We bought a new dryer that was causing an electrical fuse to blow whenever we used it. I called PB Electrical Services and they came right away, diagnosed the issue as needing a new circuit breaker, and fixed it same day. Great service and I'll definitely use them for future electrical needs!

Tony was great. He got my message at noon on Saturday after thanksgiving and by 3:00 we were done with all repairs complete. Highly recommended.

Prompt, professional and courteous! Both guys wore booties and face masks. Replaced (3) kitchen ceiling light fixtures, (2) flush mount and (1) hanging fixture. Completed the work in 1 hour. Very fair pricing! Would definitely use Excel for future electrical services. Thank you!

Exceptional family-owned business. Uriel and his father do a great job. Professional and efficient. We needed our wiring evaluated in a section of our industrial facility. What we thought would be a complicated job was evaluated, repaired, and replacement parts installed in under an hour. Reasonable rates too. Highly recommend. Montoya is now our go-to electrician service.

I Called Dion and he was at my property within an hour to look over the job. He had all the rewire done by the next day completed. Very awesome! Now I have the proper power connections I need for my garage. Will keep his number for sure. Thanks so much for the fast and great service. A++. -Ty

Perlongo Electric is exactly what his voicemail claims, your friendly neighborhood electrician. Frank is extremely friendly and upfront with the estimate. He installed 3 ceiling fans and four can lights in my house, and he finished right on time for exactly whet he bid the job for. He actually changed all my old two prong outlets into grounded prong outlets for no additional cost. He was very knowledgable and hard working. It must have been 100 degrees in my attic where he had to run wire for the lights, but he still finished on time. I have called him several time with questions about electrical work and if he can explain a fix for me to do he would, otherwise come and take a look. I was extremely happy with the work Frank did and I would highly recommend him to any friends or family of mine. You will not be disappointed.

I called John today as I was having issues with the electrical in a few of the rooms at home and he was extremely helpful. I was ready to have him come out but he walked me through a few different troubleshooting options. I am very appreciative of John taking 20 minutes from his day as opposed to coming out and charging for a simple job. I did ask about his rates which are very reasonable so I will definitely be calling him for any future electrical work and would recommend him in a heartbeat. Much appreciated John!

I had them remove the old water heater, AC unit and furnace and move some piping around and they did a terrific job! They maximized the spaced in my basement and the unit is running great and haven't had a problem. Been over 8 months now and not a single issue. Units run great and their customer service is top notch! All their employees were professional and would recommend them to any of my friends and family! Great guys! A+ Reliable, honest and trustworthy.

Use them on number of occasions and not only are they honest and trustworthy but no one can beat the rates and trust me I know prices around here as I use different electricians and can say enough about them. Would strongly recommend to anyone who is in need.

I absolutely love Johny! I recently purchased my first home and I reached out to this company after another company was 5 hours late to my consultation. Volts & Watts is now my one and only option. Not only was I given a same day consultation (and on time) Johny was able to install the vision I was looking for in little to no time at a better rate than what I was originally going to pay. My lights are perfect and give my home such a beautiful modern new look.

Our Generac whole house generator failed to come on during a multi-hour power outage on a Sunday morning. The Generac support line recommended AL Electric as the closest dealer. Andrey picked up the phone after two rings, came out within an hour, and had our generator running within 2 minutes. (The generator had an error code that required dealer service.) His charge for an emergency visit on a Sunday morning was very reasonable and he will be coming back later in the week to do full maintenance on the unit. As the Generac support person said, you need to have a dealer do maintenance on it yearly so AL Electric will be our regular service. Andrey is also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Our Condo building uses ABS Electric for our common area electrical repairs and equipment replacement. Have not had a job they could not do.
My wife and I had used them in the past in our condo unit for a chandelier move and adding a couple of dimmer switches. All went well.
Today we used them to add two ceiling can lights with dimmer switches and rough out a wall in our bedroom so we could add an electric fireplace. More work then I imagined but they tackled the job of moving conduit pipes that where there, adding a junction box and another two outlets. Brian and Jason were on time, worked hard, did a couple of great installations and left the area neat and clean.I thought the price was fair. I feel comfortable recommending ABS Electric to my condo neighbors.

I highly recommend In Town Electric for quality professional work at a reasonable cost. I recently wanted to upgrade my 2 service panels and other various outlets and fixtures. All the work was done professionally on schedule and on budget. The final invoice matched the quote so there are no $ surprises at the end. This is my second time using In Town and I will definitely use them again if the need arises. They are very responsible and reliable.

Very unprofessional and questionable business practices. Overpriced cash grab for 2 minutes of work and less than 10 minutes total between pulling into my driveway and leaving, taking advantage of someone selling a home.
PES was asked to come essentially remove one screw and charged $175. Robert left our home without providing a receipt and then five days later, reached back out saying he realized that more work was needed which would be an additional $775. This was a simple job within a town he is supposedly familiar with that he was happy to do, collect payment on, and leave. Either he was incompetent enough to not realize what needed to be done when he was standing in front of a sub panel or he was looking to further try and take advantage of us. Regardless of which is accurate, I would never have them back in my home working on anything.
Unfortunately, their lack of professionalism does not end there but instead extends to a receipt ultimately being produced that states something to the effect of my work doesn't satisfy the inspection report. This man was never shown an inspection report or any other documentation for that matter. He also proceeded to reply to another negative review posted by my wife in which he fabricated a quote to paint her in a negative light.
I have absolutely no respect for anyone who runs a business this way and even if I could give a zero star review, it would be too generous.

Oooooh my goodness!!! This company is ah-mazing!!! I currently live in seattle, WA and was in need of a last minute electrician for my property in chicago. And let me tell you, Sal was beyond amazing. I told him my problem and Sal gave me some trouble shooting advice, which then I told my dad who was on my property to try out. After my dad was unable to fix the problem, Sal made no hesitations to go over there.
For me, when I think about finding any sorts of handyman, I always think that they're going to rip me off somehow or someway. But after talking to Sal and him providing me advice on how to fix the problem gave reassurance that he wasn't trying to rip me off. Even after my dad couldn't fix the problem, Sal told me up front what he was going to charge me and to anticipate what parts he would have to buy as well. Communication was excellent which was also a key point for me since I was unable to be on the property!

They were at my home on 2 occasions in Rogers Park. The work was excellent and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks from Norm.

Called Jamie in the morning to come out to fix a GFCI receptacle. He made a special trip at the end of his day to get it done. He was very accommodating, courteous and professional. The job was done well and he was very clean and tidy. And he charged a very reasonable rate.
I would highly recommend Jamie and Shock Tech 2 for electric repairs. In fact, they are now our go to electrician.

Don is a bit slow on the draw, and forgets to follow-up at times. He is climbing up in his years, and I think should be about ready to retire, but despite his occasional forgettfulness, he is a great guy, down-to-earth, and knows his electrical buisness. He is fair and guarantees his work. I highly recommend Don Carmen Electric

Called this guy out of a recommendation, had horrible experience talking to him, very rude and disrespectful! Stay away !!
