Howard did some extensive work on rewiring and bringing our new home back up to code. He worked quickly and thoroughly and for a reasonable price ... even when he encountered some further work that needed to be done that would require him to come back for another day. He returned as quickly as he could, despite his busy schedule.

I had North Shore Electric replace 5 outside lights, repair a wall light and install a Cable TV cable outlet in the wall of my 100 year old house and they did an outstanding job.  

Michael came on time and provided professional and knowledgeable service.  He saved me time and money with good recommendations and he completed all the work and cleaned all work areas in just 2 hours.

We hired Goran to correct some code violations in my mom's older home, replacing outlets with 3-prong and GFCI and adding some additional outlets in the garage. The same day I called he came and did a free estimate. His work was quick and efficient and he did not charge more than his original estimate even though I had under counted the number of outlets that needed replacing. He is easy to work with and we thought his work was excellent. We are going to need more work done and will definitely be calling him. You will not go wrong by hiring Goran.

I live in Schaumburg and I had the same thing happen in my kitchen a few months ago. I had had a new outlet installed for a new microwave. My experience with this electrition was great! His guys came out fast and took care of the issue. I would highly recommend for price and service.

Mike was able to help me over the phone fix a track lighting system that had a transformer that tripped. Cannot say enough great things about Mike and his responsiveness! Not to mention my lights are back to working and it didn't cost me anything. Highly Recommend!

These guys are great. I had them install a Nest doorbell and outdoor camera. They were extremely respectful of my home and everything was done professionally and cleanly. Pricing was reasonable too.

Chris from C and E was referred to me by a friend a few days ago when I was asking for a reliable handyman/painter.  We needed a few small repairs around the house, mostly patching and paint touch ups. Chris and his coworker just finished up and I am beyond pleased! These guys really know what they are doing and are very reasonably priced. The team that showed up was professional, upfront with pricing, and got immediately to work. I have an older home and they noticed a few issues (some bigger than others) but weren't overly dramatic about them. I've found living in an older home, professionals tend to freak out whenever they're confronted by something that isn't by the modern book. They quickly fixed what I asked for and gave me straightforward advice on how to, eventually, handle the other matters. They were early but called to confirm that was okay. Overall, very good service and will absolutely recommend and use again.

Sam came to my home to add a 220 line for a hot tub I had installed.  the work was impeccable and he took the time to explain things, did my special requests, and even came back to hook up the hot tub after they delivered it as part of my job. he is very reasonable and quick to respond.

I've used their services twice in the last 5 years.  They are friendly, give you a reasonable quote and time frame.  They do their work quickly and clean up after themselves. You couldn't deal with more professional people who also are just nice people.  I highly recommend them

I live in a very old apartment building (about 125 yrs old) and I was in need of getting two closet lights fixed.  I found Dosie Electric here on Yelp (who was nearby my residence) and called to request help.  Mr. Dosie explained his pricing and set up a date to come out.  This man is very prompt and very professional.  He had to get some parts for the job and was able to come back the next day and was able to use my existing fixtures which saved me money.  He will not sell you what you don't need...he does only what is necessary and it's very important to me because we know how expensive an electrician can be.  It's wonderful to have somebody who is old school and won't try to rip you off. His prices are VERY reasonable and I cannot say enough about Mr. Dosie.....I will definitely keep him in mind if I have any other electrical work that needs to be done.  I highly recommend him!
