I had  a toilet  with  a broken handle  resulting in non flushing, I called ARLINGTON PLUMBING  & HEATING        703 826  4600   after  reading their highly praised  HONEST plumbers and  called them, other companies gave unrealistic charges just to assess problem ranging from $59  to $99 to come to the house,  I was impressed with the HONEST PLUMBER  ratings with this group, I called and LIMBERT  visited and was able to replace the  broken items at a very  reasonable cost I was very impressed with his diligent quiet work  manner,  he never tried to sell me unnecessary items,   I highly recommend this  group and am glad to have found them, very helpful office folks also, I will use them for future plumbing

We had a hiccup with a misdiagnosis, but Limbert, the company's owner, personally came to our house, identified the problem and offered a couple of low-cost solutions. A couple of weeks later, after my getting the flow preventer cocks I needed to replace, he came again to install them. He is an honorable man who clearly cares about his company's image.

Our bathtub faucet developed a leak, and Arlington Plumbing offered same-day service at a reasonable price to repair it.  What should have been a simple fix turned out to be more complex, but Emmanuel put in the extra time and effort to complete the job well.  He explained everything clearly.  And, apart from his technical professionalism, he was open and friendly.  I give Arlington Plumbing my highest recommendation.

Ran into some issues with a leaky pull down kitchen faucet at a rental condo which was then complicated by a supposedly elite TaskRabbit making the leak worse and forcing a shut-off.  Quoted numerous different shops on Yelp and Arlington was fast and transparent in offering a free, no hassle estimate one day later.  On appointment day they ran a little late but Samei gave a sincere apology and provided very fair pricing for a same day repair (replacement faucet was already purchased from Home Depot).  Repair estimated by others at 2 hours took them 1 and everything is back to normal now.  Highly recommend!!!

Obtained several estimates from companies via Yelp, and Arlington Plumbing was be the most responsive and provided the most fair costs of all of them. The plumber was very kind and professional and kept me informed of what he was doing or if he needed any feedback before proceeding.
I didn't want to go around with haggling on costs that can be easily compared, and Arlington Plumbing didn't hide any extra costs or pump up estimates for cost of goods. Several companies tried to justify the high estimate due to cost of material, despite having many of the valves and parts already in my possession. Arlington Plumbing was honest and fair from the start. The work looks great and very pleased with the process.

Good service. Contacted them via yelp, very responsive and were at home on time.  The work was cleaning a drain pipe which was obstructed, did so very well despite having issues with the drain snake. Quickly figured a new way to fix the issue via the kitchen and completed the work on time.

Arlington plumbing did an excellent job with my new water heater install. Simay was very professional and gave honest assessments for repairing existing water heater and replacement.  Staff was quick with responses and scheduling. The job was done in a few hours and my utility closet was left cleaned and all piping was replaced with new coverings. Arturo, Simay's assistant, was quite polite and helped me load the old water heater into my truck to take to transfer station.

The company is great! I've used a couple of times of plumbing service from Arlington Plumbing. every plumber is professional and honest. estimate is free and working price is reasonable. Limbert is so professional, efficient and friendly. We had a plumber come in to address an issue that our handyman passed the buck on. Simei came out the same day and talked me through our options regarding  our shower drain. He was thorough and very helpful. Will definitely have him out again if the need arises

We found a leak in our basement and called Arlington Plumbing. They came out the same day and immediately identified the problem and fixed it.  They were excellent. I highly recommend them and will use them on our next problem.

All the folks at Arlington Plumbing are outstanding. We have had a couple of issues with tankless water heater and a backflow preventer and they did a great job. Honest, thorough, friendly, responsive. Just can't say enough about them! They are certainly our go to team for anything dealing with plumbing, heating or cooling.

I called Bryan at 5:15 a.m. Monday morning for a HW heater valve that would not shut off. My unit was a small wading pool. The emergency shut off dial in my unit was also old and did not work. In the meantime, until this was fixed bldg maintenance shut off the entire building's access to water (400+ units).  Bryan arrive before 6 a.m. and id'd immediately the problem.  He was fast efficient and polite and allowed the building to have a water again before 7 a.m. I selected him due to stellar reviews on Yelp and I did not want to break his streak. Go with this company!!!

