We bought a new dryer that was causing an electrical fuse to blow whenever we used it. I called PB Electrical Services and they came right away, diagnosed the issue as needing a new circuit breaker, and fixed it same day. Great service and I'll definitely use them for future electrical needs!

Pablo, Tony, Grace and the whole team were amazing. They immediately came to bid the work and started the project a few days later. Running electricity to the second unit through the back porch down from a hot attic in 90 degree plus weather, all with zero complaints. I'm renovating a two-unit property and will definitely use again for the lower unit when the tenants leave. Highly recommend.

I'm very lucky to live close to Excel, as I'm very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work.  Rates are reasonable, particularly given their guarantee (10yr on work, 5yr on materials).  Response time was 90 minutes to return initial message, 1 HR for technician to arrive, and the issue was troubleshot and resolved onsite within an hour.  Thank you Israel (electrician) and Omar (manager)!

I recently bought a new home and needed to re-wire some of the work done by the last owner as well as install some outdoor lighting. They were informative, professional, and fairly priced. They gave me a complimentary inspection in light of the issues they noticed. It worked out in the end and I'm very satisfied.

FANTASTIC QUALITY AND SERVICE!  It was the first time we have used John and we selected him based on online reviews, his availability (able to come in the evening) and was easy to communicate with.  We would definitely recommend him to others and will call him again. We had him install a ceiling fan and he was informative, by telling me an honest opinion of the fan I had purchased and why he would not recommend the integrated LED light.  He allowed me to quickly purchase a different fan after laying out the pros/cons of the one I had bought.  He also had all the tools and supplies for the job including a new switch and some new wire.  I also enjoyed spending the evening with him and learning a little about electrical wiring and ceiling fan installation.   Thank You John!

I needed a new plumber after the one I had been using retired. Very glad I went with ServiceMax.

The water shut-off valve for my toilet needed to be replaced because the original part started to leak. I contacted ServiceMax via Yelp and, within minutes, they replied. After a few messages we scheduled a day & time.

The plumber arrived on time - and within a very specific period I needed (our building was doing a building-wide water shut-off during a specific time, which presented the opportunity to get the work done without a water shut-off fee).  As well, he couldn't have been more professional and expeditious. The work was completed within about 45 minutes.  I attached a picture of the new shut-off valve - very clean and solid work.

After the work was completed, an auto-generated bill was sent via email with a link. The payment portal was totally hassle-free (I was worried it was going to be a complex web form.  It was not).  After entering the requested data, a receipt instantly appeared for printing. As well, a receipt was instantly sent via email for saving (which I did). The price was extremely reasonable - and, honestly, about half of what I anticipated paying.  Plumbing work can be costly.

I would recommend this company with 100% confidence. Should the need arise, I will not hesitate to use their services again.

This is the MOST REASONABLE CONTRACTOR I have ever worked with. The Father and Son Combination was excellent and their interaction during the work period made me feel that they were doing the job as though they are building their family home. They took the time to explain their work to me and rhey answered my questions truthfully.

We hired a service from Angi's List to have a wall knocked down in our home.    Sooo we had to have some electricity rerouted. The electrician, they brought with them, completely bailed on us and left us with wires hanging and outlets exposed. With two boys and two dogs we had to find an electrician reliable and fast. We gave Johnny a call and he really came through for us. He  was friendly, reasonable, and just an over all a really cool guy. The electrical  work was neat and thorough. We will be using his services for our basemanent and any other future projects.

Our Generac whole house generator failed to come on during a multi-hour power outage on a Sunday morning. The Generac support line recommended AL Electric as the closest dealer. Andrey picked up the phone after two rings, came out within an hour, and had our generator running within 2 minutes. (The generator had an error code that required dealer service.) His charge for an emergency visit on a Sunday morning was very reasonable and he will be coming back later in the week to do full maintenance on the unit. As the Generac support person said, you need to have a dealer do maintenance on it yearly so AL Electric will be our regular service. Andrey is also very friendly and knowledgeable.

ABS was recommended by a residential lighting retailer.  I emailed them on a Saturday, and got a response the next day!  We scheduled an appointment for an estimate, then received a quote a few days later.  The ABS team came out promptly at the agreed upon time, and were extremely professional.  They installed a medium-sized chandelier in a vaulted foyer in about an hour.   Highly recommended!!  Bryan Rice and the ABS team will not disappoint.

Five years ago open my first business and Tom came highly recommended. It was for a new build out medical and we were on a limited budget. Tom came in gave us a quote right quote and a few recommendations and it worked out better than expected. A few years later we needed a new light for the office and he put it in on schedule and below budget.

Flash 4 to 5 years later and I'm opening a new business. Another medical off office but with a different layout in a different look. I consulted Tom from the beginning to determine what's the most efficient way we can be green and modern what having a medical book. He again gave me some recommendations and even took me to an another business that had device that I was looking for that he recommend it and it was exactly what I wanted. All my patients talk about how cool it is at all my lights are like censored, LED, dimmable, and soft.  I'm happy to say that I've been open for a year now and I'm calling Tom again to add a couple more outlets, that he recommended from the beginning and I didn't take his advice, and again he gave me some better advice and we have booked the next job.

Sal is what you hope to get when cold calling someone who haven't used before.  I left a message after hours with 4 electricians.  Sal called me back within 10 minutes.  2 of the other guys rated highly on Yelp didn't even bother to call me back.  The other electrician that did call me back was booked up for 3 weeks.  Go with Sal - he's great!  Responsive, flexible, easy to work with and knowledgeable!  His rating here on Yelp says it all!!!!!  I will use him again.

Steve came to our condominium to install an outlet in the laundry room and a pair of ceiling fixtures in the dining room. Steve worked diligently first installing the outlet. Steve ran wire through a narrow wall placing the outlet in a better place than I imagined was possible. Then working overhead he drilled into our hard concrete ceiling. He measured and exactly placed two pendent lights.  This install was done correctly and no touch up painting was required. Thank you to everyone at Corrigan & Freres. We appreciate Steve's attention to detail.

Jaime got us in same-day for an issue with our 220v outlet in our laundry room. It took him all of 10 minutes to diagnose the issue and another 30 to fix it.

We will definitely be using Jaime with Shock Tech 2 for all of our electrical needs!
