Best plumbing service in the area. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. They are very professional and knowledgeable.

Would not recommend this company to anyone who does not wants to be ripped off. They are way higher then anyone else with their prices. Lee Diaz responds late and then if he dont like that you tell him about their prices he tries to tell you that you dont know what you are talking about. But I do know what I am talking about because I did home repairs for a living for 12 years and I didnt want to do this job because I value my time. His estimate was the last one I was waiting on and I had to contact him and ask for it and he still took two days. His estimate was 2500$ more then other six reputable companies. Lee as a professional contractor you do not know how to handle constructive criticism and how to deal with customers. Out of seven people you were the worst to deal with. And Lee you can add our conversation for people to see I speak the truth and not make up lies like you do. Its fine for those who read this will decide for themselves if they need to overpay by 100% on all the labor and materials.

Mr. Stutzman is very friendly and very knowledgeable about his job. I needed a rebuild for one of the toilets. Mr. Stutzman arrived 10 mins earlier, explained the cause of the problem and the tasks he was going to perform, and finished the job in about 45 minutes. He voluntarily offered to come back for free later if anything went wrong. Of course, that never happened. Besides the outstanding service, the price he charged was also very reasonable, slightly below the average of a few other quotes I got. I really appreciate his integrity.
I highly recommend Mr. Stutzman's service especially if you live in Arlington, VA (he has lived here for around 30 years), and would not hesitate to hire him again in the future.

Jose and H2O plumbing & Remodeling Services displayed innovative approaches and expert knowledge during our project. While in the process of renovating, H2O upgraded all waterlines, PVC sewage lines and replaced the main waterline (that connects to the county mainline) from 3/4 inch to 1 inch. The final product exceeded all of our expectations and came in on budget! I would highly recommend Jose and H2O Plumbing & Remodeling Services for all projects - big and small.

Tom is very friendly and easy to work with. He is being very transparent on his pricing so no surprise throughout the work. He showed up on time and did the work professionally, worry-free experience for a landlord. Would recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing work.

Triple State Plumbing has now done two different jobs for us- each was professionally performed. The rates are fair and reasonable, plus they clean up the job site very well before the leave.
I have recommended them to others. I consider Triple State to be very reliable.

This is where a homeowner meets an old fashioned expert at his work. Fred and Joe showed with our replacement indirect hot water heater, actually Joe showed up in the am to get started removing the old one and Fred showed up with the replacement. Since it was a warranty replacement, all they asked for was time. Fred worked it out with the company to get a replacement for us and more importantly told awesome jokes on the phone.

This father and son team came in and I could just tell, they came to fix the problem!! I loved how they worked together, so friendly and competent. what a team! And fix the problem, they did! Their expertise was so evident, and their approach to the clogged drain was exploratory and thorough. And charged such a reasonable rate! As someone else said, they have my business on the next job!! Thanks, guys.

Sent by my insurance company to determine what was the cause of a waterline down my first floor wall, BrianK called in advanced, and arrived promptly
He made me aware of the issues, was courteous, and patiently answered my questions, and offered a layman term version of the likely cause

Frank came out to evaluate and repair our gas fireplace. The fireplace had even scared a power company gas inspector with a hissing gas sound.
This is a busy week, but Tim & Company worked us into the schedule. And they came out right on time. Frank called 20 minutes before arriving. And was able to examine it, determine the problem, (corroded batteries in the remote receiver box), noted everything else was clean and in fine working order. He got the box working. Everything was clearly explained. He charged pretty much a minimal and fair price without trying to sell anything extra.
I will have no problem calling them for any gas or plumbing problems in the future.
No wonder they have so many 5 star ratings!

Fred answers his phone quick, shows up quick, gives you an upfront estimate and sticks to it. Tells you to do your own research so you know why he's recommending what he is. He was very helpful during early covid in snaking my drain, it was very problematic and definitely took longer than he thought, he stuck to his estimate and did was a big help! Used him again recently and am very happy.

After losing a water heater to a tank leak and reading his reviews, I left Tom a late-evening VM and asked him to call me the next day during business hours. He called me promptly, the next morning. I had a large electric heater and was considering a tankless model and possibly a propane version. After a long discussion of the pro, cons and costs, I decided to stick with an electric tank model. He gave me a quote and then said he'd sit on it for an hour or two while I compare other offers. I suspect he knew I'd end up choosing him. He showed up that afternoon and the job was done professionally in about 2-3 hours. He is my new permanent plumber. I can't recommend him strongly enough.

They quoted us installation for a water heater. We'd learned after they installed it they have not pulled the permit. They expected us to pull the building permit. When I went down to pay I was told that they had to pull it since they were licensed and done the work. The inspector called them and said pull the permit now or we will fine you. Now we received a bill over-inflated from what the building department charge them. If you go to the building department yourself it is only $44 for a water heater. Always make sure that permits license and insurance is up-to-date with any contractor you let in your home and work on your stuff. We called them because the old Mr. Fry was good . This business has been bought out by someone else who just kept the name.

Horrible. Charged $675.00 for an initial visit. Took our garden hose and sprayed water at the front of our house. Once water started coming in, they stopped testing...didn't test all the way across. The person also broke our hose sprayer. Never use this service. Total rip-off. They also don't fix anything. Our plumber provided better leak detection services for a quarter of the price, and they fix stuff.
