I will absolutely be calling Stefan anytime I have an electrical issue.

All of the companies advertise 24 hour same day service and it's not true. Stefan is the exception to that. I was having smoke detector issues and he was able to come fix it two hours after I called. He was prompt and quick. He fixed the problem within 20 minutes. He was also super friendly and professional.

We had a great experience with Nel and Enis for several lighting installations and dimmer switches!  The estimate was scheduled within 2 days of making contact, and the installation was able to be scheduled 2 days later - very quick timeline.  Nel and Enis were able to come even earlier than anticipated, and did a fantastic and professional job installing beautiful lighting for our house.  Additionally, we had contacted Darrell to see if he could send a plumber to our property, and we had a great experience with Zeno.  He provided a free estimate as well as a connection to other resources, and was professional and easy to work with.  We will be using Sims & Sons again!

T&D Electrical just completed a large job for us which included installation of five new fixtures, several new dimmers, additional outlets in the house, garage, and front yard, as well as repairs to two electrical panels.  We have only praise for Rodrigo, who got here right on time and did it all with exceptional care and accuracy.  Even though the work extended throughout the house and beyond, Rodrigo was so efficient and organized, there were no piles of debris strewn about, and old fixtures were put neatly in one place.  We had a very positive experience with T&D starting with Marcus's job review and estimate and then chats with Marianne about scheduling and finally, pretty soon thereafter, it was all made real by Rodrigo.  Thanks to all of you!

Ted was great! He promptly responded to my initial inquiry and came out within days to install a new external outlet for us. He was nice, and on time, and most importantly he charged us an honest and reasonable price... unlike some other electricians we have hired. We will definitely be using him again for other projects! For all you single women, first time homeowners, who are getting ripped off out there, search no more. Chris is an honest professional. He's done mutliple jobs at my place now and trust me, I've searched the quotes. His work is clean, up to code, and even educates me on the do's and don'ts. For me, this goes a long way. His communication is exceptional, his thoroughness is easily visible, and he keeps it real. when you find a good contractor you share him, because there are a lot of contractors out there that are so demanding and the job is total trash ass. That's the worst.

Edward was awesome! He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Very communicative! He and his team installed five pot lights and a second switch in our hallway. They did a wonderful job and was incredibly efficient. We love our new lights!

I contacted Ryan after running into a problem installing a new light fixture.  I reached out late Saturday morning and he was here by that afternoon!

He was kind, and professional and even took the time to explain to us where the issue was with the existing wiring (even though I'm sure it was obvious it mostly went over our heads). In no time he was at work putting in the new fixture while chatting with my husband and myself and even getting in a few pats on the head for our very eager puppy who was so excited to have someone new in the house.

When all was said and done we had a safely wired, fully functional light fixture in our living room much more quickly than I had anticipated. His pricing was fair and as he left my husband and I breathed a sigh of relief that we had finally found an electrician nearby that we feel we can count on for any future needs.

Hi. New homeowner here. My husband and I bought a 1955 bungalow that was rocking some 60amp service and had a myriad of do-it-yourself projects done to it that rendered the home a bit of mess when it came to electrical. We had originally selected an electrician, but after receiving his quote decided to shop around a bit. Through a quick search on Yelp and Google (gotta check all the sources), Highlights came very well recommended. I can say that every positive recommendation is absolutely well-deserved. Their pricing was beyond fair and the team of Boz, Raul, Juve, and Ighor were genuinely kind and professional. They walked me through each item to be completed and gave guidance and suggestions when necessary.
The following items were completed and exceeded our expectations:
+Upgrade to 200amp service-including repositioning the entry point of our lines to furtherest corner of the house.
+Run 4 cat6 Ethernet cables to various points in the home
+Troubleshoot the basement light from hell
+Replace several 2 prong outlets to grounded, fix improperly installed, and added GFCI outlets
+2 weeks later when I blew two fuses doing something I shouldn't have been, they came out to rescue me within 24 hours. Special shout out to Raul for not scolding me and my handy work and then giving pointers about my electrical panel.

My final note here, and what has sealed the deal on being a forever customer with Highlights, is Kemal. I can't tell you the number of times I've called a contractor or business to never receive a phone call back or have short clipped answers from a stressed out contractor. That is absolutely NOT the case when you call Highlights. They get your information, limit the game of phone-tag, and communicate so effectively with you and each other. I don't save many business numbers in my phone, but I'm saving this one.

Rogelio did a good job on our building. Repaired some outlets, in the apartment, garage, and outside of the building. He shared photos of his progress. We talk over the phone to clarify details and got a quote on the spot for additional work that was necessary and was finished the same day after getting the parts needed.
He is also bilingual, what helps communicating easier for a larger population group.
All good overall.

Jose and Rodney are great! We needed more electrical work than we thought, but Jose did not charge more than the original quoted price except for more equipment that was needed for some unforeseen problems that came up. Rodney did a great job painting and even did some minor covering of a small spot of ugly color on my walls. I will soon ask them to install some recessed lighting as they already explained the procedure. What a great team!

Jake came by to install our ventilation fan and a new bathroom vanity. He was super friendly, quick, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Wrote for an estimate and he helped me with the problem without even coming out- anyone who would give simple advice rather than trying to squeeze $150 or more out is someone I will definitely call next time I have an issue!

Ted and his crew did everything you'd hope for right.

Ted showed up to give me a very reasonable estimate on the day I called.

The team showed up on time on the agreed upon date, with covers for their shoes and everything they needed to do an efficient job ( since I was paying by the hour for labor I appreciated this).

They noted, explained, and then corrected a couple of other electrical system errors that they encountered.

The work was neatly done and they cleaned up before they left. Not a speck showed they'd been there.

All in all a great consumer experience on my side.

Tom and his crew do such great work! Highly recommend them. They installed 4 outdoor outlets in our yard and also trenched wires underground so they were no longer exposed to the elements. They were on time, flexible, and just care about doing the job right. Tom is a really nice guy who walks you through all the work ahead of time. Don't hesitate to reach out to him!

Alex did a great job replacing a broken switch. He responded quickly to my initial request and was fast in communicating throughout the scheduling process. We are very happy with the quality of work.
We'll likely have to have most of our old wiring replaced and are looking forward to have Alex and his team back. Seems to be a newer company, and I'm glad we took a chance on them.

The fixers were very nice and did a great job.  I think pricing is a bit high but then again you can schedule something on a moments notice and that is worth the cost.  They guaranteed their work and we're very easy to work with on billing.  That is another thing you won't always get if you hire an individual a cheaper price.  So their are a lot of pros that come along with the increased pricing.  I would recommend highly, unless your on a tight budget.  I would definitely hire again.
