Completely reliable.  Replaced my gas water heater same day it died.  A miraculous company - they don't make many like this anymore.

Good service is hard to find these days, let alone great service. However, that's exactly what I received when I reached out to Lyons Plumbing.  The service was outstanding and my issue was resolved at a reasonable price.  I found Dan, the owner, to be very responsive.  And Mark, the tech, knew exactly how to fix the issue in my bathroom and was able to resolve it in about an hour.  I now know that I'll be using them for any plumbing issue I run into in the future.  I would highly recommend Lyons Plumbing to anyone that needs a reliable, trustworthy company to address any of their plumbing needs, without overcharging.

I am very pleased with the service.  James was very good at finding a slot for our work in his busy schedule.  He showed up at the arranged time and was very courteous, plus he did the work promptly.  Everything works as expected!  Will certainly use the services again.

I contacted Dan a little bit over a week ago.  We had some mold removed from our basement and it unearthed the main sewer line in the walls.  It looked awful and corroded.  I was able to get an estimate with Dan and discussed estimates with my wife and Dan came in around the same as them all however he had more experience and nothing trumps experience.  We had the piping removed today and also had a laundry sink removed and a new one installed with new cut off valves.   Hopefully we won't need any plumbing work done anytime soon but if we do, we will be calling Dan back.

Steve and his brother Ricky are life savers.  I never want to call Steve - who wants to call a plumber?  -- but when you do need him he responds, shows up more or less (and better than most contractors) when he says he will, does the job and does it well.  Steve's a blunt, straight shooter but he knows his stuff.

I've used other plumbing services. No one does as well as Steve & Ricky.  An example: I had a clog.  The plumber I called showed up without a snake, told me he'd have to come back with the machine and that it would cost $500+ just to walk in the door.  Steve came - for a second opinion - said the machine to snake out the pipe would cost a similar amount, but to let him try a low-tech solution first.  It worked.  Saved me hundreds of dollars.  That's the difference, the original plumber wanted to use the expensive machine, Steve just wanted to get the job done and out of my way.  

Another example, I recently had the line between my house and the main sewer break over the weekend.  Ricky, Steve's brother, came on Sunday.  They figured out the problem and made it so we could use our plumbing overnight. They showed up first thing the next day  next day, found the break in the pipe, replacing the pipe and reconstructed the areas they had to tear up to expose the break.  They basically did it all basically in one day (some clean-up reconstruction work was left over and promptly completed the next day).  As I said above, they were life savers... well, home savers at any rate.

Awesome service. Gave me a time frame he would be arriving and arrived on time, which was a time period of 30 mins, not those big 4-6 hour gaps some companies give. Had a slow leak in the shower, he diagnosed the problem and gave us options before he went any further. Price was very reasonable, glad I found him! Support this business!

I needed to have my lawn sprinkler system backflow preventer tested per dcwater.com/compliance. It requires a master plumber to have special training to perform the service and enter data into the DCWater.com system. Most local plumbers don't have the DCWater.com certification and those that do can be extremely expensive for this annual service. After many phones calls and emails, I found licensed master plumber, Daryl Lomax, dhlomaxplumbing86@gmail.…, 240-299-4224.  Daryl was extremely responsive and offered to perform the service at a very competitive price and complete the work within the time frame I needed. Daryl was very professional. He both emailed and called me to confirm the time and keep me updated. He arrived ahead of time. He performed the work and closed out the submission on the DCWater.com official website before leaving the job site. He waited to confirm that DCWater.com had accepted the data before leaving. I was very impressed with his responsiveness and professionalism. I will choose him again next year for this annual service. I highly recommend DH Lomax Plumbing Services.

OUTSTANDING!  For background, I live in a two level condo on the lower level.  For months I had a rancid smell coming through the ductwork.  After having the ducts cleaned and scoped, nothing was found.  

The Condo Association brought in Kiddco Plumbing and Terry (the manager) called in the troops:  Cory, Eli and Filly.   Cory announced they would not be leaving until the problem was resolved which greatly relieved my mind.  Within a short time they found the issue:  the drain pipe from upper unit broke at the elbow below the concrete, 20 inches into the dirt.  The pipe ran into the Living Room and scoping determined the drain pipe was also bowed thus prevent the drain from properly flowing.   This involved tearing up the concrete floor in my dining room/living room.  It was a horrible, nasty, dirty job, but they closed off the entire area with plastic.  The dirt/concrete was all contained within this area and the dust was kept to a minimum.

Customer service was top-notch, and they did a great job keeping me informed throughout the process.  They are competent, reliable, and do quality work.  They were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very professional.

I called Plump Right Plumbing later in the day, i thought they wouldn't come over until the next day. Brent came by immediately and stayed until the job was complete.
Since I'm giving up DIY plumbing Plumb Right will be my first call.

