Fast, on time, honest service.  We asked for a pre home inspection of our electrical panel, expecting news that we'd need to a good amount of cleaning up (it's from the 1970's) but Ted took his time to thoroughly examine, and confidently determined it's in great order, safe, etc.  He said it was up to code and there was no reason to do anything to it.  What a huge relief.  He is putting it on letterhead for us, for a future home inspection for peace of mind.  Very minimal charge for his service.  I am highly recommending Kinetic Energy (and Ted!) - they were honest, amazing!!

Cliff is great and understands how to install a Tesla charger. He is prompt and was able to give me a quick response and estimate. If you are in the market to upgrade your charging in your garage, go with Safe Home!

I have reviewed Hillman before and nothing has changed, They just do great work and better than what you would expect. They are not the cheapest but they do quality work and I would highly recommend them

I am an out of state landlord and had a very crabby tenant with a water leak and washer issue in Bolingbrook and two competitors wouldn't even take my call because I was out of state.

I called J&J Repair and spoke to John who assured me that he could help.  He was friendly, professional and bent over backwards to move his schedule around to accommodate my tenant.  He told me he'd call me if the repair exceeded the cost of buying a new washer which I appreciated.  Turns out he was able to fix everything same day for a very reasonable price.  On our original call I had asked him to please email me a copy of the invoice which he promptly sent the following day.  A+ transaction all the way around.

Keith does great work at very competitive prices. We own a vintage condo and every project is a sort of archaeological expedition. He is able to tackle any problem or challenge skillfully and we're very pleased with all three projects he has completed for us. Everything looks great and we recommend him any chance we get.

We had a very strange power outage where only half the house lost power. Even though it was 10 pm he called us back and came the next morning. I think I'm going to make Frank my new best friend. He reminded me of why customer service is important because that's his main concern. I've already sent his card to two people and if anyone needs a trustworthy electrician who cares about his customers then frank is the guy to call.  

And it turned out that it was outside the house and it's something that ComEd needs to fix. We almost went with the ad on Google but I chose Frank because he was local and I am so glad I did.

Joe is a fine handyman and did a fine job. However, he charges an insanely high rate. I feel like you can get the same work done for MUCH less of a price. Not to mention the clock did not stop running when he had to go back and forth to his truck from my 34th floor apartment for things he forgot. If you don't mind spending 200+ bucks for a simple fix, then Joe is your guy.

Great job & in a timely manner.  Very nice guys.

Found Good Guys Electric through quote finder in Yelp. Jaime responded quickly with an estimate AND a time available (next day) to perform electrical work in my home. He and his help showed up the next day as promised, on time, and quickly/efficiently troubleshooted our problem, fixed the issue, and installed a new device for another job. Price as quoted. Couldn't ask for a better electrician, & we'll definitely be using his services again.

James was very professional. Helped me with installing a new 4 prong outlet. Even went out of his way to help me move my appliances.

Terrible service, felt scammed the entire time. Tried to up charge me by hundreds of dollars. Took advantage of me not knowing electrical issues. Tried to charge me $650 for what second electrician I called told me was $120 worth of repairs. Beyond frustrating company to work with.

They probably nice people having a bad day, but I called just to get some info and got hung up on twice. The first time I was hung up on soon as I finished my question. Then I thought the phone might have just messed up, no biggie. I call back get immediately put on hold and 90 seconds in it picks up and I get hung up on again. Not trying to be a bother, just was interested in your services and prices.
