My third time using this company and their workers are professional, honest, and, quick. I had a leaky toilet and was unable to use my upstairs bath due to injury. They came the next day to assess, showed my husband the problem, got the new toilet tank, and repaired in less than 2 hours. He was really considerate of the fact that I couldn't use another restroom in the house. Will continue to be my go to pluming company.

I had the opportunity of using Less Leaks to perform an assessment on my home. Less Leaks is a very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and punctual business. I was aware of every detail throughout the entire process.

Less Leaks was hired because I had a water bill that tripled from WSSC. I wanted to make sure that my home was not experiencing any hidden internal/external leaks. The entire inspection took about an hour. Less Leaks also winterized my home and pointed out things that may cause issues in the future. Less Leaks also provided paperwork to submit to WSSC, as well as what the issue is.

I highly recommend Less Leaks for anything concerning to increased water bills and leaks.

Andrew was quick to respond and thoroughly answered all my questions in advance, and gave a quote in the lower end of the quotes I received. Showed up on time and did nice work - he needed to cut my drywall some, but he cut it square and straight which made it easy for me to patch up afterward. He also gave me his current discount coupon (without me asking) 45.00 off the job!  Super nice guy thanks Andrew!

They refused to give me a price range estimate for a simple and quick appliance installation without committing to a service call along with a non-refundable $49 charge. That's not the way to run a reputable business.

A plumber I can trust.  Fair prices.  He is permanently in my cell phone for all my plumbing issues.

David did a great job on some bathroom drains for me. He's easy and fast to schedule, and I appreciated that he wasn't trying to upsell you on unnecessary repairs. Great communication and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

I'm not a plumber, it's just not my scene.  My home expertise stops after minor electrical and aesthetic fixes.  So, when our toilet broke, I had to call in a specialist to replace the unit.  I used Yelp to find local plumbers in the area, and I put out a general call to Cox Plumbing.

They responded the same day and we were able to coordinate a visit within a couple of days.  Honestly, they would have been here sooner had I been more attentive to my inbox!  They were really quick on getting back to me, with basically no message sitting unanswered for more than a couple of hours.

Osaro came by and had the old unit removed and the new unit installed all in less than one hour!  There was literally zero for me to do, as he handled everything.  He was professional, courteous, and friendly.  I really appreciated his attention to detail (he took his shoes off without asking, for example).  The whole project was over and done with quickly and at a very reasonable price.

I would recommend Cox Plumbing for any home plumbing job you need based on this experience alone.  I will definitely be keeping their number handy for future reference!

Tenant's toilet was severely clogged. This happened on a Sunday. Elite Plumbing was called and the owner, Jovanne, quickly came. He took the the time to discuss the problem and potential solutions. He was very efficient and quickly unclogged it making sure it functioned properly. Very honest and fair cost of repair. Quick and reliable. Excellent customer service. I will be recommending him to my friends.

The outdoor spigot in our back yard had not worked since we moved into our home 11 years ago. James Mabie from George The Plumber carefully worked backwards from the spigot into the house and eventually solved the mystery of why the water wasn't flowing where it was supposed to go; and, more importantly, figured out where the water was going and helped us avert a disaster. James stayed in contact with me over the phone (I was away from home) the entire time, carefully explaining what he was doing and making sure it was good with me. We will call George The Plumber for all our future plumbing needs.

James did not patch up the drywall that was cut away for the work. We will contract another professional to do that.

Scott fit me in same day to his very busy schedule when my hot water heater cracked and emptied all over my basement floor. After working a full day he wasn't able to get here until after 10:30 at night and worked till 1:00am  to get the job done. Very professional, hard working, true to his quote, wonderful service. They did wonderful. The responded right away, answered all of my questions, dealt with the water company for me, and worked diligently to get it all done in the same day. Isaac was very helpful.

We needed a LOT of plumbing work done in our new home and Peddicord was more than up to the task. We worked with Dan, Greg, and Eddie and we couldn't have been more pleased. All three of them were professional, trustworthy, and communicative. Additionally, the workmanship was on point. Finally, we appreciated how Peddicord looked out for our financial interests instead of trying to bilk us for more $$$. When we needed extensive shower work, Peddicord gave us a discount and even offered us the option to buy our own materials. I would highly recommend working with Peddicord. We will certainly call them again if we have any more plumbing concerns.

Had a clogged toilet in one of our rental properties and plunging wasn't cutting it. Unfortunately, my tenant waited until the last minute to advise of the issue and needed assistance finding a reputable plumber that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. I hopped on YELP, mind you it was going on 7pm, and reached out to several local companies. Pro-line was the quickest to reply, the lowest basic rates and had availability for 1st thing the following morning. Even though the clog wasn't as minor as we assumed, the owner/tech was very informative and explained what needed to be done.
Would definitely recommend Pro-line and plan to use them in the future if the need arises.
Professional, Fast, Affordable and Efficient! Can't beat that!!

These guys/gals are great!  The Two Freds fixed my basement shower at a very reasonable price.  They were on time, clean, and did great work.

We have 2 Ejector pumps in our basement and we had an issue.  I called Mallick at the recommendation of my plumber who no longer works with ejector pumps.  At first we just replace the floats for ~$550.  The Labor rate for a plumber and helper was $450 for 1.5 hours.  I thought it was high but I paid and moved on.  

3 weeks later we had the same issue and I called them back to see if it was related to there work, as I said over the phone.  It wasn't, the pump was bad.  Since it wasn't related we were charged for the Diagnosis $240 for a half hour.  We were then offered the fix for $5600.  $3400 in parts and $2160 for 8.5 hours labor, I declined.  

I had a few other estimates and ended up getting the issue fixed for $1350 parts and labor.  

I have no issue with the work performed, but at a rate of $240 for the first 30 minutes and $60  every additional 15 minutes, the rate is as high as you will see.  Also, giving estimates to replace whole systems when just a part will do is not good service in my opinion.  

TL;DR - Good Service, Excessively Expensive
