Noel and Kieran are absolutely wonderful! Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable with their trade. The work they performed to run a new circuit for my EV Charger was done perfectly and exactly as requested. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up after the installation. I will definitely use Alltown Electric again for my future electrical work! Keep up the great work!

Called to have a line run for our new pool. Mike was prompt, thorough, and his estimate was totally reasonable for the amount of work that his team had to do. With my many schedule changes he was super flexible throughout the whole process.

When can anyone say that a contractor was an absolute delight to work with!  I can, so much work to do in my money pit but at least I know I have an electrician going forward!

Victor is worth 10X what this company charges, and I'll be hiring E Contractor for more work that I need for the old-ass 1960's wiring in my condo.

I have used these guys several times for small-ish jobs, and I cannot recommend these guys enough.  Prompt, thorough, and fair.  If there is a better electrician on the south side, I'd be surprised.

Minor job to be done due to request by buyers - installing and bringing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors to code. Frank: prompt to answer call and come by for estimate. Provided estimate proposal and invoice that addressed what buyers' attorney wrote in request. Kris: Arrived promptly on scheduled day and began work (non-stop for 4 hours) - cutting and connecting all the wires in the attic. Professional and kept the area tidy as he worked. Cleaned up after work done and also trouble shoot current detectors (found previous contractor wrongly connected the wires!!).

Skyline Electric was the kind of service provider you hope for.  We had a catastrophic incident (a utility pole fell into our house) and we called Skyline but didn't leave a message, as they weren't able to answer at the time.  But they called us back because they saw a missed call, and they came out the same day (within a few hours of them calling us back), and they resolved our issue in less than 15 minutes - some luck, some obvious experience.  Kent was very helpful and knowledgeable.  I am duly impressed - this company deserves their high rating.

Reached out to LMV to upgrade to 200amp service and install a 240V outlet.  They were great to work with. Quality work, very responsive throughout the estimate, scheduling, and permit process. They were professional, courteous and they showed up on time.  100% recommend.

Gino came out to take a look at a long exterior run of low voltage cable that I needed replaced in order to get my busted AC working. He told me it would be better if I contacted a company with HVAC licensing as he would be able to do the run but not actually hook up the condenser afterwards. He referred me a company that could do the full job and will hopefully be interested in taking it on. (I've been through 3 contractors already now trying to get this central AC unit fixed!)

Todd is wonderful. He is always very helpful and friendly, fixed my light fixture in very little time, and even helped me learn how to change one of the bulbs on a more challenging spot in my home.

I am amazed that I am the first person to review this company. Any one who owns property knows how wonderful (and difficult) it is to find a professional, reliable, funny, and super friendly electrician/plumber/contractor/handyman. Well, with Ed, I found The One. He's just fantastic in every way. I recently hired him to repair the doorbells at my two-flat and, as always, he was reasonably priced and available that day. I've used Ed before for some minor electrical work, and this time was no different. He quickly diagnoses the problem, gets it fixed, he's a pleasure to chat with (he has that dry sense of humor that I love), and his prices are very fair (I never feel jipped when he leaves...in fact, I typically think that's it?). I highly recommend Ed for all of your electrical needs. You will be extremely pleased with his services and your wallet won't be empty:-)

AM&L was referred by my Oak Park based Plumber. I spoke with the owner, Steve.  AM&L installed an exhaust bathroom fan/heater/light combo unit.  My house is 121 year old Oak Park Victorian. Dave, the electrician and his assistant worked diligently through a few challenges over a two day period to run the wires  - all inside from the basement floor circuit box to the second floor.  AML was very reliable, consistently followed Covid protocol and did an outstanding job. The best electrician I have hired in my 28 years in Oak Park. Highly recommended!
