Called Carson Plumbing to replace our 21-yr old gas water heater.  Cost quoted seemed decent and an appointment was scheduled.  Tony arrived on-time, assessed the situation, made a plan, and got to work.  Paul (Company Owner) arrived shortly after Tony started, helped get the old tank up the stairs and he (Paul) took it away.  Tony finished the installation, tested out the new tank, showed us how to increase/decrease the water temperature, cleaned up after himself and departed.  Very professional work by this company.

The next day we noticed the water pressure in the house was much higher than in the 21-years we've owned the house.  Called Carson Plumbing and in just a few hours, Tony arrived to the rescue ... He was up and down the stairs, possibly 12 times, between the flow valve and the outside water bib making small changes and then testing the changes.  All was good when he departed.

Two days later, water pressure was up again and after a short phone call, there was Tony.  Not as many up/down trips this time but he got the pressure back to normal.

I've had plumbers from Carson Plumbing to my house on three separate occasions for plumbing issues: two water supply issues and one water heater replacement.  Each time Carson sent competent plumbers who fixed my problem quickly and correctly for a reasonable price.  Prompt, skilled, courteous... I can't say enough good things about them and highly recommend their services.

Carson Plumbing fixed 3 separate issues in our house over the past week and their service was incredible every time. After calling them the first time, they were able to give me a quote after texting them some pictures. On the day of the appointments, they showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. My problem started over the 4th of July holiday. The expansion tank over the top of my water heater failed, and hole in the top of it was shooting water everywhere. I shut off the water and started draining the tank to relieve some of the pressure. Afterward, I temporarily fixed the issue with some J.B. weld. As I was calling around for service (holiday weekend mind you), Carson was the ONLY vendor that I spoke with (spoke with close to 10 I'm certain) that referred me to another company, since they were unable to come out that day. Actually caring about my issue and trying to help me even when they couldn't, really impressed me.

Fast forward to yesterday. I had let the issue go for a while since the J.B. Weld had held up, while I contemplated whether or not I wanted to try to fix it myself and deal with all the PVC pipe cutting. I decided against it and knew exactly who I wanted to have my business. I called Carson Plumbing, explained my issue, and was surprised that they were able to come out a few hours later that same day. The technicians arrived (Sam & Josiah), were very professional, cordial, and in the timeframe we agreed to. I let them get to work and they fixed the problem in no time! Afterward, they patiently walked me through what they had done. The work looks very clean and professional. I wouldn't have known they were there by looking at their workspace. I also wasn't charged an arm and a leg for the work, which is great.

Carson's Plumbing will continue being my go-to plumbing service. I highly recommend this business.

I was able to get a same day appointment to have my kitchen faucet replaced. The technicians were courteous, wore masks and shoes covers and got the job done quickly. They even disposed of my old faucet and the packaging for my new one. I was very pleased with the service.

Paul was prompt, professional and very competitively priced for my projects. He came up with intuitive plans to extend gas piping in my home to reach the laundry room so we can switch to gas vice electric dryer. He also installed a 50-gallon new gas water heater to replace my 37 year old one! He and his crew were very pleasant and very respectful of our home. I'd hire him again in a heart beat and highly recommend his plumbing services!

Called hoping to get someone out in the next week or so. They shocked me by saying someone could be to my house in 30 minutes! Sam and Eli were thorough, professional, friendly, and totally cleaned up after the project. They also alerted me to an issue the county may need to address. I wasn't sure what the problem was but they narrowed it to the pressure regulator for the house and were able to do a same day repair. Carson will probably be my go-to plumbing company now!

Our only plumber! Responds quickly! Provides a upfront analysis of the situation with a solution and free estimate. Provides same day service timely and doesn't leave a mess. Practices Covid guidance. So far we've had toilets installed, hot water heater line fixed at floor and in ceiling. Pipe to refrigerator ice maker fixed. Bathroom sinks unclogged, garbage disposal replacement. We will continue to call and trust Carson Plumbing! Call Paul and try them for yourself!

