I contacted Adam Hadib with A1-Services.  He answered his phone, no voicemail. He asked for photos of the work we needed done, then he sent me back his reasonable quote.

He was able to come out the next day to install our shower door. (He was booked up all week after Sunday).

He did a wonderful job! He was very personable; kind;considerate, & honest.

We will definitely call him again if needed.

Tim was awesome. He came and installed my smart switches. Very professional. And answered all my questions. I will definitely be reaching out to Tim in the near future for all my Electrical projects.

Mark came out and did a great job. On the last fixture, we identified a wiring fault and he had to schedule a follow-up. He called the office and - within minutes - the office called me to schedule the additional work.

Anyone who has had to add on extra days to a job knows how complicated that can sometimes get with billing. To be asked shows me that JD is concerned with having a positive outcome. Highly recommended.

I called him on a Friday night. He came on Saturday morning. My bathtub was stopped up. Great Job. Only thing was he didn't really use his credit card machine, so have cash or a check handy. Otherwise, I will call him again.

We used the wire my electrical for putting electrical boxes within our garage and re-wiring some heaters in an addition on our home. They were efficient, well priced in my opinion, and everything has been working great. I actually called them back after we had our new roof put on. For some reason our kitchen fuse was getting tripped and we just couldn't figure out why, it was so random. They did some investigating and noted that a new attic fan (on a sensor) was actually tripping the box. They got it all fixed and we've been happy ever since! I would definitely (and have already) recommended them to others.

Excellent service, quick to respond to my quote request and all questions, thank you Steve.  Phil came out right on time, attention to detail, explained the installation.  I really appreciated the attention to detail, We had a fan to install with 2 colors, Phil made sure to ask me which side we wanted, asked if we wanted the remote installed.  It's very rare to find such true skilled professionals as VIP Electrical.  Fair price.  A good electrician is worth their weight in gold.  Highly recommend!

Jamie is a very nice guy. And he does things professionally and properly.

He helped me to install a TESLA wall charger. His price is very competitive.

I got different quotes from several electricians. Some of the low bidders either failed to show up or didn't want to get the permit from the village.  Jamie helped me to obtain the permit and put up the charger the same day - safe and clean. I'm very happy about this job.

I had trouble last night with my furnace shutting down.  I called Dave at Economy and he sent out a Technician Steve first thing in the morning.  He found the problem, fixed the problem, checked several other components, cleaned up as he went along.  He was very efficient, courteous, and knowledgable.  After testing the unit, and checking incoming and outgoing temperatures, he asked if I had any other problems or questions.  What more could you ask ?
This work was still covered under the 10 year warranty I was given when I purchased this unit from Economy.  ( 9-1/2 years later )   The first problem ever.

The owner, Brian, came out quickly to address a funny smell coming from the breaker box. We had a remodel job done and it was not done correctly. Brian came over right away, knew exactly what was wrong and went above and beyond to make sure that the work was done correctly and up to code. Will recommend and use him in the future for all of my electrical needs. 5 star service and very knowledgeable.

Mike is a great guy, he showed up and solved my wiring problems in my kitchen and did a few odds and ends for me as well. He charged a fair price of $95 for my issues. I wish he had more availability but that's what happens when you've got great service.

Our outside electric box fueling our koi pond was on the fritz and wasn't working.  I reached out to White Electric and they emailed me back rather quickly with an estimate.  I hired them for a convenient time for all and they arrived in the morning.  They were completely knowledgeable and professional with all rules and regulations, which was very much appreciated.  They worked on the outlet and got it up and running while informing my husband what, exactly, needs to be done to it.  Their prices are reasonable and their services are unbeatable!  We will definitely call them again for future services.

As a broke college student, I really cannot afford the créme de la créme of apartments in this marvelous city of Chicago. So I settled for a decent one in Logan Square but the electricity was. . . let's just say it had a personality of its own. It varied from having exposed wirings, turning on and off when my roommate ran on the treadmill, having one super outlet with like 10 outlets in one room, sometimes working in the bathroom (on a good day), it was horrible.

In comes Hugo Electric to the rescue, thank God. They're a family-owned business, Poppa Bear and his two sons, literally. They also came punctually and saw the status of the apartment and were very observant and detailed about what would entail in this project of revamping the place. They were very easy going and down to earth people, trying to help you out, not rip you off like other companies I've experienced. They were contracted, alas, and lasted two days upgrading the electrical wiring for the whole apartment, installing new switches and outlets so two roommates can use their outlets at the same time! Imagine that. All that for about $900, including labor, material, and all that special stuff that includes ending your headaches and frustrations trying to plug in you straightener and curling iron at the same time. They were very clean and thorough, and really made an impression on my beloved haven of a home. I would definitely use them again and recommend so to my friends and family!

We Conduit Electric has done various types electric work for my friends and family ranging from full build out of a house, residential generator to commercial space.  I built a home and We Conduit Electric did all the electrical work.  They did an amazing job while providing great customer service.  Not only did they complete the work timely but also the work was quality and provided some additional electrical ideas (If I were to build my house, I'd do...). It was easy working with these guys and would recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Loved working with Don and his son! I had a broken dishwasher, and I thought I would have to spend almost $1k to replace it. But Don & son saved the day! They were fast, efficient, and price was very reasonable. I'd recommend them to anyone who is in need of repairs.

I work in the Patten Building, located in the South Loop. Patten is an old, old, old Building. Jesus probably visited friends who resided in this building. The building's electrical system is old to match, and don't even get me started about the Air Conditioner. . .

Said antediluvian AC has been on-again-off-again since I began working in this building about a year ago. The culprit -  a huge, antiquated and worn beyond usable breaker.

The solution? Prime Electric Co. They arranged to come make a FREE estimate, order the part and have it installed, within 24 hours for only $350!! The next closest competitor was going to charge $200 just to look at the panel. And the next guy was trying to charge about $550 for it.

Prompt, honest and knowledgeable: That's Prime Electric.

This is the first time I've ever posted a negative review of a business or owner. However this one was earned. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance but Evergreen Electric was a No Call No Show. I even called twice and spoke to a receptionist who promised to contact the owner and call me back with an update but never did. I can't believe how disrespectful they were with no regard for the time I sat home waiting. If you are experiencing a crisis or have to take time off work to wait for service I would advise that you don't use this company. Terrible terrible terrible!!!