I contacted Arlington Plumbing to fix a non-emergency leaking shower and also replace an old handheld shower head on a Saturday and they responded timely (within the hour) and was able to schedule an estimate the next business day + replace the shower head and then order the necessary internal shower part and fix the leak a couple days after that.

The owner and master plumber Limbert who came out was extremely professional, polite, and the work was done efficiently (he also had brand new shoe covers, mask, and when he finished my home was left clean).  I would definitely recommend them.

We needed someone to come and evaluate the problem that day. They were responsive, prompt, and very nice for the evaluation and quote. (We didn't end up using them because our property management company sent someone separately, but we definitely would have.)

Our water heater died and we contacted them. They replied right away and came out the next day. They replaced our heater that day, working efficiently in a very tight space. Arlington Plumbing and Heating is awesome! I had a sump pump that was in need of repair. I was able to make an appointment that suited my schedule without any difficulty. The technician called me the afternoon before the appointment to confirm what parts he should bring with him so that he would not have to waste time making an extra trip to the store. They were extremely professional and went above and beyond my expectations. They showed up on time, communicated their assessment of what needed to be done clearly, performed the work quickly and well, and cleaned up the area. I will most definitely call them again.

Amazing customer service! Representative wore a mask and boot covers. My plumbing problem was quickly diagnosed and multiple options were provided.

I had a trap under the sink that needed to be fixed. Limbert called me back quickly and came in the next day early in the morning. He found a solution that worked, and ended up costing less. I'm very pleased

This is the second time using Arlington Plumbing, Heating and Cooling and I have to say that I am very impressed that Mr. Limbert remembered me as the first call was over a year ago.  Since I didn't leave a review the first time, I'll list both visits on one review:

The first visit (2019) was for a pipe leak - The basement ceiling was stained with water and the location was hard to ascertain -  but Limbert was able to correctly diagnose the area where other plumbers, who provided estimates, asked me to spend ungodly amounts to fix ripping up the whole ceiling area.  Limbert assessed the situation (within 15-20mins) and was able to locate the problem area and install new piping in under 2 hours; this was done without having to rip out any extra drywall.

The second visit was (9/4/2020) for a clogged drain in a bathroom sink.  Limbert brought in a snake/auger machine and had it unclogged within 10 minutes - I also received a discount as a repeat customer! Woohoo  

Limbert wore a mask (the most recent visit), shoe coverings and puts down a drop cloth to prevent messes.  He always explains the situation, what the best course of action and always cleans up.  Also, if you ask, he will show you his Master Plumber's license and insurance.

Very happy and I would recommend his services to all.

Limbert is fantastic. We've had him come to our home twice in the last few months. He is knowledgeable, efficient, returns calls quickly, and does a great job explaining things. He came to inspect our sump pump today, and now I finally understand how our system operates and how the different components are connected. We will definitely use him for our plumbing needs in the future.

Our main waste line was plugged and we needed it cleared as soon as possible.  We have a home warranty company which couldn't find a service provider in its network that could come that day.  We contacted Arlington Plumbing and Limbert responded immediately.  When he arrived, he assessed the situation and provided an estimate.  We noted that we our home warranty company required that the service provider we used to contact them prior to the work being done so we could be reimbursed for the cost under their emergency policies.  Although that step is annoying, Limbert was kind enough to do so.  He obtained the approval and then cleared our waste line.  I can't recommend him enough - he's responsive, honest, and effecient.

We had APHC come to do a sewer line replacement and some inside work. They did great work, went above and beyond and charged a reasonable price (we'd gotten two other loose quotes for comparison). Limbert also explained any problems that may adjust the quote ahead of time so we knew what to expect, which I appreciated. Definitely recommend APHC and will be hiring them again.

