Fast, on time, honest service.  We asked for a pre home inspection of our electrical panel, expecting news that we'd need to a good amount of cleaning up (it's from the 1970's) but Ted took his time to thoroughly examine, and confidently determined it's in great order, safe, etc.  He said it was up to code and there was no reason to do anything to it.  What a huge relief.  He is putting it on letterhead for us, for a future home inspection for peace of mind.  Very minimal charge for his service.  I am highly recommending Kinetic Energy (and Ted!) - they were honest, amazing!!

Scheduled within 2 days of contacting on Yelp. Steve came out and removed my old ballasts so I could update/upgrade to LED tube lights. Great price and service. Now I know who to call for any electrician needs and installations. Thank you!

Live in Deerfield 20+ years and have run the gamut on contractor experiences. As your neighbor, I cannot stress enough how superb this guy is. Fast. Efficient. Caring. Cost effective. As soon as he left I sat down to write this review. Great Guy. Most honest contractor you'll ever deal with. No question I will use him again and again.

Called John at 8:00 about air not working.  He was here at 10:30 and the repair was done by11:00.  Took the time to wash out the unit and advised us on how to make it work more efficiently.  Very friendly and honest.  Will definitely use him the next time. Excellent experience and am very satisfied.  It's nice to find good honest people in the repair business

Terrible company. This man is a scam artist. Not licensed, check for yourself. Stole 2000 from me and almost caused my home to burn down to to his neg

You bought the materials. You scammed me. Now you're saying I bought the materials? You're about to be in a lawsuit with my partners. 1.) Fraud-you aren't licensed, we checked. 2.) You operated outside of our contract by using illegal material, as stated in our contract you were to bring the property to code. 3.) We are putting a lien on your business for the state of Illinois to dissolve your company for the above named reasons. You really must be so undereducated that you think you can get away with scamming people. Oh, and your not hard to find either, so I would quit with the threats. Have a great day. Your a no one that I'm suing.

We needed a handyman to complete some repairs for our mother's Gold Coast/Near North condominium following an pre-sale home inspection.  The buyer asked for repairs by a licensed contractor and an invoice to verify the repairs had been completed.  After searching high and low we selected Joe because of his location and the rave reviews he received.  Those reviews are well deserved and now he has ours as well.

Just needed some simple electrical work and an assessment for possible other work.  Joe was able to make room in his schedule to meet our immediate needs.  We worked out the details of the work plan in advance by phone (I'm in California) and he executed the plan to perfection.  He called me when he completed his assessment, we agreed on the work to be done, he got the necessary materials, completed the work and then called me with the details and sent me photos and an electronic invoice which I paid for using Chase EasyPay.  When I needed some followup from another trade, he was able to refer me to someone.

We could not be more pleased and would recommend Joe highly.

My work hired NNY Electrical Services for our electrical needs. The electrician we had the pleasure of working with was Ninos.  Ninos has done several jobs for us at this point, and we have never been anything but extremely satisfied with his services.  Besides being super nice, reliable and a perfectionist (good traits for an electrician to have!), the prices for the jobs were very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Ninos.

Half of the outlets didn't work in our kitchen and we couldn't figure out why. We called JMR and Jose was very polite and professional on the phone. Luckily he was going to be in the area so he got us in quickly. He was very through! He would not stop until he found our answer and kept us informed the whole time. Jamie was great.  He gave me a good price to install a new electrical outlet for our dryer.  He was available to come out quickly and while he was here he fixed a three way switch that wasn't working properly!

Called this company two times and left a message two times. They never called me back.  Called a third time, and they were with a customer and said they would call me back in 5 minutes. Never called me back again.  Tried one final time to reach them and actually spoke with someone. However, during the conversation, he put me on hold twice, and during the second time the line went dead. I figured if they wanted my business they would call back. They never did. Horrible customer service.

We have been working with Dominik and the team over the last year on a number of projects, including a complete remodel of two bathrooms and an outdoor patio. It has been a pleasure working with Dominik as well as everyone on the team. They frequently arrive early and work extremely hard throughout the day, ensuring that everything is correctly installed and repaired in our 1960's house. Dominik also has a knack with customers; he is responsive through call and text (even on weekends!). He often offers up design and functionality ideas that we may not have thought of, and ensures that the job is completed with the utmost quality, keeping costs in mind.

We will definitely continue to work with Dominik in the future as we continue to gradually remodel our forever home. We really love and have been able to enjoy everything they have done for us and will for many years to come.

James was very professional. Helped me with installing a new 4 prong outlet. Even went out of his way to help me move my appliances.

Terrible service, felt scammed the entire time. Tried to up charge me by hundreds of dollars. Took advantage of me not knowing electrical issues. Tried to charge me $650 for what second electrician I called told me was $120 worth of repairs. Beyond frustrating company to work with.

They probably nice people having a bad day, but I called just to get some info and got hung up on twice. The first time I was hung up on soon as I finished my question. Then I thought the phone might have just messed up, no biggie. I call back get immediately put on hold and 90 seconds in it picks up and I get hung up on again. Not trying to be a bother, just was interested in your services and prices.
