great experience with Randal Electric. I'm selling my condos in Chicago and some very minor electrical work popped up on the home inspection report. I called a few different electricians on Yelp in the area and a lot hung up on me because my request was too small for them to set an appointment. I communicated with Randy what I needed to be done and he was confident that it would be a quick and easy fix, plus he'd be able to put me down for an appointment the next morning. Eddie was my electrician who was right on time this morning. He was polite and professional and after he was finished with the breaker he even asked if he could review the home inspection report to make sure everything needing an electricians attention was covered. I appreciate honest businesses in home services. While searching for electricians I ran across CR Electric and they tried to upsell me on an entire new panel a 4-6 hour job that would have been unnecessary and over the top. Eddie was able to make the breaker safe and eliminate the double tap breaker installed by a 10+ year old alarm system company that I never used in 7 years of owning the property. I'm glad I called Randal Electric and if I need electricians for the next 4 condos about to go on the market I know who I'll be calling!

We had a potentially large electric problem with some lines from our house to our garage.  They were old, frayed and hanging low.  It was easy to set up getting a quote from Edwin though the Yelp site.  He responded very quickly and arrived on time at the appointed time.  He diagnosed the problem and provided a quote via email.  I accepted his proposal and he let me know when he was available to come and do the work.

He arrived on time, on the scheduled day.  It was a big job which included taking down the old wiring and, digging a trench and sending all new wiring out to the detached garage.  Since the home and garage are both over 100 years old, diagnosing our wiring is like a million piece jigsaw puzzle. Edwin did a great job and everything works great!  He even did a great job to not disturb the landscaping.  You can't even tell that there was a trench dug.

Highly recommend!

We really appreciated his knowledge and recommendation to first check with Commonwealth Edison first. He didn't charge anything to assess what work.mau be needed. We will definitely recommend him to our friends.

Used Handico to paint my condo and I couldn't have been happier with the results.  They were not the cheapest quote we received but in showing competitive quotes to them they were able to match the pricing (we wanted to use a local service).  The work was done in a timely manner with a friendly and reliable staff (showed up on time, etc).  I will certainly use them for future projects.

Great job, will definitely reach out again. Corey did an excellent job. He was efficient and complete the job beyond my expectations.

I was drilling into the wall to install some shelves when the power to our condo went out completely. We called 4 or 5 different electric companies that said they provided emergency services and A to Z was the ONLY one that we were even able to talk to an electrician. The owner actually answered the call, and was able to walk us through finding and resetting the circuit breaker outside our unit, which, as he suspected, had been tripped. Lights came on and everything was fine. Someone was able to come out that week to check and make sure I didn't do serious damage. I would definitely recommend working with this company. They were very friendly, helpful and professional.

Angel is fantastic! I'd recommend him for all of your electrical needs.  He was quick to respond, professional and honest.  Had a faulty track light in our kitchen which he managed to teach me about and fix in no time.  Excellent service!

If I could give zero stars I would! What a total joke! They were responsive as in they came out. But, didn't say what they quoted as far as how long it would take.
One guy came out and he couldn't bring in dishwasher by himself (no dolly?) so he called another guy to come help. So he left until the other guy got there. Then the other guy did all the work, installed dishwasher and replaced the valve that broke under sink. All the while first guy,  only thing he did was change the arm on toilet flusher! Here's where the joke begins.... The guy who changed the toilet arm charged $139 per hour and the guy who did most work $89 per hour. First guy said he was there for  3.5 hrs and guy who did all the work was there for 1.5 hrs. So, yeah the first guy had to go to Home Depot for the part and that was included. I can tell you without a doubt it would not take 3.5 hrs to go to home depot and get the part then change it! I could do it in less time( this is my father in laws house , so I was there while guys were working). WE WILL NEVER EVER USE  AGAIN! The bill was unreasonable and after several emails, because nobody would call me ...I did get them to come down some on the bill. But, I  still feel like they took advantage of an old man with dementia! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
