Excellent work. On time, worked quickly and answered my questions as they came up during the work. I've tried other gig type services for basic home repairs before and had mixed experiences. Their work is done by employees so based on my experience seems to be a better model. I will definitely be using this service again.

These two electricians are the very best.  I would highly recommend them.  My outside lights were all out and they fixed them quickly and efficiently.  They are prompt, neat and fairly priced.  I would trust them with any of my electrical needs.

Art was awesome! He did a great job installing some ceiling fans in our house. He was very friendly and knowledgeable . His prices are very fair. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician. I for sure would hire Art again for any electrical work!

Wow I called them because I needed a new electrician, I could not be more pleased. Don is such a kind, professional and knowledgeable person. He is so busy and yet will return your calls, email, texts etc.
I know I have called him with small matters yet he doesn't act like it's too small. I am very happy I found them, they will not disappoint at all!!!!

Jack and his crew have done a number of jobs at my house (added a mini-split line and took care of some home inspection issues).  Pricing is very competitive and the work has been excellent.  Highly recommend.

Like other reviewers, I cannot say enough about this experience. I am 9 months pregnant, and we just realized that our air conditioning was not kicking on on the hottest day of the year... I called first thing on a Monday morning, and by 9:30 that same morning Robert had made time in his busy schedule to fix the problem for a very reasonable price. Amazing. The woman I talked to on the phone was also fantastic. Highly, highly recommended.

Needed about five overhead lights replaced, some with bad wiring and others with very old fixtures. Jeff came out to our home, resolved some of my 'creative workarounds', offered suggestions, spotted some bad wiring, addressed said problem, and gave me an estimate for other wish list work.

Overall, Jeff was very easy to work with and I'd have no problem recommending him for this type of work.

I don't have enough good things to say about Safe Electrical and Charles!  They were prompt, responsive, and incredibly nice.  The lighting they installed looks fantastic, and they even finished ahead of schedule!

I called Next Level to have an outlet replaced prior to putting my house on the market. I had some other small jobs I needed done also. David came on fairly short notice, fitting my into his busy schedule, and took care of ALL my issues quickly, professionally, and at the reasonable price he quoted. I would not hesitate to recommend Next Level/David to anyone who requires electrical work done. He's a great example of how tradespeople SHOULD complete their work; with knowledge and pride in a job well done!

Had a great experience with Randal Electric. I'm selling my condos in Chicago and some very minor electrical work popped up on the home inspection report. I called a few different electricians on Yelp in the area and a lot hung up on me because my request was too small for them to set an appointment. I communicated with Randy what I needed to be done and he was confident that it would be a quick and easy fix, plus he'd be able to put me down for an appointment the next morning. Eddie was my electrician who was right on time this morning. He was polite and professional and after he was finished with the breaker he even asked if he could review the home inspection report to make sure everything needing an electricians attention was covered. I appreciate honest businesses in home services. While searching for electricians I ran across CR Electric and they tried to upsell me on an entire new panel a 4-6 hour job that would have been unnecessary and over the top. Eddie was able to make the breaker safe and eliminate the double tap breaker installed by a 10+ year old alarm system company that I never used in 7 years of owning the property. I'm glad I called Randal Electric and if I need electricians for the next 4 condos about to go on the market I know who I'll be calling!

We had a potentially large electric problem with some lines from our house to our garage.  They were old, frayed and hanging low.  It was easy to set up getting a quote from Edwin though the Yelp site.  He responded very quickly and arrived on time at the appointed time.  He diagnosed the problem and provided a quote via email.  I accepted his proposal and he let me know when he was available to come and do the work.

He arrived on time, on the scheduled day.  It was a big job which included taking down the old wiring and, digging a trench and sending all new wiring out to the detached garage.  Since the home and garage are both over 100 years old, diagnosing our wiring is like a million piece jigsaw puzzle. Edwin did a great job and everything works great!  He even did a great job to not disturb the landscaping.  You can't even tell that there was a trench dug.

Highly recommend!

I started using Homer last year, when I needed grounded outlets installed in my 75 year old house. He was fast friendly and efficient, and fair with his price. Earlier this year I need my wiring upgraded to 100 amps. I got 3 estimates, Homer was on the same par as the higher end, so I went with him. He brought in a crew was able to supple me with an outlet so I could continue to do work on the internet, while the power was off, they finished the job in 7 hours, cleaned up everything, and you can see that no shortcuts were taken. Yesterday I called to have a new internet ceiling fan installed, he came buy to see where I was installing it,He noticed the wiring was cracked and about 65 years old, told me what we would have to do, showed me how I could save money buy keeping the old box, and just replacing the wires. And at the same time would install my new security cameras for the house. He is upfront with his price, he provides all the parts, so I don't have to search and shop around.Highly recommend him for all electrical work.

I do not recommend for painting your home.  They did a messy job and got paint on my bed/other items.  It also took them several days to do a job.

His 10+ years of experience shows through his knowledge, and his honesty is something much appreciated from a first time homeowner. Customer service is a major dealbreaker for me, and I just talked to this company. I do not like it when people answer me in a choppy manner. I'm also not a big fan of people being impatient when you ask questions ahead of time. The lady told me immediately that it would be $150 for a half n' hour, which I think is a bit steep compared to a site like Fixer. Their website says the estimate is free. I had to ask four different times if I had to pay the $150 upfront. She said I did finally. I asked her, What is the FREE estimate? She told me they only give free estimates on bigger projects. The website does not specify that. I confirmed that they offer payment plans, which it says on the website. She says not for little jobs like this for $150.

I reminded her that she has no idea what the issue is and no one has come out to see it. She told me she definitely knows that it's the light switch. I told her that her website says nothing about a minimum or maximum on payment plans. She said nothing.

She just had too many answers too quickly for me. Two people I know and trust used their service for a much larger job, but word of mouth only gets you so far. If your customer service presents itself in this annoyingly know-it-all manner and doesn't seem to know what's on the website, hard pass! I'll look into the two other companies that I was already going to get an estimate from. They charge less and so far one has had extremely better customer service.

And worst of all, after clearly saying I'll pass on service with this company, that Diamond company the rest of the Yelp! reviewers complained about called me twice in less than a few hours after I talked to a Customer Service rep. I told this rep she had the wrong number and blocked it. I regret even calling this company to begin with.

Called them on Thursday and they were able to show up the following day to change out my outlets. Cheap prices, priceless work. Clean and efficient. Great service and would definitely recommend Gomez Electrical.

It was so easy to schedule, pay and work with Fixer. They had someone out days before anyone else said they could look at our issue. Our issue was handled quickly and professionally. Payment was easy. Communication was great. Definitely recommend!
