I don't usually leave reviews but this business deserves me to take a minute to leave one. I have 4 rental properties and have had bad luck finding a LICENSED, honest, transparent and fair priced plumbing and gas fitting company to service my properties.
I received QSP Plumbing LLC as a recommendation from a friend. I called the owner and he was very friendly and easy to talk to. Not rushing me off the phone.
We made a game plan to meet at my properties to go over the problems that I have at each property and I was very pleased at what they had to offer price wise and deadline.
It's a breath of fresh air for me not to be on the defense ready for another contractor to want to push not needed stuff for extra profit off me!
A contractor with morals. Glad to see they still exist!
They are a Licensed Master plumbing and gas fitting company for MD, VA, WSSC and DC. They are able to pull permits for bigger projects as well in all jurisdictions!

This brother right here from El Salvador, Jose is the man, friendly, on time, trustworthy, no BS, I'll be buying a house within the next four months and he is the only person I would trust to come out, give me an inspection and anything I need. As far as when I purchase my house, All business will go to him!!! I trust him!!!

José responded quickly to my request for a quote on Yelp. He showed up the same day and quickly and professionally repaired my garbage disposal and answered all my questions. Great service and value. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely reach out to him next time there is a plumbing issue!

Jose responded quickly to my request for my kitchen drain clogging up. He assured me he could clear the drain, his response time was super quick and gave me a good idea on what costs I might be looking at. He's super friendly, easy to talk to and not only gets the job done but does it right.

Jose didn't walkway from my clogging issue without full testing of a clear drain but also noticed something wrong with my disposal. The previous owners of our home definitely left us with not the most ideal kitchen sink plumbing. See attached picture.

He was friendly, honest, took off his shoes before entering my home.  I was nervous but trusted the reviews on here. My problem was simple, but it's been bugging me for 2 years! Where do I even start. Jose responded to my inquiry within 10 minutes at almost 10pm at night. He was courteous, kind and professional. He came to my home that evening to unclog my toilet and when I tell you this man is the most stand up plumber I have ever hired, I'm not even kidding. There is a reason this guys has all 5 star reviews because he is just that kind, honest, and fair priced. I would %1000 recommend Jose to anyone that needs plumbing services. Highly Recommended!!! My basement had been backing up water and after many professional companies attempts to fix the problem or up sell me I could not be more thankful than to have Jose come to take a look at the issue. He provided a fair quote and came super prepared with time and equipment to ensure the problem would be found and taken care of. After a thorough job, my drains were cleared and back to working! Night and day in comparison to others with craftsmanship and stellar customer service. He even made note of something else on his way out and offered to come back to see. Not to mention he made sure everything was cleaned before leaving!!! No mess, which is always a pet peeve of mine when plumbers do work. Jose came out same day, diagnosed and fixed our burst pipe in under 2 hours. He was highly professional and efficient and I think we have found our new go-to plumber.

The clogged drain in my standing shower was no match for Jose and his bag of tricks. I had tried everything in my power to handle the drain myself - boiling water, draino, drain snake, bent clothes hanger... to no avail. Jose responded to my request for a quote almost immediately and said he could be at my house the next morning. He's a wonderful communicator and helped me understand the drain was clogged with years of buildup. He offered solutions to prevent the buildup in the future too! I will also add - QSP Plumbing quoted me half the price I was quoted from another DC plumbing company for this service. I'll definitely be recommending him to my friends in the area!

Jose was responsive and flexible with scheduling at a time that was convenient for us. He did a great job repairing our garbage disposal and replacing bathroom faucets and was super friendly. His pricing was also competitive. Highly recommend!

Jose has handled two plumbing projects for me now - clearing a particularly persistent drain issue (which stumped other plumbers) and repairing a shower temperature valve.  In both instances he's been wonderful - he's been punctual, friendly, and happy to take the time to talk through what he's seeing and what the fix will need.  And then he makes the fix - while these were both minor projects, he came with the tools he needed and got the problem resolved.

He's also very friendly and courteous. He treats my home like it's his own, cleans up when he's done, and does it all with a smile and some easy conversation.  He'll be my go-to person for any plumbing issues for as long as he is available.

Jose responded very quickly and arrived on time. He had all the tools, especially a 35' snake cable! He did a superb job and had lots of tips as well as several funny stories about some other service calls he's dealt with!

Let me start by saying that I would give QSP Plumbing a 10-star rating if I could! I found QSP, and his owner Jose, luckily through the Yelp Request Quote / Projects feature, which I am grateful for. I resorted to this when my house main drain line completely backed up just six days a different company allegedly cleared it. In hindsight, they seemed more interested in upselling me to replace the entire line from the foundation to the curb. Luckily, I had taken video of their camera monitor and, when the line backed up again, watched the video closely and I could see they had left right at the problem spot - way outside the line they recommended replacing! So, they had stopped where the trouble was, not fully addressing it, and then recommended replacing the line on a section that the video showed was clear. They quoted their illogical solution at $11,500 with the potential for a higher price tag. As I sat at home on a Sunday night with a backed up line I had paid to clear just six days before, realizing what had happened, I bet on finding a better and completely honest plumbing company and I found it on QSP and Jose. He treated the issue like it was his own home and went at it with better equipment, knowledge and skills than I was even hoping to get. Now, differently from the other crew left, last night my wife and I were completely satisfied that a top pro with care and respect fixed our problem for good. I could go into more detail about the details of the issues (before and now), but suffice it to say that we will be recommending QSP. 100%!!!

Jose (the owner of QSP) fixed several plumbing issues for us in our new home, and he was fantastic.  He replied to the service request within an hour, and he offered same-day service.  He was extremely honest and good at his job.  There was a more expensive service that we initially thought we would need (snaking a very long sewer line), but Jose diagnosed the issue and found that it would be a simpler, less-expensive service (replacing the p-trap under the kitchen sink).  He could have charged me for both services, and I would never have known better, but he was very honest.  Also, it was a fairly complicated plumbing diagnosis to make (involved mapping the pipes for the house in the crawl space), and he successfully made the right diagnosis and fixed the problem.  His price was very reasonable.  Finally, he was extremely positive and cheerful about his work, which is a pleasure to see.  In summary, he was competent, honest, affordable, reliable, and pleasant.  I highly recommend this company.

I hired them to replace a toilet. They responded quickly, communicated well, came when they said that they would, and did exactly what they promised for a reasonable price that was quoted in advance. And Jose was reliable, friendly, and worked well. I would definitely use them again.
