We had a horrible experience with Duplex. We hired them to install a chandelier in our home in La Grange. They came out ahead of time to see the infrastructure and told me that it would be no problem. When they came for the actual installation, their tune immediately changed. All of a sudden, it was incredibly heavy and the most complicated fixture they had ever installed. They went back to get more equipment and charged me for all that time. When they finally did install it, it looked horrible and they left the electric wires flapping and made no effort to conceal them because they instructions did not say that. We had to throw the fixture in the garbage and buy a new one after they charged us $980!!! They charged us more than cost of the fixture! The new electrician who installed the second fixture only charged us $250 (inclusive of removing the old one) and said that it wasn't that heavy. Be careful with these guys. We got completely taken.

Don has made my yard look so beautiful on the outside from overhead cable lines to burial. Moving my electrical lines in my basement to another area of the room. Always kept in touch with me every step of the way, always answering all my questions. He finished the job on time! I would highly recommend him for any electrical work! My sink is now leaking majorly again as your guys didn't fix it properly. This is so stressful.

Due to the COVID pandemic, our GC decided he would not be back to finish installing the electrical outlets and make the wire connections until things settled down. After 3 weeks of not hearing back and needing our kitchen wired so we can finally cook again, we decided to give Jeff a try.

He made an appointment to come out in two days and get everything straightened out for us. We were super nervous there would be issues, but within 1.5 hours, success! He wired it all and showed us it worked. So now we can FINALLY connect our appliances and install our cabinets and cook once again.

We had a new panel installed in our garage (100 amp) and had our main panel (which was over-filled) split into two panels. This involved running new wires in conduit, as well as new circuits added to the kitchen. Safe Electrical did a fantastic job. They started when they said they would and finished on time for the price they quoted. After the initial work was completed they followed up to make sure we were happy with everything. We can now run the refrigerator and the microwave at the same time and our oven no longer causes the lights to flicker. This was not an easy job as the path to the garage required a creative approach. The first contractor we contacted declined due to the difficulty, but Safe Electrical found a way to get it all done and on budget.

Next Level Electrical responded to my request for quote within a few hours and was able to come out to my house right away.  Super friendly, fixed our electrical issue immediately and pricing was more than reasonable.  I definitely will hire again.  Thank you!

He assembled & hung a ceiling fan, mounted another light fixture, changed a few switches for us, and did it all with quality and professionalism. Extremely prompt and troubleshot the problem and did everything they could to fix it on the first shot. Reasonable rates and far less expensive than other options.

HandiCo always comes through.  I needed a medicine cabinet rehung and a light fixture fixed.  That wasn't going to take the 2-hour minimum so I added a little paint touch-up to the list.   Tom called 30 min befor his appt window started and asked to come early which was great.  I told him I wanted to get everything done in 2-3 hours and he said that should work.  He worked efficiently and carefully, cleaning up as he went.  After 2 hours everything was fixed and I paid by check. (There was a small fee for credit card use.). The only reason this is 4 stars instead of 5 is because the price is a little high but it will save you having a return visit - at least unt a few more things break around the house.

Consistently great work all of the time.  I've used this team for two different projects and and they've done great work both times.  They were extremely professional and provided quality, affordable work. We were well informed of our options and both projects were completed on time.  I will definitely use them in the future.

Angel is the man! I called him around 2:30PM to have 4 light fixtures replaced in the stairwells of my house (high ceilings). I explained to him the urgency of having these replaced and he told me he could be there by 5:30 later that day. He actually showed up an hour early (4:30PM) and was done within 3 hours.

I highly recommend Angel, will be calling him back for future projects.
