I contacted Dan a little bit over a week ago.  We had some mold removed from our basement and it unearthed the main sewer line in the walls.  It looked awful and corroded.  I was able to get an estimate with Dan and discussed estimates with my wife and Dan came in around the same as them all however he had more experience and nothing trumps experience.  We had the piping removed today and also had a laundry sink removed and a new one installed with new cut off valves.   Hopefully we won't need any plumbing work done anytime soon but if we do, we will be calling Dan back.

An exterior hose hookup on our house had developed a leak, and Dan and his apprentice came out quickly and repaired it. He took the time to point out another issue with our water neutralizer while he was here, too.

I had an excellent experience with tnt plumbing and drain service. Super fast response to my inquiry and had availability to come out the very next day. I had 2 separate plumbing issues to address and both were complete within about an hour. They gave fair pricing up front, and also ended up reducing the cost when issue ended up being a very easy/quick fix. They also provided information about how to address one of the issues myself if it happens again in the future so i can save money. It is hard to imagine a more honest, efficient, and trustworthy plumbing service. Would definitely recommend!

My tenant called with an issue and I came to yelp. I'm so glad that I found TNT. Dan was responsive to my inquiry and came out the next day.  He kept me well informed of his arrival time AND sent me pictures and provided a DETAILED explanation of the problem. While he was on his way, my tenant communicated an additional issue. Dan fixed everything and was extremely pleasant.  I would NOT hesitate to reach out to TNT in the future.

I would hire this company again. I appreciated the fact that Dan tried to save me money by having the county come out just to make sure that my drain problem wasn't an issue that the county should fix. He opened up my clogged drain, fixed my toilet, and gave some diy advice. The cost of his services was very reasonable.

I needed a new Water Heater installed. I checked for plumbers on Yelp on a Sunday evening and within 5 minutes of requesting a consultation, Dan had sent me a reply! (That means A LOT to homeowners/customers).
I explained my situation about my old leaking water heater and he was very professional and concerned with my situation.
The day of installation, Dan arrived and again was very professional with explaining what he would be doing. He didn't have much working area in my cluttered basement but he never showed any frustration or complained about it.
He was very organized and kept his work area clean (even with draining the old tank).
Dan's personality and demeanor was always friendly and he wore a mask and gloves the entire time due to COVID-19.
I will certainly have him back for another major plumbing project within the near future.

The owner Dan was extremely responsive to my emergency. I left a message for Dan and he called back within 5 minutes. He apologized for not taking my call due to him being in the middle of a service call. I see described my issue and Dan had already figured out what the issue was. Dan arrived and found the issue within a few minutes and was able to fix my issue quickly! Dan then helped clean up the standing water and clean up the area (totally unexpected GREAT SERVICE). I would highly recommend Dan and TNT Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

They were professional and responded quickly. They fixed the issue really fast and cleaned every thing after every thing is done.

Excellent job: I had a washer drain that was overflowing with the bedding cycle and asked them to come out. They were there in 2 hours, snaked out the line and fixed the problem. Washer is now draining perfectly, guess it just needed a good cleaning.

Added kudos for them not recommending to snake out the sink line (nearby, I wasn't sure if it needed it too) because that wasn't where the problem was.

Overall quite a polite, neat, and responsive group of people. Will definitely bring them back the next time I have an issue.

We had two issues.  A running toilet and a slow drain sink.   Danny came to our home and was extremely professional, kind, and very thorough.   He fixed both issues quickly and got our bathroom functioning again.    We highly recommend TNT Plumbing & Drain Service.

TNT Plumbing was extremely responsive and tried to help remotely before coming on site to the property. He arrived at the property promptly, was extremely knowledgeable, let me know what the price would be before he performed the work, and fixed the issue we were having with our garbage disposal quickly. He was extremely pleasant. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

I have a hot water tank leak.  I used the quote function after 5pm and received a response within an hour.  They were able to diagnose the problem using photos and walking me through a few steps.  Ultimately I did not select them for the job but I definitely would in the future.  Nothing negative on their behalf.  They have good customer service, knowledge and are up front.  Made a good 1st impression.

This was a five star experience. The gentleman responded within 40 minutes of my request early in the morning, was very responsive and even called me back to see if I still needed his service. I  am out of town and wanted to make my tenant happy and with his amazing service, allowed me to deliver what I wanted. He gave me a very fair quote, fixed everything after he well informed me of the situations and even offered future services that would benefit my home. Even my tenant loved him and said how amazing he was.  Have to say, being in the business of property management and real estate, I am very picky and actually know what I am talking about. This gentleman was phenomenal and I would recommend his service to anyone who truly cares about their property, craftsmanship, and quality of work. I was so relieved to hear from him, receive texts of pictures he sent me as he was doing the work. It made me feel like I was there even though over 1700 miles away. What a class act.
