Had a short in my house that knocked out the power to my office. Alltown Electric was able to help out almost immediately. Kieran did a fantastic job in almost no time when he arrived. These guys are amazing and professional, and do great work. Thanks!

Had Mike Verdone up grade my electric to my home. He was recommended to me by the village of Hillside. He is an honest guy did the work he said he was going to do, and at the price he said he was going to do it at. He always returned my phone calls , and explained in detail what he had to do , to bring my electric service up to village code. I was very happy with mike's work, and if I ever need any more electric work done he will be the first one I will call.

I'm so pleased with Victor's work. He helped me identify the problem in my home (apparently a loose wire in the ceiling fan and not the breaker) and worked quickly to fix it. He arrived on time, worked quickly, and stayed to help with another project I needed done. He was very thorough but efficient and charged a reasonable fee. I'd definitely recommend their services and I'm glad to know I have an electrician I can trust and that I can call for help! Thank you again!

Our condo building hired Peter to replace the light fixtures around the perimeter of our building and are thoroughly pleased with the work he and his team did. Peter helped us find affordable fixtures that were more effective, durable and efficient. His service prices seemed fair.  He was very easy to schedule appointments with.  Peter and his team were very professional.

Current Electric couldn't have been better! Don came to quote and was very professional. Answered all my questions and the quote was super detailed exactly the job I requested. Andy and John came out to do the work, both also super friendly, professional and did clean work. Install was  great, cleaned up from debris, and explained everything to me before they left the site. I will definitely be calling them again for work!

Kent and Jeanette are AMAZING!!!! They are A+++.  Kent and his team are extremely knowledgeable.  Jeanette from the beginning helped me in understanding the electrician world and getting prepared for our appointment.  Kent came prepared and there is no task that Kent can't do.  They are extremely nice individuals and very helpful and patient.  Kent went out of his way to help us with issues. Jeanette was responsive and understanding.  I recommend them 100%.

Quick service and installation of a tricky light fixture! Took two hours for a new chandelier, but that was with needing to do a little re-wiring. Professional and easy to work with!

LMV Electric was very helpful fixing a circuit breaker that wouldn't reset. I was very pleased, even BEFORE Lukasz arrived to do the job.

When I called, very late afternoon on Saturday, Maggie answered the call and was able to answer several questions. I've found that it is rare to find someone who is knowledgeable and cares and willing to offer basic trouble-shooting tips/advice (especially in the trades) when you make an initial call. More often than not, they'll have someone call you back or worse, you'll get an answering service. That's definitely not the case with LMV. Instead, I got personal, professional, helpful service from the first call, through to job completion.

On top of that, they were on time and did the work at a fair price.

I guess my highest compliment is that I was so pleased with the entire experience with LMV Electric that I'm planning on having them come back and do additional work. Great job, highly recommended.

I had an interesting project that I needed an electrician's expertise on.  I'm making my garage into a home gym and since it's detached, I would need more heating for the winter.  I wanted to place additional electric space heaters out there - but I didn't have sufficient wiring out there to support it.  Vilano Electric was able to walk me through all of my options and troubleshoot what he would be able to accomplish with me.  He adequately explained everything he was going to do and ensured I understood the work prior to starting.  He gave me an accurate estimate that I thought was fair and he was then able to finish the job in one day. He was also highly cautious about always wearing a mask.  I would highly recommend this company...and as a new homeowner, I will be going back to them with future projects.

We had an issue with all our outside lights at our building, we reached out to Todd from hardt and he came same day. He was extremely professional and gave us great feedback and discussed what the problem was. He fixed that issue and we are going to get a quote for them to add some additional lighting in our back parking lot. really great service.

Ed and his team are simply amazing. I've used him at least three times and feel badly for not writing a review sooner. This last job was a big one. He and his people were always on time, super thorough, incredibly knowledgeable, very conscientious and more than fair/competitive on rates. Small jobs to wiring a brand new commercial building - do yourself a favor and call Ed. Guys/companies like him are hard to find. Besides, he as a personality and is a pleasure to work with.

AM&L did a great job on the electric wiring during my kitchen and bathroom renovations. They are a nice family owned company and clearly take pride in their work. Definitely would recommend them.

As I type this review, a crew from Alternating Currents is in the middle of a big job on my 1947-built brick ranch with plaster walls. They're updating our panel from 100 amp service to 200 (w/power surge protection), adding a dozen or so much-needed outlets throughout the house, putting ceiling lights in our living room, installing a new fancy exhaust fan with heater in a chilly basement bathroom, and creating the necessary additional circuits to distribute the power accordingly. Today is Day Three of this endeavor. The crew is taking great care to keep the cuts and dust to a minimum, but it's a messy project. The crew leaders have been listening and responding to our needs, advising us every step of the way. They're notifying us and getting approval before making any cuts into the walls and ceilings. While we've taken steps to move many belongings out to the garage, they are deftly working around our stuff. And they've been very patient with our overly-curious and somewhat protective mutt. Since the job is still in progress, I'll follow up with additional info. at later date.
