Since the first time I contacted Fixer, they did a good job. Good and easy communication. Ricardo was on time and ready to work. He gave me some advises to avoid the issue happens again.

Mike and his crew ALWAYS do an outstanding job.  I would recommend them anytime.

I had purchased a new washer/dryer and was stressed out when I found that my electrical wasn't up to code. I called about 5 different guys, 2 didn't call back, one told me he'd have to make huge cuts in my ceiling to do the job, and one was going to take 3 weeks before they could come back.

Duplex Electric came out quickly, explained the process that they planned to use and scheduled a return appointment in a reasonable time frame. They were so friendly! They have top marks on Angie's List, and are also the electricians for St. John of the Cross Parish.

They did a great job on what I needed. There were two working together, so they worked efficiently, and they explained everything to me in detail so that there was no confusion (much appreciated). I felt confident hiring them, and they made the process stress-free. I also referred them to my parents who also had an excellent experience. I would recommend them to anyone!

Art responded quickly to my request for help in updating and repairing outlets in my older house.   He provided a reasonable estimate up front, was available quickly, arrived in a timely manner, and did all work to standard.  I'll call him back for my next electrical issue!

I had a highly positive experience with Donatello Electric yesterday. I'm in the midst of preparing my residence to become a rental unit and have been switching out some light fixtures. To do that, I had to turn off the power at the circuit breaker. I have pretty old circuit breaker, so when I switched off the circuits I wasn't able to switch them back on again. It was getting dark, and I still have more work to do on the house but no light. I called Don. He sent Mike and Tim out within the hour. Within the next hour and 15 minutes, Mike and Tim work diligently to fix the problem. They worked professionally and efficiently to solve the problem. I would definitely call them again.

Extremely easy to schedule and work with! Matt arrived slightly early (which I appreciated!) and completed our ceiling light install in no more than an hour. I was nervous he would have to rip out drywall to set up the wiring, but thankfully he was able to wire and install the light without any wall damage. He was professional, friendly, and the cost was reasonable. I would definitely call Prolite again!

Needed about five overhead lights replaced, some with bad wiring and others with very old fixtures. Jeff came out to our home, resolved some of my 'creative workarounds', offered suggestions, spotted some bad wiring, addressed said problem, and gave me an estimate for other wish list work.

Overall, Jeff was very easy to work with and I'd have no problem recommending him for this type of work.

Needed a brand new electrical panel in my house and Charles came out and gave me a quote. The quote wasn't too high and wasn't to cheap but if you want something done right it's always good to pay someone who knows what they are doing over someone who gives you the cheapest deal. Charles and his team came out and installed a new panel and the work so far is great. I will definitely contact Charles and his team in the near future for any other electrical work I may need.

Had some smart switches that needed to be installed that were a bit above my (admittedly minimal) expertise. David responded with a very reasonable quote right away - and showed up on time when he said he was going to a couple days later. He was professional and courteous - I would highly recommend for any household electrical needs!

We called Matt to replace a ceiling light fixture in our bathroom that had broken. He tried to repair it first, but ultimately had to replace it. He was very nice, very professional, and knew what he was doing. Cost was as quoted. Thanks Matt!

Highly recommend! Mike came by within an hour of me connecting with him to install an outlet for my EV. He explained the process and walked me through it step by step just so I'm aware. I was so impressed, I asked him to work on more electrical stuff around our condo and he's coming back to do those jobs.

Owner of the company is honest.  Did all work as expected.  His workers were puntual and professional.  Calls were returned, problems addressed quickly.  Solid contractor.

I've used Homer on a couple different occasions to update wiring in an old building. He is extremely responsive, always on time, and you can tell he knows what he's doing. We've been very happy with his work and will use him again in the future.

We had such a fantastic experience with this company! We had an outdoor patch/paint job on our roof overhang that needed to be completed in a short time frame as we are in the process of selling our house. Over the course of a few days, we worked with a number of people at this company who worked around the bad weather and busy schedules to get this done in time with a quality job.  They were friendly, accommodating and really committed to doing a quality job. Thank you again to Mike, Andrew and Tim for taking great care of us. I will definitely be using them in the future for any job we need around our house.

Can't say enough good things about these guys, they were always honest, did the job quickly, they were on time and most importantly professional.  Thank you again for fixing our garage.

I would not recommend this company. When they replaced the breaker box they had to remove wood paneling on the wall, which was fine - they put it back. But in doing the work they damaged the tiles at the bottom, and then refused to take responsibility. They said they were broken before they began work and wouldn't fix it. We have proof they were not broken as our house had detailed photos and videos taken right before that to be put on the market.
The only positive is that they were the only electricians able to get the work done quickly. But I still wouldn't hire them again.

Angel is fantastic! I'd recommend him for all of your electrical needs.  He was quick to respond, professional and honest.  Had a faulty track light in our kitchen which he managed to teach me about and fix in no time.  Excellent service!

We contacted them to fix a lighting issue in our office and it was done quickly and professionally. No back and forth or upselling on products or services. Will definitely be using Fixer again.
