In life, one has many worries.  Its important to work with companies that lift a burden off. As a young, tech savvy professional, these guys not only met my expectations, but easily surpassed them.   Alltown Electric has always had and will always have my business both residentially and commercially.  They installed several RING door bell cameras and floodlights throughout the house, along with automatic timers for all our lights.  Noel, the business owner, is one of a kind.  His personality and demeanor shine through.  I am certain that his care is not only for his business, but his employees as well.  It is a well run professional business with proper leadership.  These guys are doing things right!

Mike V immediately responded to our inquiry; provided a reasonable quote for the amount of things we needed done in our older home; did an excellent job; and we are extremely pleased with everything he did.  He was professional, honest, very hard working, friendly, easy to communicate with, and we will not hesitate to call Mike V back for all future needs whether small or big.  Thank you, Mike V!

We wanted the job done professionally and done right the FIRST time, so we hired Peter's company. My husband had used his services before in his old co-op building, and knew we could count on him. His men came over and very efficiently in one afternoon fixed a variety of problems in our rehabbed condo, such as installing new outlets and updating the closet lights up to code. We were not disappointed!

These guys are awesome.  You can get an appointment quick, they know what they are doing and they like to clean up after themselves.  I've had them out twice -- to install some lights and a ring. (Anything electrical scares me so I don't touch.) This is now my go to place for anything electrical.

Jim is a true professional and is the best electrician I worked with.  When needed to install some security light for our condo project his crew showed on time, took care of the problem and when realized that they didn't have the right parts to finish the job offered to come back at no additional cost.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Kent and his assistants, Alex and Aldo. We purchased an old bungalow and knew we'd need to have a few things fixed up, so we called Kent based on Yelp reviews. He was prompt in scheduling with us and thorough in trying to envision and estimate the price for the work ahead of time.

As soon as he got here, he noticed some serious issues that had been missed in our inspection. Over the course of 3.5 days, the three guys took care not only of our initial concerns, but also rewired the entire house and fixed several other things that were previously unsafe.

This is a family-owned business--all the more reason to support!--and they take incredible pride in their work. Kent was reasonably-priced, honest, and straightforward. Not to mention, he was able to rework his schedule to fit in many additional hours of work beyond what was initially planned.

Hoping we don't have to do any more electrical work in the future, but if we do, I know who we'll call. Highly recommend, hands-down!

Prompt response to my plea for assistance with a circuit breaker that prevented my thermostat from functioning. No thermostat, no A/C, no fun.

Quick service and installation of a tricky light fixture! Took two hours for a new chandelier, but that was with needing to do a little re-wiring. Professional and easy to work with!

I had an electrician from Bartlett, IL, but he was always too busy to come out. I tried LMV because of reviews here, and their proximity. This was one of my best decisions. The electrician they sent was very skilled, and did a good job at a very reasonable price. He even put down a tarp to protect my counter top, and cleaned up after the job. Good company. You can even text them pictures of the job and get quote in return. Highly recommended.

Gino came out to take a look at a long exterior run of low voltage cable that I needed replaced in order to get my busted AC working. He told me it would be better if I contacted a company with HVAC licensing as he would be able to do the run but not actually hook up the condenser afterwards. He referred me a company that could do the full job and will hopefully be interested in taking it on. (I've been through 3 contractors already now trying to get this central AC unit fixed!)

This is a great company to work with.  The technician was, friendly, informative and did a tremendous job.  Not only did he complete the project but managed to point out a situation which may have caused major damage in the future.  He explained options to me and we discussed which would be the best.    I would easily refer Hardt to anyone and will definitely use again.

Mo was so helpful in fixing my convoluted outdoor hose issues. He had extra parts in his van as well and explained each issue in detail. He also fixed our gate when he noticed something off. Would hire again!

I would not trust or recommend any other company than RED Electric. I was so lucky they were referred to me. Ed and his team are truly fantastic, professional and provided super high quality work. I had my entire house (1939 Georgian) rewired and upgraded to a 200 amp panel, plus they removed a ton of old low-voltage wires. It was about 3 weeks worth of work total and lots of holes in the walls but totally worth it  to have a safe, newly wired home. Emilio was the main technician at my house. He was so nice and friendly and professional. Not only did he do great work, he helped me practice my spanish and my skills improved dramatically while he was here. Even the inspector who came over knew of Ed and his team and said he has one of the best electric companies out there and is highly respected.  So do yourself a favor, just go with Ed and his team, don't bother with anyone else.

I needed a ceiling fan installed after a failed attempt to do so on my own. Contacted AM&L in the morning and they were able to come the same day for install. They were quick, professional and I was very impressed with their knowledge too. I'll be using them for future electrical needs

Top notch business with buttoned up employees! Unfortunately we have many electrical issues at our home and we stick with Alternating Currents. Today James diagnosed the issue we had with a dedicated microwave outlet , explained everything throughly and corrected the issue. He then triple checked the wiring in the junction box and aligning areas. He was a pleasure to have in our home too!