I have been using Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling services for several years now. Limbert, has come to perform several jobs at my house and has provided me with excellent service. He has snaked my basement bathroom when it has flooded from people disposing sanitary products that aren't supposed to be flushed.  He has replaced sewage pipes that have cracked due to winter temperatures.  He installed and replaced an old sump pump when it was failing.  He performed exploratory snaking services to find out where certain pipes lead.  He has replaced my water tank and also replaced the water tank anode and he has also installed/replaced a toilet in a bathroom. He recently told me how to fix my water tanks burner assembly after a flood reached the thermopile.  All of these services have been done very quickly and very well. He has even come to do some of the jobs after hours due to them being  urgent. He has helped me out a lot and my old house. I wholeheartedly recommend Limbert. He really cares for his customers and he always does a great job!

Earlier this week, my hot water heater failed (significant leaking) and it needed to be replaced asap.  I reached out via Yelp to five different plumbing companies in the NoVa area for quotes and an idea of when they could help me out.  Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling replied to my inquiry within minutes.  I received quotes from three companies and Arlington Plumbing's quote was competitive. I was sold by Arlington Plumbing's promptness to my request and their professionalism on the phone.  It was 9am, and I was told I would have hot water by the end of the day.  Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling delivered.

I can say this so surely because, over the years I worked with so many different pluming companies; I have an old house that was built in 1955 which gives me all kinds of pluming issues very often. I spent so much time searching for a good plumber and every time I hired one that offered professional job (sometimes with lower price) ended with disappointment on both offers. This is why, each time I had a plumbing issue I couldn't use the last company I hired, and started over searching for a good plumber. It was so frustrating to not to have a good, reliable company (that I can trust their opinion) available, especially in emergency situations. But now, after working with Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling (especially Limbert, he is a very kind person) I know that I have found that good company and I don't have to go through the painful search/find cycle. I know who to call to get my issue resolved fast with highest job quality and fair price. This is a major relief for me.

I had a very bad sewer back up in my basement, after making so many phone calls Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling ended my frustration. Limbert is very knowledgeable and trustworthy, he gave me clear and best information on the phone and scheduled me the earliest appointment. On our appointment he looked at the issue with high attention and took his time to find the cause of the problem and the fix for it. He and his worker fixed the issue fast. I also asked Limbert if he can take a look at my gas fireplace that I suspected it has gas leak and completely remove the gas pipeline, which I did communicated him about that service on our phone conversation. He took care of that job very well also.

Our 65 year old house had a 30 year old water heater that began leaking in the beginning of the Covid crisis. Apparently, water heaters are only supposed to last 15 years so ours was due for replacement. I called quite a few plumbing companies that had 5 star reviews regarding a water heater replacement. By the time I reached Arlington Plumbing, I sorta knew what to expect regarding tank and installation costs. Limbert reached out to me right away, answered all my questions, told me what to expect and  gave me a fair estimate. He showed up with mask, gloves and footsies and made sure to keep at least a 6 feet distance. Wam, bam, done! He finished much quicker than the 3 hours I expected. Wow, I couldn't believe his efficiency and quality workmanship! So very HAPPY with our new water heater, Limbert and Arlington Plumbing. Limbert's the man! Highly recommend!

I had a lot of trouble finding a plumber and nearly gave up. A lot of them didn't show up or tried to hike the price up by $200 the very last minute because they saw I needed the line for hot hot water.  I scheduled an appointment with Limbert and actually forgot. He was the one who called me and told me he'd be on his way. Sounds small but when plumbers tell you they're outside and they're not, you wonder how they stay in business. He fixed the pipe in less than 10 minutes and still no issues until this day.

I hired Arlington Plumbing to replace an undermount bathroom sink. It seemed like a fairly straightforward job, but turned out to be rather difficult. When Limbert started removing the old sink he discovered it had been attached with heavy duty adhesive. Undeterred, he spent almost an hour carefully removing the old sink without damaging the quartz countertop. He was professional, friendly, neat, and consulted with me about his proposed solution before beginning. I would certainly recommend this company.

Recently opened a business and had to replace a old HVAC system. Right in the middle of the highest heat temperatures. Ugh! The response time was incredible.
