Garbage. Made appointment, technician didn't show. They pushed the time back 3 hours and the technician didn't show. I had to contact customer service to cancel the appointment. No outreach, no explanation, nothing. Do not use.

Mike and his crew ALWAYS do an outstanding job.  I would recommend them anytime.

I had purchased a new washer/dryer and was stressed out when I found that my electrical wasn't up to code. I called about 5 different guys, 2 didn't call back, one told me he'd have to make huge cuts in my ceiling to do the job, and one was going to take 3 weeks before they could come back.

Duplex Electric came out quickly, explained the process that they planned to use and scheduled a return appointment in a reasonable time frame. They were so friendly! They have top marks on Angie's List, and are also the electricians for St. John of the Cross Parish.

They did a great job on what I needed. There were two working together, so they worked efficiently, and they explained everything to me in detail so that there was no confusion (much appreciated). I felt confident hiring them, and they made the process stress-free. I also referred them to my parents who also had an excellent experience. I would recommend them to anyone!

Art worked on several projects in our house. We would ask him any time again. He is very professional, takes good care of everything. He installed a new washing machine, added a 250V outlet and a new receiver for our ceiling van (which was really high up). He always gave us an appointment very quickly. I can really recommend him.

I left a message and he called me right back.  In addition was out to my house the next day.  Fixed a very difficult issue I had with no problem.

Extremely easy to schedule and work with! Matt arrived slightly early (which I appreciated!) and completed our ceiling light install in no more than an hour. I was nervous he would have to rip out drywall to set up the wiring, but thankfully he was able to wire and install the light without any wall damage. He was professional, friendly, and the cost was reasonable. I would definitely call Prolite again!

Can't say enough about these guys.  Have used them several times now for a variety of electrical and plumbing needs.  First they added multiple circuits and lighting to our kitchen, then installed a new GFI switch for our pool filter, and lastly put in a new kitchen faucet.  Each project was fairly priced, and amazingly fast.  Generally they were out within a day of my call, and sometimes same-day.

They don't try to gouge you, either.  I asked them to look at my exterior hose faucet to fix a leak during one of their visits.  They easily could have charged me for it, but Sam took one look at it, grabbed a wrench and tightened it once, fixing the issue at no charge.

And thy stand by their work. When the GFI outlet under my deck stopped working, they swapped it out at no charge with no questions asked.

I replaced many outlets in the house and it turned out that I installed something wrong. As the result, some lights and outlets stopped working. I was really worried that the problem may cause danger. I called around and finally got Jeff to help me immediately. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He helped me identify and fix the problems right away. In addition, he helped me examine all the outlets that I replaced and fixed some problems there. Finally, he helped me replaced two ceiling lights, two outside wall lights, one CGFI outlet, and one fire alarm. He is very patient and nice to work with. He helped me with many tasks beautifully.

Everything went well. I am very happy with his work and attitude. I would definitely call him again if I need help with electricity in the house.

Charles and his crew were fantastic. We purchased a house that passed inspection but ended up having significant and dangerous electrical issues. The team spent a day and a half essentially rewiring the house. They were courteous, considerate, detail-oriented, professional, communicative, and most importantly, they saved us from a potentially devastating situation.

The small things make the difference between service and service excellence. Charles had to make an opening in the cabinet above our refrigerator (there was no alternative), explained it thoroughly before it was done, patched it beautifully, and even fixed the trim that our contractors hadn't properly nailed into the cabinet. They not only completely protected our floors but also cleaned up any errant salt from the snow outside. These small things really impressed me after months of renovations and wildly different experiences with other service providers.

This is a highly specialized skill and you get what you pay for. SAFE's services were worth every penny and we won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Highly recommend Matt for quality and service.  He installed a Tesla wall connector in our garage.  He was honest about his recommendations and gave me choices.  He showed up on time and worked 6 hours straight.  His prices are competitive but his skill is what I would use him again for.  If you are looking to have service for your new electric vehicle, then Matt is your guy!

I was very pleased with Randel Electric. Randel Electric did work for me over a holiday weekend. They showed up on time, fixed all my issues knowledgeably and quickly, and were very fairly priced.  It is hard to find dependable service professionals nowadays, but Randel was top-notch. I highly recommend.

Edwin is responsive, friendly, and solved our electrical issue promptly. He also installed electric to our deck. Highly recommend.

Homer and his staff were great from start to finish. Homer called me right away in response to an appointment made online.  He came out on a Sunday morning, explained my options, and gave me a very reasonable quote. The next day his staff came to my business before store hours and completed a small wiring, lightbox install, and drywall patching job all by 10:15 a.m.! Awesome.

I've been using Handico for years - always have a great experience. Last week they installed an adjustable height basketball backboard & rim on my brick city garage. They did a phenomenal job - even going so far as to waterproof the connectors. They are courteous, polite & fast - even allowing my super helpful 7-year old to participate. I highly recommend!

I was drilling into the wall to install some shelves when the power to our condo went out completely. We called 4 or 5 different electric companies that said they provided emergency services and A to Z was the ONLY one that we were even able to talk to an electrician. The owner actually answered the call, and was able to walk us through finding and resetting the circuit breaker outside our unit, which, as he suspected, had been tripped. Lights came on and everything was fine. Someone was able to come out that week to check and make sure I didn't do serious damage. I would definitely recommend working with this company. They were very friendly, helpful and professional.

I was looking for someone to move a gas line about one foot below where it was. My new stove didn't fit because the back was hitting the gas line. Anyway, these two guys came out. They didn't seem to know what they were doing. I thought they were supposed to be pros. I was not feeling confident because these guys were going to be working with gas lines. After they said it would take 5 hours at their rate, I asked them to leave. I asked them if they had worked on gas lines before and they shrugged. I dodged a bullet there.  BTW, I hired a professional who did the job in about 1.5 hours and it was half the cost that Fixer wanted to charge me.
