I received a follow up call from Stefan today. I accepted the attempt to apologize even though he blamed the incident on a new employee. I don't believe he realizes that the cellphone # he called from was the same as Sunday and it was the same voice and tone used (minus the 4-letter words). He again offered to perform free work (which he stated on the previous review no one would ever offer such from AC/DC). I realize that the goal was not to offer a truthful apology but to ask me to remove my review. I explained that I will not remove my review because it was a truthful and accurate description of my encounter.

I understand times are hard. That is exactly why we all need to be honest with ourselves and kind to others. I will continue to wish your establishment well but I will not be contacting or recommending for any electrical needs.

Easy communication and scheduling, Anil provided excellent service. Very quick and efficient and gave options for solutions and was transparent about pricing differences.

We used T & D to install new circuits for our apartment. Marcus came out to review and quote the work.  He was very knowledgable and answered questions in a way a person without any electrical background could understand.

The communication was top notch. Marianne handled the logistics and updates in a very timely manner.

Also, I accidentally overpaid at the site because I forgot about the deposit. She caught it before I did and called me an hour later to refund the amount.  I was floored by how quickly, and proactively they reached out.

Greg was our electrician and he was very quick and efficient.  He finished his work in well under the expected amount of time. He required very little direction, explained what he was going to do and got to work.

The actual cost came in under the quoted amount - which might be a first for me.

Finally, we experienced an issue that didn't show itself until the next day.  I called and they were out immediately the next day and resolved it.

To me this last part was phenomenal.  Sometimes things happen, but it's how people respond to the situation that leaves a lasting impression on me.  Their response was fantastic.  

After everything, it's abundantly clear that they care about their customers.  They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and make you feel comfortable about the whole process.

I will be using them for all future electrical work and would strongly recommend them to anybody else looking for the highest quality work with the best customer care.

So I reached out to this company through Yelp about a month ago.
At first they seemed quick to respond and willing to help but I still do not have a response for the work I wanted done.

A gentleman contacted me and asked a few questions and then gave me a time and date to come look at the house for estimates. He was late to the appoint by nearly an hour due to a car appointment running over longer than expected.

He gave me some solid advice saying to look into my internet provide to get the work installed (I did, but tried again with no luck). I did appreciate the recommendation. I thought it was sweet.

After researching my internet provider again. I texted that same gentleman about getting work done.
No response. I texted him again about 2 days later only to be given a number of someone else because he was out of town.

I called the number and left a voicemail only to be never contacted. You win some you lose some.

very professional, helpful with questions.  Ryan has worked on our electrical issues twice now.  each time he has done a great job.  If we need electrical service again we will call on this guy.

They did an awesome job with a painting project at my townhouse! The painting looks great, and they were very reliable and pleasant to work with! There was clear communication throughout the process, and the job was finished very efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend and hire again in the future!

I hired Jake and Urban Power to add two electrical meters and relocate the circuit breakers out of the garden unit to a common area so all tenants could have access to them at my 3-Flat property.  He is a master of his craft and did a great job providing solutions to the issues I presented and working efficiently on the install and relocation as well as managing the permitting process with Com-Ed.  He has deep experience working with rental properties and gave me some great insights to add value to the property including installing security lighting which I hired him to do as well.  I would highly recommend Jake and Urban Power for any electrical job big or small.

We remodeled our master bath.  Johnny was great and the whole experience was terrific. He even made sure to check out something extra for me after 6 on a Friday!

Kinetic has been great,  as a single mom, who works full time, not in the electrical industry. I am so  grateful to have a company like Kinetic out there.  I am a new home owner, and the home I purchased needed some upgrades. Kinetic responded to my needs, sent someone out immediately. The work was completed in a timely fashion and I was not overcharged,  which was my biggest fear. I will continue to use and recommend Kinetic. If you want fair outstanding service Kinetic won't let you down.

Tom and his crew do such great work! Highly recommend them. They installed 4 outdoor outlets in our yard and also trenched wires underground so they were no longer exposed to the elements. They were on time, flexible, and just care about doing the job right. Tom is a really nice guy who walks you through all the work ahead of time. Don't hesitate to reach out to him!

Wonderful communication and service from Frank and his father. We couldn't be happier with the installation of our lights, switches, and other necessary repairs. Would highly recommend them for your future home needs.

Alex did a great job replacing a broken switch. He responded quickly to my initial request and was fast in communicating throughout the scheduling process. We are very happy with the quality of work.
We'll likely have to have most of our old wiring replaced and are looking forward to have Alex and his team back. Seems to be a newer company, and I'm glad we took a chance on them.

Fabulous! Monkeyed around for 2 days trying to get something scheduled on Thumbtack. So intrusive they took my cc # and tried to make me download app.

The guys took care of me literally within an hour and Edgar was charming, clean, efficient and nice to my Daisy. I'll use them all the time!!!