Our 65 year old house had a 30 year old water heater that began leaking in the beginning of the Covid crisis. Apparently, water heaters are only supposed to last 15 years so ours was due for replacement. I called quite a few plumbing companies that had 5 star reviews regarding a water heater replacement. By the time I reached Arlington Plumbing, I sorta knew what to expect regarding tank and installation costs. Limbert reached out to me right away, answered all my questions, told me what to expect and  gave me a fair estimate. He showed up with mask, gloves and footsies and made sure to keep at least a 6 feet distance. Wam, bam, done! He finished much quicker than the 3 hours I expected. Wow, I couldn't believe his efficiency and quality workmanship! So very HAPPY with our new water heater, Limbert and Arlington Plumbing. Limbert's the man! Highly recommend!

I had a tough kitchen sink clog, so tough that when the came out (2 hours after I called), the two snakes couldn't penetrate. They advised they had something more powerful, but not with them, and said I could call someone else to come out that day, or wait and they'd be out the following morning to try again. And, they made sure I was aware I wouldn't be charged that day because they couldn't clear it. Totally stand up guys.  I decided to wait and have them come back the following morning, which they did and removed the clog as promised.
They were prompt, honest and fixed my issue with courtesy. I would highly recommend Plumbtastic!  I am a very satisfied customer.

Review is long overdue. Tyson and Cody replaced by bath tub two years ago, and then I called them to do plumbing for laundry remodel. Both excellent. I usually feed contractors, and I regret I did not feed these guys, do not recall why. Either they declined or I got bogged down with other things.

Tyson, saved me $$$$ when I wanted the washing machine hose drain into the cast iron pipe , meaning he had to cut pipe and insert PVC, Probably saved me $1000. Recommended the old fashioned way, have washer drain into laundry tub.

Work was professional, fair priced.

Review overdue since I completely forgot, and just got reminded when I came online to find their contact info so I can cancel a hot water heater replacement  I have for this week.

I temporarily changed the thermocouple. I had called Duvall Plumbing, spoke with Jay, very knowledgeable- did not try to sell me hot water heater, but I requested one since mine is 14 yrs old, past its time, but my virus paranoia, led me to postpone replacement and change thermocouple.
Will used them when things calm down, to replace tank, as well as perhaps replace the furnace and maybe AC as preventive measures.

I wish I knew of them over the past 40 years since I owned many rentals. During this time I had a good friend doing HVAC but my plumbing was done by different people all with issues. Showing up drunk, etc. That is reason, they did not have steady jobs or a company.

. Going forward DUVALL IS THE ONLY COMPANY TO USE. HARD TO FIND DECENT COMPANIES TODAY. DUVALL HAS INTEGRITY, FAIR PRICED, AND NORMAL PEOPLE DOING THE WORK.

I wish I could not even give 1 star, they deserve nothing.

This has been the worse experience I have had to deal w/dealing with Jiffy. The first foreman gave me one price then came back with another price. These people are a bunch of liars and to get your company on my bad side is LIARS. They were referred to me but I am telling all consumers to beware of the trick of the trade w/them. My pipe leaked in the inside of the house 2ndary was outside but still the same property, Ended up spending more money for horrible services, not the workers Enrique, Eric but the fraudulent foremen(Thomas, Buckey) BEWARE they will get you because it's not your trade and will throw numbers and reasons of the change in price ALL BS! Go with someone else NOT this JIFFY in Hyattsville, MD 20781

LiveGreen was assigned to a claim I filed through 2-10 (a Home Warranty Company) for a clogged sink drain.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment, LiveGreen did need to arrange a reschedule but they called me right away and found another time that worked.

Lloyd was the Plumber assigned to my Work Order, he showed up during the quoted time frame and also called to let me know when he was on his way with an ETA.

Lloyd showed up in uniform, was courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. He put on foot protection over his boots before coming into the house and he laid down drop clothes near the entrance and in the work area.

He worked quickly w/o rushing and took time to explain what he was doing. He also asked if I had any other plumbing related questions and took the time to answer them.

Overall I had a positive experience and would call the company again for future clogged drains or plumbing issues.

UNLICENSED PLUMBER!  I paid this guy $1300 in total and my plumbing was worse after he worked on it.  Every time I take a shower or wash my dishes, I regret letting this guy into my home.  

I paid him to ix my shower and sink, and he did half of the job and then left the country for a month.  I paid by check, so my money was long gone by the time i realized that he wasn't coming back.  I finally got in touch with him a month later, and he still couldn't correct his mistakes.  I have to shower under a trickle of water.  My children can't take a batch in a tub full of warm water---after I paid him $1300 for shotty work!

Stay away from this guy and this company.  you will live to regret if you don't.