I have nothing but good things to say. After getting several quotes ranging in $200-$350 to replace my kitchen sink faucet I called Carson Plumbing for pricing. I disclosed my issue, which was that the knob from inside the faucet (which makes the water have a seamless flow) had fallen out. Thus, anytime I ran the water it would spray it harshly everywhere. I was asked to send in photos so I did, well to my surprise I was told just how easy the fix could be. Sure enough my husband went to Home Depot and purchased a new faucet aerator that cost him just $4. Carson Plumbing, like everyone else, could have just told me that I needed to replace the entire thing and charge me $200, but he didn't. He was honest and willing to help even if it meant he did not benefit from it. Wow!!!!!!!!! Amazing business that I would be happy to hire in the future for all my plumbing needs.

My water heater leaked on a Memorial Day weekend. Carson Plumbing responded quickly to my request for quote/estimate on Yelp. Paul, the owner, and his assistant came the next day. Paul explained my options - (1) replaced the thermostat box and keep the existing heater or (2) replaced the entire water heater. I opted to replace the entire water heater for a peace of mind since the existing one was already 8 years old. Furthermore, Paul was very thorough in explaining why I need to go from 40 gallons to 30 gallons. Apparently, new regulations require new heaters to have an extra insulation which added 2 inches in diameter and since I have limited space, I went with the 30 gallons instead of paying extra to reconfigure to a new location. To make up for the decrease in capacity, Paul recommended and added a booster, which provided extra capacity of hot water.

Paul was great in explaining the mechanics behind how things work. He answered every questions and concerns I had. He even messaged me 2 hours later to check up on the heater. I won't be hesitant to contract Carson Plumbing again. They're extremely professional, reliable, competitively priced and offers quality service.

Tony was out this morning to unstop my bathroom sink.  He was prompt, courteous as always, and extremely skilled.  I know I can always count on him, Paul, and everyone at Carson Plumbing to get the job done with kindness and promptly, which is especially important now that I'm experiencing a challenging time health-wise (soon to be resolved, I hope!).  I'm so appreciative to have such a wonderful group of professionals so close to home!

We were getting new countertops installed and needed a plumber to hook up a new faucet and disposal.  I looked on Yelp and saw they had good ratings so I called.  They were able to come when I needed them.  Sam and (sorry forgot other gentleman's name) were very professional and did an outstanding, quick job.  I highly recommend Carson Plumbing for any plumbing needs!!

We were EXCITED to have been referred to Paul at Carson Plumbing.  
We were thrilled with our first business experience even though prices were high.  The newest interaction however has compelled us to reverse comments of endorsement. Our complaint isn't a simple one as we were stuck between the contractor who made the original referral and Carson. We wanted to get all parties together and sort things out.   Carson refused.  I requested and was promised an itemized invoice and not just a number pulled out of the air.  We got a lame and incomplete list that didn't break down services by time or by labor and parts.  I requested greater detail and he went radio silent. He was paid in full and I'm kicking myself in the fanny for allowing to be taken for a very expensive ride!!!  Carson hid from the contractor's calls who won't refer him anymore. Too bad, we thought we found a good and honest tradesman.  Carson and all of the staff we've met seemed nice and professional.  In retrospect I think Carson knew and wanted to avoid his responsibility as he changed crews from Tony to Sam. Caveat Emptor.

Paul and Tony are great, knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot recommend Carson Plumbing enough, honestly.

After turning the irrigation system back on, I discovered there was a small leak in the interior shutoff valve. I reached out on yelp and decided on Carson Plumbing, seriously best decision. They showed up five minutes before (perfect) and were friendly and respectful of our home. I showed Paul what I had seen and in no time at all they had the valve replaced and ready to go. Paul is highly knowledgeable and extremely friendly in a sincere way that is not very common and it was highly appreciated. While we were wrapping up and in discussion, they both noticed some water around the HVAC and immediately identified the leak and grabbed the parts to fix the issue.

I appreciated everything they did today from the actual job, people skills and service standard they provide. I certainly will only be using Carson Plumbing going forward, and I highly suggest you do the same.

I called after hours yesterday (4/22) and got a phone first thing in the morning (4/23) and they were out at 1030 to fix my issue.  This is my second dealing with this company and the only problem after the first time was I didn't save their number and had to look them up again. Highly recommend this friendly and efficient company.

I had a major kitchen sink back up and needed help quickly. Carson sent team out within a half hour and these guys were great. They wore masks and were very professional and worked hard to get the job completed... it was a clog pretty deep down. Good-natured the whole time and price was very reasonable.  Highly recommend.

