Hot water heater cracked in back causing basement to flood.  Reddick, Tom, called me back about 10 minutes after I called on a Saturday morning.  Arrived 30 minutes later.   Very informative, quick, professional.  100% would use again.  Tom A+

We had a backyard bib pipe that was leaking somewhere in the wall. The plumber, Khalid, was absolutely remarkable! First when requesting a direct quote, his communication was quick, and pricing was very reasonable. Moreover, he communicated with me throughout the whole experience. I was able to show him a picture of what the situation was in advance so he could come in knowing what the issue was regarding. He arrived at our hour exactly when he estimated he was going to arrive, which was perfect. He was extremely knowledgeable about my leaking pipe and was able to correct the issue better than it was before as well as educate me on what most likely had caused the issue! In order to get to the pipe some of the drywall had to be removed, which he was able to do skillfully and cleanly. Furthermore, he was able to patch my drywall back three hundred times better than what it was before.

I don't understand how this service does not have more reviews because the work that was done was absolutely phenomenal and if there was a six star I could give, I would! Service, Communication, and knowledge was A+ and I will definitely use this service again if I run into trouble with my plumbing issues.

Incredible experience start to finish.  A super organized, respectful, helpful plumbing service that (1) arrived on time every time, (2) did the job with minimal invasiveness, and (3) offered competitive rates.  This is now our go-to plumbing service.

We solicited a ton of bids for re-routing some plumbing for a kitchenette install for our basement apartment, and JF responded like a professional business might.  Their quote wasn't the lowest, but you get what you pay for.  They handled the entire job, worked around our schedules, ACTUALLY CALLED BEFORE THEY ARRIVED (what a novel concept, right?), and then did great work.  Can't say enough about how excellent they were.

These guys are competent, truthful, and reliable. Our neighbor introduced me to them years ago and they have not wavered in their service.

Very polite and responsive however I thought turning off gas lever and adding a new shut off valve under the sink for ~$800+ seemed on the high priced side of things. That said I felt confident the work was done correctly.

Isaac Guevara is a terrific plumber. He installed a new hot water heater for us. He does the work himself, did a great job, everything to code, good quality work, cleaned up, and at a reasonable cost.

None of the usual rigamarole of plumbers; instead Isaac is honest, has over a decade of plumbing and contracting experience, and does a great job at a reasonable price.

After our roof started leaking, we called several plumbers, and none was willing to come by as quickly as Carlton. Once he came, he spent his time crawling around our attic figuring out what the problem was. While it turned out not to be a plumbing problem, Carlton helped us pinpoint where our roof was leaking and sent us photos to help us with our next steps. He also quickly figured out a leak problem with our kitchen sink. He did this all very professionally and for a very reasonable price. If we ever have more plumbing problems, we'll be sure to reach out to him.

Needed to replace our water heater and Liberty was responsive, friendly, and provided prompt service. Would definitely recommend Mike & his son!

After spending an hour looking for plumbers in my area, I decided to reach out to Heil based on their reviews and ratings.  I also used the feature on Yelp where you can check a box to have other companies reach out to you.  Within 30 minutes, I had about 5-6 plumbers reach out to me, including Heil.

When using Yelp, I tend to look for some red flags...  If too many positive reviews are very short and generic = fake/paid reviews (?)  When looking at negative reviews, I look at the issue and the companies response to those issues.  Heil's reviews looked very detailed and genuine.

I decided to go with Heil because: it was my first choice from the beginning and they had the earliest availability (i had another place give me an open appointment of 2 weeks out).  Heil was able to come out first thing this morning.  So glad I decided to go with them.

Nick arrived at his promised time.  He was very professional and was very thorough in all his explanations.  We did a quick walk through and went over all the pricing, which I really appreciated.  He was able to repair 2 toilets as well as checking on the other one. Oh, and he took the time to answer my 3435467 questions.

As for pricing, I had no idea on what things are supposed to cost.  I did a quick google search on cost for specific repairs and Heil seemed very reasonable.

I feel that customer service is at an all time low these days, but Heil proved me wrong.  I also like supporting local family owned businesses.

PS..Don't just go with these other big-named companies that you see on TV all the time.  Only if those other companies' work and pricing were as good as their jingles and ads.

Donzelle responded quickly to my need and performed quality work! I was in a bind after selling my condo and needed emergent repairs to my kitchen and laundry room. We scheduled my repairs (leaking drain and supply lines) within a day's notice and he got the job done! He was transparent and honest in his assessment, helped me with the billing as much as he could, and gave very fair value. Everything was documented in the invoice and text. This a business that I would highly recommend.  I have used this business for several of my plumbing needs.  The response time was remarkable.  When they showed up, they were prompt, knowledge and gave real time estimates for the completion of the work.  Having contractors show up with a positive attitude and a willingness to complete a job with leaving no question unanswered is very important to me.  I have always been satisfied with the work completed.  Finding a reliable company to complete jobs can be difficult but when you find one, you treat it as gold, and DJ's pluming is that company that a value :o)  You won't be disappointed.

This is my second time reaching out for help with a job I couldn't handle. Today's was demo and haul. I contacted them yesterday and today they was here by 10am and the job is done, at price and time estimates. I highly recommend C&C and will call on them again!

Johnathon, Alex, Eric, and Vince worked tirelessly over two days to overcome a botched HVAC installation with multiple mislabelings to get our heat working so we could weather a cold weekend. They were courteous and upbeat and even left us with spare space heaters when they had to return the next day with a specialty part. Truly great service and excellent people.

Horrible service. The technician came to repairs leak in utility room.
He told that he fixed.
Few days later the leak happens again, the same tech Ian came back and claimed that it was another issue.
He was doing a very sloppy job, that now I need  to hire somebody else.
Very disappointed!

Horrible service. They came out to check my water heater and determined it needed replaced. I had to follow up almost daily to find out if there was any update on a new water heater and how much it would cost. After 2 weeks of no answers, or being told to call back later, I finally gave up and went with another contractor (who installed a new water heater in less than 6 hours from when I contacted him). If you want quick and reliable service, look elsewhere.
