I needed an emergency plumber at an inconvenient time and White's was there for me within an hour or two. Very friendly, quick and efficient service. Thank you very much :)

I got same day service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They were $850 less than a quote I got from another plumbing service. I highly recommend them.

During the recent cold snap my kid took a hot shower so long that I felt sure he had washed at least partly down the drain. So when I took my shower later I was dismayed but unsurprised that there was no hot water for me. However, the next morning, there was still no hot water. And, more dismay for me: the heating in my condo didn't work. With 12 degree temperatures outside, and 55 and sinking inside, I called Zepp.
The friendly dispatcher (Mia?) said she could have a technician to me in 2 hours. Within 30 minutes she called back and said they were 5 minutes away. Two technicians came, and within 5 minutes, they had checked the gas lines and restarted the pilot light on my hot water heater. Of course I had tried to do this myself, but had not held down primer button long enough after hitting the igniter. Or something like that, or possibly way stupider. Anyway, they kinda saved my life, and therefore were free to charge a lot.
But they did not charge a lot. In fact, they did not charge at all. I insisted they charge. The insisted they not charge. We got into a bit of a tussle, but between the two of them they wrestled my credit card back into my hand and made a break for the door and whatever water heaters and lives that needed saving next.
I'm not going to name the technicians so they don't get in trouble for not charging me, but I am grateful to both them and to Zepp for making my condo habitable again during this frigid stretch (because, yeah, the heater runs off the hot water somehow).

This was my first time calling Cardinal Plumbing. I'd read all the good reviews and was like 'yeah, but they can't be THAT good.' Whoa. The technician, Zack, was super prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and above all, I felt like he 'really' cared. He fixed the issue and even sent me a document to refer to in the future for issues that may arise. I was a business owner for 24 years, so customer service is near and dear to my heart. Cardinal Plumbing, from the time I contacted them, to the time Zack left---was an incredibly awesome experience. These people ROCK! Will tell all my friends about them to.

Such a great experience! James is super friendly and came out first thing in the morning to repair the kitchen sink drain. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue right away and was kind enough to honor the new customer discount for me. I couldn't be happier with everything and I highly recommend this company for your house needs. A+!

Andrew installed a new chandelier in our foyer. He was fast, efficient and did what seemingly 3 other contractors couldn't for a very fair and reasonable price. I would highly recommend and we will definitely plan to call Andrew in the future.

I had a major Water problem in my home. The main Water pipe was leaking on Two sides. It had to had the Pressure Valve/Copper pipe replaced. I spoke to the owner last week on a Thursday to see if he could come out to check out my water pipe problem, I just wanted to also mention, I was dealing with another Plumbing company that I had a strong feeling since they were very unprofessional with their follow thru and leaving me waiting for Three days after they came out to see what the problem was. Elite Plumbing came out on Saturday to check out my problem and fixed it on Monday. He put me on his schedule even though they were extremely busy/booked for this day.
He came during the time he stated, fixed my problem, was extremely professional with his follow thru, and fixed it quickly. I now have running water throughout my house and I am very happy.
Thank you

My garbage disposal stopped working. I have no plumbing knowledge so I reached out to several plumbers for quotes. Every business sent me quotes for $400 or more. This business went above and beyond by giving me suggestions on how to fix it before even hiring them. Their suggestions worked and I ended up fixing my garbage disposal without paying hundreds of dollars. I definitely recommend this business for any of your plumbing needs!

I had not had good luck in HVAC services in NOVA. I had horrible to mediocre experiences at best before I found AllTech. After servicing my home for over a year now I am comfortable rating them 5 stars. I realize timing is everything but they really seem to manage their business well to provide great service. They have not only exceeded my expectations, the gentleman who does my service calls is always completely professional, polite, and knowledgeable.

They came quickly, fixed our clogged drain quickly, and were very clean and professional. I also appreciate them telling me their rates per hour and the likely time required, rather than saying they would tell me when they saw the problem.

Had a bathtub leak and originally called Michael and Son, who we have a homecare plan with. Even with water coming through the ceiling, they could only give me a 6-hour window.
Called the DC Plumber and Mike was out to the house in 20 minutes. I found him extremely professional and thoughtful in his troubleshooting. My husband met with him for a follow-up visit, and again, extremely professional. He was able to accurately deduce the root cause of the problem and saved us the time and money normally associated with ripping out drywall. We would us the DC Plumber again.

Quote for service call was given in advance and appointment window of 9-11 was booked. No show after 11, so I called company. Mark showed up after 1. There is no customer service without even so much as a courtesy call regarding delay. I will not use them again.

