We bought a new dryer that was causing an electrical fuse to blow whenever we used it. I called PB Electrical Services and they came right away, diagnosed the issue as needing a new circuit breaker, and fixed it same day. Great service and I'll definitely use them for future electrical needs!

Twice now I've relied upon All Power Electric to help me in a pinch.

First, I had an outlet that started to smoke. I thought I could take care of it myself but just managed to make it worse. Tony Juarez showed up to fix my mess in a couple short hours.

Then I decided to install a ring floodlight. This time I called Tony first and he got it done in 30 min. He also gave me some good advice to make sure I kept the integrity of the product in place.

Would definitely recommend this company.

I'm very lucky to live close to Excel, as I'm very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work.  Rates are reasonable, particularly given their guarantee (10yr on work, 5yr on materials).  Response time was 90 minutes to return initial message, 1 HR for technician to arrive, and the issue was troubleshot and resolved onsite within an hour.  Thank you Israel (electrician) and Omar (manager)!

I needed a electrician to install power outlets for my newly plumbed laundry hookup in my loft.  I happened to stumble upon Montoya Electric Co. in Yelp.  Uriel and his father showed up on time as scheduled and did amazing work. Conduit runs were neat and straight and they didn't butcher my walls with unnecessary holes.  They also cleaned up after they were finished.  I will definitely use Montoya Electric Co. in the future and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for great electricians.

Dion did a fantastic job installing two ceiling fans at my house! He had to enter the attic and cut some holes, but he did it all with a minimum of mess and disruption. His price was very fair and quoted in advance, and the whole job was done quickly. He also gave some great advice and helped me make sure the solutions worked for my family. I will definitely use his services again next time I need an electrician, and I highly recommend him.

Perlongo Electric is exactly what his voicemail claims, your friendly neighborhood electrician. Frank is extremely friendly and upfront with the estimate. He installed 3 ceiling fans and four can lights in my house, and he finished right on time for exactly whet he bid the job for. He actually changed all my old two prong outlets into grounded prong outlets for no additional cost. He was very knowledgable and hard working. It must have been 100 degrees in my attic where he had to run wire for the lights, but he still finished on time. I have called him several time with questions about electrical work and if he can explain a fix for me to do he would, otherwise come and take a look. I was extremely happy with the work Frank did and I would highly recommend him to any friends or family of mine. You will not be disappointed.

John came by within 90 minutes to assess our power outage. He was quickly able to determine that ComEd's meter labeling was incorrect and the situation was on their end. While he didn't get his hands dirty this time, we'll definitely be giving him a call again to work on installing new fixtures and troubleshooting some gremlins that have surfaced.

I have had consistently good service with Service Max and Malek Heating and Cooling before that. I like being on the scheduled maintenance program, because it's one less thing I have to remember to do. The service men come out when they say they will. Never had a hard time getting an appointment.

So glad we found Vlad to do our electrical work! Needed an outlet with dedicated circuit in a tough spot to serve a new sump pump. Vlad was so patient and managed to wire it without breaking up our newly drywalled basement. He also fixed a messed up tracklight fixture and installed a new switch. I thought his pricing was very fair and we will certainly call him again. Highly recommend!

My new home was in need of a ton of new lighting and electrical work. When Jonathan came out to give his estimate, I knew he was the right guy for the job for many reasons. He was communicative, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I had a pretty clear vision for what I wanted, so he listened and made sure he understood every detail to get the project done right. There were also a few areas where I was uncertain and he provided me with some really awesome options that ended turning out even better than I could have imagined. Jonathan is a real pro and he will definitely be my go-to for any electrical needs.

Our Generac whole house generator failed to come on during a multi-hour power outage on a Sunday morning. The Generac support line recommended AL Electric as the closest dealer. Andrey picked up the phone after two rings, came out within an hour, and had our generator running within 2 minutes. (The generator had an error code that required dealer service.) His charge for an emergency visit on a Sunday morning was very reasonable and he will be coming back later in the week to do full maintenance on the unit. As the Generac support person said, you need to have a dealer do maintenance on it yearly so AL Electric will be our regular service. Andrey is also very friendly and knowledgeable.

ABS was recommended by a residential lighting retailer.  I emailed them on a Saturday, and got a response the next day!  We scheduled an appointment for an estimate, then received a quote a few days later.  The ABS team came out promptly at the agreed upon time, and were extremely professional.  They installed a medium-sized chandelier in a vaulted foyer in about an hour.   Highly recommended!!  Bryan Rice and the ABS team will not disappoint.

Gave a very reasonable quote to add several new outlets, reroute some unsightly cable wires, repair a spliced alarm wire, and install a new chandelier.

Came quick got the job done with a little notice, while other electricians were pretty busy. He doesn't accept credit cards but he drove to my house to pick up the check. I thought that was going above and beyond, and contacting me before doing any unsolicited work.

Our experience has been horrible.

It started off well and the Electricians are nice people however, management makes them come on their times only and not the time agreed or stated.  Several weeks would go by because they had bigger projects to work on and they told us they were busy and wouldn't even get something on the calendar for us....?

We finally got something on the calendar to finish off our work....the job finally got completed....We had work done to our home to update our electricity to a new breaker box.

A few weeks later we switched a couple switches to off and they wouldn't turn back on....one of these switches controlled our Thermostat in the middle of 28 degree weather....our home is an ice box....  I called early in the morning and the answer I got was we don't know when we can get someone out....we'll try ASAP once their current jobs are completed.  No expected lead time....nothing.....

The service is absolutely nuts...

So happy we found Shock Tech 2. Jamie (the owner) recently installed Tesla EV charger in our garage that required running about 60ft of conduit from the basement to garage. Jamie did a fantastic job! Very impressed! I appreciated his consistent communication throughout the entire process and was very happy that my work was able to be completed within days after receiving the quote. The pricing was also competitive comparing to another quote I got. Will definitely use them again for future electrical work (I'm already planning to hire him to tackle some smaller projects I have). Highly recommend.
