Excellent response time, extremely friendly and fixed a faulty breaker in no time flat. Highly recommend and will definitely use this company again.

For a long time I was looking for a good lighting solution in my back yard and could't figure it out until I got in touch with Darrell. He came up with few ideas and umbrella lights were the winners. This was installed in super-short amount of time and my neighbors are also looking into doing the same.
Darrell is very professional and he will also go an extra mile to make you happy and satisfied, and use the best quality of material and hardware.

We had a lighting fixture that was not coming on, after months of trying to fix it on my own, Austin from T&D Electrical finally made it work. He also helped us by fixing two breakers that were constantly tripping. Setting up the appointment was super easy and they showed up right on time. Price was very reasonable. Will use them again for sure every time I need electrical work in my home or business.

Unfortunately my house is out of his service area, but his responsiveness was excellent.  Super quick reply time.

I contacted them with some pictures for a quote on some minor work. I got a prompt reply telling me that no significant work was needed! Thus while I did not end up hiring them, I am extremely satisfied with their service. I definitely plan on getting quotes from them in the future!

First of all, I rarely write reviews but I was so impressed I felt the need to write this one.  I needed a light switch replaced in my kitchen.  Chris responded quickly with a very fair estimate yesterday and was able to schedule an appointment for today.  Chris is professional, courteous, efficient and very reasonable with his charges.  I have already discussed having him replace some light fixtures in my house.  I highly recommend ALC Electric!

Hm.  I'm not sure if this company ever served me, but I ended up in a spot on the Yelp website where I had to leave a review or at least stars... so 5 stars or zero stars?  I'm more of a five star person, so there you go.

Ryan is very kind and courteous, absolutely no question there!  He arrived promptly, when needed.  My only issue being his quote deviated from the email quote.  Ryan knew our issue prior to arrival so upon his arrival he discovered the issue right away.

Ryan is professional and also licensed.  He is the best in the business!  You will always get the best with him.  Advice: get a quote prior to arrival and stick to it.  He is a great electrician and worth the money!

These guys are good and I would trust them and will continue to trust them to do my electrical work when needed. They offer a good price and they don't beat around the bush.

Rogelio did a good job on our building. Repaired some outlets, in the apartment, garage, and outside of the building. He shared photos of his progress. We talk over the phone to clarify details and got a quote on the spot for additional work that was necessary and was finished the same day after getting the parts needed.
He is also bilingual, what helps communicating easier for a larger population group.
All good overall.

Overall great experience with Jose the owner.  I am an active duty Solider currently not in the Chicagoland area and Jose was able to assist with a dry wall repair in my ceiling.  He updated me through the process was ok with communication via text and phone.  This process was super easy especially considering I was not present on site.  I highly recommend them.

I hired Jake and Urban Power to add two electrical meters and relocate the circuit breakers out of the garden unit to a common area so all tenants could have access to them at my 3-Flat property.  He is a master of his craft and did a great job providing solutions to the issues I presented and working efficiently on the install and relocation as well as managing the permitting process with Com-Ed.  He has deep experience working with rental properties and gave me some great insights to add value to the property including installing security lighting which I hired him to do as well.  I would highly recommend Jake and Urban Power for any electrical job big or small.

Neville helped me troubleshoot what the cause of my electrical problems were, all via text messaging. I think it speaks volumes to his character that he's willing to just help people solve their issues, keeping their best interest at heart vs. trying to make money off of unnecessary appointments and work.

As a Developer & Design Firm owner, I come across many electrical contractors and I can honestly say that my experience with Kinetic Energy as a company, and working with their entire team has been an absolute breath of fresh air! They are currently engaged in our large new construction project in Riverside and have approached every request with enthusiasm and professionalism. Ted was able to work on very competitive pricing and provide exceptional on site service. Beyond this project, I've had to contact them for emergency issues at another property they had not previously worked on. Regardless of that, the attention I received was unmatched. Colin was at the property within a day of my call and was respectful, knowledgeable and identified the issue and provided a quick and immediate solution. I've been so impressed with their work on my developments but even more impressed with Kinetics willingness and ability to extend amazing service to small projects,  including installations in my own home!! Beyond that, Tara the electrician that I've now had at my home several times, is an absolute rockstar! I have a historic home.....and very suspicious electrical components. When I challenged her with replacing some old fans and large pendants, it presented some issues but she was able to devise a solution that brought the connections and my home up to safety. I would highly recommend Kinetic Energy and their team for any of electrical work and I will certainly continue to use them on our developments and personally! Great job!

A++ in all aspects. I had great pleasure to hire Tom's company for our house project. The project included multiple rooms. Complete Bath and kitchen electrical renovation. Two bathrooms received outlets, switches, can lights and fans. The kitchen received  new can lights and outlets. Living room got new can lights. We also added wired smoke detectors throughout the house. Tom was a total professional when he came in for the estimate. Everything was explained so that there were no surprises any time during the project and he made sure that we understood the work that was going to take place. Prices were very competitive, and work was done in the time promised. Tom made sure that everything was done right, to code and left everything clean and spotless. I would definitely hire again. Highly recommended.

Very responsive and responsible. Alex tried to help us trouble shoot over the phone to save us money. When that didn't work he showed up promptly, diagnosed the issue, and fixed the bad breaker.

I had a very poor experience with fixer. I needed some non gcfi outlets replaced with gcfi outlets. Fixer said they could do this job, but it was clear that was not the case. I had purchased outlets, which it turned out were too thick for the shallow outlets in my home. This was not the tech's fault at all, however instead of just telling me that he spent two hours attempting to get them to fit. He did install two, one of which does not work and the other one is gaping out from the wall. I had bought a multi pack of outlets which I now can't return because two are used. I now have to pay an electrician to fix the messed up outlets in addition to installing the others. Fixer did reduce my bill, but given I got nothing out of it and also can't return the box of outlets essentially it cost me a few hundred dollars for nothing.

Update:
An actual electrician confirmed one of the two outlets actually installed was done improperly causing the outlet not to work.
