Stefan was prompt from beginning to end.  He responded in a timely manner to the initial inquiry for quotes on Yelp, and was timely in all follow up communications.  He provided a fixed fee for the work.

He came on-time and rapidly assessed the work to be done (replacing under cabinet lights, replacing wall switch). He also provided an alert on a GFCI wall switch that was likely to fail in the near future.  I happened to have a spare outlet, which he installed for no added cost. - saving me a future trip and inconvenience when the outlet failed.

He worked quickly and cleaned up the countertops (from dust when drilling) when he was finished.  He explained the controls on each fixture, as well as noted that the dimmer switch causes a buzzing sound from the lights (Home Depot told me that this was the correct switch for the lights, turns out it is not - it works fine, there is just that buzzing sound).

Had Ryan come out to repair a few lights and outlets that weren't working properly. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix the issues. He realized I liked to try my hand at home repairs and gave me some tips and advice for fixing and diagnosing problems myself in the future. Good work by an honest guy.

Mike was awesome. I just purchased a new condo and found out that the old owner installed something that wasn't up to code and even tried to hide it. Mike pulled the wires and installed everything correctly AND without charging me an arm and a leg. The work was quick and he even cleaned up after.

We are in the process of tearing down a house we recently purchased, and hired Rogelio at Alex Electrical to cut the main electrical line from the pole to the house, as well as remove the cable lines, the electric meter, and the electric box in the house. Rogelio was extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, professional, and got the job done in less time than the estimate. Highly recommend Jake and his team for electrical projects large and small. Early on during COVID he installed a new outlet so we could relocate a desk and while there provided some options for adding light to our dimly lit basement. We finally contacted him for the basement work and he responded right away and was able to come within a few days. The basement looks fantastic and Jake went out of his way making multiple trips to stores looking for hard to find parts. Fair prices and high quality work!

Neville's crew did an amazing job with two major projects I had.

First project was to install outlets near the toilets in two bathrooms (to allow for the use of Toto Washlets). This required entirely new wiring and attaching to existing electrical runs. Did a great job with minimal impact to the small patch of drywall that needed to be removed to get to the existing wiring.

Second project was to install cable runs to hide wires for a wall mounted TV.

Both of these projects went great, took less time than expected, and were priced at a very fair rate. Would highly recommend!

Great people and great work!   I had a kind of emergency situation to replace the 50 year old electrical service in my 101 year old Oak Park house - new panel plus outside work - at the end of January 2016.  I am so glad I found Kinetic!  Ted is very fair and honest and the crew is wonderful.  They even liked my piano playing :)   Highly recommended.

Tom and his crew do such great work! Highly recommend them. They installed 4 outdoor outlets in our yard and also trenched wires underground so they were no longer exposed to the elements.
