Noel and Kyle installed all of our electrical work in our new kitchen. Great guys. They were timely and professional, and their fees were very reasonable.  We wouldn't hesitate to use Alltown again for any future projects.

Had Mike Verdone up grade my electric to my home. He was recommended to me by the village of Hillside. He is an honest guy did the work he said he was going to do, and at the price he said he was going to do it at. He always returned my phone calls , and explained in detail what he had to do , to bring my electric service up to village code. I was very happy with mike's work, and if I ever need any more electric work done he will be the first one I will call.

Peter came out to trouble shoot a short circuit in my 100 year old condo.  He was easy to schedule and punctual.  Peter worked through the problem quickly and found the source of my short circuit in no time.  His fees are very fair and he offered less expensive options for the repair.  I will definitely hire him for additional electrical work I need in my apartment.  I highly recommend him.

With no guarantee of me hiring him, Frank spent over 30 minutes with me on the phone explaining the possible alternative to working through an electrical issue.  He offered different solutions and discussed the pros and cons of each.  I felt like his advice was very solid - he explained all the ramifications of the different alternatives.  He backed up everything he said with very believable facts and personal experience.

I absolutely will not hesitate to hire him or to recommend him to anyone based his ability to perceive the underlying challenges of my project and his professionalism in evaluating the alternatives.

Fast and easy scheduling. I didn't have much flexibility in my schedule but still got an appointment within a week or so of calling, which was great because I had already put the project off for too long. I had a 36-inch round chandelier I wanted hung on a vaulted ceiling. Eric did a great job. Showed up on time, friendly guy, talked me through what needed to be done, and made sure I was happy with the way it looked. Eric also took a look at another light fixture I want to move and gave me some advice on what to do. The work was done in about 2 hours and it looks great. Ironically just a few hours later I discovered the outlet on my deck isn't working so... guess who might be getting another call soon!

I used Skyline electric to install a chandelier and update some lighting in my house. I also thought i had some electrical issues with some older lights. Kent came by with a team and quickly resolved that electrical issues were really light bulb issues (i am clearly not an even an ameatur electrician). He instructed the team on how to handle the rest including my chandelier and moving the electric box in the ceiling over. When it came time to put it up the chandelier Alex, the other master electrician, had me look at various heights and different angles to ensure we got it right before he cut the cords. I really appreciated all the attention to detail that i was not considering. Alex even ran to home depot last minute to get me a dimmer to complete the look. Overall the work was great, everyone was nice and professional. Lots of updates along the way. Would call them before i considered using anyone else.

Needed help within 24 hours. They were prompt, efficient and took care of our problem during the consultation.

We needed our old smoke detector fixed. Volodymyr was quick, straightforward, and professional. He also replied to messages within a reasonable time frame. Highly recommend!

Great job. Very affordable. Ran some conduit with minimal damage to the drywall and installed electric for a garbage disposal.

Eugene and this company went ABOVE AND BEYOND for an extensive project that was done remarkably quickly and effectively.  Everything was explained CLEARLY. They came out IMMEDIATELY for no extra cost. They did extra work that they didn't charge for to ensure that the work done on my older property would last. I cannot say enough about this company.  You need electrical work, THIS IS WHO YOU WANT.

Sometimes you need just a little bit of common sense help. I  have a vacant apartment and after a couple of months remodeling and expensive problem after problem, I went to show the apt to prospective tenants and none of the lights would come on. NO ELECTRICITY whatsoever.  I panicked as I need to rent this apt and I am stone-cold out of money. I cried as I figured  that I would now have to deal with an expensive electrical problem in an old building. So I call Todd to make an appointment.  He hears my problem and quickly suggests that I call Com Ed. What??  DUH! Of course they turned off the lights as I had not put the electricity in my name.   He wast the 4th Electrician I called and no one else suggested anything.  Simple, easy and free. Service does not get better than that. I do have another ( hopefully ) small electrical need. Guess who's doing the work? :)

GREAT WORK! Their prompt response to my request and the quality of work has been the best of any contractor I have yet to work with. I needed help with my circuit breaker, AC and switches - not only did he provide exceptional service but he also gave me great advice and tips on other projects I was working on. Mo, the owner, didn't just show up to do the job - he showed up to help and that was very clear in the pride he has for his work.

I am amazed that I am the first person to review this company. Any one who owns property knows how wonderful (and difficult) it is to find a professional, reliable, funny, and super friendly electrician/plumber/contractor/handyman. Well, with Ed, I found The One. He's just fantastic in every way. I recently hired him to repair the doorbells at my two-flat and, as always, he was reasonably priced and available that day. I've used Ed before for some minor electrical work, and this time was no different. He quickly diagnoses the problem, gets it fixed, he's a pleasure to chat with (he has that dry sense of humor that I love), and his prices are very fair (I never feel jipped when he leaves...in fact, I typically think that's it?). I highly recommend Ed for all of your electrical needs. You will be extremely pleased with his services and your wallet won't be empty:-)

I am a new homeowner with a charming but not so handy husband.  I'm always skeptical scheduling with contractors because my husband and I have no idea how much things should cost and what is involved in repairs. AM&L addressed a few minor issues that were identified in our home inspection (faulty light switches, light fixture and ceiling fan issues) quickly and explained what was involved prior to doing the work.  They were even able to repair the light kit in one ceiling fan I thought I was going to need to completely replace.  I will definitely contact AM&L for future electric needs.

They installed a ceiling fan in one of our rooms. Our kids room which is also the hottest room in the house. The job ended up being much more difficult than anticipated because of some poorly done existing wiring. Jeff was awesome with us though. So professional. So kind. He did a tremendous job. Would use him anytime. Highly recommended.
