Greg and Steve of Duplex Electric are great! I found a recommendation for them on next-door.com, and have since had them out to fix a few different issues. Both times I've called they have responded within hours to my voicemail messages and have come out that day or the next day. They first came out to replace a basement ceiling light. Through this they discovered that the switch was improperly wired. They explained clearly what the issue was, and fixed the switch and replaced the fixture quickly. The second time they came out to install two ceiling fixtures and to replace our kitchen outlets with GFCI outlets. Both times they explained to me clearly what the issues were, worked with safety precautions, arrived on time, and charged a reasonable amount. They are super professional, very knowledgeable, and on top of that were friendly with my crazy dogs - I will for sure call them the next time we need anything electrical fixed. I had a couple of fans put in and light fixtures for both bathrooms.
When I called for an estimate he got back to me right away. They did a great job and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend them.

Our kitchen cabinet (under-mount) lighting stopped working and it was not a simple as to change the bulbs - a wiring issue - so I looked up for a reliable electrician in my area (thank you, Yelp reviewers!) When I called Donatello Electric, Don answered the phone immediately and he was super polite and accommodating. He came and gave us a couple of options and quotes right away. We decided to put this tape-like lighting to go all the way around the entire cabinet. It wasn't inexpensive for a small kitchen but Don said it'd last for a long time, so we pulled the trigger.  We added a dimmer for extra charge, and even though we don't use it, I'm glad we went with it for an added value. If we decide to sell our place down the road, I think it'll look nice during the open house in the evening (I hear that's a thing now). Mike, the electrician, who did all the work, was super nice and got the job done very efficiently to our satisfaction. He also replaced our bathroom switches. We were very happy with their service and highly recommend them!

Have used one stop in the past. Generally found them responsive and helpful. This week, however, I haven't been able to get a return call nor email, so I can only assume that they're too busy, the phone and email staff aren't tracking incoming requests, or they just don't value repeat customers.

I hate to write this review. Fortunately there are other places offering similar services.

I left a voice message after hours. Jeff called me with a quick reply. I explained my electrical issues. Luckily he was able to address them on Saturday as he was available. He was on time, found and fixed my problem the same day. My husband said he was a great guy! I definitely would use Jeff again.

If there is one thing I hate, it's finding a contractor to do some work. Well, I won't have to look for an electrician again. From the very start of this process, it was top notch. Noelle and Charles are awesome to work with. Polite, professional and great communication. I wanted a ceiling fan installed, an outlet on my patio and the electric in my garage updated. Charles came out and walked the different parts of the project and gave me 3 options after pointing out other things that needed repaired or things I didn't think of. On the day the work was to be done, Charles showed up with his crew and they were a great bunch of guys. I had guys in a bedroom, guys in the basement, in the yard and in the garage. I didn't have a care in the world. They all tended to their part of the project and were very professional. When they were done, the clean up was top notch. You couldn't even tell they were there. Charles made sure I was happy with everything they did. I even threw a couple of last minute changes at them, they made them without blinking an eye. I called Next Level to have an outlet replaced prior to putting my house on the market. I had some other small jobs I needed done also. David came on fairly short notice, fitting my into his busy schedule, and took care of ALL my issues quickly, professionally, and at the reasonable price he quoted. I would not hesitate to recommend Next Level/David to anyone who requires electrical work done. He's a great example of how tradespeople SHOULD complete their work; with knowledge and pride in a job well done!

I have found my new electrician! Matthew is as good as they get. He solved the electrical issue I had, and installed several fixtures. He works extremely cleanly, and does things the right way. He is very friendly, and his pricing is also reasonable. I recommend him without hesitation.

Highly recommend! Mike came by within an hour of me connecting with him to install an outlet for my EV. He explained the process and walked me through it step by step just so I'm aware. I was so impressed, I asked him to work on more electrical stuff around our condo and he's coming back to do those jobs.

They were fantastic from start to finish. Professional demeanor, communicated with us very well throughout. They initially quoted us on the job based on my explanation and a picture but then we soon realized after they got to the job this would not work because of a brick pillar that would have been very difficult to fish wire through. They assessed the situation and gave me different options and were very fair on the price.  Cleaned up afterwards and were willing to answer all of my questions.  Thanks again to Edwin and Brian. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I've used Homer on a couple different occasions to update wiring in an old building. He is extremely responsive, always on time, and you can tell he knows what he's doing. We've been very happy with his work and will use him again in the future.

Called for a big job, replacing kitchen and bathroom wiring. He was late to the quote and no-call, no-show for the actual work. I called him to ask how far away he was and he said he forgot about it and can he come the next day instead.