5 star service and 5 star personality. Their pricing was very competitive. Shawn was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He even called WSSC on my behalf to schedule a clean out of the street shut off valve. I couldn't have picked a better company. My water pressure regulator and spigot were leaking. Shawn came to replace three shutoff valves, wpr, spigot and all the pipes in between. Job was well done using quality material. 10 out 10 will use again.

Jeremy was awesome installing my tankless water heater. Ryan said it would take all day and Jeremy painstakingly worked on this installation, making sure before he left that the water was hot and my heat worked. Another plumber told me in an estimate (which was higher) that it would be difficult if not possible to install a tankless system because my heat is water supported. Ryan said no problem. The price at the end was just as given in the estimate, no hidden or extra charges. I have a top of the line tankless water heater and am very happy with the results of the install. They are coming back in a week to double check the system to make sure it's working properly. I don't know of any other plumber that does a follow up like this. Elite Plumbing is going in my vendor list, I sometimes need plumbers for my clients. Thank you Ryan, Jeremy, and all at Elite Plumbing!

He told one day he didn't know how to install a tankless water heater, then several days later told me its was very easy!?! I am a big believer that people should just be honest about what they can do and not do. He knocked a big hole in my brick work and then told me he doesn't do brick repairs thats not his job. Always came to the job site very negative as well and always talked down on the other trades people.

Please be cautious of this company. This review is regarding replacement of faucet and hose for my kitchen sink. I ordered the part from Moen and called Real Plumbers to install the part for back in November 2016. I chose them over Michael & Son because of pricing and the fact that I have used this company in the past. However, I stopped because they started charging for service call backs. The plumber installed the new faucet, but shortly there after I noticed that it was leaking. Real Plumbers sent out a new plumber who looked at the faucet (mind you Real Plumbers wanted to charge me for this visit even though they installed it). A new plumber said that the part needed to reorder. However, two weeks later another plumber came and said the faucet did not need to be replaced, just tightened; so he tightened. May 2017, the faucet is leaking lots of work that I had to turn it off. So I call Real Plumbers back, they will send someone but there will be a charge; REALLY. I am reminded that I stopped using them for a reason, but I was giving them another chance. To charge me for a problem that I identified with a service call the first TWO times, and to charge me a THIRD time for defective service is unacceptable to me. I called Michael & Sons.

Per a recommendation from another unit in my condo building in DC, I called Spadaro Plumbing to provide a quote & fix a broken sink in the apt I'm renting. The upper basin portion of the cheap pedastal sink has a large chip in it after a small picture frame fell off the wall. All that needs replacement is the basin portion (no pedastal, no faucets).
Roughly 6-8 weeks ago, Spadaro sent out a technician to provide a quote. My girlfriend was home to receive him and he took the specs and left saying he'd call me with a quote. Just today, I received a quote after several calls on my part, none on theirs. $600-650.
On 20 July, after several weeks and 1 or 2 follow-up calls that I placed, I spoke to owner Jack Spadaro who told me he's still looking for a replacement sink. After some 3 additional weeks, I called back (last week) and he offered me an almost new, slightly larger, sink for $150, including faucet and pedastal (again, not needed, but I'll pay a little extra for them to be done with the job). Otherwise, he said, he'd be forced to go to Home Depot and purchase a sink for ~$100 (where I thought he would have tried a long time ago). I said I'd call back the next day after measuring the space to see if it would support the larger sink. He agreed. I checked and no luck (it'd be too large) and I called back the next day as agreed upon... to find him out of the office the next two days. Left a message and no call back.
So I called again today to check in and make sure he got the message requesting we please stick with the original sink size. Jack was not available though employee Dave took the call stating he found a 21 sink for me (again, not sure why I have to keep calling back to receive updates, why I'm not informed when they 'find' these sinks). To my excitement that the job may actually see completion, Dave provided the $600-650 quote and informed me the sink alone is $300! I requested the basin alone be replaced (as I've informed them twice now already), but he insisted they'd have to do the pedastal and faucets as well unless I know the company of the sink (what did the technician come out originally for??). . . . . Countless basin sinks are available through online stores for $75-150.
My intention with hiring a professional would be to avoid the time it would take to purchase and install the sink, even if slightly more expensive. This has taken more time that it would have to personally do the job in the first place and two months later with no progress made.
After reading the other reviews, I suppose if a technician can come out and fix your problem on the spot, then Spadaro may fit the bill, but otherwise, don't expect a call back nor a fair or consistent reporting of costs & quote.
