I had great experience with Reddick & Sons when I had them to replace my water heater tank. I searched and talked several companies, and Reddick give me the best estimate and explained everything. Since my work schedule is very limited to schedule for the service, they were very flexible and accommodated me the earlier date. It was pleasant to communicate with e-mail and the phone. A few days after I got new water heater tank, I had some questions about water pressure and temperature setting, he came to my house again and showed me what I need to do that situation without charging a fee. Very kind and honest people. I will call them again if I need plumbers/ electrician.

Fantastic service! I'm a pretty handy guy. But I soon realized my kitchen sink backup in my new condo needed professional service. WL Staton gave me a same-day window between 2-4pm. Vince and Tyler showed up at 2:15pm.

They came in, rooted out years of drain debris going down 30ft and left my kitchen cleaner than they found it.

I had Drymount Air come in to provide a second estimate after another HVAC company in the DC area told me my entire furnace needed to be replaced. It turns out that my furnace was fine, and that I didn't need a total replacement, which saved me several thousands of dollars. I'm very glad that I had Drymount come out and provide a second opinion. Communication was prompt and smooth throughout.

My family and just returned from vacation last night to discover we had no hot water. I went through the yelp find a business and Kahlid responded within 15 mins and was able to come out to the house within 2 hours! He was able to fix the issue and we are good to go. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dbs plumbing for any and all plumbing needs!  Trevor and Tommy were at my home yesterday to camera my sewer line, to determine if/why my line was holding water.  We were able to see a few other issues; enough for me to call my insurance company to come out.  Both Trevor and and Tommy are extremely professional.  They were efficient, thorough, and answered all of my questions.  They reassured me that, while I likely have an issue with my sewer line, that I wasn't looking at a near-term emergency.  As a home-owner, I appreciated their honesty and won't hesitate for a second to call on Dbs for my plumbing needs.

Isaac Guevara is a terrific plumber. He installed a new hot water heater for us. He does the work himself, did a great job, everything to code, good quality work, cleaned up, and at a reasonable cost.

None of the usual rigamarole of plumbers; instead Isaac is honest, has over a decade of plumbing and contracting experience, and does a great job at a reasonable price.

I reached out to help resolve an issue with my pipes making a bizarre hissing noise.  Not only did they come out within the hour to help with the repair, but also was very detailed with what was going on and very reasonably priced. I was able to get everything fixed including a leak on the same day. I will definitely be reaching out and using them for all my plumbing needs.

Donzelle was awesome.  We had an emergency plumbing situation (backup flowing up through my tenant's shower drain...pretty gross), and Donzelle was the first person to respond to my requests.  His communication was excellent throughout, his prices were fair, and he responded immediately.  He was also able to work with the tenant to find a time that worked best for everybody for follow-up work.  He didn't try to upsell or pressure us based on the situation and his quality of work was fantastic.  Sent pictures and updates throughout, cleaned up, and my tenant also reported that he was very satisfied.  Super professional, 5 stars.

These guys were great, friendly, professional, and effective. They fixed an issue with the plumbing of my sink very quickly and showed up on time. They were also very responsive via text/phone call and was highly flexible around our schedule. We would highly recommend their service.

Called C&C as a representative for a roof leak I was having.  After looking at the issue, they suggested I call the insurance (which, TBH, I had not even considered) to try and save some money... low and behold, insurance came through with half an entire roof fix!!! C&C completed the work in a timely manner at an unbeatable price with quality work.  Since then, I've also used C&C for several other handyman issues around the house, including:

We've used Sila for several years to have our home AC unit tuned before the summer heat arrives. For the past two seasons we've been fortunate to have Bob as our service tech. He's friendly, courteous, and helpful, and is credit to his company. I highly recommend Sila. Book early for their $59 spring tune up special!

I had a fairly good experience with this company yesterday. I found a leak in my HVAC Tuesday morning. After shopping around with other companies, I decided to go with this company based upon another unit owner in my building's recommendation. The cool thing about this company is that they have a comparable hourly rate to other companies, but if your problem is not a crazy bad emergency issue - for a few dollars more than it would cost to fix your problem in on visit, they can set up a service contract with you - which covers not one, but two visits. And as I have discovered, HVAC's do require annual (bi-annual is better) maintenance.  

The technician who came out, Carlos, was punctual, well mannered - and explained what was going on with the unit to me in layman's terms.  When I asked fora better rate, he didn't dismiss me - he put me on the phone with his manager - and we were able to come to a better agreement. For this flexibility, Thomas E. Clark will have my business for years going forward....

Honestly when it comes to contractors, its not always about what you pay - but whether you feel that you were treated fairly. I will probably upgrade my rating to 5 stars if the HVAC continues to work in good condition by the time they pay me their next visit in June.

Horrible. This place is a rip off! They charged me 200 dollars to fix a leak and then two weeks later it was leaking again. I called and asked if they could comp me for the first visit since it was never fixed and they said would comp me a small percent and wanted to charge me 800 dollars to get a new faucet. Also, the man on the phone was very rude and rushed me off the phone.