I'm always on the look out for my go to specialists and Carson Plumbing will be our family's plumber in our new hometown.  I called multiple local plumbers for quotes and availability- and they offered a very reasonable rate and said they could be at our home within two hours (between 3-4).  They showed up within an hour of my call right at 3, showed my husband how to use an auger in case we wanted to purchase our own for future toilet clogs, provided recommendations on what the next steps would be if this is a habitual issue, recommended toilets and sale pricing for future replacement, and gave us a great military discount.  Just a great local company who you can tell takes pride in their work and customer service.  They definitely have earned a customer for life- thanks guys!!!

I called Carson for a leak in the bathroom, and they were at my house within 30 minutes.  The leak was in the wall behind our tub, and as a result the water had leaked into the adjacent bedroom leaving a large area of the carpet soaked.  Not only did they repair the leak, they pulled the carpet up, removed the padding, and set up an industrial type fan blowing on the carpet to help dry it out. Way above and beyond what the job called for.  They are awesome, and are now my go to plumber.

I called and an appointment was easily made. Even worked with my tardiness since I commute from DC, and we all know how that traffic goes. Found the issue quickly, cleaned up behind themselves and price quoted and expected was reasonable. Should I have another plumbing issue, I'd call again.

Paul came out to give me an estimate on a job and took a look at my garbage disposal. He quickly performed a few test and was able to clear the backup in my drain. Very friendly and great customer service!

Very very prompt in all aspects-- on my initial request, same day appointment and same day resolution. Paul and his assistant replaced our water heater and also fixed my master bathroom shower! He even followed up to make sure the water was indeed hot a couple hours after completing the job. Would highly recommend Carson Plumbing!

I always refer Carson Plumbing to my clients. In fact, dozens of my clients have used Carson Plumbing for everything from small leaks to hot water heater replacements,  sump pump issues to bath remodels.  I've found that it's really easy for unscrupulous contractors to mislead people about repairs or over charge them because we just don't know what things should cost. I've never had that happen when dealing with Paul.  He's refreshingly honest and trustworthy,  professional and very reasonable.  Make sure to call Paul for any plumbing job you have.  You'll be glad you did!

Awesome service. Gave me a time frame he would be arriving and arrived on time, which was a time period of 30 mins, not those big 4-6 hour gaps some companies give. Had a slow leak in the shower, he diagnosed the problem and gave us options before he went any further. Price was very reasonable, glad I found him! Support this business!

Carson came out to fix a kitchen sink clog for me that was also affecting the washing machine a room over.  Exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful, wouldn't hesitate to call again.

AMAZING SERVICE. They showed up in masks and put on shoe coverings which made us feel safe. They truly cared about delivering great service and tried to maintain their distance. I had called in a panic because I thought we had a sewage leak. They arrived almost immediately, took a thorough look at everything and determined that it wasn't a sewage leak but just a damp basement smell (I'm from Vegas, I know nothing about humid climates). They recommended a few things (that have worked!) and didn't charge us anything for their time! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

These guys were amazing. We needed some help fixing our master tub and Paul helped us over email figure out the problem (which was impressive and nice instead of the usual we're going to have to come out and take a look when clearly the expert knows what the problem is, they just want the business). So we went and got the part he said was broken and hubby tried to fix it himself, which lead to another problem. Reached out to Paul again and within 2 days (our choice, they were ready to come out the next day) they were at our place and fixed BOTH problems quickly. They were friendly and on time, just all around good honest guys for the job. And their pricing is great in my opinion. The perfect guys for any of your plumbing needs! Definitely will be our go to for any future problems.

I've had a an awesome experience with this company . Very knowledgeable with excellent pricing . I found their company on yelp and put in a request , the owner was able to contact me within minutes of my request. He explained the work in detail over the phone with an estimate . We were able to book the work for the very next morning . They were even able to come earlier which was awesome . The price matched the exact estimate . I will definitely use this company again and recommend to family in friends.

We changed an old bathtub for a new one. Paul was able to get the bathtub for us on short notice and install everything in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

I was extremely happy no one in my family had to take a cold shower Sunday. We woke up Saturday without hot water I called Carson plumbing and Paul and his helper were at my house in less than an hour to replace my hot water heater. I'm happy with the entire experience and will call them with any future plumbing problems.

I would recommend these guys to anyone. They should up at my house in great moods and were very kind.  The price for my job was extremely reasonable.   I have not had great experiences with plumbers but I will be using these guys services from now on.  I am not surprised how highly they are rated.
