Great (fast) service. Unplugged all our drains in our 60+ year old house. They even re-snaked one drain to make sure all was clear. All at a reasonable price.

We highly recommend White Plumbing. We've used them twice so far for our aging home and have been very pleased both times. They are prompt, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. This time we had to call turned out to not be a plumbing issue after all, but an electrical issue. They stayed and helped troubleshoot and it turned out to be a relatively minor issue. Their rates are very reasonable and they are our go to for plumbing issues.

David came to our home to discuss installation of a water filtration system for our kitchen. Instead of simply selling me what I asked about, he interviewed me about the load the system would handle and about skin/hair health and water use in general. We purchased a home water filtration system instead so that our laundry, cooking, and bathing have the benefit of high-quality water. This is important because we drink a lot of tea and coffee through our instant hot water system, and lots of plain water, so clean water and ice was important. We also cook 98% of the meals we cook so again, healthy water is key. Lastly, my husband and 85 year-old mother had skin sensitivities before the home water filtration system installation, but no longer. And, I felt like the price--installation labor and materials--was fair. We've loved the system the two years we've had it. David recommended we set a calendar reminder for filter changing. The company is coming out soon to do that for us. Looking forward to having them and appreciate the enhanced quality of living David has provided with his expertise.

Eddie and Sean were great! Our old hot water tank was leaking and ended up flooding our basement guest room. When we used another plumbing company to get a quote, they were outrageous and tried to tell us we needed to fix a code issue when in reality we didn't. Eddie spoke to my husband several times on the phone to give us some advice and Sean came to the house to replace the tank and upgrade a few things. Their price was very fair and they were super friendly and explained everything to us in great detail. We were very impressed and will continue to use them in the future!

I'm a realtor and I highly recommend this company. Very professional from start to finish. You can tell they put their customers first. Easy to schedule an appointment and punctual. Great service from experienced electricians. I will continue to refer this team to my clients.

I recently received two separate services from Cardinal Plumbing Heating & Air. First, we had somebody come out for a routine maintenance check on our HVAC system. The technician was on time, communicative about when he was on his way, friendly, etc. Thankfuylly our HVAC system is in good shape so there was not any major work needed. The following week we had a Cardinal plumber come out to inspect a project we're working on in our bathroom. He arrived an hour earlier than expected and inquired if this new time would be okay. He was friendly and gave it to us straight about what the job would entail, his recommendations, etc. Overall, it was a very positive experience with Cardinal Plumbing Heating & Air.

I'm not a huge fan of writing reviews, and have had a decent share of poor Yelp experiences. I'm very picky, but these guys were legitimately very good. On time, high quality, low cost. We're quick, polite- my new go to plumber, finally have one after 20 years of crappy services. I'd highly recommend Drain Fighter.

Andrew installed a new chandelier in our foyer. He was fast, efficient and did what seemingly 3 other contractors couldn't for a very fair and reasonable price. I would highly recommend and we will definitely plan to call Andrew in the future.

I had a major Water problem in my home. The main Water pipe was leaking on Two sides. It had to had the Pressure Valve/Copper pipe replaced. I spoke to the owner last week on a Thursday to see if he could come out to check out my water pipe problem, I just wanted to also mention, I was dealing with another Plumbing company that I had a strong feeling since they were very unprofessional with their follow thru and leaving me waiting for Three days after they came out to see what the problem was. Elite Plumbing came out on Saturday to check out my problem and fixed it on Monday. He put me on his schedule even though they were extremely busy/booked for this day.
He came during the time he stated, fixed my problem, was extremely professional with his follow thru, and fixed it quickly. I now have running water throughout my house and I am very happy.
Thank you
S.Wilson

I recently had an issue with my toilet and floor. Dino and Tim came out when they said the would, explained to me the pricing and took care of the job. They were personable and made me feel at ease. I recommend this company

Tried to sell me a new water heater when the issue was a loose fitting. Taking my business somewhere else.
101-A Executive Dr, Ste 200, Sterling, VA 20166
Response time was almost immediate and the service was quick. They also helped with another minor problem free of charge and gave advice on a problematic faucet. Would recommend 100% and will definitely use them again.

I called DC Plumber with a leaky pipe issue in my bathroom sink. They were at my place within a few hours and quickly located the issue. Their service was professional, courteous, and transparent. I would be happy to use them again.

Great job Star Plumbing! I needed a water heater replaced and called Star Plumbing, along with several other companies. After talking with Mark, I decided to have Star Plumbing do the replacement. Mark answered all of my questions and did not try to up-sell anything. Also, his price was one of the lowest quoted. The company arrived on time and went right to work. At my request, they were also able to install a new pressure relief valve at the same time. Mark and John were very professional and completed the jobs in about two hours. I would definitely use Star Plumbing again.

This the 2nd time I've called Elite with an urgent matter. I discovered my basement toilet and bathtub had overfilled. I called Shawn from Elite, who arrived in an hour. After a relatively quick but thorough assessment, he determined my main sewer line was clogged. He identified the source, which was outdoors and went to work. It was a rather persistent clog deep down in the ground. But Shawn worked diligently over an hour and half to to free the line. Complete disaster avoided. All of his efforts weren't wasted as he unclogged the line. I could hear water gush through the line for nearly five minutes straight. If you want an expert in his field, Shawn is the one to call.

My shower and faucet would not turn off this morning! I called another plumbing company, but they did not have a plumber available until the next day. I am so glad to have found Elite Plumbing and Home Services. They were pleasant and professional from start to finish. They arrived when they said they would. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend and would re-use service.

I deal with contractors on a regular basis. Silas Hammond is a real standout who has tackled plumbing challenges large and small over the past couple of years for us. Working with his son, Silas always gets the job done in a timely and professional manner and, at a very fair price. His current clientele in the northern Virginia area has been entirely word of mouth for years but he's just too good for everyone else in search of a thoroughly competent plumber not to know about him too!

This review of Real Plumbers does not reflect their technical proficiency, but rather their poor customer service (although I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the former is also far from stellar).
We called the company to fix a leaky kitchen faucet after relying on a review from Best Pick Reports Washington, DC; a publication received for free in the mail (that mistake is on me). Real Plumbers agreed to come out the next day between 10am and 2pm, a reasonable time frame, and would charge $89 for a service call; also reasonable.
The next day, the window for the plumber's arrival closed without a peep from the company, nor the plumber. After calling the company, they informed us he was running behind schedule and would be at our house soon. When we asked the company if we should reschedule, they told us not to do so and that the plumber would arrive shortly. That shortly was 90 minutes.
The plumber arrived, looked at the leaky faucet, and told us that it would cost approximately $300 to fix. He could not fix it then and there because he did not have the part on this truck and it was too late to get the needed stem. Here's the great part...he'd also have to charge us another $89 for a service call to come out the next day and install the stem. We were dumbfounded. Where is the professionalism? He arrives and hour and a half late and still wants to charge us for a service call the next day? What? The $89 is more important than the work? When we protested, the plumber did not seem bothered, but reminded us that he needed to recoup the costs for , You know, gas. There are better plumbers out there. They got their $89, we still have a leaky kitchen faucet. Stay away from these shysters.

They're very good and very expensive -- but I suspect all plumbers are expensive these days and not all are good. Their staff are very professional and very courteous. An emergency call can cost a fortune but they show up as promised and get the work done. I believe they do work for several people in my condo and all have had positive comments. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
