Timely and informative. Had to replace my hot water heater and they provided a great install and price. Jackie and Edwin were courteous. I'd definitely do business with them again!

Him and his wife were a wonderful team; very responsive and they were able to come out the next day! (Other guys were telling me a week?!)) He even talked me through what he was fixing and why, which I really appreciated. I'll be sure to recommend to anyone else!

Awesome service, thank you! Asked for my availability upon scheduling, advised he would Call 15 minutes prior to arriving. Called and arrived at the front end of the window of timing I had provided, which ultimately meant I could get on with my day after the repair.
Provided upfront quote after assessing and then diligently completed the repair like a champ. It's been over a month and the repair has held solid. (Had a bath/shower faucet Combo that would not shut off... was constantly running).
He's awesome, prices are reasonable- highly recommend!
How many service providers actually arrive when you ask and do an excellent job on the 1st and only visit??...seriously! This one is beyond awesome!
PS- Yelp buries his reviews simply because he doesn't have a paid subscription... all are valid - check him out on NextDoor...

Excellent work. Very polite, listened to my concerns. I had another plumbing issues and they were able to take care of it last minute. Adam was awesome. Strongly recommend this company.

I had a leaking pipe. I couldn't locate the precise location. I called woodbridge plumbing. This was early afternoon.i was told that I could get appointment the next day (8-10am). But if possible they would send a tech this afternoon (within hours ). Roscoe came by within 2 hours. After solving the leak location he promptly repaired the leak! Maybe a little pricey but quality of service was excellent.

George (the owner) of Calabrese Plumbing is the best! He is honest and reliable. Amazing customer service and great personality.

I called them regarding my sump pump. He came out and looked at my situation and offered me several options. The pricing was fair and the service was timely and complete. In addition he walked my through the new equipment and how it worked. He told me to call him directly with any issues. Top notch service.

Super responsive and wrapped his initial inspection's cost into the final repairs bill, saving us beaucoup bucks. He came early on a Monday to allow for our work schedule (and did not exaggerate the problem to get a weekend repair rate), his guys did great work unmonitored, and he came in the late evening for a final walk through, indulging all my worries and questions. A great company and, though the leak and basement flooding was a pain, I feel like I hit the jackpot with finding Rene and his team.

You cannot go wrong with Cardinal Plumbing. My entire experience was awesome from speaking with Kayla in Customer Service, to having AMAZING Kyle come to my house to do the work and finally a follow up email from Daniel. I had a list of random plumbing issues and Kyle worked tirelessly to get them all addressed within the needed time frame. I only wish Cardinal could handle all the things that need to be done around the house. :)

George responded to my inquiry promptly and showed up just a day or two later. He was sitting outside in his truck maybe 10 mins prior to our appointment at 10:00 am, rang our doorbell at 10:00 am on the dot. He was was professional, kind, well prepared and full of information.
The visit was complimentary but he did need to do some light work for which he charge us a fair and reasonable price.
Thank goodness we didn't need extensive work done. If we should win the future I will definitely reach out to him again. I definitely recommend him.
THNAK YOU!

I often solicit projects using Yelp because I get a diverse array of responses from many professionals; some very qualified, some pretty useless. In most cases I'm a DIY die hard but I don't mess around with plumbing and electrical issues and recognize when I need an expert.
After putting out my needs, Steve wrote quickly and gave me a clear and concise estimate, their availability and contact information. Their price was the most reasonable by far and seemed like it was sent by a real human. After touching base by phone, Steve (who is a one man shop based out of Marshall, VA) said he would honor the offer to come out even though he typically doesn't service DC. He came out quickly and first thing in the morning, quickly identified additional issues that needed immediate addressing, worked to procure all the parts he needed and got to work, finishing before anyone even noticed the water was off. Steve replaced a nearly 40 year old main water shutoff valve that was a half turn away from breaking on the pipe, installed a pressure reducing valve to save our skin from heightened water pressure, installed new shutoff valves and helped identify a leaky faucet, and installed a new toilet in less than three hours.
Trained as a carpenter and a plumber, Steve was thoughtful, attentive, and very detailed in his explanation and addressing of our problems. He was kind and friendly and highly knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone looking for quality work in the area and he will definitely be back in our home soon (if he's willing to drive to DC).

This place has an amazing selection of beautiful things. Great for window shopping (I guess more if you have the funds :) ), and the staff is very friendly and approachable. I've never seen so much unique tile in one place.

I have used them about 1/2 dozen times for relatively minor plumbing repairs as well as removing old/installing new hot water heater. I have found them totally professional, honest, and efficient. They always came when they said they would, their plumbers were all pleasant and very professional, and the work was completed efficiently with no problems. It is nice to have confidence and trust when you call a company for home repair, and so I am very pleased with them. I don't know that they're cheap, but their prices seem reasonable and fair for the area, and people who do good work should be compensated. When I first moved here, I tried another plumber that was actually much more expensive and less efficient, so I would highly recommend these guys.

We reached out as we had a toilet that needed repairing. The tech came out and spent 5 minutes and had no idea how to work on a higher end toilet. Indicated he needed to order a part and they would call when in. We waited a month and called another plumber. 5 months later they send us a bill for $150 for what they are calling a service call. They have now sent us 5 bills and are threatening collections when they did zero work. I called and they say they left an estimate via voice mail with an estimate we never received. Their policy is not to send one in writing. Why did they not call and indicate it was going to take 5 months? No idea. They have no evidence they ever sent us an estimate or of anything else. Looking forward to small claims court as this will be a slam dunk. Avoid at all costs. They are working in the stone ages. Who can live without a toilet for 5 months.

We had a furnace and air conditioner installed. The FH Furr installers put the wrong humidifier in, did not properly program the programmable thermostat correctly and did not connect some wires. They also set the fan speed incorrectly. How did we find that out -- through way too many service calls each culminating with the company's service rep admitting to company mistakes. The first guy on the scene for each of the series of calls has the same go to response - hey, run the fan full time (not what the manufacture recommends and certainly not the efficient furnace we purchased). Fell for that the first timeuntil that solution didn't work. By the time we get up the food chain at FH Furr, someone with real HVAC knowledge comes and it always turns out to be their install error. Now we have tried to get Trane, the manufacturer, involved to correct the still outstanding issue with the humidifier. To date, nothing and its been weeks since the last round of repair guys have been out. All of this has been at no cost to us but really, should anyone go through this? FH Furr does a great sales pitch but neither they nor Trane back it up with customer service or with quality repair staff. Maybe this post will get their attention and Trane and FH Furr will come do the joint inspection that we keep asking for. After all of these problems, I don't trust that the whole install job was done properly. What a sad place to be with an 8K investment. I will repost if we get anywhere. Next stop is the Fairfax County consumer affairs bureau.

I rank their plumbers highly - the quality of the work is fine, the plumbers are clean and show up on time.
But the Grayton front office is a MESS - the receptionist is the worst person to deal with - it took me forever to schedule an appointment, she is very shady on price estimates, and so rude - and yes, i also had a lot of trouble trying to redeem their on line coupon. The coupon is a joke - the plumber said he would honor it, I confirmed that i had a coupon when I made the appointment, but at the end of the day, the receptionist overruled it.
While the plumbing services themselves were fine, it was such a hassle dealing with Grayton's admin office that I would not go back.
If I pay someone hundreds of dollars, a thank-you and a friendly attitude should be standard.
Spend your plumbing dollars elsewhere.
