I contacted Adam Hadib with A1-Services.  He answered his phone, no voicemail. He asked for photos of the work we needed done, then he sent me back his reasonable quote.

He was able to come out the next day to install our shower door. (He was booked up all week after Sunday).

He did a wonderful job! He was very personable; kind;considerate, & honest.

We will definitely call him again if needed.

Tim was awesome. He came and installed my smart switches. Very professional. And answered all my questions. I will definitely be reaching out to Tim in the near future for all my Electrical projects.

Mark came out and did a great job. On the last fixture, we identified a wiring fault and he had to schedule a follow-up. He called the office and - within minutes - the office called me to schedule the additional work.

Anyone who has had to add on extra days to a job knows how complicated that can sometimes get with billing. To be asked shows me that JD is concerned with having a positive outcome. Highly recommended.

I called him on a Friday night. He came on Saturday morning. My bathtub was stopped up. Great Job. Only thing was he didn't really use his credit card machine, so have cash or a check handy. Otherwise, I will call him again.

So first of all I want to start off by saying after contacting several electricians, Damian was able to come out within a week while others had at least a month wait time.

Damian and Paul came out to my new home to put my dishwasher on a separate circuit. Well while they were here, my washer and dryer was getting delivered and it was recommended to have them on their own circuit too. Damian and Paul did that with no questions asked and got my dishwasher on a separate circuit. They also separated my kitchen outlets for me as to not be on one circuit as well.

In short, I was impressed with their promptness, professionalism, willingness to work with the appliance delivery company, honesty, and most importantly their reasonable prices! I've got them on speed dial for all of my electrical needs.

Phil is a gem! We had scheduled with a different electrician, but somehow, wires got crossed. We are moving into a townhome that looks like it has some iffy electrical issues. When it looked like the original electricians were unable to come out to look at the issue in a timely fashion, I called VIP Electrical Services. I had little hope that we could schedule when I originally wanted because it was just 3 days away and he let me know he was really busy. But he scheduled me for first thing in the morning on the day that we needed!! Can't tell you how much I value a company going out of their way to accommodate a customer, especially when the mix up had nothing to do with them. I will give VIP my business any day of the week. Jamie is a very nice guy. And he does things professionally and properly.

He helped me to install a TESLA wall charger. His price is very competitive.

I got different quotes from several electricians. Some of the low bidders either failed to show up or didn't want to get the permit from the village.  Jamie helped me to obtain the permit and put up the charger the same day - safe and clean. I'm very happy about this job.

I had the good fortune of having Economy Heating install a furnace / air conditioner back in 2010.  First of all, the product has worked outstanding.   During a recent problem, it was necessary to rule out a cracked heat exchanger due the fear of carbon monoxide.........the response by the Economy crew was amazing!!!  Dave Rivera (owner) and his technician Steve were nothing short of outstanding!!!  The problem was actually the fault of a dirty filter......so it was a totally positive experience!!!!

My home had an electrical fire in the fuse panel overnight. Fathers Electric came out at 1:30 am and repaired the issue. We're very thankful that we were able to get the furnace going on such a cold night and have the fire issue fixed. The bill was very reasonable considering.

I cannot recommend Kohring Electric enough!  I have had some less than favorable experiences with several other electricians I contacted for my job (installing multiple new light fixtures and repairing an existing one), particularly when it came to reliability.  I contacted Kohring earlier this week and actually spoke to Mike on the first try.  I had some time constraints and he met them.  Moreover, he called when he said he would and he showed up prepared when he said he would which went a long way with me.  As far as his work - efficient, effective, tidy, high quality, professional, fully equipped, reasonably priced and, last but not least, very pleasant - everything and more that you could want from an electrician or any professional working in your home.  I would never use anyone but Kohring Electric going forward and will enthusiastically and confidently recommend him to family and friends.  He exceeded expectations and I am thrilled!  Thanks Mike and Kohring Electric!

Gabi was fantastic. I have a crazy work schedule and was looking for someone to do some electrical work on my house on very short notice. Called a few places and didn't like the vibe I got on the phone. Called Gabi and liked him immediately. Upfront, honest, and got to my house within 30 minutes of me calling him. He did excellent work and was super clean which I loved. Even wore booties in my house which I appreciate bc I have 2 little kids and one more on the way who are always playing on the floor. I even enjoyed conversation with him. Will definitely use again in the future. Do not hesitate to call him he is the guy you want working on your house.

Hugo Electric recently came and fixed an electrical problem we had with our garage.  It's a family business, fast, reliable, and we had a great experience with them.  We originally called Sears and they weren't any help.  Hugo Electric was able to set up an initial appointment very quickly and even offered to get the work done on the weekend as they knew we were anxious to get the problem fixed.  They explained everything really well, showed us what the problem was, and even did a few extra electrical things for us at a minimal cost.  They also did a good cleanup job so additional sweeping or cleaning was required.  They did have to cancel an appointment because of the rain (they had to dig underground) but Hugo called well in advance and explained they may have to cancel due to the weather.  Highly recommend and no issues with their work.  Responsive by phone which was appreciated and spoke to my husband to explain what the problem was as he was not at the initial appointment.

We Conduit Electric has done various types electric work for my friends and family ranging from full build out of a house, residential generator to commercial space.  I built a home and We Conduit Electric did all the electrical work.  They did an amazing job while providing great customer service.  Not only did they complete the work timely but also the work was quality and provided some additional electrical ideas (If I were to build my house, I'd do...). It was easy working with these guys and would recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Don helped me with an issue we were having with our plumbing. Our ejector wasn't working right and it was backing up repeatedly. We've had others come by to work on it, but Don was able to actually fix it. Couldn't be happier - fast and efficient.

I work in the Patten Building, located in the South Loop. Patten is an old, old, old Building. Jesus probably visited friends who resided in this building. The building's electrical system is old to match, and don't even get me started about the Air Conditioner. . .

Said antediluvian AC has been on-again-off-again since I began working in this building about a year ago. The culprit -  a huge, antiquated and worn beyond usable breaker.

The solution? Prime Electric Co. They arranged to come make a FREE estimate, order the part and have it installed, within 24 hours for only $350!! The next closest competitor was going to charge $200 just to look at the panel. And the next guy was trying to charge about $550 for it.

Prompt, honest and knowledgeable: That's Prime Electric.

Would not recommend this company.  An employee came out to assess an electrical problem and created a more complicated situation.  The owner has not responded to my concerns.  His employee cut wiring and removed this material from my property.  Was told by the owner this would be returned.  No further communication.  The fact that they worsened this situation demonstrates their lack of accountability as professionals.  Beware.
