I needed to have my lawn sprinkler system backflow preventer tested per dcwater.com/compliance. It requires a master plumber to have special training to perform the service and enter data into the DCWater.com system. Most local plumbers don't have the DCWater.com certification and those that do can be extremely expensive for this annual service. Daryl was very professional. He both emailed and called me to confirm the time and keep me updated. He arrived ahead of time. He performed the work and closed out the submission on the DCWater.com official website before leaving the job site. He waited to confirm that DCWater.com had accepted the data before leaving.
