Best Electricians in Illinois

I cannot recommend Alltown enough. They completed the entire electrical scope for a large renovation I completed. They gave a good and fair price, but most importantly, they were able to meet my schedule. Very accommodating, professional, and had great communication throughout the project. I will be using Alltown for all my future electrical needs.

Mike ( the owner ) was out to our new house today. We went over a long checklist of concerns we had because we don't know what is code for our town. He went through the whole list with me & put my mind at ease. Said we were in pretty good shape! We set up an appointment for him to come back out and start the work in a week or so.  We will fix whatever needs to be. Great!
( No charge for today ) Like he said, He's not going to get rich quick. Too bad, seems like he works his butt off!

Victor is responsive, polite, and easy to work with. These guys were straightforward and professional. There were a couple hiccups but they were very quick to address them and communicate with me, and it didn't affect the end result. I'll be using these guys again!

Pete does a good job, knows his stuff and has a great attitude. He's a little high on cost, slow to call back but he shows up when he says he will. You might have to call him twice though.

Frank Boss is the owner & operator & is an AMAZING electrician.  He can fix anything & is very experienced & efficient.  He also re-wired & mounted all of our chandeliers.  There is nothing he can't do!  His pricing is also reasonable.  

Also, on a personal level, he's such a nice person & nice to talk to.  You can't go wrong.  We HIGHLY recommend him!

I contacted Current Electrical for the installation of a grounded outlet as well as checking a loose extension cord in the attic.  They were responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and I was delighted to be able to get the projects completed quickly.  Tom did a great job and I sincerely appreciate it.  I highly recommend Current Electrical for any electrical needs!

Kent is amazing! He gets the job done quickly and inexpensively. He was able to work through some issues we had with our wiring. He definitely went the extra mile and make sure we were satisfied after the job was completed. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work whatsoever.

Happy to write this review since I know how hard it is to find an honest, reliable plumber.  We had another company try to charge us $600 for a part that I went and bought myself for $30--pandemic pirates! But not here. The company was responsive and fast, and honest with their service and price. Highly recommend. Will use them again no doubt about it.

We needed our old smoke detector fixed. Volodymyr was quick, straightforward, and professional. He also replied to messages within a reasonable time frame. Highly recommend!

Contacted Lukasz about a possible blown fuse. He responded right away and was willing to come the next morning. I eventually figured it out, but he was so nice to come out so quickly. Will definitely use LMV in the future!

I contacted Mr Vilano for Electrical inspection for one of the apartment buildings I manage.  He is very thorough and knowledgeable.  I have recommended Vilano Electric to all my friends and business associates.  I look forward to continuing to work with Mr Vilano.

Todd came out and was great.  First, he answered the phone.  A seemingly small task; however, plenty of other electricians in the city failed to return my calls, answer my calls, or respond to my e-mails.  Second, Todd was able to schedule an appointment quickly so my electric issues didn't continue.  And lastly, he did a great job, was super knowledgeable, fixed a light in about 2 seconds, and then fixed a light switch and installed a fan.  The best part was he identified that the bracket for the previous fan was not safe and he was able to install a new bracket, which required some non-electrician work, but he was easily up to the task.  Thanks Todd!

I was pretty desperate to get someone in to fix my tenant's sink while I was out of town - you can see in the photos it separated from the counter and was just kind of hanging there. Mo was quick to respond and reliable, and was able to come out right away to assess the situation. I was out of town with minimal service and he was very understanding about the whole situation. He still took the time to explain what was going on with the sink transparently and honestly, and his price was extremely reasonable. Turns out whoever initially installed the sink didn't do it properly, but Mo was able to correct the issues and get functioning better than before. He spent an entire day in my tenants apartment to get their sink fixed up for them. I really appreciate his open communication and his work through the process. I will definitely reach out to him in the future for other maintenance work around the house.

Ed and his team are simply amazing. I've used him at least three times and feel badly for not writing a review sooner. This last job was a big one. He and his people were always on time, super thorough, incredibly knowledgeable, very conscientious and more than fair/competitive on rates. Small jobs to wiring a brand new commercial building - do yourself a favor and call Ed. Guys/companies like him are hard to find. Besides, he as a personality and is a pleasure to work with.

Completed several projects including resolving problems with 4-way switch that another contractor was unable to resolve.

I used them to install some can lights and run a new line to my pump room in my basement. I quoted out a few other places and AC was the lowest by $100, I believe.

Office staff and electricians were extremely professional all around. They were honest too. Told me I didn't need a new receptacle in my basement (but I did it anyway for my own reasons).

Would recommend them to anyone.
