Noel and Kieran did a very professional job of installing a Tesla charger in my garage.  They were on-time, prepared, efficient, and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable and experienced.  In addition, they made it a point to clean up the area before they left.   They were an absolute pleasure to do business with and I will definitely call them again for future electrical needs.

Mike V immediately responded to our inquiry; provided a reasonable quote for the amount of things we needed done in our older home; did an excellent job; and we are extremely pleased with everything he did.  He was professional, honest, very hard working, friendly, easy to communicate with, and we will not hesitate to call Mike V back for all future needs whether small or big.  Thank you, Mike V!

Big props to electricians Remy and Julian for work they did in my Chicago home.  They added a sub-panel, put in a 240 volt charger in my garage... for my future electric car... :), and they ran wires so I could have radiant electric floor heat in my basement.  They were on time, responsible, neat, and professional.  Remy is truly a class act, and you can tell he really prides himself on doing a great job.  I'll be definitely using Current Electrical again.

Needed special electrical connection work for HVAC units and work was absolutely fabulous, reasonably charged and follow up text with pictures and phone call to be sure was awesome!  You just don't get that anymore.

Inspection of other items resulted in recommendation to save money and wait. That's what I'm talking about!

Happy to write this review since I know how hard it is to find an honest, reliable plumber.  We had another company try to charge us $600 for a part that I went and bought myself for $30--pandemic pirates! But not here. The company was responsive and fast, and honest with their service and price. Highly recommend. Will use them again no doubt about it.

Quick service and installation of a tricky light fixture! Took two hours for a new chandelier, but that was with needing to do a little re-wiring. Professional and easy to work with!

Super helpful and professional from beginning to end. Their quote was very reasonable. They were able to give us an accurate quote from several photos and did an exceptional job installing our pool table light. They ran electricity from the nearest source and left absolutely no damage when we were anticipating having to do dry wall repair! We will definitely use them for future electric needs!

I have to highly recommend the most honest Electrician on Yelp is Eugene from Vilano Electric. Not only is his competitive flat rate $50 compared to $125 from other competitors, he is Honest and Frank as well. I am selling a home and the home inspector from the buyer stated I should update AFCI circuit breaker per current code. After speaking to Eugene, he was honest enough to give me a good quote over the phone where most electrician would rather come over and give you the quote on site. He also updated me on the AFCI code for the city of Chicago. STOP looking around Yelp for other electricians, give VILANO ELECTRIC a call NOW.

So refreshing to meet a contractor who returns calls, answers questions, confirms appointments, tells you exactly what needs to be done and why, and is friendly. The breaker for our sunroom light kept tripping. Todd was able to tell us why and what needed to be done, turns out it was very old wiring and unsafe. He rewired it, installed a new fixture, light switch and outlet. It great to know the problem is fixed and the unsafe wiring is gone!

Mohammed was great! He communicated well and was extremely timely. I had him install my ceiling fan and he did his due diligence to make sure it was done properly. I also asked him to removed a few light fixtures for me and he didn't hesitate. Thanks so much for making this so simple!

I am amazed that I am the first person to review this company. Any one who owns property knows how wonderful (and difficult) it is to find a professional, reliable, funny, and super friendly electrician/plumber/contractor/handyman. Well, with Ed, I found The One. He's just fantastic in every way. I recently hired him to repair the doorbells at my two-flat and, as always, he was reasonably priced and available that day. I've used Ed before for some minor electrical work, and this time was no different. He quickly diagnoses the problem, gets it fixed, he's a pleasure to chat with (he has that dry sense of humor that I love), and his prices are very fair (I never feel jipped when he leaves...in fact, I typically think that's it?). I highly recommend Ed for all of your electrical needs. You will be extremely pleased with his services and your wallet won't be empty:-)

Completed several projects including resolving problems with 4-way switch that another contractor was unable to resolve.

Had an emergency situation and within a hour Martin was out at the property and we had power again.  He was so kind to not charge a emergency fee on a Friday night after hours!
