I was recommended to Duplex for my home electrical needs by a long-time friend who is an industrial electrician as the company my friend uses for his home needs. Greg and Steve at Duplex where terrific and fixed my complicated electrical issues in my old home.  I was impressed with their practical approach, as they explained what was needed for life safety and what was an optional fix if I wanted to save money.  They truly understand their craft and put customers first.  They are also extremely reliable with scheduling, which can be rare in the repair and maintenance industry. I highly recommend Duplex.

OneStop Pro is the real deal. Heavy professionalism, high ethics, pro experience (puns are fun), solid communication, genuine care for customers, great responsiveness, and fair pricing! A very rare combination. I have had 5 plumbers in my house last year, I have spent thousands (near 10k) over the last 3 years battling some plumbing issues. Some were quick to clean things out but not challenge the issue causing the failure, others blatantly not understanding old plumbing practices. I got to fully understand the issue within 15 minutes of Mike asking questions, taking the time to understand the issue, then he got to work. He didn't make empty promises but instead warned of the exposure, in the end he pulled off an amazing job to tackle an issue that may have been around for decades! (I have only lived here 3 years) I feel at peace having seen the quality work he performed to restore plumbing failures under my foundation. Did I mention they have some really amazing technology? I saw the problem via camera in my pipes, walked through the issue, the risk and then released the pros. I couldn't be more happy given the circumstances. Sure I wish I didn't have to pay the bill, but I can tell you no one has ever won me on pricing in service work like this company. I happily paid the piper for the work and more so for the solution!

I am very careful about giving 5 star reviews, but truly this experience with Mike at OneStop Pros has me scratching my head... I am happy with the turn of events after spending 7k to fix a major plumbing issue in my home! Great work to him and all his guys! Bravo.

I had an excellent experience with Next Level Electrical from beginning to end.  For a while I had been putting off getting a new bedroom ceiling fan and bathroom electrical outlet installed.  Finally I made a call to get it done.  Dave responded to my message quickly, charged me a price that felt very fair to me, and was extremely personable and professional while in our home.  I chose Dave because of all the positive Yelp reviews and now I see they were well deserved.

I was very pleased with Randel Electric. Randel Electric did work for me over a holiday weekend. They showed up on time, fixed all my issues knowledgeably and quickly, and were very fairly priced.  It is hard to find dependable service professionals nowadays, but Randel was top-notch. I highly recommend.

Homer was very professional. He answered my call immediately and was out the same day to look at our issue. He diagnosed an overloaded circuit but when he and the crew came out to fix it he discovered we had lost partial power and thus we also had a ComEd issue. He was kind enough to understand we wanted to get that resolved first before fixing the circuit. He even called ComEd for us to schedule the fix. I will be calling him again for any electrical issue!

My condo building is in the middle of a structural assessment and we have engaged HandiCo's drywallers (at least 4 of them) to cut holes in the drywall both in owner's homes and in building common areas.  The project is a pain and a mess but HandiCo's team has been fantastic to work with. They have been very professional, kept the mess to a minimum (as minimum as it can be with holes in your ceiling) and have been absolutely meticulous about clean-up. They work efficiently, communicate well about scheduling and work progress and I would confidently recommend them.  Thanks especially to Mike, the master scheduler, who has worked with our many unique needs and complicated schedules.

Just had Bob of A-Z Electric perform a bunch of work at our single family house and we are delighted with the results!

We needed a couple of ceiling fans installed, an exterior receptacle, properly wiring of our ring camera, and behind the wall work for our television.

Bob was prompt, professional, and kept me aware of parts of the job that might not turn out how I visualized. He wore a mask and boot covers while working in the house.

Called for a big job, replacing kitchen and bathroom wiring. He was late to the quote and no-call, no-show for the actual work. I called him to ask how far away he was and he said he forgot about it and can he come the next day instead.

Came out the same day as contacted. Very courteous and friendly. The first tech didn't have equipment sufficient for the job. They were very quick to make a follow up appointment the next day to get the situation handled. Would recommend.
