Absolutely amazing! I needed my house cleaned that evening before guests arrived. I messaged a few places on Yelp and LikeCleanUP replied within in minutes and was able to clean THE SAME DAY! Not to mention offering the best price. I was not disappointed when Roman arrived. He had a giant rolling tool kit of cleaning supplies, mop set and an industrial vacuum. No corners were cut, my house was deep cleaned and looked amazing so my family does not have to know what a heathen I am. I will be using them again in the near future.

Shortly after posting the previous review, the owner reached out to apologize and offered to send someone else out to scope the job again to give me an estimate. I explained again that I already had the work done. He then said he wanted me to remove my review. Several months later, the owner has now reached out on social media name calling and telling me I better think before sharing any more of my experiences with local merchants.

Five stars for Murphy's Plumbing Service! Communication was great. Estimate and final price were reasonable and fair. Arrived on time. Performed the work quickly and professionally. Didn't try to upsell me on repairs I didn't need. I will be hiring Murphy's Plumbing for all my future plumbing issues.

I contacted The Plumbing Dr when my gas hot water heater stopped working. Matt, the technician, arrived as schedule, thoroughly explained my options after his inspection, and was back the next day to replace the unit entirely. I am pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the service.

J Hood is absolute fantastic.  They were recommended by my condo HOA to replace my tanked water heater to a tankless unit.  Below is a commendation letter that I personally wrote and sent to Mr. Hood.  I'm having them come out to replace my AC Air Handler next week to remedy a horrible job ARS did 4 years ago.

I'd like to take a moment of your busy day to inform you of the exceptional service I received by Dave and Drew who recently came to my Alexandria residence to replace an old Bradford-White 75 gal. water heater with a tankless Navien system on Oct. 11, 2022.
In the span of the past few years, I consulted with several companies on my options and cost estimates. I inquired with our residence property manager if there was anyone they recommended and they offered J Hood. I promptly called and spoke to a very cordial gentleman named Cody who promptly and professionally scheduled my estimate. Excellent customer service from my initial call to the completion of the work. The technicians are prompt and patiently explain the problem.  They offer options and provide quality repairs. This is my go to company for plumbing services.

We had Shawn come out and install a new water bib and piping due to an old rusted out section from the basement to outside. Shawn was on time efficient and offered a fair price. Everything was explained prior and the final work was shown to us before he left. Great service all around. Will use in the future for any needed work.

When it comes to tankless water heaters, C.L. Hibbard and Chris in particular know what they are doing. When I started getting code 12 on my Takagi tankless water heater and the water was cold I called Charlie Hibbard. He sent his grandson Chris to my house to check out the problem. It turned out that the water heater needed to be flushed and have a new igniter installed. Further, the professionals who installed my tankless water heater did it incorrectly by not providing the valves to allow the unit to be flushed. Chris was truly professional and corrected it all.
If you want it done right call C.L. Hibbard. If you do not you will be sorry.

I had a new system installed earlier this year and the salesman and installers were great.  However, I did have a problem with the dampers later in the year and I called them back to come out and take a look.  The technician came on time but was unable to fix the problem.  He said he would call me back after he researched the problem.  After a week, I called him but that call was never returned.  I called again to speak to a manager but that call also was not returned.  Had to resolve the problem myself. I guess when you are paying the big dollars Tucker's will be accommodating, however, when it comes to service, if it isn't an easy fix then you are on your own.  I hate to think what is going to happen should I need major service on the unit itself and I need to call Tucker's because they did the install.

Much more than heating and air. Came out on short notice. The intake of the house's water was leaking. I thought it was a major problem. Fixed that and two other issues in less than 30 mins without trying to pretend it was a serious issue and charging an arm and a leg. Professional and courteous, too.

After I contacted them by e-mail, they showed up right away and solved a difficult plumbing problem. Very easy to work with.

Terrible service.  We had a water pipe break in an outside storage area and in the basement.  Spartan came 3 times to fix it.  They had no idea what they were doing. The repairman showed up without the right tools or equipment.  The remediation service working in the basement warned me.  They work they did was shoddy and incomplete.  Two weeks after Spartan completed  the work, the pipe started to leak again - such a major leak that DC Water notified me of excessive water use.  I had to turn off all the water in the house again. I called Spartan and made an appointment and the repairman did not show up or even call.  I would never ever use Spartan again and I would not recommend them.  Ed N. Washington, DC
